This post needs to be read after reading the last one, "Obama's Saudi Connection."

I didn't write either article.  They weren't written by the same author or for the same audience, but when taken together, it makes better sense.

By Doug Hagmann:

What do the murders of four Americans in Benghazi have to do with the murders of three in a terrorist attack in Boston? Plenty, if you understand what you are seeing in the abstract expressionism of the Jackson Pollock painting is actually a blood trail, and the Pollock painting you are closely studying is an exact reproduction of one of his earlier works. It is a reproduction of a reproduction. We’ve seen this picture before, a bloodstained tangle of lies being sold to us as an artistic masterpiece. But you have to step farther back, not closer to the painting, to actually see the blood trail.

Obama's Saudi Connection

This and the next post make more sense in context when the information is considered together. Then it makes perfect, scary sense.

From Obama's Marxist indoctrination from Frank Marshall Davis to the help from Valerie Jarett's father-in-law and help from the Muslim world that propelled Obama to the presidency.

New and glad to be here

Hello, I am new here and very glad to be a part of a true patriotic movement. I am an avid reader of conservative authors and have recently read Righteous Indignation by Andrew Breitbart the book changed my life. I share a similar background and life story close to his. I live in a small town in Ga. and I want to get involved and and start making a difference. I have had my own personal life challenges and have lived under the tide of pop culture and jaded media. Any help on how to get involved and get out there would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Have you heard of the

Conservative Party USA?

http://www.conservativepartyusa.org/home/

I have mixed emotions

  • CP –USA reminds me of …. Communist Party USA
  • Even their image looks like a knockoff of the hammer & cycle
  • Crudely their Eagle is not far from the Hammer & Cycle
  • But….
  • They present themselves as a PARTY…. With a PLATFORM
  • ….something I’ve NOT heard from the TeaParty

I’m concerned and confused………TeaParty or Conservatice Party……….or

………purge the RINOs from GOP and make good use of the leftovers.

4063619911?profile=originalThe state of Ohio and Texas along with Florida and Wisconsin are on the United Nation’s Election Day hit list when it comes to their officials showing up at state polling locations. It seems that these United Nations officials have the mistaken belief that they have the legal right to intervene in how Ohio and other states are running their Election Day activities. Their organization the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe is showing up because the nearly impotent NAACP and the discredited ACORN organization requested that they oversee possible voter suppression.

The fact that outside countries can use the guise of the United Nations to come into sovereign states and cities like Cleveland, or Columbus, Ohio, or Houston Texas, or any other city in America is without merit. If one single United Nation’s official illegally steps within the 100 foot limit of a polling precinct they will become quite familiar with American jurisprudence.

The Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has already publically stated that if a United Nation’s official breaks Texas law by interfering with its election process within the 100 foot limit, he will have them prosecuted to the full extent of Texas law and justice. Jay Sekulow, head of the American Center for Law and Justice affirmed this and other similar developments around the nation, on Fox News, Friday, November 2nd.

First and foremost is the erroneous notion that a foreign nation has the purposeful audacity to believe it can set one soiled boot on Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin state soil. Could these so-called officials of the NAACP or ACORN be that incompetent about how state government and the U.S. Constitution actually work? The United States Constitution is still the law of the land, as is the 10th Amendment, which clearly states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” This includes election law.

News flash, nowhere in the U.S. Constitution does it say that state election officials should bow, submit, or be subject to interference by the United Nations. Foreign governments do not dictate terms to the United States of America or states about how and what it does regarding elections or any other sovereign action. In other words, United Nations officials take your pens, pads and notebooks to the nearest motel room and watch the election results like any other person.

What is disturbing about this entire misleading scenario is how the United Nations could ignore due diligence in taking a letter from organizations that offered them no legal proof of voter suppression or intimidation. Before the United Nations started snooping into America’s business, why not go over legal proof of voter suppression and intimidation legal cases from the U.S. Justice Department? What about the states they are targeting? Oops, that would be a big negatory since no proof of voter suppression or voter intimidation by Republicans exist!

Why did this so-called finder of fact committee set up by the United Nations not investigate the organizations that made the request? Take ACORN, which had officials engaging in voter fraud in Cleveland in 2008, who were illegally signing up voters multiple times. One voter even testified that ACORN voter registrars signed him up 72 times to vote. Their voter fraud activities are legendary. In Missouri in 1986, 12 ACORN members were convicted of voter fraud. Also in 1986, in St. Louis, six ACORN volunteers plead guilty to a myriad of election law violations.

The NAACP which also requested United Nations intervention into suspected Republican voter suppression has election fraud skeletons in its own closet. The organization made up fraudulent claims in 2000 against then Governor George Bush about voter intimidation and the lack of prosecution of a fatal attack on a black man. In addition, in 2011, NAACP Tunica County, Mississippi executive committee member Lessadolla Sowers was convicted on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots in a substantial voter fraud scheme. So much for integrity!

Then of course there is the infamous voter intimidation case in 2008 against the New Black Panther Party, which openly intimidated white voters in Philadelphia. The Obama U.S. Justice Department refused to prosecute the case, despite overwhelming evidence, and an actual video which captured their thug-like tactics.  ( Read More )

These men and women paid the ultimate price in defense of America and our way of life.

This flag represents the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA one nation under GOD! Our Judeo-Christian values are defined by the rule of law based on the Ten Commandments as a result we are a free people.

It is ok if you burn our flag.

         9.17.12-Burning-US-Flag-600x412.jpg

We have that right here in American, protected by Supreme Court Decisions as a right of free Speech.

You can take GOD’s name in vain in reference to AMERICA just like the current Presidents's mentor  the Reverend Jeremiah Wright "GOD DAMN AMERICA".

You can kill people for bringing a Christian Bible into your country or talking about Jesus Christ and call it protection of the purity of the Islamic faith.

But when you spill our blood.

                    20120906__community01~p3_500.jpg

That is not FREEDOM of SPEECH and a Price must be paid and we the people of the United States of America will honor our dead and defend our freedoms both at home and abroad.

President Obama wants to honor you with his new campaign flag which is the  image of a redesigned American flag with his logo on it.

The bloody finger prints on the wall of our embassy  in Libya  make one question his intent and his loyalty to America.

WAR

Libya is the point of ----Conflagration ---and the ensuing conflict between the rule by fear and the peace that surpasses all understanding is building to a crescendo that is engulfing the entire world.

In 1982, The World Mathaba was established in Libya. Mathaba it is an acronym which stands for ---- Media Active To Help All Become Aware----……….. The World Mathaba was designed to bring together Islamic revolutionaries and freedom fighters from every corner of the globe to share ideas and develop their revolutionary knowledge. Among them was the Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.

Mr. Farrakhan was presented Man of the Year, and winner of the Lifetime Achievement Trumpeteer Award, in 2007 by Reverend Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago where Obama had attended for 20 years, Farrakhan’s group represents the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States of America as such he has stated “The United States of America is moving closer and closer to great civil strife, unrest and bloodshed.”  That time has arrived.

The Muslim brotherhood / The Nation of Islam / Reverend Wright / Obama and radical Islamist all over the globe are working to destroy the United States of America.

The Truth, Mr. President is that Your Appeasement Plan is the path to destruction!

As General Douglas A. McAruther said. "I can almost hear the ticking of the second hand of destiny. We must act now or we will die........."

The prestige and freedoms of America and the Western world hang in the balance as our President talks about a new world order at the UN. The United States of America cannot set on the side lines as Islamic countries fight each other for control of the world.

Mr. President, you will be held accountable for the decisions that you make! Your thoughts and the true workings of your scheming mind are known only by you and GOD. He will be your judge.

GOD is in control of the  conflagration of events!  All things will come together based on HIS will,  Jesus Christ is His Son, and the Holy Spirit indwells true believers......

May GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

Brandon Raub: Victim of Tyranny in America

The End of Liberty is Near

I find the current situation in our nation both frightening and ironic.  The frightening part took a more serious turn a few days ago.  On Thursday August 16, 2012, former Marine Corp member Brandon Raub, decorated for valor in both Iraq and Afghanistan, was “detained”; not arrested but “detained”, by federal, state, and local authorities.  He was taken from his home in handcuffs, without charge, and is being held indefinitely pending a “mental competency hearing” before a judge (http://beforeitsnews.com/politics/2012/08/brandon-raub-ndaa-arrest-video-2449432.html).  And what is his “crime”?  Mr. Raub was so bold as to criticize the federal government; Barack Obama, Eric Holder, politicians in both political parties, and bureaucrats who ignore the Constitution and do as they please without the consent of the governed.

OUR FLUTTERING, FLOUNDERING SHIP OF STATE

As a Senior Citizen, and having been raised at a time when patriotism was an important part of daily life. Remember when we started our school day with the Pledge of Allegiance,  I am continually surprised at how vitriolic the reaction from the left wing zombies when hearing or repeating that pledge!

But, I suppose that these days there are a LOT of things that surprise me. And not I might add, a good surprise.  So I thought that I would enumerate what I think are the top ten reasons we are where we are.  So, here are my......

"Were We Asleep At The Wheel - Top Ten":

  1. Ignoring the emergence of "new world order" as a term describing political thought.  (see Woodrow Wilson, "global justice" for a start)
  2. Increasing expectations as to the roll of "government".
  3. Increasing "public ownership" of private enterprise = socialism.
  4. Not understanding that socialism is the precursor of Communism (from Latin communis - common, universal) as a revolutionary socialist movement to create a classless, moneyless, and stateless social order would would be packaged to appeal to the masses who didn't realize that it would not produce what it promised.
  5. Not realizing that the fall away from God would foster envy and avarice to prevail in the social order.
  6. Ignoring our increasing obsession with institutionalized snooping (to interest oneself in what is not one's concern) via television and mass media.
  7. Not venerating education and integrity above everything else.
  8. Thinking the "solution" to our problems was going to be easy.
  9. Not teaching our CHILDREN about the importance of patriotism.
  10. Ignoring our responsibility to VOTE!

I HOPE THAT WE CAN TURN THE TIDE...BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!!!!!!

Alert! Be skeptical about Rick Perry.

Amid the latest speculation about Mr. Rick Perry running for the Republican nomination, we must be skeptical.  Perry is a globalist, implying that he wants to continue what the Bushes started via NAFTA.  In other words, he would have on his agenda the continued planning and implementation of the proposed super highway connecting Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.  If this were to occur, the area of the highway would become international territory, thus destroying our national sovereignty.  Furthermore, this position by Mr. Perry would require that he continue to allow illegal immigrants come in from Mexico.  In other words, he would not enforce illegal immigration law, even though he gives the appearance now that he would enforce illegal immigration, but again, this may very well be another ruse by the liberal elite to help get him nominated and elected.

Furthermore, infowars.com reports that Mr. Perry was invited and attended the annual Bilderberg Group Meeting in 2007.  His speech topic was on the relationship of federal to state government relations.  To prove the kind of people invited, Comrade Obama has also been a Bilderberg invitee and attendee.  For those of you who do not know, the Bilderberg is a highly secretive international group of the upper crust of liberal elite who think it is their job to shape events in order to bring in the "New World Order".  Why would they invite the Texas Governor and why would he attend, rubbing shoulders with corporate and international Marxists?  Any New World Order, by definition, will require the destruction of all national sovereignties, and that includes our own.

I am a native Texan and love my state, but L.B.J. was a Texan too.  We must not allow our state loyalty or personal charisma of any candidate to blind us from nominating a true patriotic, constitutional loyalist with courage this time.  The enemy's primary tool is deception.  Like McCain, if the enemy can get us to put forward a wolf in sheep's clothing, we will have been defeated yet again.  Never forget that my friends!

The GOP Field: An Educational Debate

I'm not a real big fan of debates but the GOP debates in New Hampshire have been a good showcase of Conservative thought.  We don't have a perfect candidate, and we will never will.  But the combination of Constitutional conservatism, economic savvy, historical context, and fresh Patriotic fervor is like a symposium on the role of government, and what it means to have faith in freedom and the free market.

Pawlenty seems a little stiff.  Newt is still a great intellect and, although he will hang up his campaign coat soon, adds a comprehensive understanding of aspects of American government.  Romney is a little redundant, rehashing many of his recent speeches.  But he appears to be the solid "fix the economy" candidate.  Michelle Bachmann looks strong.  I would like to hear more from her.  Santorum is passionate and unwavering, a fresh face.  Herman Cain is an audacious advocate for capitalism.  He has a certain "elder statesman" quality.  He is the experienced one in the house.  Cain has detailed ideas plans to answer the questions about Obamacare, Medicare insolvency, and jobs creation.  Cain is unequivocal about his opposition to allowing Sharia law to influence American law.

The audience seems very in tune with the economic issues.  The debt limit is being discussed in-depth.  Every one of the GOP contenders has something to offer.  And as Mitt Romney has asserted several times, "Obama has no plan."  I feel proud as I watch this.  This, as I said, is an imperfect field.  There are a range of ideologies among the GOP candidates.  But the quality of the debate has risen out of pop-culture, sound bites, and mainstream media news flashes.  These candidates are debating with a depth of Constitutional knowledge that a few years ago was not present.

I give credit to the Tea Party for pulling our candidates back in the direction of our founding roots.  I hope Americans, young and old alike, watch this and other upcoming debates.  The GOP candidates are giving us a good education about limited government and its enumerated roles in the Constitution.

National Park Service shills for Big Pharma

Author: Brian D. Hill

Source: USWGO Alternative News

It has been discovered on September 26 2010 at both the Northwest New Mexico Visitor Center, and El Malpais information center that now theNational Park Service (NPS) aka the Department of the Interior has beenshilling for the H1N1 Vaccine scare by the World Health Foundation andalso by Big Pharma.

Luckily I bring my camera bag almost everywhere I go so when nobody was in the restroom I took a quick shot to send to the Internet to leteverybody know what the NPS is doing in response to the H1N1 Vaccinescare, they want you to get your H1N1 Vaccine shot.

100_4424

Also according to a cropped image copied from another shot taken of the propaganda vaccine poster it says that the National Park Service nowhas a Office of Public Health. Now since when does the NPS and allgovernment agencies need to have their own Health Department to makesure that everybody gets the inoculation to receive toxic chemicals, live viruses, cancer viruses, and even future health problems at thevictims expense, that means that they have to pay for the damage totheir own bodies they receive from the vaccination shot they were toldthey have to have for public safety.

NPSOfficePublicHealth

Also this is a closeup again from the other shot not being shown on here because of the JPEG Compression makes it hard to read the photo.

GetTheH1N1Vaccine

The image states "Get the H1N1 vaccine when it becomes available" by the National Park Service Office of Public Health also by theDepartment of the interior.

When you see conservation government organizations which the whole goal was to protect the Nations most valuable monuments and mostbeautiful lands of nature, being owned by the UN aka United Nations orbeing used as a tool of mass indoctrination, mass murder, and eugenics, then it is no longer recognized as a conservation organization butanother hammer given to Big Pharma to squash those that resist havingmore health problems which generates billions of dollars to thepharmaceutical industry.

People need to do plenty of research and ask opinions of many different doctors on whether the vaccine shot will actually help or hurtbecause what people don't know about the vaccines may hurt them.Vaccinations have been reported to having chemicals, cancer viruses, andother live viruses.

What the National Park Service has done is indoctrination and propaganda for Big Pharma because they are not asking people to doresearch and make a choice on whether vaccines are good or not, theposter says to just get it no matter happens to your body you must getit for the guise of protecting the Health of others.

Hitler told various lies just like Obama, and Bush about how serving under a youth corps, serving fascism, and abolishing the Constitutionis a good thing for the security and safety of the German people.Safety, having good health, saving the environment, and even Securityare being used to indoctrinate the whole Nation into fear and slavery.

