In the 45+years I have ben a practicing income tax poffessional I have never seen such a confusing mess ths year has been, evidenty the administration thinks that the IRS can just snap its fingers or twinkle their nose and all his changes to the tax code will automatically be instituted into the system, there are still certain forms which the IRS is not accepting yet because they have not completed the complex effort of including he necessary changes into the system, the tax code is a complex assortments of issues many of which are related to other tax issues, the reprting system is very complex ad has many individual filing requirements involved in it. The I R S requires up to 60 day to get every thing included for the tax reporting system to become complete.
Millions of tax payers are being subject to delay after delay in having their tax filings completly processed.
Some state still are not able to recieve certain ectronically filed returns because they do not have the necessary modifications to their systems completed and yet this charismatic president is still able to con the general public into believing that the mess is of someone elses doing.
The telephone calls that we tax proffessionals are receiving daily from frusted an angry taxpayers believe that it is our fault for the problems they are having in getting their refund while we are so often hancuffed in at we are able to do to serve our clients. some tax professionals are long time and loyal democrats and they are getting frosted by the general public also. I find it extremely diffcult to undestand how the general populace continues to have faith in this president, it is as though Oboma has hypnotized millions of inteligent citizens.
