Fellow Americans, we need to recognize that poverty and this huge number of dysfunctional families that is a great part of the US communities is the result of drug abuse. In 1971 Richard Nixon declared that drug abuse was the "public enemy number one”; and Nixon was right. The policies implemented to reduce the illegal drug trade and the prevention and rehabilitation of drug addicted was the beginning of the war on drugs. Today the United States is the number one importer and consumers of illegal drugs, we are fighting this war on drugs for 43 years and the drug epidemic has grown to the point that is destroying millions of families, over 30 million American are drug addicts and the cost is over trillions of Dollars and growing.

Fellow Americans, Drug is money and money is power; we learned that our own government, The CIA, DEA and the FBI are in the drug trafficking business, my question is; how can we win a war in which the ones that supposed to do the fighting are the ones that are committing the crime and destroying our communities?.  Our government is so corrupt that is control by the corporations and all is about money, the CCA—the largest company in the nation’s private prison industry, had made the first-ever outright purchase of a state penitentiary. Fellow Americans you need to connect the dots; 1- declare a drug war 2- Use our CIA-DEA-FBI and local law enforcement to invade our country with drugs, 3 Arrest and confinement of the drug felons (benefit lawyers and the corrupt judicial system) 4-  benefit the private prison corporations 5- politicians exploited the issue they created to get re-elected. This war on drugs will never end because it is not in the best interest of this corrupt system of government, and they want more;  Now let’s get the drug traffickers out so they can get more of our people using drugs and we have more of the same.

We are the solution to this war on drugs, do not depend on the government to stand for our families, community and our country, they are our enemy. Seek the truth, stand by the truth and seek the solution. We can change the world when we stand united as one for truth and justice.

Fellow Americans, our duty is to stand for truth and justice. George W. Bush was convicted for war crimes and human rights violations; but we are in complete denial of the truth. George W. Bush is a war criminal, a sycophant that under the protection of the presidential office commit a number of crimes against foreign nationals and our own American people.

The Bush Administration has consistently opposed to an international court that could hold US military and political leaders to a uniform global standard of justice. The Clinton administration participated actively in negotiations towards the International Criminal Court treaty, seeking Security Council screening of cases. If adopted, this would have enabled the US to veto any dockets it opposed. But the Bush administration, in 2001 as the Court neared implementation, adopted an extremely active opposition and now we know why; to seek impunity for crimes he had plans to commit.

Bush plan to insure impunity on his crimes, in 2001 adopted an extremely active opposition to the International court. Washington began to negotiate bilateral agreements with other countries, insuring immunity of US nationals from prosecution by the Court. As leverage, Washington threatened termination of economic aid, withdrawal of military assistance, and other painful measures to nations that do not support Bush. The Bush administration by refusing to sign and be part of the international court set a precedent of double standards on international criminality. The US is the number 1 advocate of international criminal justice for others, but refuses to subject its own officials to the jurisdiction of the ICC, even going so far to threaten the use of military force in The Hague if the ICC indicts any US citizens; while political leaders, in sovereign African states and South America are subject to international criminal law. Are we special that we can commit crimes against humanity and have complete impunity for these crimes?. I believe that we the average people of this country are not part of this abuse of international law, we believe that the rule of law must be implemented consistently and for people to take it seriously, and not only when it’s convenient for the U.S.

Universal jurisdiction allows states or international organizations to claim criminal jurisdiction over an accused person regardless of where the alleged crime was committed, and regardless of the accused's nationality, country of residence, or any other relation with the prosecuting entity. Crimes prosecuted under universal jurisdiction are considered crimes against all, too serious to be tolerate by jurisdictional arbitrage.

The concept of universal jurisdiction is therefore closely linked to the idea that some international norms are towards the entire world community, as well as the concept of as being fundamental to the maintenance of an international legal order and that certain international laws and obligations are binding on all states of the world community.

The Obama administration is next on line to be prosecuted, and the people of this United States should support our participation in the Court's governing bodies and should provide support for the Court's ongoing prosecutions to criminalized human rights violation and crimes against humanity.

