The text of SR-511 tells every American that Congress is fully aware of the content of our Constitution and it's meaning.
They are fully aware that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible to sit the office of President of the United States. The text of SR-511 also tells us they are aware of a Supreme Court ruling on Suffrage (voting) that was decided back in 1875 - 88 U.S. 162, Minor v. Happersett.
Supreme Justice Waite (holding the same position as Supreme Justice Roberts does today) set legal precedent for following generations of Americans to understand what the Constitutional term "Natural Born Citizen" meant. Following is a summary of SR-511;
It tells us that the Senate Judiciary Committee (SJC) Chaired by Senator Patrick Leahy determined that:
#1. The SJC recognizes the Constitutional term "Natural Born Citizen" and fully understands a presidential candidate must meet this Constitutional requirement.
#2. Senator McCain was born of two (2) American Citizen parents.
#3. Senator McCain was born on U.S. soil, an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936.
#4. Senator McCain met the Constitutional requirement of "Natural Born Citizen", Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

Notable are the signatures of two people who signed on this Senate Resolution.... Senators Clinton and Obama......
Had anyone else signed this - if these two signatures were not present - I would hold other opinions, yet I do not.
Reviewing both documents, citizens begin to understand we have far more problems than many thought we had.
Occam's Razor leaves no other possible explanation.
Senator McCain himself should have been the very first person to make this observation and acted upon it, yet that has never happened. Senator McCain edited himself out of the equation by his own inaction and silence. He can never be a "president".
The "hard" word must needs be spoken and acted upon. Treason.

One need not look further than the First Article of 0ur great Constitution... argued this very issue in the 6th cir. I have over 150 s.ct. cases denoting the Territorial Jurisdiction of the U.S. From births to title 18 and 21 infractions.. Once a Hero, I don't like McCain either... But, The Law is the Law. Such areas are subject to the "special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States," 18 U.S.C. § 2243

3) Any lands reserved or acquired for the use of the United States, and under the exclusive or concurrent jurisdiction thereof, or any place purchased or otherwise acquired by the United States by consent of the legislature of the State in which the same shall be, for the erection of a fort, magazine, arsenal, dockyard, or other needful building.

The issue here is, of course, the Fourteenth Amendment, and whether or not John McCain's birth was within US jurisdiction, or US sovereignty. In the Insular Cases, the Supreme Court held that "unincorporated territories" were not part of the United States for constitutional purposes. Accordingly, many decisions hold that persons born in unincorporated territories are not Fourteenth Amendment citizens.
The Tribe-Olson Opinion also suggests that Senator McCain obtained citizenship by statute. However, the only statute in effect in 1936 did not cover the Canal Zone. Recognizing the gap, in 1937, Congress passed a citizenship law applicable only to the Canal Zone, granting Senator McCain citizenship, but eleven months too late for him to be a citizen at birth. Because Senator John McCain was not a citizen at birth, he is not a "natural born Citizen" and thus was not "eligible to the Office of President" under the Constitution, if he had been elected"*

Regarding RINO McCain It doesn't matter if The Panama Canal Zone didn't come under US sovereignty until 1937...

The United States authority in this matter is clear. We consider any military bases and embassies to be a part of the United States, regardless of where they were located. As an article from the Monthly Review points out, when America controls a base, the United States has jurisdiction over that area. Much like the District of Columbia is a part of the United States, so to are U.S. territories (the example they give regards Cuba and Guantanamo Bay). I am sure that any court, if it was ever challenged, would agree with that analysis and let Senator McCain run for the Presidency.United States Constitution, Article 2 Section 1, USConstitution.net

We are losing the government because most of us are too afraid to do what is really necessary. Talk but won't walk. How many cops get to kill innocent people and get away with it? They didn't sit around talking in 1776 and they didn't sit around talking in 1941. So what is everyone afraid of? But that couch is just too comfortable and bitching is easier than real action. My congressman is a hypocrite and his staff are offensive and they contradict themselves constantly. "It's how you interpret it". That is all I hear from them. They truly think we are not capable of understanding the constitution.
Yes, this was the 'quid pro quo' deal McCain made with Obama: You call me natural born and I'll call you natural born. The problem being, of course, and why the deal was even necessary from McCain's point of view, was due to the the fact that McCain isn't a natural born US citizen. The Panama Canal Zone didn't come under US sovereignty until 1937, and, although it was retroactive until 1902, it still occurred after his birth by 11 months, making McCain a 'naturalized' US Citizen by positive law.
Now we are being faced with an even harder question, and that is what to do about Sen Cruz's presidential ambitions? Again, while it goes without saying we all deeply appreciate Sen Cruz's leadership, most Tea Party supporters at this sight, and others, know in order to support Sen. Cruz's nbC credentials they would also have to accept a few other "truths", which many, including this writer, cannot; namely: that the offspring of illegal aliens born in this country would also have to the right to run for the presidency of the United States; that Congress has the constitutional power to change the qualifications for the office of the president and vice-president instead of we, the People, and that there is, in fact, no difference between a natural born subject of the English monarchy and a natural born American citizen, as our courts tell us and upon which their decisions are based.

So many positions because the very laws have become strewn with personal translations. The law is not followed because of righteous indignation. The street college and the liberal University have become one in the same. The rise and fall of this nation will no longer serve the next generation. Barak the Corrupt was educated in both and, is not a US citizen. The nation and it's leaders no longer serve the citizens. The basis for the collapse is rounded by the foreign socialist movements. The beating in the streets has been going on since the 1960's, it switches from one ethnicity to another. The ethos of U.N. control empowered by the latest mandates state that Canada will be country 0001 and the US will be country 0002. The US is the former name of this region we all live in. The Americans have turned their backs on their own laws. They have yielded to U.N. mandates and have put these foreign mandates over the American system. How can any of you refer to a Constitution that has been shredded. Treason has become a way of life. The Quran and the UN are now the leading doctrines. The football arena's and, the Basketball Arena's and the casino's have become the rally point that the citizens attend. They have known for years that the corrupt who serve in the seats of government only serve those with multimillion dollar contracts. The rest are not counted. The vote's are for anyone who has the multimillion dollar contract.
