Democratic National Convention Delegates Consider Tea Party as Tipper in Presidential Candidates
Its easy to see that in the Presidential Race of 2012 its a close call with Obama and Romney especially if The Tea Party-Birthers-& Independents abandon Obama based on the Economy drudging and lack luster. There is one scenario the Democrats have to play which may bring the Tea Party, Birthers, and Independents back out of the Romney camp and onto the Democratic Party ticket for a win of the White House in 2012.
Cody Robert Judy though relatively unknown by the national media is very well known in the Tea Party , Birther, and Independent circles and is running as a Presidential Candidate on the Democratic Party ticket and could conceivably wrestle the nomination away from Obama especially given he has an eligibility challenge on Obama in the United States Supreme Court.
Its no secret any more that Mitt Romney is courting the Tea Party, Independents and Birthers with the shot over the bow he made this last week in a comment that "no one had asked him for his birth certificate".
The comment drew a huge response from the crowd and was necessarily a defining sentence at what Mitt Romney is prepared to do to win the Presidency. In a close down-to-the-wire call Mitt Romney very conceivable as the Republican Nominee after his nomination at the Republican National Convention could challenge Obama's eligibility after the Democratic Party National Convention, if Obama were to be made the nominee.
The United States Supreme Court precedent case Minor v. Happersett has concluded that a 'natural born citizen' was a person born in the United States to Citizen parents. Obama's declared father was not a citizen of the United States at any time, and because Obama's long form birth certificate has been proven a forgery by a law enforcement agency investigation, doubts have surfaced on whether Obama was even born in the United States.
Why go to the trouble of forging a birth certificate,draft registration, and using a social security card that doesn't pass e-verify if everything is legit with your identity? This is obviously an Achilles problem for Obama under the Constitution's demands for a natural born citizen.
In addition Obama's law licence earned from a degree at Harvard was suspended permanently for his failure to disclose that he had indeed gone under the name of Barry Soetoro. Over 2200 hours of investigation from the Cold Case Posse of Sheriff Joe Arpaio has shown further evidence of identity tampering from other government agencies further eroding the trust America has in her own government.
Cody has the whole law enforcement investigation forwarded to the Untied States Supreme Court. With the election in November, and possible challenge coming from Mitt Romney should he come up just short of enough electorate votes, Obama's eligibility question could throw the whole election into the Untied States Supreme Court anyway at an even more precarious time.
Cody Robert Judy's Case in the United States Supreme Court Judy v. Obama Case No. 12-5276 could be the answer before the critical General Election whereby millions of Democratic Party votes would not be dis-enfranchised, and moreover could spell out a win for the Democratic Party in the White House much more friendly than a Mitt Romney win.

For the umpteen zillionth time since the presumptive GOP nominee’s identity became apparent, the “progressive” Party Pravda and their occupy Oval Office idol are attempting to define GOP challenger Mitt Romney in an utterly disingenuous light.
In an article entitled “Romney Turns to Ohio Amidst Distractions” published by staunch “progressive” Pravda propagandists the Associated Press and Yahoo News, Phillip Elliot and Steve Peoples waste little time in asserting their misrepresentations.
The article goes negative three times in the first five paragraphs:
“…as the former Massachusetts governor tried to shrug off a series of unwanted distractions…
…as Republicans face difficult questions about the party's position on abortion after a Missouri Senate candidate's recent suggestion that women's bodies can prevent pregnancy in cases of "legitimate rape."
…It also comes less than 24 hours after Romney raising the discredited rumor that Obama wasn't born in the United States.”
First of all, the “series of unwanted distractions” exist thanks to the ongoing efforts of the “progressive” Party Pravda, including their continuous attempts to tie Romney to Todd Akin’s remark, in spite of the fact that Romney spoke out immediately, publically criticizing Akin for the remark while prompting him to drop out of Missouri’s U.S. Senate contest. The only reason Akin’s remark is tied to Romney is because people such as Elliot and Peoples continue to lie about it, and organizations like the AP and Yahoo News that employ them are complicit in repeating those lies.
The joke Romney made about where he was born, that was obviously a joke, that was never intended to be anything other than a joke, has been blown completely out of proportion and given a sinister intent that is, to put it politely, entirely fictitious in nature.
Instead of inventing faux issues with which to assail Romney, why don’t Elliot, Peoples, the AP and Yahoo News write about how the current White House occupant has fulfilled his campaign promises to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term, close Guantanamo Bay, and unite the Red States and Blue States into the United States?
Why are they not talking about how the politics of “Hope and Change” has become the politics of “Envy and Division”?
Why are they not reporting the true story that their anointed savior is neither the great uniter nor problem solver he portrayed himself to be in 2008?
Meanwhile the “progressive” Party Pravda willfully ignores the lies being spread by the White House re-election campaign and their “progressive” co-conspirators. The White House, in a new 30-second TV ad states that Romney’s plan will break the Medicare promise and replace it with a voucher system.
That is a lie. The Romney plan takes the $716 billion in savings found through the elimination of waste fraud and abuse and applies it to Medicare. The White House falsely claims they are applying those savings to Medicare while in reality they are double counting them. Out of one side of their mouth the White House is saying they are saving Medicare with that money, and then out of the other side saying they are using that money to pay for the government takeover of America’s healthcare. The voucher system will be an option, not a dictate. Anyone wishing to remain on the current Medicare system will have the option to do so.
