Obama uses Executive Orders to Strip Gun Owners of
legal Constitutional Gun Weapons Rights
Where do you draw the line in the sand in defense of your life, your family and your community? What happens when the President of the United States, determines that it is illegal for you to use the very guns which are constitutionally protected because he issues an executive order against ownership? What alternative are you left with, and who can you turn to?
Your weapons which are constitutionally protected may need a local sheriff who will stand against the federal tidal wave of unconstitutional White House directives to protect gun rights!
States and local sheriffs in several jurisdictions are leading a resurgent awakening in the nation in protecting the gun rights of citizens from being quashed by federal edicts. In fact, some of these states which are considering legislation to criminalize efforts of federal employees that attempt to enforce gun control executive orders. Some of these states considering legislation action include Alabama, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Texas, and Wyoming, among others.
Reaction to the proposed legislative edicts by President Obama for a reinstated sticker assault-weapons ban and a 10-round limit on magazines is raising concerns by local law enforcement officials. According to CNS News, Oregon, Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller has already told Vice President Biden in a letter, that he will not enforce any recommended gun laws he deemed unconstitutional.
Another sheriff has joined the growing effort to prevent the assault on legal law abiding citizen’s Second Amendment rights in the state of Kentucky. According to Breitbart, Sheriff Denny Peyman of Jackson County, Kentucky stated recently, “My office will not comply with any federal action which violates the United States Constitution or the Kentucky Constitution which I swore uphold."
A state legislative leader in Texas is tackling this gun control overreach by the Obama administration and gun control advocates. Rep. Steve Toth (R) is planning legislative action to make it illegal for the state of Texas to enforce any federal laws that restrict the constitutional rights of its citizens to own semi-automatic firearms or the size of gun magazines.
Is this not the legal obligation of all local sheriffs and state legislative officials to uphold the dictates of the U.S. Constitution as well as their own state constitution? Is this not their oath of office? In fact, it makes perfect sense that every county, parish and borough in America has a sheriff or law enforcement officials who has taken such an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution.

I only own a .22 long rifle. If the gov't comes to my house, they'll be disappointed. If I had more money, I might buy something stronger... but it should be MY choice. THEY have NO right to TELL ME what "kind" I can or can't HAVE. They don't tell me or care about what kind of musical equipment I buy... I wonder if anyone has ever been killed by a guitar... would they BAN that particular brand? That's the kind of stupidity I hear when they want to ban certain kinds of weapons.
There is absolutely no way that The Celebrity Of The United States (formerly known as the president) & his idiotic side kick Biden along with the other evil incarnates like Feinstein, Cuomo & Bloomberg will ever deny my rights and freedoms to the right to bear arms. You see, these are tyrants. The sooner they can get guns out of our law abiding hands, the sooner they can begin to wipe us out with those 564 million rounds the celebrity of the United States purchased for "domestic use."

With the evil that is afoot in this country, I will stand for anyone's right to own a gun and for the Constitution!!!!...Many have just lost their minds and are not thinking with all the oars in the water!
Letting our government take away our freedoms, any of our freedoms, is the same as going to Arlington Cemetery and p*ssing on the graves of all those veterans that died through out the years and those who shed blood and were maimed to defend those freedoms! It totally negates their sacrifices. They would all be real proud of the rest of us for not stopping this right now before it goes any farther. Don't ask your politicians demand it! We are not their servants they work for us remind them of that they are public servants elected to do the job and not royalty above the law.
I have kept the Oath throughout a Career in the US Army and again through a Career in Law Enforcement. I maintain the 2nd Amendment guarantees the "God Given" Right to keep and bear arms for all US Citizens. Myself and other Law Enforcement Officers have an added threat from perpetrators that have vehemently threatened to kill us. I've had a number of those threats from some evil people and I don't want to face any of these substandard citizens without the means to protect myself and or my loved ones.
I support local law enforcement that will stand up to the Tyrannical and Illegal use of power by the Federal Government.

I hope and pray that all of the sheriffs rise up in unison against this thuggery disguised as "sensible gun contol." Once again the minons of oblamea cannot stand the fact that our Constitutional rights are ABSOLUTE, GIVEN TO US BY GOD! Get over it chuckuschumerr.
I am very angry that anyone should have to resort to this. Who the heck elected the fools that are now allowing it? It is obvious that public opinion is always given 1+1 is 3 and buys it all. The Liberal media is allowed to avoid the facts and why? It has to be obvious they want to take our freedoms away and not just gun rights. We note the ones in office that have been there sometime who are ranting about more laws against guns are those who should of been removed from office long ago. Reality says they never should have been elected they are so far left.
We had better wake up to the fact that far left no longer means those words. It means full force support for Communism and a one world order. But as long as I can have sex and not be responsible for my action I will vote for the destruction of America? What I cannot figure out is that if they claim it is a women's right then why are the men who are rewsponsible not mentioned. If they want all of us to pay then why not force the issue. It is our money not just Liberal immature dingbats and their sex buddies. Do adults, (physical age), ever mentally grow up in our time? Debra, you are right Sherriff Arpaio is the best Sherriff in the entire nation. Has he made his intent known per federal firearms enforcement? The reason I ask is that I heard he hadnt said anything one way or the other, but that was several days ago.
I spoke to a Sargent of the Will county Sheriff's dept. last night at the local seven-eleven and asked him if he would confiscate guns from American citizens and he assured me that all of the Will county Sheriff's dept. have already had this conversation and none of them will participate and they will in fact fight it! Will county is the next county south of Cook county or Chicago! So, I guess that is some good news for a change.
