The Stupidity of the Impeach Now Movement

Why I have maintained that attempting to impeach the man in the White House is down right stupid is really simple; however, the explanation takes a little time as it involves education. Try to remember that a failure to convict on the articles of impeachment will render it impossible to do so at a later date., for any reason.

Impeachment is not a finding, it is an indictment. After the indictment comes the trail. Impeaching BOH would be easy. The house presents a Articles of Impeachemnt, the votes are counted and he is impeached. Then comes the problem. The trial. That is conducted in the Senate only and the judge is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court as mandated in our constitution. Even Dirty Harry cannot refuse to hold that trial and the president can't use an executive order to make it go away. He must be tried if the house impeaches, BUT, and it is a big but, as things stand now the senate would never vote to convict. So we wait. Thank goodness some of the politicians are being smart. Not too many I agree, but there are some.

If we can take control of the senate with just a few votes over a simple majority there MIGHT be a chance. Here is the full process and some comments on that process:
In the Senate
The Articles of Impeachment are received from the House.
The Senate formulates rules and procedures for holding a trial.
A trial will be held. The President will be represented by his lawyers. A select group of House members will serve as "prosecutors." The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (currently John G. Roberts) will preside with all 100 Senators acting as the jury.
The Senate will meet in private session to debate a verdict.
The Senate, in open session, will vote on a verdict. A 2/3 vote of the Senate will result in a conviction. (note: 67 senators have to vote for conviction)
The Senate will vote to remove the President from office.
The Senate may also vote (by a simple majority) to prohibit the President from holding any public office in the future.
Impeachable Offenses
Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution says, "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." In his report, Independent Counsel, Starr accuses President Clinton of committing eleven acts for which he could be removed from office by impeachment. Are any of those acts "Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors?" Well, that's up to the members of the House of Representatives. According to constitutional lawyers, "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" are (1) real criminality -- breaking a law; (2) abuses of power; (3) "violation of public trust" as defined by Alexander Hamilton in the Federalist Papers. In 1970, then Representative Gerald R. Ford defined impeachable offenses as "whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history." An excellent definition, Mr. Former President. In the past, Congress has issued Articles of Impeachment for acts in three general categories:
Exceeding the constitutional bounds of the powers of the office.
Behavior grossly incompatible with the proper function and purpose of the office.
Employing the power of the office for an improper purpose or for personal gain.
There are obvious land mines in this process. One of those is when the senate retires to consider it's verdict. The prosecuting attorneys are excluded because they are not senators. How about the defense attorneys? Any defense attorney, selected by the president remember, that is a member of the senate is going to be part of that closed session. Just one reason it has never resulted in conviction. Then there is the seeming fact that one of the things a person serving a full term in the senate seems to misplace is his, or her, conscience. It just seems to get lost, somehow.

So what do we need to impeach and convict this usurper? It appears that we need about 56 conservatives to be elected to the senate. I don't see that happening, do you? However let is be positive. The next session of congress is convened and Dirty Harry is relegated to senate minority leader. The conservatives and the swell of grass roots conservatism convinces a few more liberals that their interest in power is best served by getting BOH out of the White House. Just might happen. Sure can't happen as things stand now.

Open letter to the San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro:

Our future depends on fiscal responsibility and our ability to maintain our city operating cost low to enable to pay our debt as soon as possible and be able to pay for future essential city projects that will be of benefit to the people of San Antonio. Mr. Mayor you and the city council, must review city employees wage and benefit and re-negotiate severance package. Since 2005 when city manager Sheryl Sculley was hire, our long term liability (Debt) went from 1,613,274 to 2,593,223.   14.3% of our city budget goes to pay for this deb payment and our cost of public safety (Police and Fire Dept.) is 66.5% (657,190,952) of the city budget; those two items eats most of our budget, while on education we contribute less that the half of the cost.

Mr. Mayor your economic impact invisibility must end. Policymakers and city administrators must recognize the economic value of a good city planning to deal with transportation, water supply clean environment, mobility and the cost of living of the people of San Antonio and take that into account in their decision-making. Otherwise, we can forget about improving our “quality of life.” And deal with the results of your incompetence and possible bankruptcy. You need to take some time and learn about the demise of some cities in our country due to incompetence, vision and common sense .