Also now why would New Mexico National Parks be the only area to have vaccine propaganda and H1N1 fear mongering?

Well take a look at who is friends with the globalist created marketing puppet.

http://uswgo.com/wp-content/uploads/HLIC/7bdca237b9597ac0a6c7df5145781f97.jpg

The New Mexico Governor that's in charge of New Mexicos state affairs is best friends and even endorces Obama according to theGuardian. These people don't care about your health they just wantto pose for the camera and then work with their globalist masters fortheir next orders and then they will both be rewarded with being ableto lead us all into a Eugenic New World Order where the science ofTyranny is law, where populations have to be reduced from the billionsto five-hundred million, and where all of human activity is monitoredby super computers where no activity is private.

The globalists want Obama to lead us into scientific tyranny with a little fascism on then side. For those who won't be sacrificed for theagenda of World Governance, will become slaves that will comply to everywish and order provided by the worlds top elite.

The National Park Service needs to remember that they are not suppose to indoctrinate people to vaccine, and that they are suppose to beprotecting National Landmarks as their job is intended by the taxpayers. Now they only shill for the agenda creators and that instead ofgetting rid of chronic illnesses and diseases, we will have even morehealth problems that will put us under dozens of more prescriptionmedications till the day we die.

I hope American Patriots and truthers will stand up against the NPS Propaganda and that it is not just a waste of tax payers dollars butalso makes the National Park Service another indoctrination center forthe World Health Organization, Big Pharma, and the New World Order.

Newt Gingrich a wolf in sheeps clothing

Please read and pass on we don{t need this wingnut subverting the movement... Remember the Conservatives and Democrats don{t want a third party because they want the sole power that is why they are undermining us...BOO him off the stage...

Newt “World Order” Gingrich supported GATT, NAFTA and WTO while in Congress.

Please be informed by reading the following on his broken contract with Americans:

Just as report cards keep parents posted on their children's progress in school, constituents have a tool to let them know how their federal representatives measure up to their oaths to uphold the Constitution.

We should expect high "grades" from them, because it is not difficult to determine whether legislation oversteps the clearly delineated, limited powers of the Constitution. If there is uncertainty, the Bill of Rights tells the government everything else is off limits. Moreover, an oath calls God as witness to the oath-taker's honesty and integrity. In other words, it is both illegal and immoral to violate the Constitution. Why are so many Representatives bringing home Fs on their report cards? They may mean well, but a Congressman's good intentions do not fulfill his obligation before God to vote according to the law.

There are a growing number of candidates for Congress who are running in support of the Constitution. Many of them were motivated to become involved as a result of the political phenomenon in the last presidential race that became known as the "Ron Paul Revolution." But if the GOP establishment has its way, the Republicans who will go to Washington will be of the neocon variety and will offer voters looking for alternatives to the liberal Democrats more of an echo than a choice. The establishment-favored Newt Gingrich is a case in point.

The Republican?

After more than a decade out of the spotlight, Newt Gingrich is once again making headlines as a conservative author and basking in media speculation of his possibility as a presidential candidate. He is busy promoting his conservatively themed books and documentaries while touting firm belief in limited government and personal freedoms. Gingrich's rhetoric brings back memories of his old days as a staunch proponent of cutting taxes, balancing the budget, reducing bureaucratic regulations, and strengthening national defense.

Just as in those days, Newt Gingrich now positions himself as a conservative. But does his definition of conservative mean loyalty to the Constitution, or loyalty to the establishment? "Understanding the real Newt Gingrich ... is essential," said John F. McManus, president of the John Birch Society and producer of the new DVD The Real Newt Gingrich. "Americans must realize that they are being persuaded to follow false leaders, to put confidence in men who don't deserve our confidence." Both Gingrich's congressional track record and his present activities prove him no better than the current White House occupant.

Gingrich Resumé

Newt Gingrich served in Congress from 1979 until 1999. His first Freedom Index score (when it was known as the "Conservative Index") was 84, but it nose-dived from there. He achieved his lowest scores as Speaker of the House. Gingrich consistently lost points for his propensity to support unconstitutional legislation.

1. Education - Gingrich backed federal education funding from his earliest days in office, though the Constitution gives absolutely no authority over education to any branch of the federal government. He helped garner support to create President Jimmy Carter's Department of Education in 1979. Since then educational spending has soared while educational standards have plummeted. Things got worse when he was Speaker. In 1996, then-Republican Party Chairman Haley Barbour bragged that "education spending went up under the Republican Congress as much as it went up under the Democratic Congress." That is a bit of an understatement since Gingrich's Republican Congress increased education funding by $3.5 billion in 1996, the largest single increase in history.

2. Foreign Aid - Gingrich voted numerous times throughout his 20 years in Congress to increase and expand unconstitutional foreign aid and trade. He supported both subsidized trade with the Soviets and federally funded loans to foreign governments through the Export-Import Bank. Between 1994 and 1995, Gingrich voted for $44.8 billion in foreign aid. He also helped push through federally funded loan guarantees to China. Today, that murderous communist regime is the largest holder of U.S. debt in the world.

3. NAFTA, GATT, WTO - In 1993, Gingrich proved himself invaluable to Clinton and the Democrats in Congress when he garnered enough Republican support to pass the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the precursor for development of an eventual North American Union, following the same trajectory that has occurred in Europe with the emergence of the EU. (See the October 15, 2007 "North American Union" issue of The New American, especially "NAFTA: It's Not Just About Trade" by Gary Benoit.) The next year he followed suit by supporting the creation of the World Trade Organization (WTO). As Minority Whip, he could have postponed the lame-duck vote on GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) that subjected Americans to the WTO. Gingrich's Benedict Arnold act helped to hand over the power to regulate foreign commerce, a power reserved in the Constitution to Congress alone, to an internationally controlled body, making America's economic interests entirely at the mercy of the WTO.

Gingrich knew GATT sounded the death knell for American sovereignty. In testimony before the House Ways and Means Committee prior to the lame-duck session, he said, "We need to be honest about the fact that we are transferring from the United States at a practical level significant authority to a new organization.... This is not just another trade agreement. This is adopting something which twice, once in the 1940s and once in the 1950s, the U.S. Congress rejected.... It is a very big transfer of power."

4. Contract With America - Another con-game Gingrich played was the much-acclaimed "Contract With America," the Republican Party's supposed answer to big government. It turned out to be a public relations smokescreen to cover various unconstitutional measures that Congress planned to pass under Gingrich's leadership. The Contract included a "balanced budget amendment," which amounted to a Republican excuse to continue spending while claiming to fight for fiscal conservatism. If the government only spent money on constitutional programs, the deficit would take care of itself.

Other areas of the Contract With America dealt with measures to reduce welfare programs and relieve tax burdens on families and businesses. That sounds good until one considers that the Constitution prohibits welfare programs and taxes that the Contract proposed only to reduce. If Gingrich had been loyal to his oath of office, he would have worked not to trim but to purge them. Ironically, but hardly surprisingly, federal spending in all the areas addressed by the 1994 Contract rose in subsequent years. Edward H. Crane, president of the Cato Institute, observed that "the combined budgets of the 95 major programs that the Contract With America promised to eliminate have increased by 13%." Crane also pointed out, "Over the past three years the Republican-controlled Congress has approved discretionary spending that exceeded Bill Clinton's requests by more than $30 billion."

Another of the problems with the Contract was that it called for stronger federal crime-fighting measures, despite the Constitution's prohibition on federal involvement in police matters outside of piracy and treason. Countries that do not have such strict constitutional safeguards on federal police end up with Gestapos, KGBs, and Departments of Homeland Security.

5. School Prayer Amendment - The proposed balanced budget amendment was not Gingrich's only attempt to change the Constitution. He also pushed hard for a school prayer amendment to allow America's children to pray in schools. It was just another shameless publicity stunt, for Gingrich knows the main obstacle to prayer in schools is not a faulty Constitution but an overambitious Supreme Court. Had he truly wanted to release the federal stranglehold on prayer in schools, Gingrich could have employed Congress' constitutionally authorized power to restrict the Supreme Court's appellate jurisdiction of the issue.

