Piece of Sh*t Biden Lies About Police

8936369075?profile=RESIZE_400xWhy Biden Lies About Police? An old adage goes like this. “Better is the silent man who may prove himself foolish, than the one who opens his mouth and removes all doubt.”

 No one can ever say they’ve ever had any doubts about the current President of the United States.

 He is patently dishonest. But people explain that away as just being the old uncle at the family gathering who can’t help but exaggerate the good ole’ days.

 He frequently relays abjectly false information. But supporters just blame his age, obvious stage of being diminished, or point to his past when a far more moderate man served in the US Senate. They also never admit that his younger, more able-bodied self always had the same problem.

 He repeats the false dishonesties with perfection. Obviously, a believer in the theory of repeating a dishonesty enough times people may begin to assert it and believe it themselves.

 It’s my observation—and anyone else’s with a brain—that he traffics in these habits with such expertise and frequency that he himself can no longer distinguish between facts and fiction.

 But at least he never tweets mean things. Right?  Nope.

 He just includes them in major pronouncements about our most valuable citizens—800,000 uniformed men and women in blue.

 He slanders those who wake up every day committed to protecting us, even if it means they never come home that night & never kiss their children goodnight ever again.

 On Saturday Sack of sh*t Biden released a statement supposedly honoring law enforcement as an observation of Police Week. Nice of him to squeeze it in since the rest of the nation had been observing it for the previous six days. Nonetheless, in the eleventh hour (of the seventh day) he began his statement by “praising” police.

 "As we recognize Peace Officers Memorial Day and Police Week, we honor those who lost their lives in the line of duty and thank them on behalf of this grateful Nation for their service.”

 After appointing a Vice (piece of sh*t) President who campaigned and donated for people to help rioters make bail during the summer of 2020, I guess we should be grateful that he said it.

 But he couldn’t stop himself.

 "This year, we also recognize that in many of our communities, especially Black and brown communities, there is a deep sense of distrust towards law enforcement; a distrust that has been exacerbated by the recent deaths of several Black and brown people at the hands of law enforcement.”

 And he still wasn’t quite finished.

 "These deaths have resulted in a profound fear, trauma, pain, and exhaustion for many Black and brown Americans, and the resulting breakdown in trust between law enforcement and the communities they have sworn to protect and serve ultimately makes officers’ jobs harder and more dangerous as well. In order to rebuild that trust, our State, local, and Federal Government and law enforcement agencies must protect constitutional rights, ensure accountability for misconduct, and embrace policing that reflects community values and ensures community safety. These approaches benefit those who wear the badge and those who count on their protection."

 Never mind that for the last several decades, police kill very few unarmed citizens, to begin with. (On average less than 100 persons, in a nation of 300 million residents.) Never mind that among those averages every year for nearly the last decade police have killed close to double the number of white people as they have combined people of color. And also never mind that black men commit roughly 55% of the violent gun crime in the nation while making up roughly 6-8% of the population.

 In order to believe Biden’s statement, you also must believe a few other assertions.

 You must believe that communities of color are unimportant to police organizations—even though they live in the very neighborhoods that most rely on them for day-to-day order.

 You must believe that police organizations are still primarily and dominantly white—regardless of the fact that the majority of the twenty largest cities are minority dominant in their demographic make-up or are approaching racial parity.

 You must also believe that such shootings by police are never justified despite the repeated lawful instructions that are almost universally ignored, weapons that are pulled or attempted to be used, or lives that are saved in the process. It’s one thing for a senile bat to forget what state he’s in, day of the week it is, or to forget to close his secret Venmo account before taking the job.

 It’s another thing to continually and purposefully use his diminished capacity to send the message that you stand with criminals more firmly than the men and women—increasingly majority people of color—who put on the uniform.

 Yet regardless of his motivation—to carry water with the avowed racists of Black Lives Matter and other such ilk—he must be confronted and be held accountable for his reckless words that would endanger every American—red, yellow, black, and white.

 There’s also another adage that’s worth a reminder.

 “If you can’t find something nice to say, far better to say nothing at all.”

 So, what will it be Mr. (piece of sh*t) President — will you continue being a piece of sh*t or praise the men and women in blue?

Did Biden Just Cancel The Constitution?

8832466482?profile=RESIZE_400xExecutive Order Canceling the Constitution? On April 15, Preident Biden signed an Executive Order on Blocking Property with Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation. Contrary to its title, this EO is not about Russia. It is designed to allow the Biden administration to deprive American citizens and organizations of their rights and property by arbitrarily linking those persons to real, imagined, or vaguely defined activities of the Russian government.