The immediate solution is: Stop the unions from leading San Antonio to an imminent bankruptcy. Most city police and fire dept. employees are over pay including the city manager Sheryl Sculley and city employees. However, longer-term structural opportunities must also be addressed plan and execute it by implementing a system analyzes of continue improvements and effectiveness by reducing waste.

1-     Untenable pension contracts need to end and benefits reduced, end defined benefit pension plans for public union workers; to avoid an imminent bankruptcy and secure the employment of city employees.

2-     End any future collective bargaining for public union workers. Governor Scott Walker in Wisconsin has proven that can be done.

3-     Institute our Texas right-to-work laws.

4-     Implement a system of merit pay for teachers

5-     More competition from accredited online schools to drive education costs way down

6-     Support local run schools for improving education.

7-     End student loan programs that only benefit administrators and educators, not the students.

8-     Enforce our 30 days register your vehicle in Texas. We have thousands that move to Texas and do not register their vehicle in Texas.

9-     One question we must ask. Where is the money? 2013 Texas Lottery sales of $4.376 billion resulted in a total contribution of $1.214 billion to the state of Texas.

Mr. Mayor, It’s time to stop overpaying for all city and government-sponsored services including but not limited to police, fire, prison-workers, and education. The vicious, self-serving grip of unions and their political supporters that have on this nation has to end. Texas is a right to work state; our economic should be promoted under a comp set of our Christian principles, values, dignity and hard work.

The coming of the new era.

Americans are in complete denial, most they can't believe that Obama and many of the senators and congressmen are part of the organization that want to destroy the USA. The whole issue is the control and slavery of humanity. The strategy is to use human rights, civil right and economy prosperity for everyone. That is why most people are buying this propaganda. They brainwashed most Americans using this type of propaganda that promoted social justice; but the reality is the opposite. All started with Reagan he was the promoter of free trade and that policy was the beginning of the end of the economy prosperity of the USA and the world. The true is that free trade is the globalization and control of the world economy with only one purpose to create a concentration of wealth capable to own and control the natural resources of the world, the production and distribution of goods by the slavery of humanity. From the 1970 the present time, we have experience a continuous increase of poverty in American and the world, the middle class is disappearing and the elite rich get richer and in control of Washington. In 1960 Kansas, almost everyone I knew seemed happy and content.  I did not know anyone who didn't have a father and mother, at home, and divorce was nonexistent. I was 10 years old.  We walked or road our bikes to school.  We came home for lunch which our mother fixed!  My older brother and I ate super every night with both parents who played games, like Bridge, with us afterward.  On weekends we fished, hunted, or drove to Kansas City to see our relatives.

We loved to be outdoors, even when the weather was unpleasant.  My brother and I would brag we could go to a fixing spot and catch a fix just from what people left behind.  Our poles were branches.  Usually a hook was around.  A twig was our bobber. We built sod forts and staged dirt clod fights with other kids.  There was plenty of spare wood around to make swords, and use trash can lids as our shields.

In the Summer we would ride our bikes downtown to swim at the public pool.  My mother would take me to the golf course to walk and carry my own bag of clubs. Church and church activities were a large part of our lives.  It seems you were either a Baptist or Church of Christ.  We managed to get along with each other.

In school the day was started with the Lords Prayer, and saying the Pledge of Allegiance. Our teachers were  like aunts and uncles and most people learned and memorized things like our spelling words and multiplication tables.

My father gave me a good allowance.  I wasn't happy with that and arranged to sell TV guides door to door.  I made 4 cents a copy.  I enjoyed working with my father on Saturdays in the yard or home.  As I got older, I started selling stamps by mail and published a newspaper for stamp collections from a mimeograph my parents bought we for Christmas.

How I cringe at the youth of today.  They can't talk, spell or make change.  The can punch  keys all day long and use four letter words with ease.   One author referred to them as "deluded narcissists."  The self absorbed society we have created should worry any patriot.  Only 20% of high school student in my state know why we celebrate the 4th of July.  I bet they know the name of every Ipod out there.

It is interesting how wealthy liberals are continually blaming the American middle class for global warming, terrorism, and pretty much all of the world’s problems.

Simply put, it is all your fault.

