Don't want to be a "Party Pooper" but I am saddened by the direction I see the Tea Party going. The numerous e-mails receieved from National Directors De and Melony sound more like something from a liberal organization. What's up with all the name calling and sniveling and acting like the liberals do. Let's get back to facts and logic without all the crybaby emotion. What started out with true good intentions is going down the drain fast. Let our goal be organization and integrity and be more like the NRA.

What saddens me is the rhetoric that is passed off as commentary from the left, and is taken as serious thought by a lot of people. When the leadership on the left is totally counter to what rational people are used to, they think they can sugar coat it or use 2,000 word legislation to cover and confuse the issue. Those that can wade through the mess, like professional septic tank cleaners cannot overstate the obvious; This administration IS hellbent on its promise of fundamental change and NOT for the. better.
Please, the stress and strain of our fight for freedom is NOTHING compared to our forefathers. But we HAVE to bear that load; the consequences if we fail ARE going to be worse than dire. Just watch the news for reports coming from Europe and think ahead just a bit; it can and just might happen here.
I find that many people are incapable of carrying a factual conversation. There are many parts to subjects that people can only use their emotional brain wave to. Today is the age where different
subjects can be investigated on the Internet for facts. Just because we see it in print does not mean
the article has the whole truth or even the partial truth. Only more accurate information in a given time span can usually let us know the truth. Some authors will purposely misled readers who do not care for the truth! True good ideas with good sound ethics led to success! Government is one place where the representatives in Washington, D.C., Republicans or Democrats, and elsewhere need to be well inform from their constituents. Or replace the representatives, Republicans or Democrats, who use only emotion & greed to govern for their own wealth!
Joseph, the intent of the rules discussion was to stop members from bashing each other. Some profanity we won't allow....otherwise, we are big boys and girls...we've heard a few cuss words in our days. Said a few too! LOL
How does one NOT be emotional when our Republic is at stake??? For too long have we either been apathetic or asleep and it stops now! You cannot achieve ANYthing without passion and in fact, this is the blood which operates and motivates. Take a lesson... or is the goal continued lackluster ambivalence and failure in the face of our Imposter in the WH and those who control his strings?
Wow! I am so grateful for the Tea Party website because we are allowed to read reports that do not normally make it to news sites. I am emotional about how our government is rallying against us with Obama and Soros at the wheel. Many of us enjoy lashing out on this site with many members teaching history as reminders. I feel overwhelmed every day worrying where our lives are going, and just knowing we can voice our concerns with others, helps tremendously.

If an issue raised in the Senate does not help Obama in one way or another, he has no interest in it. The "present" vote is a safe vote. No one can criticize him if things go wrong. Those issues are unworthy by their very nature because they are not about him. Obama's election as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review led to a contract and advance to write a book about race relations. The University of Chicago Law School provided him a lot longer than expected and at the end it evolved into, guess what? His own autobiography! Instead of writing a scholarly paper focusing on race relations, for which he had been paid, Obama could not resist writing about his most sublime self. He> entitled the book Dreams from My Father. Not surprisingly, Adolph Hitler also wrote his own autobiography when he was still a nobody. So did Stalin. For a narcissist no subject is as important as his own self. Why would he waste his precious time and genius writing about insignificant things when he can write about such an august being as himself? Narcissists are often callous and even ruthless. As the norm, they lack conscience.. This is evident from Obama's lack of interest in his own brother who lives on only one dollar per month. A man who lives in luxury, who takes a private jet to vacation in Hawaii, and who has raised nearly half a billion dollars for his campaign (something unprecedented in history) has no interest in the plight of his own brother. Why? Because, his brother cannot be used for his ascent to power. A narcissist cares for no one but himself. This election is like no other in the history of America. The issues are insignificant compared to what is at stake. What can be more dangerous than having a man bereft of conscience, a serial liar, and one who cannot distinguish his fantasies from reality as the leader of the free world?
I hate to sound alarmist, but one is a fool if one is not alarmed. Many politicians are narcissists.. They pose no threat to others... >They are simply self serving and selfish. Obama evidences symptoms of pathological narcissism, which is different from the run-of-the-mill narcissism of a Richard Nixon or a Bill Clinton for example. To him reality and fantasy are intertwined. This is a mental health issue, not just a character flaw. Pathological narcissists are dangerous because they look normal and even intelligent. It is this disguise that makes them treacherous. Today the Democrats have placed all their hopes in Obama. But this man could put an end to their party. The great majority of blacks have also decided to vote for Obama. Only a fool does not know that their support for him is racially driven. This is racism, pure and simple. The downside of this is that if Obama turns out to be the disaster I predict, he will cause widespread resentment among the whites. The blacks are unlikely to give up their support of their man. Cultic mentality is pernicious and unrelenting. They will dig their heads deeper in the sand and blame Obama's detractors of racism. This will cause a backlash among the whites. The white supremacists will take advantage of the discontent and they will receive widespread support. I predict that in less than four years, racial tensions will increase to levels never seen since the turbulent 1960's.. Obama will set the clock back decades... America is the bastion of freedom. The peace of the world depends on the strength of America, and its weakness translates into the triumph of terrorism and victory of rogue nations. It is no wonder that Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez, the Castroists, the Hezbollah, the Hamas, the lawyers of the Guantanamo terrorists and virtually all sworn enemies of America are so thrilled by the prospect of their man in the White House. America is on the verge of destruction. There is no insanity greater than electing a pathological narcissist as president.

November 2012 is going to be the most important election this country has seen in a very long time. Emotional about it, heck yes, because we do not want FOUR MORE YEARS of SOCIALISTS and COMMUNISTS in D.C. We are in a FIGHT for the future of our children, grandchildren and a country we love.
I, like Steve, would recommend that if you do not like what we do here and if is offending your sensibilities, then it is perhaps time to leave because the fight is on and we are going to be here everyday fighting it.
Previous blog was not intented to condemn the need or great benefit the Tea Party is and can still be to our nation. As a member I would expect my view to at least be considered. If I am a minority in my opinion in this matter, I respectfully back off. I have already recieved an e-mail from Steve Eichler, CEO Tea Party. He appears to be on the defense. He stated in this e-mail that the "lame brained media is getting screwed by Americas Fraud President". This is a false statement based on emotion. The liberal media has the full backing of Obama and visa-versa. That is dangerous. These types of false statements being publised by the Tea Party as facts is what I am concerned about. To have a goal to reach 100,000 households with the truth about Obama is a good, beneficial goal. I agree with that idea totaly. What I fear is that it won't be done with facts and truth only but with name calling and emotion mixed in. That will distract from the issues at hand. If given the opportunity to reach this many Americans, let us do so wisely and with integrity to be of strong benefit to the cause. Steve Eichler's e-mail questioned my patriotism and suggested I leave the Tea Party? I promise you Steve I love the United States and stand for our constitution.