The most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole must not go unpunished. The ICC statute says the purpose of the court is to prevent impunity. According to Amnesty International, a proponent of universal jurisdiction, certain crimes pose so serious a threat to the international community as a whole, that states have a logical and moral duty to prosecute an individual responsible for it; no place should be a safe haven for those who have committed genocide,  crimes against humanity, extrajudicial executions, war crimes, torture and forced disappearances.

The United Nations Security Council Resolution 1674, adopted by the United Nations Security Council on 28 April 2006, "Reaffirmed the provisions of paragraphs 138 and 139 of the 2005 World Summit Outcome Document regarding the responsibility to protect populations from genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity and commits the Security Council to action to protect civilians in armed conflict.

Obama is safe while in office, but justice will be serve.

Immunity for state officials.

On 14 February 2002 the International Court of Justice in the ICJ Arrest Warrant Case concluded that State officials may have immunity under international law while serving in office. The court stated that immunity was not granted to State officials for their own benefit, but instead to ensure the effective performance of their functions on behalf of their respective States. The court also stated that when abroad, State officials may enjoy immunity from arrest in another State on criminal charges, including charges of war crimes or crimes against humanity.  But the ICJ qualified its conclusions, saying that State officers "may be subject to criminal proceedings before certain international criminal courts, where they have jurisdiction. Examples include the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the future International Criminal Court."

Fellow Americans, police brutality is an epidemic that must be stop. Our country police officers become the arresting, prosecutors and judges. Violation of the constitutional rights of the citizens of most states in this union is rampant and is done by the people that took the oath being prescribed by Section 3331, Title 5, United States Code.[1]. I Just called the Marion County Sheriff's Office and they refused to talk about this incident of violation of the constitution rights of this citizen of Florida. The video show that the officers use excessive force and violated the constitutional right of the person being arrested. The problem is that many of the policemen are sycophants and sociopaths, they are not trained to deal with the people, they do not have the ability to listen because they think that they are the law and above the law, they commit crimes and violate the oath they took, which is a crime but they don't care because they work under the umbrella of their corrupt department. Fellow Americans we can change this culture of corruption and this police abuse of power and the criminal behavior of corrupt police officers. We have our constitutional rights and we should never compromise our rights for fear to being arrested. I call on all the people that see this video to pass this on and send a letter to your congressman and senator to deal with this issue of police abuse. We can re-store our values and principles in our country, no one is above the law. Policemen are to protect and serve the people, not to abuse them and violated their constitutional rights. Fellow Tea party patriots. The time has come to act to take our country back, our loyalty is to our country and the people of this United States, we are part of this tea party movement because we love our country and what our country stand for “Our God given freedom and liberty for all”.  We trust our government but our government betrays us and become a corrupt government. 9/11 was an inside job and the investigation was a cover up. But thanks to God many experts question the result of the Government investigation and work to seek the truth and inform the people of this horrendous crime committed against the American people and humanity; I cannot believe the results of their investigation and I expended many hours reviewing the tapes and without a doubt the demise of the towers was a demolition done by experts and it was done many weeks or months before 9/11.

They believe that they can get away with anything; they had turned their back to God almighty, because they do not believe in God, they are people without any moral principles killers without remorse that need to be expose, remove and ban from any political or government jobs. On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was signed by our founding fathers as they denounced our separation and “absolved from all Allegiance to the British crown”. In doing so, the United States of America was created and with it a new concept emerged as a government under the people declared their freedom and independence.

This concept of government was uniquely American as it served as,”only a convenience created and managed by the people,with no powers of its own except those voluntarily granted to it by the people” stated Ronald Reagan.

The government we see today is no longer of mere convenience as Americans, more evident than ever before, relinquish their consent in acceptance of absolute despotism.

The long train of abuses and usurpations by the government have increased under the Obama adminstration to a point in which there “evinces a Design” to reduce us under “absolute despotism”.