The divisive, inflammatory, racist, class warfare rhetoric coming from the institutionalized “progressive” left is aptly explained by one of America’s most distinguished, honorable Founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin in Emblematical Representations, circa 1774:
“History affords us many instances of the ruin of states, by the prosecution of measures ill-suited to the temper and genius of their people. The ordaining of laws in favor of one part of the nation, to the prejudice and oppression of another, is certainly the most erroneous and mistaken policy. An equal dispensation of protection, rights, privileges, and advantages, is what every part is entitled to, and ought to enjoy... These measures never fail to create great and violent jealousies and animosities between the people favored and the people oppressed; whence a total separation of affections, interests, political obligations, and all manner of connections, by which the whole state is weakened.”
For centuries, Americans have been warned about the storm clouds that now darken America’s sky. For America to return to blue skies and brighter days, for America to experience a new dawn, the proponents of jealousy and animosity, who seek nothing more than the perpetuation of their own privileges and advantages, must be defeated once and for all.
Much is being said in the media about how Mitt Romney is not "likable”, about how he doesn't "relate well" to everyday people. A lot is being written about how his background makes it impossible for him to relate to middle class Americans. After extensive, intensive, investigative research there is now a Top Ten List to explain Romney’s "unlike-ability."
1. He is drop-dead, ad-campaign ready handsome, with a statesmanlike aura. He looks like every central casting's dream choice to be Commander-in-Chief. After years of reality TV, America should know better than to trust good looking people who present themselves as competent and capable. What would Snookie think?
2. He has been married to one woman throughout his entire adult life. During that time he has remained faithful to her, including through her bouts with breast cancer and Multiple Sclerosis. If only she had waited until her husband became a viable presidential candidate to be proud of her country the story would be complete.
3. There are no scandals or skeletons hidden in his closet. Give George Soros, Media Matters, MoveOn.org, the DNC and the media time. They will eventually invent a scandal about Romney not having a closet.
4. He does not speak in an obviously fake, southern "black preacher’s voice" when doing so is thought necessary to reach voters. Perhaps after the election Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden will be available to give him pointers.
5. He is highly intelligent, having graduated cum laude from both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. Oh, and his academic records are not sealed. After he is elected he can seal his records by Executive Order on his first day in office. Then will the media finally love him and hide, bury, or distract away from the story to protect him?
6. He does not smoke, does not drink alcohol, and has never done any drugs, not even during the 1960s counter-culture Age of Aquarius that was all the rage when he was in college. If only he had dropped acid and rolled around in the mud at Woodstock having sex in public like a wild animal.
7. He represents America’s "yesteryear", when people believed in God, went to Church, didn't screw around on their wives, sacrificed, and worked hard to succeed. Imagine what a media darling he could be, were he a latch key kid born to a single Welfare recipient mother who had been artificially inseminated, grew up on food stamps and as a teenager served time in prison for selling crack. That would qualify him to be a cultural hero…or land him a hip-hop recording contract and MTV airtime.
He is a family man with five accomplished sons, none of whom have police records or needed to go to drug rehab. Naturally, they were raised by a stay-at-home Mom. How old fashioned. Today that "choice" deserves America’s scorn. If only Romney had set the right example the boys could have turned out more like Bernie Madoff or John Corzine.
9. Oh yes, he is Mormon. Americans need to be especially fearful and contemptuous of a religion that teaches its members to live cleanly, be patriotic, to manage their lives in a fiscally conservative manner, to be charitable, self-reliant, and honest. No wonder Mitt Romney never stood a chance at becoming a pop icon like Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain or Michael Jackson.
10. One more very important point. Pundits keep repeating the mantra that because of his personal wealth, he simply cannot relate to average, ordinary Americans. It must be because he made that money himself instead of marrying it, inheriting it from Dad, winning the lottery or cashing in on a frivolous lawsuit by suing a big corporate conglomerate.
Mitt Romney's background, experience and trustworthiness demonstrate that he is a proven leader and a fine citizen who is qualified to become President of the United States. America knows what his religion is, that he will not desecrate the flag, bow down to foreign powers, or redistribute taxpayer’s money to political cronies through fiscally irresponsible faux “stimulus” plans.
America will not like taking some of the steps necessary to recover from a mountain of debt, but someone with Romney's extensive business education, experience and background knows how to do it.

These proclamations made by an Iranian ambassador make crystal clear the intentions of the Islamist/Fascist Iranian regime and their allies towards Israel, the United States and Western Civilization. To knowingly and willfully ignore this clarion call to defend the Western/Judeo/Christian world approaches sedition, especially in light of the fact that this statement was published by Russia’s Pravda, almost certainly with the approval of President Vladimir Putin’s Russian government.
When Ron Paul believes that Mutual Assured Destruction will deter Iran from attacking Israel and its western allies, he displays naïveté to the differences between the Communist atheist belief that there is no afterlife and it is in their best interests to avoid the termination of their worldly existence in a nuclear exchange, and an Islamist/Fascist State that reverently believe in the Mahdi, the 12th Imam of Shi'ite lore, and therefore considers it preferable to die as martyrs than to share the planet with the Western/Judeo/Christian world.
