Do you believe that parents should be able to spank their children? Do you ever express that opinion to others? If so, then you could be sent to prison. Sadly, that is exactly what happened to one pastor up in Wisconsin recently. A minister named Philip Caminiti was sentenced to 2 years in prison for simply teaching that parents should spank their children when they misbehave. Please note that Caminiti was not accused of spanking anyone or of physically hurting anyone. He was put in prison simply for his speech. He was put in prison simply for what he was teaching others to do. Whether you agree with spanking or not, this should be incredibly sobering for all of us. Increasingly, speech is being penalized in the United States. Much of the time, the focus of the attacks by the forces of political correctness is on religious speech. If this trend continues, many of you that are reading this article might be put in jail for the things that you say in the coming years.
***Please Note: I am not defending anything that Phil Caminiti does or teaches. In fact, a lot of things that he teaches are dead wrong. What I am alarmed about is that a minister was put into prison solely for things that he said. If they will do that to him, how soon will it be before they start putting other ministers in prison?***
When many of us were growing up, once in a while our parents would take out a belt or a wooden paddle and give us a paddling on the behind when we did something wrong.
Was there anything wrong with that?
Of course not.
Yes, there is real child abuse that goes on out there, but in the vast majority of instances spanking does not do any lasting physical harm. Rather, it benefits the child because it helps them learn what is right and what is wrong.
I know that when I got a licking on the behind as a child that helped me to remember not to do the same thing again.
But Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi was absolutely horrified that some parents would actually use a wooden spoon to spank their little children when they misbehaved.
Perhaps that judge should actually try to spank someone with a wooden spoon some time. You simply cannot do much damage with a wooden spoon.
Instead of going after the parents who were doing the spanking, prosecutors chose to go after the pastor instead. They claimed that Caminiti was "the spoke in the wheel of this conspiracy".
Even after Caminiti leaves prison, he will be forbidden from having any contact with his old church....
Caminiti will be on extended supervision for six years after his release from prison. Despite objections on constitutional grounds by Caminiti's lawyers, Sumi ordered that he not have any contact with the Aleitheia Bible Church and have no leadership role in any church.

If he would have been espousing killing them before they could be born he would have been a honored not sentenced.
Folks, the bigger picture is that the feds are now saying they have the right to tell a Pastor, not only what he maust do, but that they can tell him that he cannot return to his congregation once he gets out!
I think this should become a defining line in the sand for the American People! I told my Pastor this morning that he should preach the very same message publically, hre in AZ, and when they try to come for him, they will have to get thru the Arizona State Guard first!
We will ring that church and stand there with rifles at the ready! We will tell them to leave, or we will arrest any federal dumbass who attempts to do or say anything about that sermon, for trespassing! And if they resist, we will use appropriate force to subdue them, including lethel force! Those unGodly bastards will only go over our dead bodies! And, good luck with that!

We’ve got radical Islam’s idea of God’s will and my idea of God’s will. Take your choice. My book of memoirs, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012, due for publication this month, is months later than I anticipated. I figured that the financial balloon was going to burst for a final time in March. It didn’t happen. Perhaps this is the right time.
I’ve a story of two lives, my earlier and later life. My big change came after I studied America’s Constitution and acted. I challenged federal income tax. In its form in 1975, I believed that it was unconstitutional. I had a personal stake in the outcome. Under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, I had the authority to demand to be heard in a meaningful way in a meaningful place. I was a “tax protester.” The IRS, through the news media, had informed me that tax protesters were being sent to prison. The IRS had told me that they knew how to deal with “Fifth Amendment freaks” like me.
My new life began on Easter Sunday 1975 in Miami, Florida. I had departed my North Texas home on Good Friday. Throughout my new life, there has been many such signs, although at the time of my departure from my old life the Christian’s idea of rebirth could not have been further from my mind, nor could the astrologer’s notion of what was taking place. I felt that voices of the past were speaking to me through the Constitution. They gave me a bigger than life calling. My idea was nowhere to be seen. For the first time, it is being publically exposed in my book of memoirs.
According to astrologers, we are now changing ages, from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius. My time on Earth began at 4:21 p.m., September 17, 1925 in Houston, Texas. This makes me Virgo with Aquarius rising, and able to envision the future.
My departure came when my ruling planet Uranus had transited from the time of my birth to a position opposing itself, which meant change. When I decided to write my memoirs in the spring of 2001, the above mentioned coincidences connected. After I made the change, by chance, I’d met an astrologer who created my astrological chart.
On September 11, 2001, I was working on my book. I had thought of a saying that came from the Bible. I picked up The Scofield Study Bible and turned to the Introduction. It was my wife’s Bible. I wanted to learn what Scofield had to say. I underlined “the saying that ‘anything may be proved by the Bible’ is both true and false—true if isolated passages are used; utterly false if the whole divine revelation is in view.” At that moment, the telephone rang. It was my wife calling from her office. She told me to turn on the TV. What I saw was the first tower of the World Trade Center collapsing, followed by the second tower collapsing. Coupled with what I’d just underlined, I took it to be those voices of the past speaking to me again. The message was that if we Americans knew the law of the land this tragedy would not have occurred. Our taxes are paying for Satin’s work, the thoughts of those radical Islamic nuts who were responsible for this terrible wrong. The American people are naïve. They are being led down a garden path by wolves in sheep’s clothing.
As I wrote my memoirs, signs kept coming to me. In August 2003, thinking I’d connected all the dots, I self-published An Aquarian’s Bold Venture. A professional review informed me that my thoughts did not connect. The book would not sell. I was advised to completely overhaul it. My challenge was to connect my thoughts in a convincing way, something nobody had ever done.

In this country, authority is given by the people under a set of laws, we call the Constitution, and when that government breaks those laws, we are NO LONGER bound to obey them! Especially, when they conflict with God's laws!

That judge should be thrown off the bench and only allowed on a bench at a park to feed the other squirrels like him. The Lord endowed every living creature with an alarm system. The ability to feel pain. Dr. Spock convinced the gullible that children should not be punished, but treated as adults, and self esteem be passed out to kids like pencils and erasers. He admitted he was wrong though before he died. Now the fools have lost all common sense as to any form of punishment that would set that alarm off. Our system has lost any common sense or reasoning, and we are slowly but surely losing any signs of intelligence, especially in our so-called leaders. They are aware of it though, and are trying to establish a dictatorship before we throw the whole lot out. Not by vote, but by an all out uprising and that's exactly what they are afraid of.
Another example of losing our "FREEDOM OF SPEECH"!!! This is so wrong wrong wrong!!!
i got spanked as a chid and i spanked my children. They remembered like me not to do that again or lie about it. This Juge should be the one sitting in jail, a lot of these judges have to go. Thats why every time they areon the ballots I vote them out. They don't have time to be corrupt or change the law because their views. Where are the state attorney Generals???
