As Islamic sects fight for control of the USA and the world, “WE THE PEOPLE” must decide what our founding fathers meant by “Freedom of Religion”. Could they have meant secular humanism “freedom from Religion” where anything goes or did they mean Islam the strictest cult[1] known to man?

 

We continue to remove the Judeo-Christian  biblical laws that define our existence from court houses[2] and embrace Sharia law[3]. How much longer before we look like London in flames or one of the Stone Age countries of Islam?

 

Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story wondered if we could survive as a nation if we did not teach our children about religion (Specifically the Christian Religion) and morality as restraints upon the liberal sensual desires of freemen, (secular humanists).

The central question of 2012 is how do “we the people” define Religion?

It now appears as only a matter of time until the United States of America, which Islam has “deemed amenable to take over action”, will be just another Islamic country. And as they say time is on their side.

 

God is clearly giving us a choice as a nation.

 

What sets America apart from the rest of the world? Why is the United States of America the most powerful nation in history? The answer to both questions is the same, God’s blessings. We began as a Christian Nation based on the Biblical concept of freedom of choice.

It's not Elvis people. His name is Carroll Roberson. The song is beautiful regardless of who sings it.

Still it shows how easily  we can be misled by something that sounds so real so dear to our hearts.  Religion is like that, you must know what you believe put aside familial values and social traditions and become accountable for your own thoughts and actions for all will eventually stand before the judgment seat of God!.

 

Islam is portrayed as a religion of peace although it’s cult like mind control teaches from an early age that the individual has no freedom to make decisions that all things including his time of death have been determined by Allah.  Islamic teachings make no distinction between political and religious activity. There can be no separation of Church and State with Islam. The State is always subservient to Islamic religious leaders who have a plan to achieve a new world order the ultimate goal being a truly and fully, united Islamic world. (Sunni or Shia is the debate within Islam)

Islamic people are also breeding themselves into power around the world and in the USA. (see Farrakhan’s speech from New Orleans in 60’s) Mosques and Islamic schools of every sectarian type are being located by the thousands in the USA. They blend into the fabric of our nation, even reaching into our school texts books teaching Islam as taught by these 25 principles. Availability, compassion, co-operation, cleanliness, community spirit, dependability, diligence, discernment, enthusiasm, faith, forgiveness, generosity, gratefulness, humility, integrity, loyalty, obedience, orderliness, patience, responsibility, respect, self-control, sincerity, tolerance and truthfulness. Islamic history and culture must be taught in the USA “to bridge the gap of understanding between East and West if we ever hope to experience a future of peace and prosperity", it sounds great, until you become aware that this is by design a program, a well developed Iranian plan of action, to convert the people of America to Islam.

Every school, every city, every state, and every political institution in America now has a pro Islamic toe hold. The total number of Muslims in the USA is now in the millions, of which given the percentage of radicals in the total Muslim population around the world we can deduce that we have a potential of 300,000 radical jihadists within our borders.

Jihadists take the long view, and will work with anyone to undermine the U.S. and its allies. Remember, Shia Iran has allied with Sunni terrorists groups.

All Islamists know that western civilization is the primary impediment to their plans for a global caliphate. Jihadists feel it is better to bring western civilization, arm-in-arm with socialists and other radicals, and figure out who will rule once the dust settles.

In their view victory is assured only the U.S., Britain, and a handful of others truly stand in their way, which makes any subversive, radical leftist movement in those countries a useful short-term ally.  No Islamic state in the world allows the Bible or open preaching of the Christian religion within its borders. What does the future hold for radical leftist and socialist in an Islamic state?

A point of history to remember: Al Qaeda emerged from the victory of the mujahadeen over Communist Russia. In their view, the jihadists beat the communists once, so they think the next time around the less ferocious socialists, and secular humanists would be an easy adversary.

As a nation the very strength of our system is being used against us as our individual freedoms are being used by foreigners to change the system to their liking. We are loosing our identity; we are no longer a Christian nation but a Godless secular nation. Our Christian religion takes a back seat to everything. We are now in a post-Christian, post-Western cultural crisis which threatens the very heart of our culture. With open and vulnerable borders and populations divided by language, race and religion we have become politically weak and divided as a nation. A house divided cannot stand.

Islam must stop all political activity or be treated as a political organization or cult not a religion.

 

Radical Secular Humanism should be treated as a religion and not allowed to control the politics in the United States of America.