6. Clinton's GOP (Grand Old Pal) - In 1995, Time magazine named Newt Gingrich "Man of the Year," characterizing him as a states' rights conservative and the Republican answer to Bill Clinton. The ironic thing about Time magazine's 1995 claim is that in June of that year, Gingrich and Clinton both agreed at a debate in Clare-mont, New Hampshire, that they were "not far apart" in their views. Later Clinton publicly thanked Gingrich for his support of the President's pet projects in areas such as welfare, education, labor, the environment, and foreign affairs. He made special mention of Gingrich's support of the $30 billion Violent Crime and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 that shackled gun owners with new restrictions, federalized a number of crimes, and handed the feds police powers that the Constitution reserves to the states.

On numerous occasions, Gingrich showed himself a friend to Clinton's military policies, with a flagrant disregard for the constitutional mandate that Congress alone may declare war. He made a formal appeal to the House of Representatives in 1995 to "increase the power of President Clinton" by repealing the War Powers Act. He praised Clinton's unconstitutional use of the U.S. military to inflict a communist regime on Haiti in 1994, the same year he voted for an extra $1.2 billion for United Nations "peacekeeping" missions. He also urged the President to expand U.S. military presence in Bosnia the following year.

This partial resumé does not include Gingrich's support of abortion and anti-family measures, federal welfare, a presidential line item veto, the National Endowment for the Arts, confiscation of private property, amnesty for illegal immigrants, higher taxes, and a myriad of other unconstitutional legislation. But it is enough to prove he lied each time took his oath of office. The question is, why this disdain for the rule of law? A close look at Gingrich's associations provides the answer to why he had such a propensity for claiming conservatism while voting with the establishment.

Futurist

In 1994, Gingrich described himself as "a conservative futurist." He said that those who were trying to define him should look no further than The Third Wave, a 1980 book written by Alvin Toffler. The book describes our society as entering a post-industrial phase in which abortion, homosexuality, promiscuity, and divorce are perfectly normal, even virtuous. Toffler penned a letter to America's "founding parents," in which he said: "The system of government you fashioned, including the very principles on which you based it, is increasingly obsolete, and hence increasingly, if inadvertently, oppressive and dangerous to our welfare. It must be radically changed and a new system of government invented - a democracy for the 21st century." He went on to describe our constitutional system as one that "served us so well for so long, and that now must, in its turn, die and be replaced."

Gingrich recommended The Third Wave as essential reading to his colleagues when he became Speaker of the House. In his forward to another Toffler book, Creating a New Civilization: The Politics of the Third Wave, he grieved at the lack of appreciation for "Toffler's insight" in The Third Wave and blamed politicians who had not applied his model for the "frustration, negativism, cynicism and despair" of the political landscape. He went on to explain that Toffler advocated a concept called "anticipatory democracy," and bragged that he had worked with him for 20 years "to develop a future-conscious politics and popular understanding that would make it easier for America to make the transition" to a Third Wave civilization.

The Internationalist

Another explanation for Gingrich's liberal voting record is that he has been a member, since 1990, of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), a group founded in 1921 as a think tank of influential politicians and policymakers dedicated to sacrificing national independence to create a global government. He showed his fidelity to internationalism in a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Affairs in July of 1995 when he brazenly admitted his disdain for our founding document.

"The American challenge in leading the world is compounded by our Constitution," he said. "Under our [constitutional system] - either we're going to have to rethink our Constitution, or we're going to have to rethink our process of decision-making." He went on to profess an oxymoronic belief in "very strong but limited federal government," and pledged, "I am for the United Nations." That is certainly no surprise since his mentor is none other than former Secretary of State and National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger (also a CFR member and one-world internationalist).

On other occasions Gingrich expressed his admiration and regard for establishment insiders Woodrow Wilson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and George Catlett Marshall, praising what they had done to bring about international government. Gingrich scorned any connection with "isolationists" (a dirty word used to describe anyone who defines free trade as the ability to conduct international business unfettered by unconstitutional regulations) in a speech given at the Nixon Center for Peace and Freedom on March 1, 1995. He cited his work on NAFTA, GATT, and various foreign aid measures, and concluded saying, "I'm always curious why there's some presumption that [I am] in any way isolationist."

Newt and Improved

What about Gingrich today? Isn't it possible he has changed since he served in Congress? He has a new wife and a new religion, converting to Catholicism earlier this year. He still says he is conservative, but maybe that definition has changed, too. Indeed, he positioned himself as a hero of this past April's Tax Day Tea Party movement, partnering with that group in his position as chairman of American Solutions for Winning the Future (ASWF). He issued a general invitation to all Americans on YouTube to join local Tea Parties across the nation. "The fact is that we need a smaller government, a more effective government, and we need lower taxes," he said. "Let's communicate to our leaders, 'We want you to fix it, or we're gonna want new leaders.'" He used even stronger language in a rousing delivery at the April 15 Tea Party in New York, when he warned big-spending legislators to straighten up or "we're gonna fire you."

Yet it seems Gingrich is still up to his old tricks. In front of a Tea Party crowd, he expounds the virtues of limited government, but elsewhere he is still the futurist conservative devoted to internationalism. His blog biography brags about his work as Speaker of the House and then boasts of such unconstitutional credentials as serving on the CFR's Terrorism task force, co-chairing the UN task force to "reform" (i.e., strengthen) the United Nations, and receiving credit for the DHS being his brainchild. "Newt Gingrich is a leading advocate of increased federal funding for basic science research," reads the bio. Gingrich's ASWF endorses federal involvement in areas such as energy, education, labor and the environment. He also founded the Center for Health Transformation, which advocates its own version of socialized medicine.

Global Government Gingrich

It would seem the CFR has done a good job schooling Gingrich in foreign affairs over the past 10 years as well. No longer the novice, Gingrich supports continuing the "war" in Afghanistan despite the fact that Congress never actually declared war as required by the Constitution. The Baltimore Sun noted on October 22 that Gingrich supports expanding the U.S. military presence in the Middle East. He claimed, "Afghanistan is a skirmish in a long war.... We need a much larger grand strategy that deals with the whole war." He even had the audacity to invoke George Washington as a model for Obama in making "morally correct" decisions in Afghanistan. Careful, Gingrich, you're quoting one of those nasty noninterventionists! Washington had this to say about foreign policy in his Farewell Address: "The great rule of conduct for us, in regard to foreign nations, is in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connection as possible." Yet National Review quoted Gingrich in opposition to the Father of Our Country. "You can pull out of Afghanistan, and then what?... We pulled out of Somalia, and now we have pirates," he said, ignoring what U.S. support of the UN puppet regime in that unfortunate country has done to promote terrorism, and parallel scenarios in Afghanistan and across the Middle East. His statements leave little doubt as to how Gingrich would conduct himself as Commander in Chief.

Little Green Man

But he isn't all fight. There's also the kinder, gentler Newt who, in April 2008, cuddled up with current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on a love seat at the National Mall to make a "We Can Solve It" television commercial (for Al Gore's $300 million global-warming ad campaign) urging constituents to pressure their Representatives in Washington to go green. He said that "our country must take action to address climate change." Yet when he explained his participation at newt.org, he admitted, "I don't think that we have conclusive proof of global warming [or] that humans are at the center of it." This is ludicrous. If Gingrich intends to take a side in the debate, he is de facto conceding that climate change is real and humans are the cause. He is yielding to a false premise, and any "compromise" solution based on it will be disastrous.

