Air Force Lt. Gen. Craig Franklin out over sexual assault decisions

Did this quote put him in Obama's crosshairs?

An Air Force general at the center of criticism of the military’s sexual assault policies is stepping down as the Pentagon works to clean up its ranks under the close watch of President Barack Obama and Congress.

Lt. Gen. Craig Franklin will step down at the end of the month from his post as the commander of the Third Air Force amid questions that he’s mishandled prosecutions in two sexual assault cases.

In the most high-profile case, Franklin last spring overturned the jury conviction and sentence of a fighter pilot. His decision prompted an outcry from lawmakers who said he was protecting one of his men and led to major legislative changes to the military’s World War II-era justice system.

Yep, choosing Israel over Der Furher's muslim terrorist buddies got General Franklin in hot water.

Another one for the right side of future history.

Getting rid of protectors of the constitution by the droves replacing with puppets of the far left.  How long will it be before we see constitutional Senators and Representatives arrested on their respective floors.   National Anthem changed to the Internationale.   Fema's Gulags are being put in place.  Good news gun sales are overwhelmingly ahead of Affordable Care Act signups.

Any support of Israel in the era of the muslim marxist Obama is a sure step to oblivion for our military personnel.

How many high ranking officers does this make now? The count was over 200 at one time. In all my life I've never seen anything like this.

Since Hanna and Ishmael were sent away from Abraham, Sarah, and Isaac,  there has been enmity between Jews and Ishmael's descendants.  The muslim religion was born and their (along with Satan) goal was genocide against of Israel.  Since Christians are founded on the Messiah of the Jews we are hated also.

Because we have put a muslim in the White  House it has been his closet goal to bring this Christian nation to its knees and destroy Israel.  POTUS (POS) is purging the military so as to have no resistance when he comes for your guns.  He has to do that before he can make subjects of us.  We will, if he is successful, then do his bidding or be placed in a gulag.

Bryan,

Your logic is slightly off..........

When he comes for your guns it is not the military that will resist.

Resistance will come from NRA Members and Citizen owners of over 200,000,000 guns.

He will be a very sorry guy if he makes that mistake

You misunderstood.  The military would PROTECT the citizens for the UN unless b.o. purges the military first.  The POS will not be hurt in either case.  He's a wimp.  Did you know that the NRA supported Dingy Harry Reid against Sharon Angle.  I'm no longer a member of NRA.  TSRA is more vocal in Texas.  As old as I am. I'll have to stand my ground when they come.  Not up to nights in the field any more.

Bryan,

I'm confused.....what does

"...military would PROTECT the citizens for the UN...."

mean?

I didn't know about support for Dirty Harry.... quite troubling. I'll have to research that.

I'll be with you!

Same here..what's meant by "...military would PROTECT the citizens for the UN...."?

B,

Here's the result of my research.............

 = = = =

While the National Rifle Association will not be endorsing Harry Reid in his re-election race, it won't be endorsing Sharron Angle, either.

Check it out

 = = = = =

So, DID the NRA do as you said?

 = = = = =

Regardless, I'll be ther with you when they come..............

Absolutely... the UN Population Division has a goal of reducing the population of the World by 5 Billion before the year 2021... too, reach a sustainable world population of under 2 Billion.

That will require a zero growth rate and a loss of 5 billion thru natural and other causes ... sounds like a lot of people need to vacate the world in a hurry.

OMG!!! Ruth Bader Ginsburg Voted Best Real-Life Hero At MTV Awards

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday was crowned the best real-life hero at the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The 86-year old judge — whose 2015 biopic The Notorious RBG help cement her as a cultural icon among Liberals — beat out tennis star Serena Williams, WWE wrestler Roman Reigns, and comedian Hannah Gadsby to take him the award.

Though it wasn’t a clean sweep for Ginsburg last night.

The RGB documentary lost the “Best Fight” category for “Ruth Bader Ginsburg vs. Inequality” to “Captain Marvel vs. Minn-Erva.”

The justice was absent from the ceremony in Santa Monica, California.

Last December, Ginsburg had surgery to remove cancerous growths on her left lung. She was released from the hospital in New York four days later and recuperated at home.

Earlier this year, Ginsburg missed three days of arguments, the first time that’s happened since she joined the court in 1993. Still, she was allowed to participate using court briefs and transcripts.

Ginsburg has had two previous bouts with cancer, in 1999 and 10 years later.

Flashback: Ruth Bader Ginsburg: A Pregnant Woman Is Not A ‘Mother’

Celebrated liberal U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg argued in an opinion released Tuesday that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.”

“[A] woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother’,” Ginsburg wrote in a footnote, which in turn responded to another footnote in the 20-page concurring opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas in the Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. case.

As Breitbart News’ legal editor Ken Klukowski reported, the case concerned a law signed by then-Governor (now Vice President) Mike Pence of Indiana in 2016, which required that the remains of an aborted fetus (or baby) be disposed of by cremation or burial. The law also prohibited abortion on the basis of sex, race, or disability alone.

The Court upheld the first part of the law, but declined to consider the selective-abortion ban until more appellate courts had ruled on it.

In his lengthy opinion — which delighted pro-life advocates, and distressed pro-choice activists — Thomas wrote that “this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.” He traced the racist and eugenicist beliefs of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, and warned that the Court would one day need to wrestle with abortion as form of racial discrimination.

In a footnote, Thomas attacked Ginsberg’s dissenting opinion, which argued the Court should not have deferred to the legal standard used by the litigants in the lower courts, but should have subjected the Indiana law to a more difficult standard instead, since it impacted “the right of [a] woman” to an abortion.

Ginsburg cited no legal authority for her claim that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.” The claim that a fetus is not a child is central to pro-choice arguments.