Our Consumption Factor Imperils Us All

“People in the third world are aware of this difference in per capita consumption, although most of them couldn’t specify that it’s by a factor of 32. And if the guilt and emotional blackmail over the melting glaciers and shrinking polar bear genitalia wasn’t enough, now the fact that not all of the world shares our lifestyle (or conversely, we are not as poverty stricken as they are) is cause for serious self-examination and self-blame.  I don’t think I can bear it. After staggering under the “white man’s burden” for 2,000 years of colonization and exploitation of those of a darker hue, now I must shoulder the burden for causing Islamic terrorism and the devastating changes to our planet that will quickly lead to the extinction of the human race.

All because my children have clean water to drink and live in a heated home while their father drives a vehicle to work and buys his socks, toothpaste and corn flakes at a big box store. Even worse is the fact that their mother washes their clothes in a machine instead of scrubbing them clean on the rocks in the river and has the audacity to make them pop tarts once in awhile.

For that, we are to blame for the impoverishment of Kenyans, the envy of those less fortunate, the actions of fanatical suicide bombers, and the waste and consumption of the world’s resources by those seeking to attain the lifestyle of the average American.

Yet such hand wringing and finger pointing essays never mention the percentage of the world’s wealth, innovation, food, and scientific and medical advances that should be rightly credited to those greedy consumers of natural resources and unfair users of electricity and air conditioning. If it wasn’t for the technological and medical breakthroughs originating in the West, there would be far fewer than 30 million Kenyans. Consumption is directly related to productivity. Those who don’t produce, don’t consume.

The “solutions” offered to solve this grave problem of Western over-consumption is always little more than authoritarian socialism and forced reallocation of wealth. It may be disguised as higher fuel taxes, carbon taxes, and luxury or consumption taxes or be little more than manipulation of regulations to control or inhibit industry, refineries, manufacturing and drilling under the guise of environmentalism. But the overall goal to sharply reduce the lifestyle of the average American (and Westerner) has been laid out in clear and unapologetic terms by globalists and the liberal elite. It used to be that the goal was to raise the lifestyle and condition of the impoverished and disadvantaged. That seems to be no longer the case.

The wealthy West as spent countless billions in an attempt to improve the condition of other peoples, with very little gratitude to show for it. And now the focus has shifted away from helping those unfortunates have access to clean water, rudimentary medical care, or not be butchered or starved for political purposes, but towards attacking those in the West for daring to have a computer to blog with while corrupt governments continue to allow their citizens to dwell in dirty, crime ridden shantytowns.

So, with my eyes newly opened to the plight of those other dwellers of planet earth, I decided to take stock of what I now feel guilty for having or providing for myself, my spouse, and my three daughters. This is by no means an exhaustive list.

• Electricity for lighting my home and powering appliances (my Christmas lights were definitely unnecessary).
• Running water
• Refrigerator and deep freeze for preserving food for later use.
• Washer and dryer
• DVD players
• Stereo.
• A couple of computers.
• Multiple TV’s
• Toaster
• Dishwasher
• Stove
• Microwave
• Hot water heater
• Two cars. (My wife and I both have to get to work)
• Store bought clothes made from synthetic fibers, undoubtedly manufactured by oppressed peoples in Sri Lanka, Mexico, or China.
• And I won’t even begin to detail the unnecessary trips for a big gulp, a burger and fries, or those wasteful stops at the dollar store.

My wife and I have worked very hard to achieve a semblance of a middle class lifestyle and to provide a decent and comfortable standard of living, education, and medical attention for ourselves and our children. I refuse to feel guilty for managing to own a toaster or for watching a football game once in awhile. Yet that is what we are, in effect, told to feel.

There are far greater solutions for helping to alleviate the all too true sufferings of far too great a number of the world’s population. For starters, the formation of governments that are not unbelievably corrupt, inefficient, brutal, exploitative, and backwards would be a start. The reevaluation of foreign aid (by the evil West) including who it is distributed to and what it is used to purchase, should be completely overhauled. Innovation will go a long ways in bringing in everything from tourist dollars to foreign investment.

Responsible stewardship of funds, natural resources, and the elimination of corruption would do far more to improve the lot of the third world than any policies fueled by guilt or jealousy of the lifestyle and modern technological advances we have managed to achieve in the First World. 

Only the village idiots truly believe that if an American didn’t buy a television it would help a Kenyan, or that by not purchasing some DVDs he would help ease the driving envy of the Chinese or defuse the potential jihadist. The agenda is now far less about helping the rest than just about tearing down the West.

What is the direction that America is taking?   Have we lost our sense of direction? Is it too late to restore our Constitutional values and our Founding Principles?

