Free Speech/Abortion Rights:
Multiple conservative organizations confirmed Friday, he'll end up with an activist on the Supreme Court who opposes religious rights, dislikes free speech for some Americans, promotes abortion as "health care" and threatens Americans' constitutional rights.
Marjorie Dannensfelser, chief of the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, cited the current case pending before the high court on abortion as a key.
In that case, a state rule limiting abortion in 15 weeks is being challenged by abortion industry representatives and others.

Struck Down Trumps Border Controls:
President Joe Biden’s nominee to replace Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, previously struck down border controls sought by former President Trump.
Jackson, appointed by Biden to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit last year, previously served on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, where she ruled on a handful of immigration cases.
In 2019, the pro-mass immigration group Make the Road New York sued the Trump administration for its expanded expedited removal of illegal aliens.
Whereas expedited removal had long only applied to illegal aliens who crossed by land, were encountered near the border, and had been in the U.S. for no longer than 14 days, Trump sought to expand the process to include illegal aliens encountered across the U.S. for up to two years after they arrived.
Though the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals later reversed the ruling, Jackson issued a preliminary injunction to halt Trump’s expanded expedited removal policy on the grounds that the administration violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and did not sufficiently weigh the impact that the policy would have on illegal aliens.

Judicial System 'Unfair' to Sex Offenders (?):
Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson once argued in an article that the judicial system in America is “unfair” to sexual predators.
Jackson, whom President Joe Biden has nominated for the U.S. Supreme Court, authored an unsigned “Note” for the Harvard Law Review in 1996 calling for judges to change their analytical framework for evaluating the constitutionality of certain state sex offender statutes. She disclosed authorship of the article to the Senate Judiciary Committee after she was nominated to serve as U.S. district judge for the District of Columbia by President Barack Obama in 2012.
In the article, Jackson wrote, “In the current climate of fear, hatred, and revenge associated with the release of convicted sex criminals, courts must be especially atten-tive to legislative enactments that ‘use[ ] public health and safety rhetoric to justify procedures that are, in essence, punishment and detention.'”
Her article took issue with how some state legislatures at the time enacted laws to regulate the release of sex offenders. Examples she cited include requirements for sex offenders to register with local law enforcement officials, notify community members of their presence, undergo DNA testing, and submit to civil confinement for an indefinite term.

And since we can't trust the current civilian judiciary to do that job - with so many of our judges evidencing a corrupt perspective - that Justice will have to come by way of military tribunals. Which are legally called for via various documents calling for Martial Law to be invoked, to do that job.