The Biden administration unilaterally makes the determination and requires neither criminal acts nor intent. The punishment is blocking assets and a prohibition on any dealing with the accused person. Spouses and adult children of individuals found guilty by accusation under this EO are punished, too.

The EO was preceded by some distracting maneuvers, both diplomatic (hostile rhetoric toward Russia) and military (sending naval ships toward the Black Sea and recalling them back, as if dealing with Russian threats). Thus, many people assumed that the EO was directed at Russia, and completely missed the fact that it is directed at dissent here, at home.

Over the past four years, the Democrat Party, Fake News, and Big Tech have been frequently portraying their opponents as Russian trolls or Russian misinformation operators. The Russian collusion narrative, initially invented to overthrow the Trump administration, has been used to smear many conservative movements. Now this effort has been crowned by an Executive Order.

Biden’s administration has been recently pushing so many other radical changes, such as packing the Supreme Court, eliminating the filibuster, restricting Second Amendment rights, etc., that the real ramifications of this new EO went completely unnoticed. In my opinion, this EO is the most dangerous of them all. It allows the Biden regime to eliminate its opposition, quickly and quietly.

Section 1 of the EO enumerates prohibited activities and defines guilty persons as those “determined” by the Secretary of Treasury and/or Secretary of State in consultation with the Attorney General to be:

(a)(ii) responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged or attempted to engage in, any of the following for or on behalf of, or for the benefit of, directly or indirectly, the Government of the Russian Federation:

(A) malicious cyber-enabled activities;

(B) interference in a United States or other foreign government election;

(C) actions or policies that undermine democratic processes or institutions in the United States or abroad;

(D) transnational corruption;

Some of the language in this EO borrows from another: EO-13224 - Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten To Commit, or Support Terrorism. George W. Bush signed EO-13224 on September 23, 2001, in response to 9/11.

However, Biden’s EO is as similar to Bush’s EO as an atomic bomb is to a sniper rifle. Bush’s EO targeted financing terrorism. It defined terrorism clearly and narrowly. It minimized legal jeopardy to US persons. It did not strip away the standard for criminal liability requirements of action and intent. It did not target spouses or children of accused individuals. Additionally, Bush made a legally meaningful promise to use it with due regard to culpability and the Bush administration used it with restraint. Even so, Democrats criticized it harshly, opposed it, and fought it in courts.

In contrast, Biden’s new EO is directed mostly at US persons. It criminalizes speech and political activities, based on whimsical and arbitrary definitions. The Biden administration can define “malicious activities,” “democratic processes or institutions,” and the activities that undermine them as it wants.

The Biden administration is also free to interpret what constitutes “interests of the Russian Government.” Such broad and vague language allows the Biden regime to select US citizens and political organizations arbitrarily, and then deprive them of their property and rights without anything reminiscent of due process. The EO does not even require that anybody commit an actual crime somewhere. False cyber-attribution or fake bounty claims are sufficient. Biden’s remarks to the EO showed no regard to the culpability of any targeted US citizens or other persons.

Leftist pseudo-elites have been eager to ban speech based on allegations that such speech may be beneficial to Russia. Such ideation has been present among Big Tech influencers for a long time. This EO effectively gives Big Tech, banks, and credit card companies a new pretext to deplatform conservatives and anyone else who opposes the Biden regime by claiming that they are now engaged in illegal activity.

Biden’s EO appears to allow the Democrat party to deny Americans the right to advocate against it in future federal elections. This might be accomplished through a “determination” that Russia is interfering in elections against democratic candidates. Thus, any US citizens who also oppose Democrats could be found to acting for Russia’s benefit, directly or indirectly.

The list of prohibited activities justifying a Biden administration “determination” to deprive American persons of their property and other rights (referred to here as a “Deprived Person”) states:

[a] (iii) to be or have been a leader, official, senior executive officer, or member of the board of directors of:
… (C) an entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order;

For comparison, Bush’s EO only covered the leaders of terrorist-supporting entities, not multiple officials, executives, or directors.

Unprecedently, Biden’s EO targets children and spouses:

[a] (v) to be a spouse or adult child of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to subsection (a)(ii) or (iii) of this section;

and countless associations:

[a] (vi) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of:

(A) any activity described in subsection (a)(ii) of this section; or

(B) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order ...

[a] (vii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, … any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.

Notice the infinite reach these subsections afford. Those connected to a “Deprived Person” can receive the same designation, and so on. There is no limit to the number of iterations.

“Deprived Persons” essentially become untouchables, as dealing with them in any way is expressly prohibited without additional determinations:

Sec. 2. The prohibitions in section 1 of this order include:

(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and

(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.