The establishment of absolute tyranny appears to be surging into inevitability as the President sets a defiant tone in asserting that he will act “with or without congress“. In his 2014 State of the Union address, Barack Obama promised a “year of action” as he stated his intent to unilaterally act “wherever and whenever” he can without legislation.

Thus the President confirms his transformation into taking actions that are akin to a king.

John Locke wrote of this transformation under his Second Treatise of Government stating, “Whereas usurpation is the exercise of power to which someone else has a right, tyranny is the exercise of power to which nobody can have a right”.

Furthermore, “It is what happens when a governor, however entitled he is to govern, is guided not by the law but by his own wants, and his commands and actions are directed not to preserving his subjects’ properties but to satisfying his own ambition, revenge, covetousness, or any other irregular passion”.

Currently our President has shown nothing but sheer contempt for those who remain against his ideology. He is guided not by laws but by his own wants and commands directed at satisfying his own ambition to fundamentally transform the United States of America.

With Locke’s notion of tyranny in mind, one must only look towards the Declaration of Independence, specifically with an eye towards the founders description of the king, in comparing the similarities of Obama’s increasingly imperial presidency.

The Declaration states that the king, “has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly Firmness his invasions on the Rights of people…He has erected a Multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people…He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good”.

The President has dissolved the “Representative Houses” in acting “with or without congress”, most notably in his multiple unilateral actions of delaying and implementing Obamacare. He has used the Government, particularly the IRS, to harass Tea Party groups, which continues to this day. He has refused acceptance of our laws, most recently in refusing to protect our borders as illegal immigrants swarm into the country without fear of deportation.

Father you make us a family, you created us and blessed us with our freedom and liberty to choose our own path and pursuit our happiness, but we fail you; we disobey your laws and committed sins against our brothers. Father you love us so much that you send your beloved son to redeem us from all sins and give us a purpose in life and the rules to gain eternal life. Lord we love you because you are just.  Lord gives us the wisdom and courage to do your will; your principle of submitting to the government is tied with the principle of humility, we are to obey your laws not man’s laws, regardless of what governing officials do. When a government official disobeys God, leading to a corrupt government, they sin and they lose their authority, all subjects of this government are supposed to live in humility and love, following the example of Christ.

Father, we ask for our salvation, today we are more wicked than our forefathers; this government has turned their back on Christianity; Only Jesus can be our unshakeable pillar of strength and save us.

Brothers I hope the Holy Spirit has spoken to you and made you think of our own imperfections. We can’t rely on ourselves but we need heavenly assistance. We must ask our Father, our creator to unify us “humanity” to fight evil, greed, corruption and the enslavers of humans. Father, may our prayers come to your attention, as we are Praying and asking this in the name of Jesus your beloved son. Amen.

Psychopaths are super intelligent charmers who are highly skilled at playing others in order to get what they want. They are keenly perceptive at reading people, understanding their motives and values, brilliant at learning their weaknesses and blind spots, and highly effective at inducing both sympathy and guilt in others. We are becoming a nation of psychopaths and/or sociopaths. To explain it best, let’s look at what the two terms have in common. Both psychopaths and sociopaths lack a moral compass. They are generally incapable of sympathizing with the feelings of others, and lack the set of ethics that tend to keep society from dissolving into a chaotic mess where everyone only looks out for themselves. They also have a non-existent or impaired sense of disgust, meaning they are able to look at things that would make another person turn away.

Fellow Americans, God is with us we must love God’s creation, the gift of knowledge helps us to avoid falling prey to greed and egoism. The first lies in the risk of considering ourselves masters of Creation. Creation is not a property, which we can rule over at will; or is the property of only a few: Creation is a gift, it is a wonderful gift that God has given us, so that we care for it and we use it for the benefit of all, always with great respect and gratitude. We Must Not Fail to Rise Up

Organization is critical now. The “administration” will ramp things up soon and while the so-called “healthcare” law gives them vast powers, they know their time is short to get the U.S. past the point of no return. It may already be too late to recover hope for a decent society with fair leadership for its diverse people. Yet we fail to rise up.

We must inform our own military of the possibility that their leaders may ask them to turn against honest American citizens. This illegitimate government may use terrorists against its citizens. 