It was disturbing enough when the current White House occupant stabbed former Soviet bloc countries turned American allies Poland and the Czech Republic in their backs when he unilaterally cancelled missile defense shield deals they had made with the previous administration. That occupy Oval Office was also so eager to abandon national security in favor of nuclear disarmament that he would voluntarily declassify the number of nuclear warheads the U.S. possesses demonstrates a dereliction of duty on his part as Commander in Chief of the United States of America.
Mitt Romney recently outlined plans that will make America energy independent through development of its own abundant natural resources and less susceptible to an increasingly aggressive Iran’s impact on Middle East petroleum delivered through the Straits of Hormuz.
Romney has consistently condemned Iran for developing a nuclear bomb-capability. When referring to Iranian President Ahmadinejad's statements against Israel Romney has said "There is one place of course where I'd welcome Ahmadinejad with open arms, and that's in a court where he would stand trial for incitement to genocide, under the terms of the Genocide Convention."
Romney also correctly identifies the threat posed to the west by Islamist/Fascist jihad as "the defining challenge of our generation."
Contrary to the opinion of Ali Mohaghegh, the future of the Middle East is not carved in stone, it is still being written. How the next chapter reads depends largely on who is elected as the next President of the United States.

I have been listening to the cacophony of cowardly Republicans jumping all over Congressman Todd Akin of Missouri concerning his comments about rape and abortion a few days ago. I understand that what he said was ill-advised but he tried to answer a very tough question instead of dodging it as most politicians would do. He did manage to make a mess of it but has attempted to make amends in a very humble and honorable fashion. Akin has apologized profusely, explained what he actually meant, explained where he got the information he was basing his statement on, and has also acknowledged that he spoke on facts that he now knows were feasible but questionable. The man made a mistake in the way he stated his point and the entire Republican Party is throwing him to the wolves for it.

I find the recent Obama re-election campaign tactic of referring to Mitt Romney as “Romney Hood” rather interesting. Obama and his cronies are actually complimenting Romney, seemingly without being smart enough to realize it. If idiocy isn’t the case they are counting on We the People being too stupid to know our fables. I am a long way from being a supporter of Mitt Romney but this isn’t about Romney, it is about the Muslim-in-Chief sitting in the White House and his associates.

Upon first look at the budget put forth by Congressman Ryan, Former Speaker of the House (and at the time presidential candidate) Newt Gingrich had some harsh words as to what he thought of the budget. He has amended his statement, voicing his support of changes and the congressman/now vice-presidential pick.
He said this on Sunday:
"The basic thrust of (Ryan’s budget plan) is the right direction for the country. The one thing I objected to back in May of 2011 was that he eliminated Medicare for everybody. He came back with Ron Wyden. He met my only objection.” Newt Gingrich has been campaigning aggressively for Mitt Romney over the past few weeks.
Of course Romney and Ryan would like you to believe they represent 'mainstream' America, but with the Nation at about a 50% divorce rate how do politicians who have never been divorced expect you to look at them and know what your talking about?
The same philosophy is touted by Mitt Romney in the jobs arena. He says because he was a successful businessman he can produce jobs. So how does being married to one women help him with the 50% divorce rate in America? The truth is it doesn't, and actually Mitt Romney hasn't been in the same condition financially that the shrinking middle class, the unemployed, and the poor are facing, well, let's face it, he never has been in the middle class or the poor class.
Millions of Americans are suffering from greater stress because of the financial melt down of politicians who because they haven't supported the Constitution have increasingly made America either the policeman of the world propping up governments that are questionably a real threat, or busy making a nanny-state. It works for awhile, but the buck just keeps getting pushed back to another generation.
The stress at home has never been greater in this generation with kids moving back in with parents,and parents increasingly at odds with children who've got used to 'having it all, all at once".
The truth is there are a lot of good solutions coming from Cody Robert Judy, both in the social arena as he has been through divorce as a child and adult as well as the small business end that is desperately needed to fuel America's economy back into working order.
What most people don't understand is just how valuable of a blue print our Constitution is and how its principles when followed could have kept us out of the trouble we are in.
The other thing people say is that Washington DC is so far gone that it just can't get back on track. Well, that may be true as far as the impact a single Representative or Senator might have, but when it comes to the President a lot can happen if someone is in office actually holds to the Constitution and governs with its principles in mind.
That's why Cody Robert Judy took a stand for the Constitution drawing a line in the sand with Barack Obama's eligibility requirements not being fulfilled as a natural born citizen and now has a case in the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama Case No. 12-5276.
Cody is asking the United States Supreme Court to actually hold up its own precedent and the Constitution in the 'natural born citizen' clause. If the court is unwilling to protect the Constitution in the office of the President from foreign influence the other principles of the Constitution might as well be chucked also, as is characteristic of what is happening in so many executive orders being signed and congressional acts being passed like the NDA, which allows Americans to be held without charges and incarcerated and of course the Patriot Act.