These are serious questions that should concern every American citizen.  Our future as a free nation may very well be at stake, and most citizens don't even have a clue that our nation is hanging on by a thread.

We are financially strapped, morally bankrupt, and unemployment and our healthcare system is in a shambles.  These are just the tip of our runaway iceberg.

It is time for Americans to come together to rethink the American Dream.  It is time to put America first and to rekindle the fire of freedom and liberty.  America is the last bastion of hope for the world.  If we fail now all hope for future freedom will be lost.

Wake up my fellow Americans and rise to the challenge.

Imagine that.

The WW II Memorial was OPEN and unattended prior to the shutdown deadline at midnight.

Now, WHO decided that employees to fence off the Memorial were Critical ( the opposite of non-essential) and issued the order to barricade the Memorial? Was it Boehner?, Cruz?.... WHO... WHO has that authority?

I saw the ...unattended... barricades and thought.....wouldn't it be wonderful if citizens decided to pitch in and help out. They could volunteer to open the barricades for our Honored Veterans.

This morning I read that obama sent in more guards… you know… the ones who were furloughed because the "Republicans" shut down the Gov’t.

             Some Gov’t employees can’t be furloughed because they are “critical to the Nation’s Defense”… they are needed to defend against the 80+ year old Veterans who want to visit THEIR Memorial

I have a second Mystery. My understanding is that the House of Representatives is assigned the responsibility (check the Constitution) to authorize funds to operate the Gov’t.

Barack has been funneling billions of dollars to the Muslin Brotherhood in Egypt and ordered Louis Lerner to grant the Brotherhood non-profit status via the IRS. This in addition to donating billions to Muslin Madrases in the United States for their mosques, and he claims the power to do so.¹

Barack has left a wide trail of:

1. contempt for the American people from the 9/11 Twin Towers destruction, to

2. blocking development of our tremendous national resources that could bring us out of the Barack-induced recession from

3. banning drilling, cancellation of the Canadian pipe-line,

4. refusal to grant permission to develop our vast oil and natural gas resources,

5. going to bed or merely playing cards while our ambassador and his team were massacred in Benghazi, thus defying the long-standing policy of “leave none behind”,

6. denying U.S. Corporations the right to non-profit status while

7. granting his Muslim buddies unquestioned non-profit status retroactively for over 2 years, (8) changing the U.S. Culture and its sense of independence, freedom and caring about out neighbors in time of need, as well of a sense of

   (9) loss for our personal privacy,

   (10) choice of health care and/or

   (11) well-being.

The U.S. Constitution demands representative government. This is too much for Barack to stand.

13. He claims the right to plunge us into a war supporting his brother-in-law and risking possible boots on the ground midst nerve gas, as well as

14. the future destruction of America's future. Why? Because

15. he claims that he has the right to plunge the U.S. Into a war with Syria when there is LITTLE OF NOTHING IN IT FOR US!!!

16. You Barack are not an American! You hate us and have sworn to plunge it into the 17^th century so deeply that it may never recover!

17. Even your wedding ring declares Allah as the only true God.

18. We gave you every chance to prove yourself. YOU HATE AMERICA. Well, fella, the feeling is mutual. You have done nothing but earn total and absolute contempt in return!

19. It's time. IMPEACH BARACK!!! and send him back to the the world country he came from, never to return!

In a recent blog I suggested a possible way to reverse the domination of the federal government over our lives and return to a true Constitutional Republic by obtaining two things.  Two amendments really.  Term Limits and Voter ID.  It so happens I posted that same blog in three different places on the web and received the same question from several different people which I will attempt to answer here.  I know some will not like this answer, but it is the only one I can envision as being remotely possible.

Allow me to begin with a little background on the enacting of Amendments to the constitution.  Here is what the fifth article of our Constitution states about enacting amendments.  

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

The simple way is to have the congress propose the amendment then have 75% or 39 states ratify it.  The harder way is for the legislatures of 2/3rds or 34 of the states to call for a constitutional convention.  The only way that I see for this to happen is that second way.  I just cannot see the power mad people in our congress limiting their power in any manner.

OK so now we know the mechanics involved; how do we make it happen?  We have the ability and the means to generate a ground swell of support for this.  It is called The Tea Party.  BUT.  Therein lies another problem.  There is not one Tea Party in this country.  There are at least three national organizations calling themselves “The Tea Party.”  They agree on many things.  The main point of disagreement is all in the how.

