A coalition of major media companies has filed a legal brief in support of former Trump chief White House strategist Steven Bannon as he fights a proposed protective order in court that would keep him from publicizing Jan. 6th documents and information.
The media group – which includes CNN, ABC, NBC, plus the Washington Post, the New York Times, and the parent company of the Wall Street Journal – filed a motion to intervene as Bannon's fights the government's proposed order as part of his contempt of Congress case.
The order would severely limit what Bannon can do with the trove of information that the feds must share as part of the normal discovery process and have already begun handing over. According to a prior government filing, this includes more than 1,000 pages of witness testimony, grand jury material, and even emails from staff for the House Jan. 6th Committee investigating the Capitol riot.
The press group argues that the government's proposed order would violate the First Amendment – and takes on the government's own contention that allowing Bannon to use the materials would result in pretrial publicity that could taint the jury pool.

The media is protecting themselves from current litigation and trying to close the door on providing any disclosure on future litigation.

As I understand the situation, they are hoping that somewhere in all that info there will be something to incriminate Pres. Trump in the Jan. 6 'insurrection' read rather staged event. They are grasping at straws at this point. The real insurrection, rather - as Pres.Trump has said - having been the steal of the Nov. 3 2020 elections. When this country was hijacked, in a deliberate act of insurrection, involving as well a foreign entity, namely Red China. Which will cause a lot of actors in this play to be tried for treason. And dealt with accordingly. Look for the reinstated Pres. Trump to call for military tribunals to 'read the riot act' to them. As the Bad Guys go down in the flames of their attempted New World Order, with its jackboot intended to be planted firmly on the necks of The People.
There will be a Great Reset, alright. Just not the one envisioned for us by these, our Wannabe Masters. Their totalitarian NWO being the reverse image of The Real Thing. As we come out from the long Darkness into the Light of a New Day.
Points taken. But I don't think that we have to wait until the 2022 Elections. Nor should we. Too much is at stake. I'm trusting that the Good Guys have sufficient evidence by now to put the Bad Guys - including regarding Crimes Against Humanity (i.e., child sex traffcking) - away for a good long while, and can now draw this Morality Play to a close. So that we can get on with The Real Thing. No more games.