With Washington DC Politicians increasingly out of the loop of main stream America, the time has come to set Washington DC straight and clean both houses up and Cody is hoping that can begin in his United States Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 12-5276. If it happens both the Democrats and Republicans who have been playing games with the Constitution and their oaths will be put on notice.
Let's hope the United States Supreme Court Justices still feel that interpreting the Constitution as a check and balance at protecting the integrity of our offices, the demands for qualifications made, and of course their own jobs is important.

ROMNEY/RYAN - How Conservative Does One Wife Make You?
The idea of saying your conservative because you've been married to one person is about what Romney and Ryan want you to choke down, especially given they completely turn their back on the Constitution in Obama's eligibility, and the fraud and forgery coming out of the White House as identification documents.
The Cabalistic Globalization that exist between Romney and Ryan pursuits is punctuated with the fraud and forgery of Obama's ineligibility, lack of integrity towards the Constitution, and America's National Security says Cody Robert Judy, " If you think differently you need to take your blinders off."
Following GOP presidential challenger Mitt Romney’s selection of Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate, the All Barrack Channel, commonly known as ABC, assumed the form of Amy Walter to administer a spoonful of “progressive” medicine intended to stop the American sugar for going down.
By calling Ryan’s budget plan synonymous with political polarization, then portraying Mitt Romney picking Ryan for VP as guaranteeing an ideological debate, Walter displays nothing short of utter contempt for voters and their ability to research, learn and decide for themselves.
Even if Walter is correct in saying that a debate over the role of government is looming, she is wrong in assuming, presuming, dictating that swing voters do not want that debate. Closer to the truth, “progressives” do not want the debate to take place because it could lead to swing voters learning the distinctions between the differing philosophies. Hence, ABC and other card carrying members of the “progressive” Party Pravda publish “information” that preordains the conclusion to which readers must necessarily arrive: Voters do not want to debate the proper role of government.
Voters are most certainly interested in what their government does, how far it reaches into their lives, and the scope of its power. Voters have interests that surpass simply having a government that works.
For “progressives” and their Pravda lapdogs, it feeds their agenda to determine and present as fact that voters only want a government that works efficiently. Safe to say, “progressives” living in America are highly motivated to be primarily concerned with a government that efficiently rewards them with their “fair share” of food stamps, welfare checks, “free” healthcare and other so-called “entitlement” goodies.
The Nazi government was highly efficient in taking a defeated, bankrupt country to the brink of global domination…and slaughtering millions. When it came to the systematic removal of millions of Chinese, Chairman Mao had a well-oiled government. The Soviet system very effectively created a manmade disaster while committing genocide by starving millions of Ukrainians to death during the Holodomor. Che Rivera was ruthlessly efficient in eliminating Fidel’s political opposition in Cuba.

The 2010 election that swept Conservatives back in control of the House was indeed a mandate: Do not compromise with those whose negotiating position begins and ends with “what is yours is ours and what is mine is mine.” History repeatedly reveals that whenever those with this negotiating position obtain final grasp of unrestrained, unbridled power, they do not compromise with their political opposition, they eliminate it.
The reason Washington DC is polarized and ineffective is the harsh, uncompromisingly rigid partisan positions taken by Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, the current Oval Office occupier and their “progressive” collaborators.
The November 2012 election is a decision voters will make between two competing ideologies. Voters will determine what role government plays in the lives of people. Whether “progressives” like it or not, a small government with limited power is the basic construct of the American idea; one “progressives” have long sought to destroy.
Americans want to have the debate “progressives” do not. The simple reason “progressives” do not want that debate and are so eager to convince swing voters they do not want it either is simple. That debate is one “progressives” will lose.

Mitt Romney is set to announce his running mate around 9 AM Saturday morning during a visit to Norfolk, Va. Strong signs point to that running mate being Paul Ryan of Wisconsin. I guess we'll all know by lunch tomorrow if these sources are correct.
Update: Its a Romney Ryan Ticket! I guess we'll see what impact this will all have after the talking heads hash it out and all the pundits blabber on.
Republican presidential challenger Mitt Romney attacked occupy Oval Office, aka Barrack Obama, for waiving portions of the welfare-to-work law. At a Chicago campaign stop, Romney pledged to reverse the July order that disembowels welfare reform. "We will end a culture of dependency and restore a culture of good, hard work," Romney said.
Naturally, White House press secretary Jay Carney called Romney's charges "blatantly dishonest." Carney’s misrepresentative spin continued: "This administration's policy will strengthen the program by giving states the opportunity to employ more effective ways to help people get off welfare and into a job.”
For their part, a new Romney campaign ad accurately asserts that "Obama guts welfare reform" saying "Under Obama's plan, you wouldn't have to work and wouldn't have to train for a job. They just send you your welfare check."
Of course, to White House “progressives” it does not matters that The Health and Human Services Department directive permits states to ask for waivers from the work requirement found in the existing welfare law. They are going to attack, smear, invent and misrepresent every fact necessary to convince low information voters to cast their ballots against Romney, no matter what.
Coincidently, the current White House occupant is now blaming state and local governments, as well as Congress for the 14.1 percent black unemployment rate.