We cannot look each other in the eye because we know that by admitting the Obama deception and the coup, we know our course is clear. 

Speak out loudly and continuously against journalistic traitors who have been swept up in the degenerate madness of the globalists. George Bush was a good man. He was derided at every turn by a villainous force bent on the destruction of the west. Money and power in wicked hands have driven the honest few from our nation's capitol. Yet we fail to rise up.

No one dare speaks out against the corrupt fascists that have invaded our schools, poisoned the minds of our children, and undermined our land through proxy. Each night millions of Americans bury their heads in their pillows and pray. .

In the affairs of state, they offend our sensibilities and our intelligence. They prop up stooges and jesters and call them statesmen. Each one of them disposed to wielding loud boisterous arguments as compensation for their single-minded education. They supplant reason with suppression and boorish and surly ridicule. They hide in dark corners surreptitiously cutting and pasting the will of the United Nations mystics into the template of a United States government bill. They proclaim sacrilege as worthy and declare plagiarism as accomplishment. They have not had time to read, much less write the words they hasten into law. Their deeds are heinous and beyond the pale. Yet we fail to rise up.

The media has exalted their leader to ineffable heights. They are an oligarchy of greedy cowards who will be the first to taste the wrath of their own wicked savior. These parasites must be stopped first and foremost before the gates of hell open wider.

Romans 13:4 - Submission to Authorities.

Fellow Americans, God loving Christians should question the timidity of today’s church in our country; there should be no question to the facts that this U.S. Federal Government is corrupt and had turned their back to Our Lord Jesus and Christianity; this blanket condemnation of Christian’s resistance to tyranny and accusing them of violating a biblical principle is wrong.

Romans 13:4 - "For he is God's minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil."

According to this verse, the only legitimate function of the government is to protect society by executing God's wrath on evildoers. This is clearly a reference to the punishment of criminals, who are an internal threat to our society, and the repelling of attack and invasion by foreign aggressors, which are external threats to our society. Beyond these duties, the government has no authority granted to him by God. The Christian's duty in response to the faithful exercise of the government duties is to submit to the rule of law that is enforce by the government in protection of the people and to pay the taxes that are collected to finance this legitimate function of government. Beyond this, we Christians are under no biblical obligation to render further obedience. Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection to the government, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience' sake; for our government should not be a cause of fear or threat to good law obedient citizens of our country, but for evil.

Fellow Americans, we must never forget that our country and this Government Was a Result of "Revolt" Against the British Crown. Our country was established by "rebelling" against the "governing authority" of the British crown. This fact is virtually ignored by the modern opponents of civil disobedience. As Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.  That to secure these rights, governments is instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever, any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes.... But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

It is clear that we the people under a tyrannical government have the blessing of God to resort to civil disobedience to secure our God given rights to freedom and liberty. Our founders believed that when King George broke his own laws, he was acting without authority. The same principle applies today to our own leaders they demise our trust in the government, corruption is rampant they are criminals that oppress the people and voided their God given rights to liberty and trash the rule of law, our Constitution and God’s laws.

Fellow Americans it is time to address tyranny and re-store God’s law in our country, our freedom, Liberty, our US Constitution and the rule of law. No more corruption and disregard God’s law. Evil should be punishing by a new government for he is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil against us God’s people.

I as Christian, call on all Christian to connect to each other and form one body and in the name of our Lord Jesus, reclaim God’s law and our God’s given rights and freedom to proclaim God’s teaching in our country and our freedom of religion without any interference from the government as the government has not power from God or the citizens of our country to forbid any one, the practice of our Christian faith  or force any one to participate or be in compliance  in any acts of laws that are in conflict with our religion or Christian faith. Our God is a God of love and freedom, he is the creator and the God of all humanity, he is eternal, the present, the future and the pass, he is knowledge and knows everything, while God knows everything, he does not tell us everything, he is not a controller that want to control our life and he does not force us to make choices, he give us free will; we are free to choose what we wish. I will make my choices and when I stand before the judgment bar I will know that I am responsible for my outcome in the life to come. This world is a place for us to learn and God is our Father who guides us to our new life, we must ask for guidance, but we can still make mistakes and unwise choices, because we are human but we have our Savior Jesus and in my Lord Jesus I trust.