Gingrich's blog explains further, "There is a big difference between left-wing environmentalism ... and a Green Conservatism that wants to use science, technology, innovation, entrepreneurs and prizes to find a way to creatively invent the kind of environmental future we all want." (Emphasis added.) He fails to acknowledge that the Constitution prohibits federal involvement in those areas, but the really troubling word is "prizes." This has cap and trade written all over it. Gingrich already sanctioned cap and trade on sulfur dioxide emissions in the 1990 Clean Air Act. He claims to oppose Obama's plan but instead wants the government to lower prices on alternative energy sources, "because I think you're going to get faster acceleration of new innovation if you lower the price of good products ... rather than raise the price of obsolete products." So Gingrich's "conservative" answer to the concocted energy crisis is price regulation and government subsidies, both of which use tax money to stifle the economy, giving advantage to faulty products and services that cannot support themselves in a free-market economy. Gingrich's "Green Conservatism" seems much like the "left-wing environmentalism" that he disapproves.

Education Reform à la Al (Sharpton)

Pelosi and Gore are not Gingrich's only strange bedfellows. He recently toured the nation with Reverend Al Sharpton and Secretary of Education Arne Duncan to promote President Obama's education reforms and charter schools. Of course, there are a number of problems with that scenario, not the least of which is Gingrich's association with Al Sharpton, a controversial left-wing activist, or his contemptible pandering to the dictates of the liberal Obama administration. The main problem, as usual, is Gingrich's endorsement of patently unconstitutional measures. The tour agenda recommends increased local control of schools to be regulated and subsidized by the federal Department of Education. That's right: increased local control through increased federal regulation.

The proposal also calls for "the ability of parents to pick the right school for their child." Parents would already have that ability if it weren't for the Department of Education. Rearranging how the federal government regulates education may be "reform" of the current system, but the current system is unconstitutional.

Rearranging how the federal government regulates education may be "reform" of the current system, but the current system is unconstitutional.

Republican to the Oh-so-bitter End

If all this weren't enough to expose Gingrich's fidelity-at-all-costs to the establishment, he endorsed an ultra-liberal Republican over a conservative third-party candidate in New York's 23rd Congressional District special election held November 3. Republican Dede Scozzafava supports same-sex "marriage," big labor, and abortion. She won the Margaret Sanger Award from Planned Parenthood in March of 2008. The liberal ACORN-affiliated Working Families Party backs Scozzafava, and conservatives within her party call her a RINO (Republican In Name Only). When the New York Post came out in support of her Conservative Party opponent, Doug Hoffman, it said, "a Republican should adhere to certain minimum GOP principles. Scozzafava is just too far to the left too often." Yet Gingrich described her in a letter to supporters as "our best chance to put responsible and principled leaders in Washington." Gingrich explained his endorsement on newt.org, saying his "number one interest in the 2009 elections is to build a Republican majority," and to do so it is sometimes necessary "to put together a coalition that has disagreement within it." Considering that the publisher of the liberal Daily Kos endorsed Scozzafava as "willing to raise taxes" and "to the left of most Democrats on social issues," it's fair to ask if Newt has any principles at all.

Scozzafava dropped a campaign bomb-shell when she withdrew from the race just four days before the election, leaving a two-man fight between Hoffman and Democrat opponent Bill Owens. Gingrich then endorsed Hoffman, not on principle, but to prevent the Democrats from gaining another seat in the House. Owens got an endorsement from Scozzafava the very next day and proceeded to win the election by a narrow plurality. So Republicans lost a seat in the House, and Gingrich lost an enormous amount of credibility among conservatives.

Jekyll and Hyde vs. the Constitution

With outrageous national debt and out-of-control federal spending, loss of sovereignty to the likes of the UN and the WTO, spiraling taxes, and a bloodsucking bureaucratic leviathan, America can no longer afford to gamble on such a Jekyll-and-Hyde "conservative" as Newt Gingrich. What we need in Washington instead are constitutionalists who know that it is against the law to violate the Constitution no matter what anyone's opinion may be. The easiest way to tell a phony conservative from the true constitutionalist is to ask a few simple questions. Does he support federal education and welfare programs? Foreign aid? An interventionist foreign policy as opposed to staying clear of foreign quarrels? If yes, he is not a constitutionalist. We will never get back to good government unless we urge lawmakers to use the Constitution as their guide, and only support candidates who adopt the Constitution as their platform, regardless of party.

