Last week, CNN was tactically baffled by a simple question that grows stranger by the day: Why are investigators struggling to build a murder case in the death of US Capitol Police Officer Sicknick?

The stakes are high: Officer Sicknick’s death is the only purported death by a largely tourist crowd that was let into the building by police, stayed inside the velvet ropes, seemed at least partly there out of confusion, for social media clout, or just for the memes, and that even the New York Times conceded caused limited property damage.

That’s a far cry from murder. Yet MAGA is being blood libeled with a felony murder charge in the court of public opinion and at Donald Trump’s impeachment, while potentially exculpatory evidence is silenced or sealed. As the Washington Uniparty mulls domestic terror laws over a MAGA Bloodbath, it increasingly looks like MAGA may have been Bloodbathed. Time is of the essence for the Feds to release all evidence, damn the guilty, or the clear the MAGA movement of these serious allegations.

So why are the Feds hiding the medical report?

Narrative 1:0: The Brazen Lie

The day after Sicknick’s reported death, depraved toilet paper company and full-time libel factory known as The New York Times jumbo-tronned a massive, howler headline, later confirmed to be a Judith Miller-level damn dirty lie.

In an unforgivable shocker, the House Trial Memorandum itself, which sets forth the very impeachment charges for which the 45th President stands accused, names Trump liable for “insurrectionists” that “killed a Capitol police officer by striking him in the head with a fire extinguisher.” Their source? The New York Times.

But the toilet paper Times left a real stinker inside this one. Because every claim they made, every detail conveyed, was a lie.

Law enforcement officials now tell CNN that there was no fire extinguisher blow, no bloody gash, and no blunt force trauma to Sicknick’s body when he died.

Not only that, but it is increasingly unclear when, where and if Sicknick was even rushed to the hospital

As it turns out, multiple hours after the protest had already concluded, Sicknick texted his own brother Ken that very night he was basically fine, other than being “pepper sprayed twice,” confirming he was safe and “in good shape.”

Then, an odd thing happened. The next afternoon, the Sicknick family began getting phone calls that Officer Brian Sicknick had been declared dead. The phone calls didn’t come from the hospital. They didn’t come from the treating physicians. They didn’t come from the US Capitol Police, or the FBI, or the DOJ.

They came from media reporters.

Certain privileged media personnel were evidently the first to receive sensitive information circulating among “law enforcement officials” that Brian Sicknick was dead.

But then the story got stranger. In a dark, twisted echo of Monty Python’s “bring out your dead” scene, it turned out Sicknick was not dead yet.

The US Capitol Police responded in a public statement late that Thursday evening that swirling media reports were untrue. Sicknick was still alive.

  • There's an interesting article on IWB called both groups charged in the Jan 6th thing were led by the FBI. Proud boy's and Oath Keepers. I just read it so I don't know if it's credible or not but interesting.

  • It gets in the way of shaming people for something that they didn't do. It's all about controlling the citizens by shame and guilt. The poor representatives who only want the best for us and our country had to hide from the blood thirsty mob who unprovoked started a fight for no good reason. The hypocrisy is so overwhelming. When I think about the N. Korean citizens or Chinese citizens I think why aren't the people rising up against their government? Not because their government is working to protect their rights and freedoms that's for sure. Consequences are only for the tax cattle. It really is good vs evil. Greed is a requirement for civil service it seems. Go along with it or be vilified. I would've never thought our country could turn into one of THOSE countries with the support of at least half the citizens. I'm told it's ignorant to think we could change it or fight it so assume the position or else. I'm having a hard time with that. So far zero backlash for the death of our female American Veteran that was murdered in the taxpayers funded capital building. No one made to feel guilty or shame about shooting her in the neck letting her bleed out on the cold floor like it's normal. I remember when the Obama white house shot a woman with her child in the back seat for getting confused and driving up to the Whitehouse then trying to leave. Death was the response and nothing was done about that either that I know of. But this officer deserves a hero's funeral? I thought we fought and won against royalty in the US? But we have civil servants acting exactly like they're royalty, untouchable, unaccountable, unelected now. If you help protect the corrupt system that prays on its citizens for revenue to build their corrupt system stronger against the citizens how is that different than the criminal mob, drug cartels, gangs? Our female American Veteran was murdered on film and nothing? This guy died under who knows circumstances. She died by being shot by one of his coworkers. Huge difference in the response.

  • Very strange, many reports and they are not adding up.

  • He probably new the truth about the insurrection and they had him killed. (you know like the clintons do)

  • let's" fight like hell" to keep our constitutional democratic republic

  • None of this makes a difference. Sen Graham already said that nothing came out that would change his mind. I am sure a large majority of Republican senators won't change their minds, either, and won't betray one of their own no matter what. They protect any party member lest it soils the party iteself. They won't let that happen. So, they know that they will acquit President Trump irrespective of any evidence or facts presented. That's exactly how a trial like this should go. The jurors make up their minds before the trial starts. End of story.

    • Everything was stacked against PRESIDENT Trump ... your comment seems to indicate that you oppose acquittal ... yes or no? Me? Acquittal, for sure!!

I want PRESIDENT Trump (best since President Reagan) back in the White House. The Biden family are Benedict Arnolds! When the Biden/Harris tick is brought down, PRESIDENT Trump will, by default, ascend to the presidency.

    • It's a fake impeachment. Nothing to it. That's why it doesn't matter what happens in the Senate. Trump will be acquitted for sure as he should be. He shouldn't have been impeached in the first place, all based on trumped up charges anyway.
