What follows is a letter that I received from our NM U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman today in response to my last letter to him of May 1, 2012, where I respectfully requested that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made on March 1, 2012 by Sheriff Arapio’s Cold Case Posse.  Also included is my response to his letter, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you for informational purposes:

Dear Senator Bingaman:

Thank you for your speedy response to my letter of May 1, 2012, where I respectfully requested that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012, by Sheriff Arapio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of undisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

In your letter you made mention that Article II of the Constitution requires the president to be a “natural born citizen,” which I totally agree with and that President Obama was born in Hawaii. You also provided me with the following link to a Snopes website, which you stated was a non-partisan research website that contained background information on President Obama and his birth:

Although I truly appreciate you sharing the above website with me, I found that the information contained therein is irrelevant to the issue at hand because in my letter to you of May 1, 2012, I respectfully requested that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse. 

Basically the Cold Case Posse’s approximately six-month investigation found that there was possible fraud and forgery in President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (COLB). In addition to their findings on the online document presented by the White House on April 27, 2011, the Posse also addressed problems with Obama’s Selective Service registration card.

Regarding President Obama’s constitutional eligibility to hold the Office of President, please be aware that Americans across the country are waking up to the fact that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces. This fact was substantiated when the White House released his long-form Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) on April 27, 2011, which shows that his father was in fact born in Kenya in 1936 and at that time Kenya was a British colony. Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth, due to the fact that he was born within British-controlled territory. When President Obama was born in 1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was a British subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britain in 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

As I mentioned in my letter to you of May 1, 2012, by now most Americans are also aware that some members of Congress (both Republican and Democrat) know that President Obama was propped up and got elected without being vetted, although he was constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President and Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces.

Finally, as I’ve also mentioned in my letter to you of March 17, 2012, there was a time when someone could perhaps justify sitting on the fence on the matter of President Obama’s birth certificate, but with the results of Sheriff Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse,” an incredible claim has become an incredible situation: a team of professional investigators, commissioned by a major law-enforcement agency, has determined that the alleged birth certificate produced by the president of the United States is a probable forgery. That judgment is in, and the time for waiting is over.

Its understandable that most Americans don’t want conflict because they may fear a constitutional crisis, but, if President Obama is in fact peddling a forged document, it may simply be another example of how we already are in a constitutional crisis.  The only question now is whether we’re going to fight the fire or continue to fiddle while the Constitution burns.

Scopes ia a Liberal website

In regard to snopes:

For the past few years www.snopes..com has positioned itself, or others have labeled it, as the 'tell-all final word' on any comment, claim and email.

But for several years people tried to find out who exactly was behind snopes.com.  Only recently did Wikipedia get to the bottom of it - makes you wonder what they were hiding.  Well, finally we know.  It is run by a husband and wife team - that's right, no big office of investigators and researchers, no team of lawyers.  It's just a mom-and-pop operation that began as a hobby.

David and Barbara Mikkelson in the San Fernando Valley of California started the website about 13 years ago - and they have no formal background or experience in investigative research.  After a few years it gained popularity believing it to be unbiased and neutral, but over the past couple of years people started asking questions who was behind it and did they have a selfish motivation?  The reason for the questions - or skepticisms - is a result of snopes.com claiming to have the bottom line facts to certain questions or issue when in fact they have been proven wrong.  Also, there were criticisms the Mikkelsons were not really investigating and getting to the 'true' bottom of various issues.. 

A few months ago, when my State Farm agent Bud Gregg in Mandeville hoisted a political sign referencing Barack Obama and made a big splash across the internet, 'supposedly' the Mikkelson's claim to have researched this issue before posting their findings on snopes.com.  In their statement they claimed the corporate office of State Farm pressured Gregg into taking down the sign, when in fact nothing of the sort ever took place.

I personally contacted David Mikkelson (and he replied back) thinking he would want to get to the bottom of this and I gave him Bud Gregg's contact phone numbers - and Bud was going to give him phone numbers to the big exec's at State Farm in Illinois who would have been willing to speak with him about it..  He never called Bud.  In fact, I learned from Bud Gregg no one from snopes.com ever contacted anyone with State Farm.  Yet, snopes..com issued a statement as the 'final factual word' on the issue as if they did all their homework and got to the bottom of things - not!

It has been learned that the Mikkelson's are activist Democrats and extremely liberal.  As we all now know from this presidential election, liberals have an agenda to discredit anything that appears to be conservative..  There has been much criticism lately over the internet with people pointing out the Mikkelson's liberalism revealing itself in their website findings.  Gee, what a shock?

So, I say this now to everyone who goes to www.snopes.com to get what they think to be the bottom line facts...'proceed with caution.' Take what it says at face value and nothing more.  Use it only to lead you to their references where you can link to and read the sources for yourself.  Plus, you can always google a subject and do the research yourself.  It now seems apparent that's all the Mikkelson's do.  After all, I can personally vouch from my own experience for they are NOT fully looking into things.