Giving legal representation, hosting the website, selling food, and giving medical care to a “Deprived Person” is automatically prohibited. Section 4 prohibits transactions that “cause a violation” of this EO, even absent intent or knowledge. This serves as a hint to pre-emptively cut ties with anyone the Biden regime targets.

Section 9 exempts UN bodies and “related organizations” (NGOs) from any responsibility for interfering in US elections and other activities under this order.

The Russian Federation is mixed into the EO only for distraction and as a primer, triggering expanding layers of culpability.

I do not expect any putative human rights organizations or large media outlets to hold the Biden regime accountable for how it applies this EO or to defend its victims.

So far, these outlets have either ignored it or defended it...but it is there waiting for them to enforce it!

7141813080?profile=RESIZE_400xModern "Race War Radicals" Follow Well Worn Path to Revolution. Compare Original '45 Goals Of Communism' To Modern Woke Crusade. Think I'm kidding? Compare Original '45 Goals Of Communism' To Modern Woke Crusade.

Have you ever wondered what the precursors to the current goals of protesters and radicals demanding defunding police departments across America? Also, their crazed goals to pull down all historic statutes – even Mt Rushmore? And as US Reps AOC and Ilhan Omar demand destruction of capitalism, haven’t you wondered where such unhinged and universally disastrous ideas came from?

Well, there’s an actual source for such catastrophic, ruinous policies…World Communism. And on Thursday, January 10, 1963, a list of 45 Communist Goals were offered for the record that were argued to help take over USA. These were read into the Congressional Record, taken from a book called “The Naked Communist,” by Cleon Skousen.

1. Normalize Revolt

Number 42 states, “Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use to solve economic, political or social problems.” Both Seattle’s Mayor Durkan and NY’s Bill Deblasio heavily praised the George Floyd “protests,” as well as virtually all Democrat politicians and many entertainers.

2. Cancel the Police

In number 38, the list states: “Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies.” Defunding the police will be addressed by having non-violent crimes be dealt with by mental health workers. This is the stated goal of Antifa and current demand of BLM, now being applied in Milwaukee and Seattle. But where did canceling police departments come from? USSR Communists. Claims one Marxist site: “The police are the first line of the “bodies of armed men” intended to defend interests of the ruling class. If their real function was to stop crime, they’d arrest every capitalist on the planet, as these are the true criminals and their regime the real source of all crime.”

3. Dismember the Family

In number 40, the list states: “Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.” Destruction of the nuclear family has already occurred and the impact has been catastrophic. Single family households are the chief cause of US poverty while fatherless kids are at a huge disadvantage in life. But a fatherless household also struggles more to teach children about authority and male-female roles within the home.

4. Infiltrate Schools With Leftism

Number 17 states: “Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda.” This goal has been achieved with spectacular success. In 40% of universities, no Republicans are on faculty. The result is brainwashing of kids and the understandable take-away that only socialism is intellectually defensible. Says a 2019 article, “An ex-Communist Romania-born academic recently left his tenured position at Columbia University because the Ivy League school is “on its way toward full blown communism.”

5. Pervert the Press

In number 20, it states “Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.” The bias of American journalism is an established fact. Only 5% of Trump stories were positive. Or as Reason Magazine states: When It Comes to Covering Trump, NY Times Has Abandoned Any Distinction Between Reporting and Opinion.

6. Media Blockade of Trump

Number 21 states, “Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.” Of course, the angry leftism of actors, celebrities, TV anchors and other media workers is legendary. In fact, when MSNBC anchor Chuck Todd claimed his network lacked bias, hilarity resulted.

7. Demolish the Founders

Number 30 states, “Discredit the American Founding Fathers.” Needless to say, when the Founders are roundly dismissed as racist slave-owners, and many protesters demand Mt Rushmore be demolished, the Founders are under fire – even though they wrote the Constitution!

8. Condemn the American Experiment

Number 31 states, “Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history.” It’s now a given protesters completely condemn every aspect of America as being racist, greedy, and just plain evil, which many now accept as fact.

9. Big Business Now Woke

Number 37 states, “Infiltrate and gain control of big business.” One of the most surprising developments is capitalist businesses now promoting socialist leftist themes as Corporate Advocacy.

10. Cancel the Constitution

Number 29 states, “Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate.” It’s become a truism in leftist circles that many elements of the Constitution like Amendment 1., Free Speech and Amendment 2., Gun Rights, must be canceled. Also, 3. the Electoral College!

Let’s admit while Marxists, like Black Lives Matter and Antifa are highly predictable, they are also extremely committed to their goals. They have also achieved many which must have seemed crazy to the people of the 1960s. That’s why we must be even more devoted to our response to extirpate, root and branch, Marxism in America, or face conservative extinction, right here and right now!
