Expulsion... Article I, Section 5, Clause 2

Expulsion is the most serious form of disciplinary action that can be taken against a Member of Congress. The United States Constitution (Article I, Section 5, Clause 2) provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."  quote: WikipediaTHE NEXT CONGRESS NEEDS TO FOCUS ON THE EXPULSION of its corrupt members... and to refer criminal conduct for PROSECUTION.  NO MORE HEARINGS... TRIALS FOR EXPULSION NEED TO BE THE FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS IN THE HOUSE ... The Senate may not have the votes to Expel bad US Senators, based on the raw number of GOP seats available to convict and expel US Senators are not there. Expulsions in the Senate may have to wait until the 2024 Election cycle.Congressional oversight Hearings are staged circuses... Congress has sufficient evidence of criminal activity in the Congressional Record to refer members for criminal indictment…

Bombshell Texts Show Milwaukee Mayor Colluding With Democrats To Rig 2022 Election

Texts between city officials and leftist nonprofit workers indicate that the city of Milwaukee is working to “fortify” the 2022 midterms. We now know that Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson and his staff are coordinating with Democratic Party operatives in a sweeping get-out-the-vote campaign. Why? Because they tell us in private text messages. As Empower Wisconsin first reported on Wednesday, communications obtained in an open records request to the city by state Rep. Janel Brandtjen (R-Menomonee Falls) show longtime Democratic Party operative Sachin Chheda telling Johnson and his staff what to say about the Wisconsin Votes 2022 get-out-the-vote campaign. The effort is being funded by a left-wing activist group with close ties to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a leftist nonprofit funded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. While city officials, under the direction of Chheda, have said Milwaukee is not receiving any private funding for the effort, two things are clear: The…

Ex-Clinton adviser: Hillary setting up 2024 presidential bid with ‘open borders’ critique of Biden

Hillary Clinton is “dusting off” her husband’s playbook by criticizing the Biden administration’s “open borders” to put herself in place to mount a 2024 presidential run, veteran political consultant Dick Morris said in a new interview. Morris, a former aide to President Bill Clinton, said Hillary is setting herself up to enter the race as a “moderate” choice for Democrats in two years for what would be her third shot at the White House. “I see more and more signs that Hillary’s going to run,” Morris told John Catsimatidis on his WABC 770 AM radio show in an interview that aired Sunday, noting that she has been remarking that Americans “do not believe in open borders.” “These are all signals that she is going to be the moderate candidate for president. She’s going to say after the election, ‘See, the left cost us the House and the Senate. If we stay with a left-wing candidate in 2024, we’re going to lose the White House. I’m the only one who will tack to the center and give us a…

The Seth Rich Case: The FBI’s Other Laptop Scandal

For all the hubbub about the Hunter Biden laptop, there has been little talk about the laptop owned by DNC data analyst Seth Rich. In the way of brief summary, the 27-year-old Rich was beaten and then shot by unknown assailants on a Washington, D.C. street in the early morning hours of July 10, 2016. His attackers appear to have taken nothing—not his wallet, not his phone, not his watch. Rich’s laptop was in his apartment not far from the scene of his murder. For six years, its fate has remained a mystery. In less than two weeks, however, thanks to a recent federal court decision, the FBI will be compelled to share its secrets, presuming there are any secrets and presuming too those secrets have not been scrubbed. The FBI’s handling of the Hunter Biden laptop is well enough known. The FBI took the laptop into possession in October 2019. If the New York Post had not revealed its existence and some of its highly incriminating contents in October 2020, the public might not be aware of it…

Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Case Threatening Big Tech’s Section 230 Protections

The leftist Big Tech overlords may finally face a day of reckoning as the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear a challenge to the Section 230 law that governs how tech platforms moderate free speech. SCOTUSblog tweeted Oct. 3 that SCOTUS granted a writ of certiorari to Gonzalez v. Google, “involving the scope of tech companies' immunity under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.” USA Today summarized that the case will have “potentially enormous consequences for social media.” It is the “court’s first test of the broad immunity social media companies have enjoyed under a provision known as Section 230, part of the 1996 Communications Decency Act,” Bloomberg News stated.  Then came the typical liberal media “Republicans Pounce” angle from Bloomberg: “Section 230 has become a target of conservatives, including former President Donald Trump, who say it lets left-leaning tech companies censor right-wing voices.”  read more:…