“Just Desserts” Policy Will Save
CA, NY, CT and MI
More Importantly Save the Nation
(Our first six paragraphs will give you a panorama of our vicious-circle economic situation and the scope of the problems. Then we’ll show you why “just desserts” <letting the irresponsible “Failed-Four” states go bankrupt> is actually the very best that could happen to them and more importantly the very best that can happen to the other 46 states and to the federal government.)
Just six weeks ago it appeared America had found its “Greece” in big taxing, big spending, union- and Democrat-dominated California. With, as well, a predominance of “Sanctuary Cities” also teetering upon bankruptcy within her borders, the “Golden State” seemed the perfect bad-example of what happens when progressivism is allowed to open the throttle to full speed ahead. Greece’s bankruptcy and riots and the obscenity of corrupt government, thank God was, however blessedly only confined to one ridiculous state. Now, however, it’s obvious that New York, Connecticut and Michigan have also been imitating California’s Greek tendencies . . . red ink has become the progressive fashion of the day not only in these “Failed Four” states but in every state dominated by big government and unions, not to mention those with unionized government employees.
Recently, Obama-Pelosi-Reid made another end run around the American people by passing yet another bailout, Cash-for-Flunkers if you will a $26 Billion bailout, aimed ostensibly at shoring up jobs for teachers, firefighters, etc. which actually is aimed at A. Raising an extra $40 million for union coffers which can be donated to Democratic campaign funds before November’s elections B. Entrapping over 40 of the states into the “Let’s-be-like Greece” web of irresponsibility so that C. Current problems are NOT faced, but rather, glossed over long enough so that Barack Obama can win re-election in 2012.
Yes, the $26 Billion bailout appears to save necessary jobs, what isn’t being said, is that 1. The cost in private sector jobs will be about 2.2/1 in lost jobs for every government sector “saved job” 2. The bill is also a band-aid which keeps states from eliminating waste, fraud and unnecessary programs. As an example of what that means . . . consider a municipal example, Oakland, California, the poster boy for irresponsibility. Oakland has the nation’s highest crime rate, yet they’re cutting a vast number of police jobs, NICE. Meanwhile, Oakland is a proud sanctuary city for illegal aliens that’s being bankrupted by a huge presence of undocumenteds plus violence and drug and associated crime problems, overcrowding of schools and hospitals. Oakland also has a lot of green programs, and arts programs and a huge pension program for city retirees. Rajjpuut has never been a “pile on the rich” advocate; however when it comes to museums, opera, arts programs not to mention fiscally-irresponsible and stupidly designed pension funds standing up against police in a crime-ridden city, do you doubt that Rajjpuut’s vote would go against the opera lovers and the privileged unions?
The real Obama flim-flam, however, lies in the broadness and wording of the new law. All the states mentioned and a huge amount of states that do not need federal money, especially “swing-voting” states are unnecessarily included in the law. Why? Because there’s a provision of the bill that requires any state that accepts the federal money from reducing its budget for three or more years. In other words the money-accepting states will be legally prohibited from acting fiscally responsible – making more of them likely to join the “Failed Four Bankruptcy Club” with California, New York, Michigan and Connecticut.
Just yesterday, China surpassed Japan to become the second largest economy in the world. Depending upon who is asked the lead time before China surpasses the United States varies between a dozen years and thirty years with most knowledgeable commenters opting between 25 – 30 years. Since China doesn’t have Barack Obama and we do, Rajjpuut more wisely puts the number between 12-15 years. Meanwhile, the #12 economy (1. USA 2. China 3. Japan 4. Germany 5. France 6. England 7. Russia 8. Brazil) India seems to be out-doing China and in thirty-five years might pass the United States and China as well as all the other well-known economies now ahead of her.
Our policies in outsourcing jobs to India and in allowing many China-like trade advantages to India are even more shortsighted than we’ve allowed China. Imagine this, if a Chinese company wants to flood our country with their goods, no problem. If a U.S. high-tech company wants to sell in China, we must, the Chinese say, set up the business in China and reveal our technology to them for free. On another front, Chinese "pirates" copy our books, movies, dvds, cds etc. at will and spread them all over the world as pirate goods without Chinese officials doing more than giving a wink and a nod. China wantonly violates U.S. patents as well and meanwhile our impotent federal government says and does nothing. If the whole country goes Greek, blame it upon Obama and the shortsighted diplomats who have sent up and continue to allow today’s present trade and fairness imbalances. The problem is -- as always -- OPM, other people’s money. While there seems to be no direct connection to the emergence of China and India and the decadence of our own economy on the one hand with, on the other hand, the Greecification of California, Michigan, Connecticut and New York . . . they are two intimately related symptoms of fiscal irresponsibility and the anti-business stance that has brought our once proud nation down, down, down. The solution for both problems begins with informing the citizenry and then the citizens of the other 46 states protesting vociferously on their states’ capitol grounds against their states accepting the new bailouts funs to their states and the fiscal handcuffs that go with them.
Let’s get to it! How doe we eradicate this wild mess of economic woes? More of Obamanomics will NOT cure our ills, but rather send us from a Great Recession to a double-dip recession to another Great Depression. The most generous light on the “Cash for Flunkers” $26 Billion bailout is that it’s a band-aid on the arterial bleeding of the four states involved . . . repeat, the most generous light . . . .
This is a complex problem, one of the first things required is to get Mr. Obama and the federal government out of the way. Mr. Obama, who could greatly help these four states by the simple expedient of slamming the southern border shut to illegal aliens thus beginning to eliminate an escalating problem in all four states, insists only “comprehensive immigration “reform” can take care of the border problem – practically guaranteeing us another 4,000 page bill, now for the first time finds himself facing an actually complex problem. You see, the problems he’s decided to face so far were simple, even though he did not handle them that way.
For example our economy’s overall difficulties are best and most simply ended by dramatically reducing A. national debt B. taxes C. government spending and D. the size of government as Harding and Coolidge showed us in making the “Invisible Depression” earn its name by carrying out ABCD without further ado as soon as Harding was elected. The illegal immigration problem mentioned above is handled by considering our immigration laws sufficient right now and securing the borders and cracking down on employers of illegals -- later we can add 60 pages of immigration reform to settle the overall picture. Our rising health care cost problem should have been addressed effectively with the 45-pages of real reform the Republicans asked for instead of 2500 pages of mumbo-jumbo that created 390 brand new government agencies (FDR’s four terms only saw the creation of 40 new agencies). Our auto industry problems were best handled by keeping government out of the picture, but instead a huge bailout, stealing rightful creditors’ money and handing it off to the union that supports Obama’s policies 100% was the preferred solution . . . those all were simple problems requiring a scalpel instead of the artillery canister barrage of voluminous laws Obama’s chosen. Now that barrage is a great deal of the problem. Business cannot operate under Obamanomics. But there are other considerations as well.
Look to New Jersey, there’s where the answer lies. The people of the third-most liberal Democratic state in the union, voted a conservative Republican into office. State bankruptcy loomed on the horizon just as it does for Michigan, Connecticut and New York and already plagued California. Fundamental restructuring of state and local finances and facing up to the unions (labor relations for 60 years in New Jersey have consisted in kissing up to the union demands without appropriate concessions), cutting taxes, cutting spending, cutting government and yes, cutting pay for state union jobs is aiming New Jersey toward fiscal solvency.
In nearby New York and Connecticut, the union-plague is leading to bankruptcy as sure as a cartoon banana means a disastrous slip is coming. In Connecticut for the current fiscal year a one-shot $2 billion federal subsidies drop (13.3 % of its $15 Billion state budget) has saved the day. Barack Obama has provided such grants to other states making up, surprise! Some 330 electoral college votes. Not only is this federal largesse of questionable ethics, it just doesn’t work. The same night last November that New Jersey elected Chris Christie, Virgina’s new governer was chosen – another conservative named Bob McDonnell. Virginia also is now fighting its way out of the red ink and into the black. Mc Donnell has slashed state spending to pre-2006 levels and, just like Christie, he’s refused to raise taxes. This model of responsibility is also evident in Indiana, which next to Michigan and Nevada was among the very hardest hit of our states.
With even more roadblocks facing him and his state than either New Jersey or Virginia faced, governor Mitch Daniels has quietly moved his state into the solid prosperous solvency area that only Texas previously enjoyed. How did he do it? Easy, everything that Barack Obama stands for, Daniels did the opposite in spades. The same business-friendly atmosphere and commonsense fiscal conservativism found in New Jersey and Virginia is in evidence everywhere in Indiana. Daniels has just had a much longer time to put his ideas into practice, five years and seven months in office so far. Indiana is a heavily union state that didn’t get much help from Obama as its auto plants shut down, indeed, Obama in orchestrating the bankruptcy of Chrysler personally robbed three large Indiana pension funds (teachers, police and municipal employees) of the money they were owed in the auto bailouts and instead gave that money to the United Auto Workers mostly in Michigan. So successful has Daniels been that some cry for “Daniels for President** 2012” has arisen. Daniels says he’s got enough work to do in Indiana.
So Obama wants to subsidize the key states and to force them to avoid fiscal responsibility and thus protect his unions and his big government approach. What happens IF the new congress refuses to go along with the Obama bailout-the-states agenda?
Expect the “Oakland Response” from the Failed Four and other profligate states such as Nevada, Illinois, and Massachusetts. In Oakland they’re extorting and shaking down the citizens and the nation by adding alligators to their cesspool. Instead of eliminating the “sanctuary cities” label and supporting their police, Oakland is blackmailing its people and the state and federal government. Perhaps Oakland ought to get out of the mural-painting and museums and opera and art and sanctuary-city businesses and return to the basics . . . but that makes too much sense.
Expect likewise the Failed Four and others to threaten to cut essential jobs and avoid dealing with their union war lords and their out-of-control pension problems. Just as the country has a China problem with lent money, many states have horrific bond problems. If they cannot get money loaned to them, many will dry up and go de facto bankrupt. If the federal government stays out of the mix, the only way they can borrow more will be at exorbitant rates as their state bonds are seen as much more risky. As bond rates jump from 4-5-6% non-taxable to 9-10-11% non-taxable, the crushing weight of the compounding of that debt will force the state citizens to finally understand what’s going on and to boot out the progressive politicians in the state house and in congress and force a return to simple fiduciary integrity. That’s step #1. Step #2 will be a forced restructuring of the unions, of the pensions of state employees and of unnecessary spending in general. This beneficial process can be abetted if the new congress decides to amend the federal bankruptcy laws so that states can declare bankruptcy (they are NOT too big to fail and should NOT be treated as such); and then the bankrupt states can renegotiate the killing contracts that big spending politicians voted upon the taxpayers. Government would return to the people. As Dick Morris has reminded us, the Reagan boom began when Ronald Reagan refused to knuckle under to the air-traffic controllers’ union and ran them out of the government – couldn’t we use another 20 million jobs now?
Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
** despite his incredible success, the otherwise reasonable and far-seeing conservative Mike Huckabee has attacked Daniels’ approach to politics. Daniels says that right now conservativism can save our state and our country – fiscal conservativism. Daniels' TEA Party-like approach has riled up Huckabee who says Republicans (not all of them are conservatives, mind you) must stand up for a “socially-conservative agenda.” Unlike the three conservative Republicans mentioned above (Christie, McDonnell and Daniels) Huckabee wants to reignite the abortion, anti-gay,^^ creationism taught in public school science classes agenda that has doomed Republican conservatives from taking their rightful leadership position since Barry Goldwater in 1964. Daniels is exactly right, we’re locked in a Constitutional and Fiscal crisis courtesy of Barack Obama and the progressives of both parties and that is were intelligent emphasis must lie . . . social issues, in any case, need to be treated mostly on a live and let live basis.
^^ Let homosexuals WED in “gay-unions.” Do not allow homosexual adoptions but keep that as a province of “real marriage” only . . . Americans believe that is fair and responsible. Forget about abortion, creationism, singing Christmas carols in public schools and more intolerant treatment of gays . . . the American people won’t stand for that agenda. Vouchers for private schools, yeah! But vouchers for religious private schools, why? Religions already have a monstrous tax break given them. Let the churches semi-subsidize their own religious schools and parents so inclined can pay for the rest.