The ‘Tea Party Patriots’ as seen at http://teaparty.net I believe was the first to open a site on the web.  They brook almost no outside comment, but do disseminate information.  They have their own set of core beliefs they adhere to.  The second is http://teaparty.org.  They seek comments from members and this blog will be posted on that site.  They also have their core beliefs, which are different in kind form the other two.  The third is the Tea Party Express.  Sorry I don’t have their web site as I don’t personally enjoy some of their methods.  Therein lays the rub.  Their methods.  I will leave an in depth analysis of those methods for another and, trust me, much more boring blog.  Suffice it to say they don’t approach the same problems, on some cases, and certainly go about attacking those problems in vastly different ways.  Now that can be a good thing!  IF they could just focus!  If they got together and used their dissimilar approaches to get those state legislatures to call that convention we could have one in about two years.

Simple, right?  Yeah sure.

Let me close with one thought.  Without, at the very least, the voter ID laws passed in a vast majority of the states, the liberals will continue to win and We The People shall continue to lose.  Because the dead have come back to life and are voting democratic as are the illegals in every state!

Question: What is the Cloward-Piven Strategy and is it covertly being employed by President Obama and his allies as a means of destroying this great country of ours?

There is sufficient evidence to prove that President Obama is in fact employing this strategy to destroy the USA as we know it today-You Decide:

“The Cloward-Piven Strategy is a deliberate series of tactics designed to bring a system down in collapse so that a preferred system can be erected in its place. Named after two Columbia University professors, it was actually employed in the early 1970s.  I want to repeat that:  it was actually employed.

This is not your ordinary conspiracy theory.  In this case, we know that the strategy was employed and had some effect.  Namely, by deliberately burdening New York city’s welfare system, they managed to bankrupt the city, which so declared in 1975.

Cloward and Piven, therefore, have made it impossible to take at face value measures which are put forward as being ‘for the poor,’ especially when those plans emerge from people associated with them or their organizations.

Cloward taught at Columbia University for almost five decades.  During his tenure, a certain Obama attended.  Did Obama and Cloward ever interact?  Did Obama ever take any of Cloward’s courses?  No one can prove he didn’t because Obama refuses to allow Columbia to release his transcripts.   In 1982, Piven returned to New York.  Did Obama interact with these two individuals?

In light of the current push for nationalized health care and the nationalization of numerous sectors of American society we have to consider the real possibility that the point of these measures is actually to bring about a national collapse.

I know there is a real horror among some to be associated with anything that smacks of a ‘conspiracy.’  Also, the American people tend to want to give people the benefit of the doubt and operate on the view that people have sincere intentions even when they are sincerely wrong.  What does one do, though, when you are talking about people who have embraced conspiracy, surprise, and manipulation as their actual method?

 “If you lie down with dogs, you wake up with fleas.”

Obama’s connections to organizations like Saul Alinsky’s Industrial Areas Foundation are well known.  The circles he has been running in for the last three decades ensure that he is at least conversant on the topic of the Cloward-Piven strategy (which was inspired by Alinsky, itself).  How do we know that Obama doesn’t have the same goals?  Piven, for example, was a board member of the Democratic Socialists of America.  The IAF, founded by atheist Saul Alinsky, spun off the Gamaliel Foundation (which Obama worked for), an organization that deliberately works through churches to achieve their agenda.  These are people who rely on sleight of hand and deception to operate.  How do we know that Obama isn’t the same?

There are hundreds of thousands of progressives, liberals, and Democrats who sincerely want to help people, and that is why they advocate for programs such as nationalized health care, welfare, etc.  I know some of them, and I know that they would be repulsed by the notion that these programs be used as a means for transforming the United States to reflect Piven’s socialistic vision for it.  I am calling upon these very people to rise up and demand that Obama release records that would help us understand what his values really are.  Obviously, no one will listen to conservatives.  They are too easy to dismiss as ‘birthers.’  But if liberals shout loud enough… well that might be something else.

Indeed, this essay has been written to just those people, for conservatives already know the truth about ACORN, the IAF, the Gamaliel Foundation, and Cloward and Piven and their National Welfare Rights Organization under George Wiley.  These connections are easily documented by basic searches online.  I think you are dead wrong-headed in your attempt to solve the nation’s ills through the government but in the main I think you are right-hearted.  I know you would be disgusted to discover that you’ve been played as dupes if the real goal of those actually implementing these programs is to bring the country down to its knees.  Even many liberals have noted that the practical effect of all of these government intrusion is national bankruptcy unless something dramatic happens.

