Sec. Esper and Gen. Millie must both go... they are not supporting the President and are likely UNDERMINING HIS AUTHORITY... the President has the power to defend the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic.. that power is found in his OATH OF OFFICE, Article 2, Section 1, clause 8 and in Article 4, Section 4 to guarantee the states a Republican form of government and to defend them against invasion and domestic violence... Also Article 2, Section 3 to 'Take Care' that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed... including using military force where necessary to enforce those laws against insurrection and treason... domestic terror and enemies of the state.
If the President takes the decision to Federalize all local police, the national guard and to use the US Military to perform his duty he is Constitutionally empowered to do so... he also has the 1807 Insurrection Act, the National Emergencies Act of 1976, and the National Security Act of 1947 as amended to support his constitutional powers. The President has the intrinsic duty and subsequent Constitutional authority and power as Commander in Chief of the Military and Chief Law Enforcement Officer, to use whatever means, lawful and necessary, to defend the Constitution against insurrection and sedition... domestic terrorism and violence.
No statutory law or limits may circumvent the President's Constitutional DUTY and AUTHORITY to defend our Constitution, and the several States against invasion and domestic violence, resulting from internal or external powers. Those individuals in the government who claim the President doesn't have these CLEAR and well-established powers are enemies of the State and need to be treated as such... arrested and held for sedition or treason. Presently, it appears large segments of our government are at war with the Constitution and our Republican form of Government. Those individuals must be arrested and tried for crimes against the State.
