The GOP controls the Georgia State Legislature... The GOP needs to call for an emergency session and pass a resolution declaring their right to appoint Presidential Electors Per Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 of the US Constitution. The appointment of Electors by a state is the Constitutional Duty of the State Legislatures. Each State Shall Appoint ... as the Legislature may direct Electors for President. There are 24 States where the GOP controls the legislature and holds the seat of Governor. Where fraud is clearly present and the winner of the popular vote is in dispute it is the Constitutional duty of the State's Legislature to appoint the Electors for their State.

If two slates of Electors arrive in the US Senate VP Biden as President of the US Senate is the one who certifies which set of electors is seated... official... per the Electoral Count Act of 1887. When multiple lists of Electors arise it is up to the President of the US Senate to certify which Electors will be seated.
