A Path To Constitutional Resistance... The Anti-Commendeering Doctrine of Madison

State's rights and the 9th and 10th Amendments must be enlisted to carve out a reprieve and safe harbor from the Election Fraud holding power in DC... The RED STATES must organize a United Caucus of resistance to the Federal Government's Marxist Cabal... It is possible if the States properly organize and PERFECT the "anti-commandeering doctrine" to put down the excesses of a Marxist Government.  It is not all lost... this can be lawfully done without secession.

James Madison’s advice for resisting federal overreach in Federalist #46 serves as the basis for what we now know as the legal doctrine of “anti-commandeering.” Madison advised four primary tactics for individuals and states to effectively push back against federal overreach, including a “refusal to cooperate with officers of the Union.”  

While the federal government of the United States is often the ultimate authority, there are many responsibilities left to the several States and the People.  It is in the exercise of these powers that the States and the People have one more check against overreaching Federal Power.  “[T]he powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State,” James Madison wrote.
