That man doesn't remember what he says from one day to the next. He's really a mess. I think the people should demand he take the test.
He's got dementia and his wife and all the rest of them are covering for him. They are planning on him just being a firgue head or puppet because he's not really fit for the job, and the rest of them along with his VP will really be doing his job behind the scenes.