"There are a lot more things we could be doing. To get them done, we need cooperation of Congress. We got the payroll tax portion of [my American Jobs Act] done, but what we didn’t get done is the assistance I was proposing to the states to help them hire back teachers, firefighters, and first responders, because one of the weakest parts of this recovery has been state and local government hiring. Given the weaknesses of the construction industry, the American Jobs Act proposed that we rebuild schools, roads, bridges, airport, and ports. That would provide small businesses with opportunities as contractors and vendors in this rebuilding process. Again, Congress needs to act." Obama stated.
Were George W. Bush, Sarah Palin, the Tea Party, economic troubles in the Eurozone, the Arab Spring, a Japanese tsunami or ATMs and ticketing kiosks suddenly unavailable for blame?
Obama then took for granted a big part of his core constituency by saying "I’m not the president of black America. I’m the president of the United States of America.”
If one is to believe the pathological wealth redistributor in thief, he and his policies are never to blame for any of the existing malaise. If only all those poor unfortunate souls who are not part of the “progressive” “intellectual elite” were capable of understanding. Then his “progressive” holiness could explain to them how his policies are great…for the hundred thousandth time.
The idea that America is in deep financial trouble and that the current “progressive” administration is intentionally inflicting damage upon America and its economy is supported by the enactment of a seemingly endless string of “progressive” policies that run 180 degrees counter to how America and its economy are designed to work.
But one politician, no matter how radical, fringe, extreme, anti-American, “progressive” they are is solely to blame for the current situation.
Thanks to “go along to get along” “establishment” Republicans who abandoned Conservative principles and co-opted the “progressive” Democratic tactic of bringing home the bacon to buy votes; from January 2007 to January 2011 Republicans were in the legislative minority. After the 2008 election, they were so outnumbered they were powerless to stop a "progressive" agenda bent on advancing an extreme, fringe, radical, anti-American wish list “progressives” spent decades concocting.
Then Americans woke up and elected Republicans of a more Conservative stripe to a majority in the House and reduced the "progressive" majority in the Senate.
But the Tea Party’s work is not done. It is only now beginning.
"progressives" and their policies have been assailing America for over a century. Based on what has happened since the 2010 election, expectations that more than 100 years of damage will be reversed in one election cycle are unrealistic.
For some Tea Party Americans, Mitt Romney might not be their first pick for president. At least Romney is an American who knows first-hand how to achieve success in business. Better still, Romney was not raised overseas by Communists. This is a far cry from the current clueless affirmative action clown who between rounds of golf is working to “fundamentally transform” America into a Socialist democracy. Besides, Romney’s campaign is showing a willingness to fight, something John McCain’s 2008 campaign failed to demonstrate.
Americans need to stay focused, remain diligent and work hard to elect Conservative Americans to every office possible. It could be the White House, the U.S. Senate, Congress, Governor, Mayor or the local dog catcher.

This is the add Obama put out that the Washington Post Factcheker could find no problem with. They like to point out errors in ads and statements from both sides of the political aisle, but gave this a perfect mark. Really? Is there nothing they could find in this?
Sometimes their writers seem really partisan one way or the other...but really, is there nothing they could find wrong with this?
Regardless of who is elected, people will take to the streets. Mark my words. If Romney wins, Obama supporters will riot and demand that he refuse to leave office. If Obama wins, there will be peaceful protests because Americans know what will come of this country if he gets another 4 years behind the wheel. Ever see an inexperienced 2 year old drive a racecar? It crashes, hard.
Long story short, this election means so much to every single person ON EARTH and I’m afraid that most people do not realize this frightening fact. The fate of America and the world as we know it literally rests on the fate of the November election.
Breaking News: U.S. Supreme Court Case Needs Your help in Judy v. Obama
This is probably going to sound more like a journal entry then a blog piece, but I am moved to express some things that I think are important at this time.
First I do want to thank and pay a tribute to those who are fighting the good fight; those who are raising their voice and going on the record. I know the last week I have received more of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals treatment #5 (Rule 5: Ridicule is man's most potent weapon) these weeks then I have ever received. It’s nasty, distasteful, and ugly.
Here’s just one example that’s tame enough to print- “Anyone that makes videos of their self trying to be Pres and claiming Obama is not qualified to be Pres needs help. I hope U get that. Do U have a doc? Mental disorders R not to be made fun of. I hope U don't hear voices but help is there 4 U!”
I do kind of agree with him that ‘I need help’ but its more on the financial side in contributions then from a doctor trying to convince me to abandon the Constitution in favor of Obama’s State of the Union and usurpation.
If anyone could comprehend how many people support Obama and picture them all ganging up on me you’d get some idea of what my mail box looks like in the above times 10,000.
I thinking I’m not sure what’s worse:
The precarious status of the Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear units and the risk presented by the enormous inventory of radioactive materials and spent fuel in the event of further earthquake threats with 1,565 fuel rods translating into 460 tons of nuclear fuel stored in a pool in a barely intact building on its third and fourth floors that could result in a catastrophic radiological fire that could wipe out most of the northern hemisphere; certainly it would be a massive civilization-breaking event or Obama’s eligibility going un-checked, ignored and avoided by the U.S. Supreme Court?
