It is time for the Patriot's in Congress (if any)... to stand up and demand the Federal Government return to Constitutional Government or for them to leave the Capitol and return to their States, where they can organize Anti-Commandeering and Nullification actions that will lawfully require the Federal Government to return to its Constitutional role within the Republic... as the servant of the States and the people.

I am sick of the dissimulation and betrayal.. that our Senators and Representatives offer as a facade for resistance to open lawlessness and federal overreach in DC. It is time for these men and women to actually LEAD; too, take the proverbial Bull by the Horns and wrestle it to the ground... where they can put a ring in its nose and return it to its proper place in the greater scheme of good government. It is time for the GOP to stand up and LEAD its base in massive opposition to the lawlessness passing as the government in Washington. It is time for the Party's base to demand the RNC wake up and mobilize its base to save the Republic.

Without the GOP or another established and organized group to lead a return to sound Constitutional Government... we are doomed to failure as a Constitutional Republic, as a Union of soverign states. ELECTIONS WILL NOT WORK to restore the Republic. Elections have proven to be ineffective and corrupt. They have been the franchise of our corrupt politicians for several decades. We must reform the electoral process to bring integrity and honesty back and until we do: we must not count on elections to return good government to the people of America.

We must take other actions beyond elections: anti-commandeering, and nullification, an Article 5 Convention of States, to pass several Amendments that will further restrict the Federal Government and its Judiciary from suppressing liberty. We must restore the rights of the public to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness without government interference... We must return and restrain the Federal Government to operate within the limits of the Constitution, as defined by the plain language of the US Constitution, and the founding father's intent.

  Dear Colonel, I appreciate your time and effort taken in response to my post about messages I have posted on this forum and will readily admit that I Knew this would be taken as so-called "anti-semitism" and herein lies the First part of their deception; a group of non-semites Claiming anti-semitism which would be laughable if it weren't "'Their"' First option of Defense but I will go no further on that subject here as there is another possibly More Important subject I want to inform You of if you are indeed unaware of this yourself but don't believe that to be the case. Nonetheless I will start by first asking you the following question: Are you aware of the "Act of 1871" also known as the "Organic Act of 1871" that was signed/enacted on February 21, (or 22nd, I can't recall which day) 1871? I would have to believe you would be ver much aware of this. Nonetheless, this "Act" (of Treason IMO) was taken without the knowledge and/or Consent of We, the People and of which there was a concerted effort taken to conceal this "Act of Treason" from the American People for Many decades.
  
  What the "Organic Act of 1871" did was turn the Constitutional Republic of These United States into a Corporation, a Corporation therefore IS a Business and what Every Member of Congress of the House and the Senate became at that point a Corporate Employee after it was signed by President Ulyssys S. Grant. With this Act now made Law, Every Member of Congress was No Longer actually accountable to We, the American People as they had been prior to the passage of this Deceptive but Real Act of Treason, again, that is My opinion on the matter. So you see, it seems at this time in history, Our American History, that the deceptive masks have been removed and these Corporate Employees are under the Control and Direction of the Corporation's CEO who is today, Unfortunately as far as We know, is Joseph Biden but I Don't even believe this to be the Truth, but Somebody IS Running this Country but I Don't for One second believe it is Biden nor that other POS Kamala Harris, So if Not either one of these two, Who is?   I think you misinterpret the Organic Act of 1871... it did not transfer any soverignty from the States nor did it impact the Constitutional authority and powers delegated by the US Constitution... It merely incorporated the District of Columbia just as most of our cities are today.. enabling the government to act as an 'individual entity' for the purposes of liability, operational agreements, financial actions, and other needful government functions. A corporation is merely a means to engage an entity as a person assigning responsibility and liability to that entity as a whole.
  
  The Organic Act has no power to overturn the Constitution.... the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and the only contract that has been RATIFIED by the several states and has the consent of the people to establish our government. You assign way too much authority and distorted purposes to the Act... it was merely an expedient means to assign liability and to provide legal limits on financial and other government issues.
  
  Every modern state, county, city, and business incorporates for purposes of liability and accountability... to engage in various legal contracts and financial transactions. Incorporating is no an EVIL ACT.

  I Edited this to make it readable even though it was a direct copy of the article it was thrown together so badly as to Not be readable. I think this much more Tolerable:
  
  Colonel, my wording may be a bit off base in my former post but I have done a load of Research concerning this Act of 1871 of various concerned about it including a few videos uploaded to YouTube, BitChute, WT Videos (which is Completely Uncensored, for now anyway) though this one is Brand New to me and have seen Nothing of the Act of 1871 on it nor looked. But Sir, your discription of the Act is how it's been presented and I'm aware of what the process of Incorporating is, Why it is Very useful and it's purpose and there of course is Nothing Evil about it at all for it is just a Safeguard in Good Standing for All parties involved. Making out that "Incorporating the District of Columbia" as something Evil was Not my intention though I can see how that could have been taken as my intention and it was Not. There was a Deceptive nature to it that I didn't give details on but are contained in this One Article I've only just now have seen for the first time that Also describes the deception that I referred to as Treason and this article does the same but details Why it was an Act of Treason that I did Not.
  