I also would say, while I KNOW there is a God, I would never presume to know all about him. What I know is that he is love and God’s law is to love each other, humanity is God’s creation and our purpose in life is to be our brother’s keeper.

Welcome to the Dark Ages, Part II. We have slipped into an age of un-enlightenment where you fall in line behind the mob or face the consequences.

How ironic that the persecutors this time around are the so-called intellectuals. They claim to be liberal while behaving as anything but. The touchstone of liberalism is tolerance of differing ideas. Yet this mob exists to enforce conformity of thought and to delegitimize any dissent from its sanctioned worldview. Intolerance is its calling card.

Each week seems to bring another incident. Last week it was David and Jason Benham, whose pending HGTV show was canceled after the mob unearthed old remarks the brothers made about their Christian beliefs on homosexuality. People can't have a house-flipping show unless they believe and say the "right" things in their life off the set? In this world, the conservative Tom Selleck never would have been Magnum, P.I.

POLL: Is Common Core indoctrination or education?

This week, a trail-blazing woman was felled in the new tradition of commencement shaming. International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde withdrew from delivering the commencement speech at Smith College following protests from students and faculty who hate the IMF. According to the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, this trend is growing. In the 21 years leading up to 2009, there were 21 incidents of an invited guest not speaking because of protests. Yet, in the past five-and-a-half years, there have been 39 cancellations.

Don't bother trying to make sense of what beliefs are permitted and which ones will get you strung up in the town square. Our ideological overlords have created a minefield of inconsistency. While criticizing Islam is intolerant, insulting Christianity is sport. Ayaan Hirsi Ali is persona non grata at Brandeis University for attacking the prophet Mohammed. But Richard Dawkins describes the Old Testament God as "a misogynistic … sadomasochistic … malevolent bully" and the mob yawns. Bill Maher calls the same God a "psychotic mass murderer" and there are no boycott demands of the high-profile liberals who traffic his HBO show.

The self-serving capriciousness is crazy. In March, University of California-Santa Barbara women's studies professor Mireille Miller-Young attacked a 16-year-old holding an anti-abortion sign in the campus' "free speech zone" (formerly known as America). Though she was charged with theft, battery and vandalism, Miller-Young remains unrepentant and still has her job. But Mozilla's Brendan Eich gave a private donation to an anti-gay marriage initiative six years ago and was ordered to recant his beliefs. When he wouldn't, he was forced to resign from the company he helped found.

Got that? A college educator with the right opinions can attack a high school student and keep her job. A corporate executive with the wrong opinions loses his for making a campaign donation. Something is very wrong here.

As the mob gleefully destroys people's lives, its members haven't stopped to ask themselves a basic question: What happens when they come for me? If history is any guide, that's how these things usually end.

This is a first for me on this site.  It will be a good place to vent the frustration I share with other patriots.  I am retirement age, and I am appalled at the direction I see our country headed in.  Being a veteran, I felt that others saw socialism and communism as threats to our way of life as I do.  After all, we have fought wars over this question.  Now I see our so-called leaders espousing this damnable heresy.  

Our representatives are largely ignoring any calls for sane policy on finance, amnesty, and privacy rights. This means they are not our representatives. They represent their own self-interests.  We thought we could depend on Boehner, Cantor, McConnell, and McCain because they were Republicans.  Some of us thought the Republicans were conservatives.  We have had a rude awakening! 

We must look for conservatives wherever we can find them.  They are our only hope for restoring our republic.  What we have now is just a facade for wholesale corruption and lawlessness.

POLL: Does Congress need to revive the House Committee on Un-American activities?

After a recent review of the Declaration of Independence and some background reading on the French Revolution, it appears we are in the same predicament as our predecessors.  We have the elitist who look down on the citizens and place odious burdens on them.  Though citizens tried to use reason and diplomacy; most of the time their efforts were unheeded.  

