    • The Governor needs to intervene along with the sheriff if the mayor and local authority refuse to act... arrest them as coconspirators to domestic terrorism and lock them up. stop the support of local authorities for violence and terrorism.  Lock them up and throw away the key.

    • The mayor only has control over the city, but the sheriff is the entire county, yet, can the sheriff call out the mayor on their failures, does he have legal control over him?

    • As the top cop he should have control too arrest, interpose and nullify, as well as to deputies anyone he wants to.

    • AdGAIN.   it was allowed to happen when the incident happened for this trial.

A CONGRESSMAN TODAY SAID THAT THE WI GOVERNOR ALLOWED THE RIOTING TO HAPPEN AT THAT TIME BECAUSE HE SAID TRUMP WOULD GET THE BLAME FOR IT HAPPENING.

CORRUPT POLITICIANS ARE THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR COUNTRY.

    • The doctrine of lesser magistrates must be used... the Sheriff needs to ignore stand-down orders from the County Commissioners, Mayor, and Governor and do what is necessary to keep order in Kenosha.  The local police must also ignore stand-down orders... by the Mayor or City Counsel ... in fact, if such orders are issued the police need to detain and lock up the offending government official including any prosecutor or judge aiding ad abetting lawless conduct with stand-down orders.

We are at war with an internal enemy... it is time to identify, isolate, detain and charge them for their crimes... that takes honorable police and local leadership willing to weed out the criminals.  We must make it clear that we expect such conduct and prepare to support the local leaders who stand up to such internal betrayal... This includes shutting down the Marxist propagandist in the local and national MSM, which distort the reporting of such events.

    • What rights exactly do the unorganized militia have? What backup would be necessary? The Sheriff?

    • The unorganized PRIVATE militia has no rights other than as individuals... the unorganized militia is in many states an unfunded but statutory body of all able-bodied men ages 18-45 in most states.  They are the reserve militia (national guard).  The unorganized militia is not the private militia we generally think of when discussing militia. The 'Unorganized Militia' is a statutory body under the authority of the governor in most states.

All private militias are on their own, they are without statutory authority... They should seek a legal status using the local Sheriff as their head... becoming standing Sheriff's posses. Otherwise, they're subject to being labeled domestic terrorists if they act as a body against local or federal authority.

    • Thanks, Col.

    • I think you are definitely onto something there!

  • This is all so sad