Fiscal survival of Individual States
in Jeopardy
Many Americans assumed that the country contained its own Greece already. The fate of profligate California has been a topic for discussion for at least the last thirty months. Well, it turns out we have at least three Greeces among us: Michigan and New York join California in their history of unionization and now like Greece and California, in their history of financial collapse. The matter is coming to a head . . . . You may have heard that Nancy Pelosi has just reconvened the House of Representatives (called them back from their vacations) to vote on a bailout package that narrowly passed the senate thanks to both Republican senators from Maine allowing the cloture vote to succeed 61-39 joining with Harry Reid’s Democrats for another rubberstamp bailout in accord with the desires of Dictator Barak. It appears there is nothing Obama, Pelosi and Reid will NOT do in their pursuit of union votes. Here’s what’s going on . . . .
After pretending to be conservatives for a few days, Olympia Snow and fellow Maine senator Susan Collins collapsed the Republican filibuster and both voted with the Democrats on cloture and passed the motion 61-39 . . . in due course the Dems bailout bill then passed on simple majority lines. Snow said she supported the Democrats’ bill with the understanding that the states would “have to act more responsibly in the future.” That is – like Michigan’s Bart Stupak when he allowed Barack Obama to pass Obamacare with federally-funded abortions mandated --she sold her senatorial birthright for a bowl of soup. Snow and Collins and Massachusetts’ Scott Brown are setting records for killing Republican filibusters against the Obama agenda. One, two or three of them are often required to side with the Democrats, depending upon how many Democrats find a particular bill in question repugnant, and this threesome have been very willing to advance the Obama progressive agenda without receiving any important concessions time after time after time.
For those readers unfamiliar with Senate procedure, large majority parties like today’s Democrats love to ram across their programs and would do so and then easily win every vote with at least 51 votes. We are protected against such tyrrany of the masses by the need of a party to gain at least a 3/5 majority (for example 60-for and 40 against) to then allow them to actually take the senate into the voting phase for or against passage of a particular bill – the idea is that unpopular bills will at least have to be amended significantly or the minority party can filisbuster (bring up arguments, amendments, discussion, witnesses, etc.) endlessly until some significant compromise occurs to change the balance of voting power. Of course, in the case of particularly loathsome attempts at law, the filibuster option can definitely save the nation if the minority party stands tough, which the Republicans have NOT done.
Snow is, along with Brown and Collins clearly aligned with progressive (we need to “progress” well beyond the out-of-date and flawed U.S. Constitution) interests in the left-wing of the Democrats . . . despite all the bright promise shown when Brown was elected in November, the progressives have passed virtually all their hearts’ desires except for Cap and Trade and Amnesty for Illegals (a.k.a. “Comprehensive Immigration Reform”) thanks to these progressive Republican senators acting alone or in concert with each other to harmonize with the progressive Democrats.
What this means is that now 47 other states will be required to bail out Michigan, California and New York from their unionization and other spending excesses. California and New York have the largest contingent of state employees unions and Michigan of course still is dominated by the United Auto Workers’ Union as well as its own state employees unions. That is, 47 other states thanks to their own senators will be required to jeopardize their own fiscal solvency to buck up California, New York and Michigan. Doesn’t that remind you of the European Union stepping into save Greece? Why should taxpayers from states that have cut their budgets and observed spending restraint, pay for the extravagances of other less responsible states? That’s the issue with the $26 Billion bailout Pelosi has reconvened the House to vote on.
According to DickMorris.com, “State government employment has risen by 16 percent since 1995 and overly generous Medicaid and other spending has climbed alongside it. Pension obligations, initially incurred as a cheap alternative to pay raises for public workers, are increasingly driving state budgets over the brink.
“State and local governments and school boards are hostages to the public employee labor unions that control their finances through their contracts and their politics with their donations and votes. These nominally democratic government bodies are as much under the sway of their union captors as the auto companies are of the UAW.”
If a Republican Congress turns off the spigot of federal bailouts, Morris adds, “the municipal and state bond markets are going to take the hint and stop buying state paper at any interest rate. California will find its debt has become unmarketable and will comeback again begging Congress for relief. First it will seek federal money and then its demands will escalate into a federal guarantee of its state debt. The Greek financial crisis will come to our shores in the form of state bankruptcies.”
States should be allowed to go bankrupt without federal interference this would require a new bankruptcy law. Minimal and reasonable federal help should then be allowed if the state involved dissolves all its union contracts, pension requirement and starts over negotiating with the unions for a fiscally-sound state budget. Morris put it this way, “By freeing states and local governments (including school boards) of their union obligations on wages, work rules, staffing, and pensions, they have a chance to survive and, indeed, to prosper. But merely subsidizing these massive expenditures just prolongs the misery of the states in question. The collapse of overspending state governments must trigger the diminution of the power unions hold over their budgets and their politics. Their coming bankruptcies offer an opportunity for reform and the Republican Congress - backed by newly elected Republican state governments - give us precisely the opportunity we need to effectuate it.”
Rajjpuut can only add, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN!

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut

Obama is supportive of a illegal takeover of America not just by globalists and elitists but also by illegal immigrants that will supportthe New World Order agenda in exchange for having American jobs andfree social security money.

I am seeing a major rise in illegal immigrants not just visiting America but also working American jobs.

IslamicCouple
Foreign Muslim Couple walking on a Mountain trail

I am noticing a rise in foreigners gaining access to American jobs thatcan't even speak English or don't know exactly what they are doingbecause they haven't received proper training since they are foreignersthat haven't immigrated through the proper channels.

Also at a Hotel the USWGO Founder was staying at a foreign illegal maid almost cleaned out his hotel room and took all his diet soda cansto drink themselves before he even checked out because the foreignersthat run the hotel didn't even know how to keep records because theyprobably weren't US Citizens.

Many places I went to it was foreigners, foreigners, and even more foreigners working American Jobs. The only place that actually had onlylegal immigrants and American citizens was at Dollywood because sincethey are a major theme park they have to check documents of thoseapplying for a job there.

Even at a gas station I saw another foreigner there as well so while Arizona lost the first round against the Federal Government, even thoughthey made an appeal, illegal immigrants are on the rise in America, stealing American jobs, forcing their viewpoints including theUnconstitutional ShariaLaw on America, and since more Illegal mexicans have invadedAmerica at one time over 20 to 30% of Americans support the banningof the American Flag in public schools that are funded by theFederal Government.

So the foreign invasion keeps happening while Obama wants to give amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants so that they won't ever haveto give an Oath of Loyalty to the Constitution, won't ever have to learnEnglish, and won't ever have to go through the legal process thatmillions of past Legal immigrants went through which is unfair to allthe legal immigrants.

I know the argument is that all of our ancestors were immigrants BUT there has to be a balance, a restriction, to how many can immigrate intothis country because without limiting how many can immigrate into thiscountry it can be a real mess, bring up the jobless and homeless rates, and bankrupt America into a dead country. Also all who legally get intothis country HAS to learn to respect Liberty and Freedom all Americansknow and love, HAS to give a Oath to protect and defend the Constitutionand not be a traitor to America, and all who legally immigrate has tolearn English because not everyone in American would be unable to learnanother language so since the primary language is English the immigrantwould have to learn English or else barriers between Americans would bebuilt which would ruin the United States since it would be divided.

"I am not a racist, I am not against hispanics, I am not against any race but rules are important so all illegal Immigrants must understandthat we have to control the border to prevent a quick collapse of thiscountry. So We aren't against immigrants but we are against IllegalImmigrants", says Brian D. Hill of USWGO.

