The912Project

I have been a member of The912Project since Beck established it and I attended the 912 Tea Party in DC and guess I never got around to establishing myself on the Tea Party link. I believe we can take back our country and stop this out of control spending by voting for persons who have the Tea Party principles.

  • I agree with the need for an Independent Party, but if the Tea Party Movement is a political party then we lose site of the movement. I rather suggest either the Constitution Party or another Independent Party that has the same values of the Tea Party Movement. I see the Tea Party Movement as an Inspector General of Political Parties. We are to hold the Political Parties accountable, if we become an official political party then we become the fox watching the hen house. We become the enenmy. I wish you guys think about the integrity of the movement and not comingle the Constitution with the propaganda of political parties. We have to transform the existing parties as the progressives has transformed them. I have grave doubts that the Republicans and Democrats can change immediately because enenmies to the Constitution are ingrained into their organization. I call this next election cycle the year of the Independents. The Independent groups need precinct chairs and have constituents in every state. We do not need to reinvent the wheel, however, if we can take back all the political parties, then their would no longer be a platform for the criminals to hide.
  • The TEA PARTY is official with the Supervisor of Elections office. Go to VoteBrevard.com and click "Register to Vote" to complete a Party change request form if you're interested in joining the movement!
I believe that the Republicans and the Dems are all in the same boat and I don't want to go where their winds of "change" are leading - their CHANGE I don't believe in. The TEA Party's website isn't up yet, but when it's up, I'll post the address. Here's the Party chairman info: Fred O'Neal, 407-719-6796
  • Senator Jim DeMint of S.C. held a telecom last night (3 Nov) and I was one of the attendees. The purpose was to endorse Chuck DeVour of Calif. for a CA US Senate seat. Senator DeMint stated he felt the US Senate needed conservatives like Chuck.
One of DeMints web sites is http://www.senateconservatives.com/
Senator DeMint had already endorsed Marco Rubio of Florida for the US Senate. Since I’m from Florida I have been following Marco for some time and his issues are very conservative and anyone interested can check it out at, http://www.marcorubio.com/
Those of us that attended the 912 Tea Party in DC remember Senator DeMint who spoke there but not as a Senator but as another Tea Party person.
  • I have been following the US REP Michele Bachmann from Minn. for some time and she is very conservative and down to earth. She has made a another call to go to DC. Even through I am from Florida I can relate to this call.

Bachmann Calls on the American People to Bring the Town Hall To Washington
"This is the deciding moment and the people need to make sure their representatives know where they stand."

WHAT: Health Care “House Call” on Washington Press Conference
    WHO: Republican Members of Congress
Americans concerned about our health care future
    Other Guests - TBA

    WHEN: Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 12:00-1
WHERE: East Front Steps of the U.S. Capitol (House Side)
Congresswoman Michele Bachmann released the following statement as the House of Representatives approaches a vote on the Democrats’ health care reform proposal:
“The American people spoke loud and clear at town hall meetings all across the country throughout August. But, it would appear that Congress didn’t hear a word they had to say. The Democrats’ latest health care proposal unveiled late last week may be packaged a little differently, but it’s the same old bad bill as before.
“This bill is a trillion-dollar, budget-busting, government takeover of our health care system. It will put bureaucrats between people and their health care. It will lead to rationed care, hurting the most vulnerable amongst us first. It will break the bank, leaving our children to pay the bill with diminished freedoms and dwindling prosperity.
“The American people need to stand up again and make sure that Congress hears them this time. Speaker Pelosi is putting her bill on fast track to a vote – and it remains to be seen if the House will even get a chance to vote on the commonsense Republican alternatives. The people need to make a House Call on Washington this week and tell their Representatives to vote no to a government take-over of one-fifth of our economy. This is gangster government at its worst.
“I urge all Americans to come to Washington this Thursday. Come and meet up with your Representative and tell them that you want to control your health care.”
  • Our message is simple the Constitution. Our founding fathers had thought long and hard to established this form of goverance. If we were to get to the basics it is about the restoration of man. We as a people were no longer subjegated to rulers. We are the rulers, however, we have to be diligent that we do not become oppressive in its execution. That is why Ben Franklin was concerned about a Republic and being able to keep it. I realized that legitimate organizations are self-correcting. Illegitmate organization are not self-correction, but uses its power to retain its seat to the deteriment of the Republic. It concept applies to every form of government, religion and ideology.
  • Founder, thanks for your comments. I fully agree but for some reason I could sign into the 9/12 system but not the Tea Party even through I was receiving your e-mails. I was trying to close that paper work gap. I saw in one of those e-mails to you someone questioned whether congress was paid in the past, etc. In "The Constitution of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1787" this is covered in Section 6. Everyone should have a copy of Thomas Jefferson, The Constitution; The Declaration of Independence; The Articles of Confedeation; and The Bill of Rights with all Amendments. Its only 57 pages and published by Classic House Books. Its a great book for referencing our Constitution and how its suppose to work. At the 912 Tea Party in DC being able to relate to 1.7 millions people with your views was great. I think what is going on in the NY election where a person was picked by the Republican Party but wasn't accepted by the people. That person is campaigning as a Conserative and has been accepted by a great number of people like Palin, Thompson, Gov of Minn, and others in effect giving the Republican Party a wake up call. I think the Tea Party has started something that will give everyone a wake up call. I am waiting for more to step forward, whats happening in government must be turned around.
  • Billy,

I've always consider the Tea Party and 9/12 as the two-edge sword to retake our country. The Tea Party is the action (coming together), and the 9/12 is the education arm. So we must act and educate. Standing together is our act and we are assembling the army. To protect the Constitution requires education. To act is immediate without any restraint and educate is to preserve our American Heritage Laid down by our founding fathers. We are a team and should support and cross pollinate to ensure we defend (act) and protect (educate) our liberty.
  • I am on the TEA PARTY E-Mail distribution list and have been receiving all the e-mail of Dale Roberson and others.