I know people in Washington DC don’t think about the most prestigious monument representing our first President George Washington in the cracked Washington monument with a 5.8 magnitude earthquake hitting east of the Rockies for the first time since 1897 or Hurricane Irene blowing through the same geographical area a few days earlier being the first of the Hurricane season showing exactly how bad the cracks were, or the 700 mile storm front that bee-lined from Chicago to Washington DC, causing 3 million to lose power -The very symbolism of losing power in an area like The Beltway is as poignant as it is profound, not to mention Obama's same course from Illinoise to Washington DC being traced; as part of God pointing out Obama’s ineligibility, but if you had to trace God’s finger it’s no stretch of the imagination to say our Founding Fathers are pissed off people!

I do think she’s probably right about the Government as it stands now never repealing any part of ACA whether Republican Mitt Romney is in charge or Obama’s ineligibility never meets the U.S. Constitution head on.
She says thoughtfully as Ann always does, Republicans ‘will start referencing the fact that ObamaCare is SCOTUS-approved, and approved by Chief Justice Roberts, no less. They will also start to argue that it would cause “chaos” to repeal it. Day by day, this rhetoric will increase. It will begin on the news channels, then spill over into the faux-conservative blogs like HotAir.com . I wait with bated breath for Ed Morrissey or Allah pundit’s piece on how “sensible folk understand that ObamaCare simply cannot be repealed.” Oh, just you wait. It is coming. I promise you that.”
She continues, “You HAVE to wake up and acknowledge that Romney is a sociopathic liar who is simply bullshitting, and that is the word for it – bullshitting you people in order to raise money. He will say ANYTHING in order to raise money and maybe “get elected.” You are being conned just as sure as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, and if you aren’t smart enough or mature enough to see when you are being blatantly conned, then you deserve what you get.”
Sadly it appears the payday for politicians exist if they do “lie”, if they don’t tell the “truth”, they are rewarded with what you “hope” they are going to represent. Romney reportedly raised 100 million in June. Well we all know what path that led us with Obama, but somehow we always hold out “hope” for a politician who actually means what he says and does what he says he’ll do.
With history as a guide to Washington DC actually having the power to beat the constitution-swords that go there elected with good intensions who then get beat into plowshares wanting to go to the latest Washington DC cocktail party, you’d think Citizens would understand the best remedy would be to send someone there whose actually done time for ‘Taking A Stand’. I mean is that the kind of courage you want or is that just crazy to you?
If history is a judge of Romney’s path you understand very clearly exactly what Ann (not Romney’s wife) is saying. You gotta give that pack a dynamite Ann credit where credit is due. She’ speaks the truth about the big fish in the race getting contributions for the office their running for, but she still hasn’t got a clue to actually putting her mouth to work for someone who is running for office and could certainly use a little positive support and help out here and we all need to ask ourselves the same question:
How will we respond to these and many of the other upcoming events which are poised to take this world of ours by storm? Who are we supporting and to what extent does our support towards that person represent our making the best decision we can?
Are you ready for some hard answers God has for you? All of those answers can be found within. Now is the time to go inside and ascertain the true meaning for each person in the contemplation of your family’s future.
Of course you want someone who pays for it all for you, who pays the bill, and makes the sacrifices so you don’t have to. But how in the world could you gain any appreciation for what our Constitution actually give you if it was all for FREE?

You know in the Court cases I’ve represented against Obama about 99.999 percent of you haven’t paid a dime. You haven’t raised a single word of support. I’m not so sure you don’t deserve what you pay for. One thing I am sure of God’s going to give it to you, oh yea, you can count on that. But .. I still find myself wishing.
That brings me to the chapter I read in the Bible last night which was so telling of how things should be, or maybe how things are when they are done right and correctly in 1st Chronicles chapter 28:29 David outlines that not only has he gathered all that he has for the Lord’s Temple but he has himself given his own wealth to the project-
“Besides, in my devotion to the temple of my God I now give my personal treasures of gold and silver for the temple of my God, over and above everything I have provided for this holy temple: three thousand talents of gold (gold of Ophir) and seven thousand talents of refined silver, for the overlaying of the walls of the buildings, 5 for the gold work and the silver work, and for all the work to be done by the craftsmen.”
Then David asks a real simple question? I think its telling, but here he is in charge asking people to give of themselves. He isn’t saying for instance if you breath your taxed as our own ACA is mandating.
David says: “Now, who is willing to consecrate themselves to the LORD today?” The response was incredible and amounted to much more then could have ever been collected in a forced mandated tax, because of a simple few words, “ The people gave willingly”. Wow! How incredible is that power of genuine love?
“Then the leaders of families, the officers of the tribes of Israel, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of the king’s work gave willingly. They gave toward the work on the temple of God five thousand talents[d] and ten thousand darics[e] of gold, ten thousand talents of silver, eighteen thousand talents of bronze and a hundred thousand talents of iron. Anyone who had precious stones gave them to the treasury of the temple of the LORD …”. “The people rejoiced at the willing response of their leaders, for they had given freely and wholeheartedly to the LORD. David the king also rejoiced greatly.”
Please take note of the words “GAVE” to the 4th power or used 4 times in those words, also “FREELY” and “WHOLEHEARTEDLY” associated with the acts of giving and the reward of freedom the Lord had given Israel from bondage, and then not only that but the feeling of “REJOICEING” by everyone at what was accomplished together. Imagine our world if our elected leaders gave so willingly to the Constitution?