"I directly support Arizona's Illegal Immigration law because then we can now finally restore the economy slowly by having more job slots forAmericans since Obama is not doing anything to bring back our jobs likehe promised and is only making things worse." Brian D. Hill also says.

Illegal Immigration has given Americans less jobs in a severe way and actually has hurt Legal Immigration since they worked hard to legallyget into the United States while others are just crossing the border andgetting free social security money, and free Medical.

The Bilderberg Group has planned to use Illegal Immigration as a tool to bring forth the North American Union which would dissolve theConstitution and merge Canada, Mexico, and America together to becomethe North American Union.

The North American Union agenda is all apart of competing with the European Union, the forming African Union, and to help the Asian Unionbecome established which will be managed under a World Government.

Even Barack Obama said while the Mexican President was visiting that "We are defined not by our borders butby our bonds." to justify the dissolving of our borders and the start ofthe North American Union which will end our Freedoms and Liberties.

I think it's okay to be friendly with neighboring countries BUT there's a fine line between just being neighborly and persuadingneighboring countries to join together as one union and dissolve theirSovereignty. Right now Obama is using foreigners taking over thiscountry as a pretext to make it acceptable to end Sovereignty andjump-start a World Government.

There is a clear difference between just being kind to your neighbors and taking over their house and force the neighbor to join the twohouses together to create a controlled union.

Obama Political Appointees Tell DOJ,

"We Want you to Ignore 'Motor Voter Law'”

Of all our Constitution-granted rights, “franchise,” the right to vote is the most essential. Recently, however, Obama’s political appointees to the Department of Justice have adopted a policy of only enforcing voter laws and voter cases in line with the interests of Obama himself. Wiping repeat voters, dead voters and fraudulent voters off the voter rolls; and stopping voter intimidation against White voters is apparently not considered to be in line with the nation’s interest.

In the world of Barack Obama and the Obama administration, “racism” is a one-way street. In that world racism can only be expressed by Whites toward Democrats or Blacks, Hispanics and other minority groups and only by policemen against these same minority groups . . . in the Obama world racism can apparently never occur the other way around.

Today, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is scheduled to file its case against the second of Arizona’s two anti-illegal immigration bills. The specter of this case apparently filed by the Obama administration to agitate some Democratic-leaning Hispanic voters, is troubling enough (the Obama administration is apparently trying to rescind the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution) . . . but Rajjpuut has just learned from friends in the media that the very same lawyers chosen to prosecute that case within the DOJ, have already proven themselves less than competent and more than politically corrupt supporters of Obama style racism. These Obama toadies, in their disposition of a case from Election Day, 2008 involving the New Black Panthers, have crawled through miles of broken glass to give Barack Obama the legal decision he wanted . . .

Of all our Constitution-granted rights, “franchise,” the right to vote is the most essential. The right to vote regardless of race, creed, color, religion or political persuasion is fundamental. The case involved is one where New Black Panther members in Philadephia appear in black or navy-blue military get-up and taunt incoming White voters with racial slurs while one of them brandishes a night-stick. Since political representation in our republic is based upon the democratic principles of one man one vote, one uncoerced vote . . . this is about as serious as any voter intimidation^^ case one’s likely to see. The fact that the man with the night stick is shown in separate video of a separate instance (when he was trying to agitiate passing Blacks on the street) carrying a microphone and shouting, “I hate White people, I can’t stand them crackers . . . we need to kill some crackers . . . we need to kill they (sic) babies . . .” only goes to prove how bankrupt the DOJ refusal to prosecute the voter intimidation case vigorously actually is.

The fact that DOJ members guilty of dropping this case were quoted as opining that civil rights laws were created to protect only the minorities from the majority Whites is shameful. The fact that on top of that, a Black Republican poll watcher was told by the Panthers “not to show your ni__er face” and repeatedly terrorized by the group gives a far more complete picture of the nature of racism and political bigotry by the intimidators. Black’s who don’t follow the Democratic party-line (the Clarence Thomases of the world) are just as much a target as the Whites all too many of them hate.

Equally important but thus far drawing less criticism or attention in the media is the fact that an Obama political appointee, a Ms. Fernandez has commanded a roomful (reportedly 40-50) people) of DOJ employees not to enforce the ’93 motor voter law. Thus under Ms. Fernandez, wiping repeat voters, dead voters and fraudulent voters off the voter rolls; and the aforementioned stopping voter intimidation against White voters is apparently not considered to be in line with the nation’s interest.

Richard Cloward and Frances Piven of “Cloward-Piven Strategy” infamy were present when Bill Clinton signed the motor voter law into effect. Many political observers at the time called the motor voter law “a license for unlimited voter fraud.” Cloward and Piven (after their “C-P manufactured crisis strategy” created the American Welfare Rights Organization which swelled state welfare rolls by eight million persons and bankrupted New York City in 1975 and almost bankrupted New York state) in 1976 called for C-P strategy to be applied to housing (as ACORN did) and voter registration (as Clinton’s law did and ACORN did) and now the Obama folks have decided not to enforce even greatly weakened voter laws. If voter franchise is the most cherished right in our republic, then voter registration fraud is its greatest threat.

It’s clearly OK under present corruption for the Obama administration to agitate race relations negatively by claiming Arizona police are inherently racial profilers; it’s OK for president Obama** last year to call Cambridge police actions stupid (when he acknowledged he didn’t yet have the facts) and to insinuate racism in mild-mannered TEA Party members whom he’s never met . . . it’s OK for Blacks to only support McCain with 5% of their vote . . . but anyone pointing out racism by Democrats or by Blacks or other minorities is a Fascist hate-monger. What a brave new world you live in, Mr. Obama, brave new corrupt world.

Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

^^ Now let’s talk about the fact that this is NOT the first time Obama’s cause has been aided by these type of shenanigans. Obama’s very first victory during the primaries occurred only because of bussing of large groups of “voters” from Illinois to Iowa. Obama devotee voting tricks (such as illegal bussing and intimidation shenanigans similar to the one by the New Black Panthers on Election Day) cost Hillary Clinton thirteen of the fourteen caucus states (many of which held split popular vote-caucus set ups where she won the popular voting earlier in the day but where caucus site intidmidation won Obama those primaries and the eventual nomination) during the Democratic primaries and cost her the opportunity to be the president but, both
Democrats and the media ignored this corruption just as willfully as Democrats and the media are now ignoring the New Black Panthers' atrocities.

** Now lets talk about even earlier (2007) when Raila Odinga in Kenya asked for Obama’s help and . . . .

A. Obama then went campaigning for a communist Odinga for the presidency of Kenya

B. Obama at campaign stops for Odinga twice appeared in Muslim garb

C. Obama’s letter to Odinga infamously advised him if he lost the popular vote to claim voter fraud and to then use violence to get a foothold because of the likelihood of his being eventually made part of the government and then indeed those events happening in precisely that order. Odinga was months after the election and violence appeased by being made prime minister of Kenya.
D.
Odinga signing a secret letter of accord with the Muslims (roughly 12% of Kenya’s

population are Muslims, there are several other religions represented in Kenya with Christianity

at 43% being the largest) to institute Sharia Law in the country akin to what the Taliban has in

other countries. This agreement was discovered and the discovery basically ended Odinga’s

slight chances of becoming president . . . Odinga said the letter was a fraud and a lie but then

later signing another accord with the Muslims (the original letter was blatant and would have

made Islam the religion of Kenya and made missionary work by religions other than Muslims

against the law and banned radio and television missionary programs as well). The eventual

rapings, burning of Christian churches and killings of many Christians and other citizens of

non-Muslim religions. Odinga never speaking
up to stop the violence and indeed benefitting from it.

Obama never acknowledging the violence
or his own role in it . . . all of this ties in with the present
Obama administration policies.

Even though it's taking longer then expected to get all the case videos out because of slow upload speedand it takes a lot of time to process the raw High Definition videosfor both youtube and Blip.TV but even so I already uploaded two casevideos for my Brian Hill's "Rise of the new right" debunking spreevideo series to my Blip.TV profile.