My opinion is that we are governed by those who favor tyranny and are only looking to enrich themselves in whatever way they can.  As citizens we are only a source of money and power for them.  The French had their way of dealing with these types.  They carted them off to the guillotine.  The early settlers of this country declared independence from their tyrannical oppressors and took up arms to defend themselves.

I hope our similar problems can be settled in a less dramatic way, but the oppressors don't seem to care about diplomacy.  The only thing they understand is the force they are dealing out to others. 

For the sake of our children and grandchildren, I hope we can find a way to be free from the present tyranny.

The Federal government has been in a big hurry to build a 300 acre city in just 2 years at an expense of $96 million to train the military "for problems we don't even know we have yet." If you've been following InfoWars, you've seen us document over and over again what they're training for with a detailed American city like this — martial law, here at home. 

Unlike the urban training centers we've seen before where the buildings are just empty concrete block structures or even merely plywood facades, this town is very detailed with glass windows, handicap parking signs, speed limit signs, logos on the subway that match the DC metro and a Christian — not a mosque.

In recent days various news outlets, blogs, and forums have gotten very worked up over the closure of the nation's last primary lead smelter in Herculaneum, Missouri. Many are claiming that this is an attempt of the Obama Administration to implement "backdoor gun control" by destroying the lead used as the primary metal in most bullets and shot used by the ammunition industry.

This is simply untrue.

Despite the hysteria to the contrary, the primary smelter in Herculaneum has almost no direct impact on the U.S. ammunition market. Pure lead, in fact, is not desirable for the creation of ammunition as it is too soft. Pure lead is primarily used in the creation of low-contamination specialty products.

Where does all the lead in the U.S. go? The eggheads at the US. Geological Survey state:

By the early 2000s, the total demand for lead in all types of lead-acid storage batteries represented 88% of apparent U.S. lead consumption. Other significant uses included ammunition (3%), oxides in glass and ceramics (3%), casting metals (2%), and sheet lead (1%). The remainder was consumed in solders, bearing metals, brass and bronze billets, covering for cable, caulking lead, and extruded products.

According to Daniel Hill, Operations Manager at Mayco Industries—"the largest fabricator of lead based products, other than batteries, in the United States" including lead shot and the lead wire used by many bullet manufacturers— roughly validates these numbers. Hill said that least 80% of lead used in the United States secondary market comes from recycled batteries and another 7%-9% of lead on the market comes from other scrap sources. Only 10% of the lead in the U.S. comes from mining.

Translated into plain English, ammunition isn't a primary lead consumer (3%) in the United States, and the majority of the lead used by ammunition manufacturers comes from secondary smelters that recycle lead from car batteries.

Sierra Bullets confirmed earlier this week that they have never used lead from a primary smelter.

Tim Brandt of ATK (Federal Premium, CCI, and Speer ammunition), noted that they had just added this to the top of their frequently asked questions (FAQ).

Q: Does the recent news regarding a major U.S. lead smelter shutting down mean you'll have trouble obtaining lead for manufacturing conventional ammunition?
A: At this time we do not anticipate any additional strain on our ability to obtain lead.

Brad Alpert, President and Operations Manager ofMissouri Bullet Company, was even more blunt, calling fears of a shortage a "tempest in a teapot," stating that the closure of the primary smelter have "no impact" on their production.

David Hargett, CEO of new North Carolina-based ammunition manufacturer Cape Fear Arsenalconsiders the closure of the primary smelter a "non-issue."

In summary, the closure of the Doe Run primary smelter will have little to no impact on the ability of ammunition companies to produce bullets, because they have no direct interest in the consumption of "pure lead" produced by a primary smelter.

The ammunition companies we were able to speak with obtain the lead wire they use in the creation of bullets from secondary smelters and foundries that create lead alloys made from recycled lead from batteries and other scrap sources.

It's the end of the nation's last operating primary lead smelter, but not close to seeing the end of lead ammunition manufactured in the United States, nor are we seeing an attempt at backdoor gun control.