All of this “taxing” and “putting people in prison” for stupid stuff, and not standing up for our freedoms and liberties that are inalienable rights given by God is not us. That’s not the United States principled under the United States Constitution.
WE ARE CAPABLE OF SO MUCH MORE and its important not only to us here in the U.S. but its important to the world who sees us as a shining beacon of light on a hill representing what people can do with freedom and liberty. We can’t let this go.
I say as David said, “What “change” have you to give towards REALLY standing up for the Constitution and my campaign for upholding it? Will you send me your change?
If my Campaign is the only one holding up the Constitution’s demand for a ‘natural born citizen’ against all the hatred, and devils crying foul, how much more can you count on me then Mitt Romney or Obama’s lies?

Romney has visited Texas several times during the primary. Not to sell his vision for the country, but more as an ATM stop. Legal experts we contacted agreed this could be considered 'messin with Texas' in a court of law. Most are aware of the risks you run when messin with Sasquatch. So why do people continue to insist on 'messin with Texas'? And more to the point, why do politicians even entertain the thought. Ok he 'messed with Texas', big deal? Well it is a big deal, you can't 'mess with Texas' without messin with Louisiana.
Once you've messed with Louisiana you've messed with Mississippi and Alabama. Within the hour the the 'good-ol-boy' parts of Florida as well as Georgia, South Carolina and Arkansas, are fully aware of the messin. Now with Twitter and Facebook, by the end of the day even their cousins in North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri and Oklahoma all know about the Texas Messin. Everyone below the Mason-Dixon line feels like they've been messed with, and that's not good, cause this is the 'base' of the Republican party.
More than the 'base' you might even call the South 'home freekin plate' of the republican party. The Vatican for Santoriums, Mecca for you Jihadis, and I can guarantee you, Reagan never referred to the South as 'an away game'. Ask James Carville, he'll tell you straight up, people in the South actually believe this 'conservative crap'. You can't just used-car-salesman your way through the South, the 'good-ol-boys' are watching your every step. If Romney tries to etch-a-sketch his way farther and farther to the left, it ain't gonna go over to well in the South.
Romney's going to have to find a way to better feign sincerity when dealing with the South. Now to his credit he's taking steps to do just that. Rumor has it that he has discreetly hired a key adviser for just this purpose. This cannot be independently confirmed, but an inside source, on the condition of anonymity, told an outside source about a conversation that went something like this:
Mitt: “How how long afterwards do you usually have to stay and cuddle, cause these conservatives are really starting to get on my nerves?”
Bill: “Did you tell them you love them?”
Mitt: “Well not exactly but I did call myself a 'severe conservative'”
Bill: “Wow, that's pretty good, try biting your bottom lip while waving your finger”
Mitt: “Got it, thanks, I'll call you back”
But many believe even these steps won't be enough. You can't just show up and say: “hey baby” and move on. Bill can, you can't. If you're playing defense with your own base your opponent is playing offense, and that's a losing hand.
Some of us are wondering why we're even playing this game. Why are we forcing ourselves to play defense on our own territory in states like Florida, North Carolina and Virginia? What's so damn important about Mitt Romney anyway? Some of my very close friends have even gone so far as to say: “screw the unwritten rule that the next one in line has to be the nominee.”
When your mom tried to force-feed your little brother Gerber's Lima Bean Jubilee, it didn't really work, did it? He just spit it out and then started turning his head from side-to-side, like a windshield wiper on high speed, kinda like keep away with his mouth. Well the 'good-ol-boys' ain't chockin down the Jubilee either, so stop trying to force it down all of our throats.
The Romney argument from day one has been 'you have to vote for Romney because he's the only one that can beat Obama'. I won't vote for Romney precisely because I know he will lose to Obama. A few examples as to why he'll lose:
Romney's positive approval rating has been 20 points below even McCain and Dole's who both ended up losing. It will probably start to rise with the end of the primary, however this is before the Obama Nasties open fire with both barrels, and Romney is a very target rich environment.
McCain lost to Obama by five million votes. The retort is 'yes but the luster is off Obama this time', true, but the luster has never been and never will be on Romney. The apathy on the right is every bit as apathetic as the apathy on the left. However in addition to apathy there is almost a disdain on the right for Romney and the GOP. Romney will lose three types of voters. 1. Unmotivated voters who won't bother to turn off 'Dancing with the Stars' to go vote. 2. Voters like myself that know Romney is a liberal and are disgusted with the dishonest corrupt campaign he and the GOP have run. 3. Voters that hate Romney so much that as soon as the word 'Romney' leaves your mouth the conversation is over. So from where is Romney going to get his votes?