  The article is called "ORGANIC ACT OF 1871 DECEPTION" and was printed by a Organization called "National Liberty Alliance" which was one of the choices of the first page of selections when I Googled "The Act of 1871" following Wikipedia which is Not known for it's bipatisanship and is know to be Left Leaning. Anyway, the article is a bit long and though I'm going to Copy and Paste it here if it's not Too ridiculously Long, I would hope that if you Don't read it here if it post's at all that you would Google it yourself to read so that You will have a Much better idea as to my suspicion regarding the Act and what was Not intended for Public consumption at that time in the 19th Century and You may then have a changed perspective on it yourself.

In preparation for stealing America, the puppets of Britain’s banking cabal had already created a second government, a Shadow Government designed to manage what “the people” believed was a democracy, but what really was an incorporated UNITED STATES. The U.S. has always been and remains a British Crown colony. King James I, is not just famous for translating the Bible into “The King James Version”, but for signing the “First Charter of Virginia” in 1606 — which granted America’s British forefathers license to settle and colonize America. The charter guaranteed future Kings/Queens of England would have sovereign authority over all citizens and colonized land in America.
  
  After America declared independence from Great Britain, the Treaty of Paris, signed on September 3, 1783 was signed. That treaty identifies the King of England as prince of U.S. “Prince George the Third, by the grace of God, king of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, defender of the faith, duke of Brunswick and Lunebourg, arch- treasurer and prince elector of the Holy Roman Empire etc., and of the United States of America“– completely contradicting premise that America won The War of Independence. Article 5 of that treaty gave all British estates, rights and properties back to Britain. It is agreed that Congress shall earnestly recommend it to the legislatures of the respective states to provide for the restitution of all estates, rights, and properties, which have been confiscated belonging to real British subjects; and also of the estates, rights, and properties of persons resident in districts in the possession on his Majesty’s arms and who have not borne arms against the said United States. And that persons of any other decription shall have free liberty to go to any part or parts of any of the thirteen United States and therein to remain twelve months unmolested in their endeavors to obtain the restitution of such of their estates, rights, and properties as may have been confiscated; and that Congress shall also earnestly recommend to the several states a reconsideration and revision of all acts or laws regarding the premises, so as to render the said laws or acts perfectly consistent not only with justice and equity but with that spirit of conciliation which on the return of the blessings of peace should universally prevail. While people have recognized for more than 150 years that the rich and powerful often corrupt individual officials, or exert undue influence to get legislation passed that favors their interests, most Americans still cling to the naive belief that such corruption is exceptional, and that most of the institutions of society, the courts, the press, and law enforcement agencies, still largely comply with the Constitution and the law in important matters. They expect that these corrupting forces are disunited and in competition with one another, so that they tend to balance one another.
  
  Mounting evidence makes it clear that the situation is far worse than most people think, that during the last several decades the U.S. Constitution has been effectively overthrown, and that it is now observed only as a façade to deceive and placate the masses. What has replaced it is what many call the Shadow Government – created with the illegal passing of the Act of 1871. It still, for the most part, operates in secret, because its control is not secure.   In short... There is only one US Constitution creating and governing our Republic... However, each State has its own Constitution and the District of Columbia has its own public CHARTER (constitution) as a Corporation.
  
  I don't have time to teach US history regarding the establishment and creation of our Capitol, but let me state this... most of what you have posted is twisted or misinterpreted and needs to be reviewed with an open mind to all sides of the issue. The Organic Act of 1871 was primarily used to incorporate Washington, DC; too, permit it to engage in financial and other business transactions without obligating the several United States... the Republic/Union.
  
  I find your conspiratorial bias toward the Organic Act of 1871 uninformed and misguided... this is especially true regarding the highly dubious claims regarding the Vatican and England. The District of Washington's flag and their corporate constitution/charter are not conspiratorial documents meant to steal our Republic or to obligate us to some secret society. Each State in the Republic/Union is soverign and has its own Constitution and the District of Washington has its own charter/constitution. there is only ONE US CONSTITUTION binding all 50 States, federal territories, possessions, protectorates, and the District of Columbia... there are many subordinate constitutions, charters, and other governing compacts that are ALL subordinate to the US Constitution.
  
  You are all too conspiratorial... not every Act of Congress nor government action is suspect or seditious... treason is not behind every statutory act nor is our history so polluted with corruption that we can not reform our government using our founding instruments as the tools of reform. Our Constitution is real, binding, and simply needs the will to return it to its rightful place in government.