Normally, one can look back on a politician’s career in order to ascertain what they really believe in contrast to that which they say they believe.  Actions speak louder than words.  In the case of Obama, there are a scant two years as a United States senator to look at and his time as a state rep generated very little insight into his true beliefs, as well.  If Obama actually intends to employ the Cloward and Piven strategy, however, ‘looking back’ might be too late.

Call upon Obama to release all requested records, immediately (especially the Columbia University records in this case).  If we wake up in ruins because you didn’t demand these records and they proved pertinent, it will be on your head.  If we see the records and they yield no new insight, then we will have harmed nothing, having only viewed what just about any president has eventually had exposed.

But we all have the right to know… but only you can bring it about.

Why are Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the White House obsessed with apologizing for an amateur video that no-one had heard of, seen or cared about?  Why are they so obsessed with singing the praises of “a great religion” who’s leaders are the world’s leading proponent for mob violence and mass murder?

In light of the fact that North Dakota State University has been evacuated after a bomb threat, there has been an 'unspecified' threat at Valparaiso University, an Al Qaeda threat has shut down the University of Texas, a mob at the U.S. London embassy burned an American flag, protesters smashed windows and set fires at the U.S. embassy in Tunisia, gunfire was heard at the embassy in Sudan, clashes at the Cairo embassy continue to intensify, why is the current administration so obsessed with telling violent Islamist extremists “we’re sorry”?

The U.S. federal government, who’s responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of America, even though they had advance warning at a time of tremendous unrest in the Islamist world, failed to protect American embassies abroad on the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks?

Now their chorus is “We’re sorry”?

There are people who hate America.  The current administration can apologize to them, bow to their kings, try to bribe them with foreign aid and beg for forgiveness all it wants.  People who hate America will continue to hate America.

Instead of trying through appeasement to make friends with those who want to kill Americans, the United States government should ensure that those who hate America at least respect American might and American resolve.

Since even before his election, Obama has sought to soft sell America to the Islamist world.  He has followed the “progressive” approach that if America is nice enough to its enemies for long enough, its enemies will decide to like America in return.

So far, mass violence has broken out in Syria, Egypt and Libya.  In Libya four Americans have died.  Iraq is cooperating with Iran, allowing the Iranian Islamist government to arm Syrian rebels by allowing them safe passage through Iraq.  Israel is under existential threat because Iran thumbs its nose at the world and comes ever closer to building a nuclear weapon.

The results of “progressive” foreign policies have been at the very least, unsatisfactory.

Since “progressives” believe they should be judged solely on their intent, they are incapable of understanding why America’s enemies have rejected their overtures.  To “progressives” their being judged on the results of their policies and initiatives remains a puzzle.  They remain mystified as to why they are being blamed for the failure of their policies.  After all, “their intentions were good”, therefore it can’t possibly be their fault.

For so long as Barrack Hussein Obama, who’s economic, domestic and foreign policies are all designed to curtail American power and influence at home and abroad remains in the White House, the world’s perception of America will remain unchanged.

Although Spain is not as bad off as Greece, a look at Spain’s current economic reality reveals the future of America under four more years of Barrack Obama.

Despite European commitments to inject up to 100 billion euros into Spain’s faltering banking system, bank withdrawals have accelerated.  During July, doubts about Spain’s financial system caused Spaniards to withdraw a record $94 billion from their banks.   That amounts to 7 percent of Spain’s total domestic economic output.

Capital flight is beginning to include educated entrepreneurs who are fed up with scant job opportunities in a country with a 25 percent unemployment rate.  Statistics show that in a twelve month span 30,000 Spaniards have registered to work in Britain, an increase of 25 percent over 2011 levels.

Since taking office in 2009, Obama has aggressively promoted a “green energy” agenda modeled after the one pursued by Spain.  The assumption that pursuing the same agenda will bring about different results is based on no known empirical data.

If American voters are willing to accept 25 percent unemployment as the new normal and can live with a combination of major investment capital flight and disappearing employment opportunities, then Obama’s re-election is a foregone conclusion.

However, if Americans prefer to see a resurgence of American economic might through development of its domestic energy resources, and the millions of jobs that activity will create, then Obama’s days in the White House are numbered.