Romney is so stiff that it makes it almost too painful to watch. Part of his historically low 30 percent approval rating is simply that he is not a likeable candidate. It just seems as if he doesn't quite know how to relate to humans. The following video (cookiegate) of Romney talking to supporters is a perfect illustration of Romney's legendary awkwardness. Both Romney and Obama are desperate to avoid their records, causing them to run a vapid, mud slinging campaign with both candidates trying to bring the other down, rather than building himself up. Perhaps this is why we spent the last few weeks arguing about the value of stay-at-home-moms, roof carriers for dogs and yes dog meat. However this kind of campaign will not help Romney, on the contrary, this type of campaign is tailor-made for the democrats. Democrat voters are the quintessential mind-dead-voter. All David Axelrod has to say is: are you really going to fire the first black president? (Chris Matthews is already promoting this) and 'hope and change', or the 2012 equivalent.
If Obama wins the world will end
If Obama wins the earth will fly off it's axis, spin out of control and explode. In addition to the dishonest and corrupt campaign, the GOP has been forcing Romney down our throats since the primary began. As Americans we are genetically predispositioned to raise our middle finger whenever someone tells us we HAVE TO do something. The main argument for Romney is that we can't afford another four more years of Obama. The question is never raised, can we afford eight years of a liberal republican? I would argue, muddling through four more years of Obama is preferable to eight years of a directionless liberal Romney. Does anyone anywhere really think Mitt is going to bring a backbone to the table. On the budget battles Boehner and McConnell have caved every single time to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. Ann Coulter and Laura Ingraham even pleaded with the republican leadership, 'don't shut down the government or we'll get blamed'. Coulter might have an adam's apple but she has no cojones. Is Romney really going to stand up to Ann Coulter?
If Obama wins, the next two Supreme Court justices will alter the makeup of the court. Nonsense. Scalia, Alito, Thomas, Roberts aren't going anywhere. Kennedy probably isn't either. If he does, his replacement still has to be confirmed by the Senate. You simply don't confirm anyone less conservative than Kennedy, next problem.
We need someone with a spine. The only republicans in the last thirty years with guts were Reagan and Gingrich. Both shut down the government several times and Newt even forced Clinton to say “the era of big government is over”. Will Romney ever shut down the government, will he ever stand up to the liberals when they cry about draconian cuts? He's not going to fight the liberals because in truth he is a liberal and we all know that the democrats will keep spending until we become Greece. Just like the liberals in Greece kept spending until it became so bad people started committing suicide. We are on the exact same path and a liberal republican is barely going to slow us down on our inevitable run off the cliff.
Going on offense.
I started to write a section about forcing a brokered convention, but the more I wrote the more I realized, any candidate coming out of the GOP convention this year will still have to be GOP approved. In other words we'd still end up with a total bucket of mush, like Jeb Bush or Mitch Daniels, better, but not good enough for the mess we're in today.
Don't get me wrong I still think we need to flip off the GOP every chance we get. Such as:
Voting for Ron Paul in the remaining primaries as a protest vote.
Changing party affiliation to independent and telling the GOP why you're switching.
Stop sending money to RNC.
Throw your remote at the T.V. whenever Karl Rove shows up.
No, this time I think we need to go big. We need to enlist a true conservative as our third party nominee. We don't need a third party, at least not at this point. We just need a true conservative to represent us as a third party candidate in the presidential election. We'd still vote for the best republican in each race for congress. Many say this is a suicide mission, but I disagree. Rather I would argue that voting for Romney in this environment is the true suicide mission. Yes I've heard the argument over and over that Ross Perot is the reason we ended up with Bill Clinton, but had Ross Perot been a better candidate he could have actually won. He was shooting up like a rocket until he pulled out of the race, only to come back later and he still got 20 percent of the vote. Ross Perot was not a good candidate but we have time to find a truly great conservative candidate to represent us.
Not only was Ross Perot a poor candidate but H.W. Bush was not a horrible candidate either. But this time Romney is a horrible candidate. Also Clinton does not even come close to Barak Obama on the socialist meter, so things are very different this time. Can you imagine a true conservative debating these two liberal Bozos, with their socialist medicine legislation hanging around their necks?
As for the question, can a third party candidate really win? I'd point to Murkowski in Alaska who beat her republican rival with a write-in campaign and she wasn't even on the ballot. Granted our candidate will be underfunded but so were Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum and they still won states where they were outspent 10 to 1. On the other hand our third party candidate will start with a huge base of disenfranchised conservative voters in which to build on. The contrast between the conservative and the two liberals will suck voters from Romney until he's no longer viable. This happened recently in the Colorado Governor's race where the conservative independent destroyed the republican candidate making him into a non factor. Once Romney is made a non factor voters will turn to replacing the worst president in U.S. history.
In summary
If we don't stand up to the GOP this election we'll be be facing another thirty years of Doles and McCains and Romneys. We won't last thirty years with more Doles and McCains and Romneys. If Obama wins we muddle through for another four, but have another shot in four years for a true conservative. If Romney wins, the dramatic 'change of course' needed to save this country will not occur for at least the next eight years.
I wonder how many people understand what Mitt Romney in his own words has said about Musliums, how wonderful Islam is, and Hezboulah? I would ask any person to watch the video of Romney, do your own research, and make up your own mind.
Do you think King O. is not waiting with a tv commercial to show this as a weakness?Do you think that it is okay to think that Hezboulah is a good example that we as America used our taxdollars and "turned around" their negative feelings towards America?
Why is this not being shown everywhere, why are questions not being asked, why is it not being discussed?
You can count on this if Romney is our man, this will be used against us!