As a nation we need to come to terms with our past and plan for the future. While we still can, we should acknowledge that our legal and governmental structure is based on a Judeo-Christian world view and English should be our official language. If not, we will loose both and cease to be a distinct people, and a distinct nation. Our national existence is at stake here. As citizens of the United States of America we are like a family that quarrels and fights bitterly within until such time as the enemy is at the door except in this case we have already invited them into the house. How many of the unknown visitors, illegal immigrants and foreign religious establishments are predatory? How many are established and supported by foreign governments or radical groups? Is there a plan for jihad in America? How should the American family deal with the threat? If the visitors come with a sword in its hand, the family forgets its quarrels and fights as one against the people who want to possess its land.

The current war is much more subtle than that. In an atmosphere of political correctness and international civility, the USA is at a terrible disadvantage; the war is not threatening enough to distract us from our own struggles. The war is seen as over there, and we should get ourselves out.  However, when the Islamic visitors, or immigrants, come to our door they have their eyes on everything in the house, they are more like jewel thieves than vandals. There is no sword in their hand but a plan in the making a war of public diplomacy. They seek to change our current society into one reflecting the nature of their homeland. We cannot have an enemy within our borders left free to destroy us, whether slowly or quickly.

“We The People” must TAKE ACTION to support the sanctity of our national borders and the continued existence of the United States of America, her Constitution and Constitutional government, and the strengthening and restoration of what's left of Judeo-Christian Culture.

Likewise, “We The People” must oppose all international cross-border efforts by Islam, whose ultimate goal is one world Ummah, requiring the systematic destruction of all other religions.

 

“We The People” must TAKE ACTION to make this so called cultural bridge to close the gap of understanding between East and West a two way bridge. “We The People” fully expect that all Islamic organizations would translate US History, our constitution and declaration of Independence into there own languages and make provision for distribution of those documents into the areas of the world from which they came.

 

Fear must not be allowed to rule our decisions. I do not fear Islam and Islam should not fear the USA and Christianity.

One more reason to un-elect Obama

The National Labor Relations Board  (NLRB) filed suit against Boeing to stop Boeing from moving to So. Carolina. If successful this will kill new jobs. The suit is a classic example of BULLYING.  No wonder large companies have moved and are now moving overseas. What would The Gov. do if the big companies like Boeing, MSN,Apple and Facebook would say "we are sick and tired of the Government bullying us. Let's move to India." New jobs are NOT the problem. It's excessive  Government  intervention,  no leaders, Gov. waste and stupid spending

           Most thinking voters now realize, progressivism is a hideous political philosophy based upon the belief that we must ‘progress’ beyond ‘the ill-conceived and outdated U.S. Constitution’ in order to make progress toward an earthly Utopia. What most, even clear thinking, people don’t realize is that under the guise of “modernity” progressivism is an utterly reactionary approach to government. Totalitarian states and socialism have been the norm of human existence. Protecting people’s right to self-govern, is something virtually unheard of across history. It is freedom for individuals; and economic freedom; and documents that proclaim those individual and economic freedoms which are comparatively new on the world scene.
This great experiment, this United States that has stood as the “Shining City on the Hill” for the world to aspire to . . . that is something most rare. Despite the specious modernity of the word ‘progress,’ progressivism means rule by elites and that is as old as human history. Until some people somewhere else create a society, a government, a promise of human excellence better than American at her peak . . . the driving force in human political aspiration must be to recreate and imitate America at her peak . . . and for Americans: to return to and surpass that peak.
Has the world really made such great progress since our Constitution was born in 1787 and purified in 1791 with the addition of the Bill of Rights? Think even further back to the Declaration of Independence . . . think on the inspiring words of Calvin Coolidge as true today as when he spoke about the Declaration of Independence a full 85 years ago:
It is often asserted that the world has made a great deal of progress since 1776, that we have had new thoughts and new experiences which have given us a great advance over the people of that day, and that we may therefore very well discard their conclusions for something more modern.  But that reasoning cannot be applied to this great charter.  If all men are created equal, that is final.  If they are endowed with unalienable rights, that is final.  If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final.  No advance, no progress can be made beyond these propositions.  If anyone wishes to deny their truth or their soundness, the only direction in which he can proceed historically is not forward, but backward toward the time when there was no equality, no rights of the individual, no rule of the people.  Those who wish to proceed in that direction cannot lay claim to progress.  They are reactionary.  Their ideas are not more modern, but more ancient, than those of the Revolutionary fathers.
 
In this moment in history when our present American president has no compunction whatsoever about moving us toward his sorry vision of Utopia . . . all of his supporters fooling themselves that they are racing headlong into a beautiful and rarely glimpsed future . . . imagine their shock if they were ever to succeed and then necessarily discover how much of all that they’re striving to so cavalierly toss onto the trash heap of history is what all of mankind has so long been aspiring toward. A great pity that great classics like George Orwell’s 1984 and Animal Farm or Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World are no longer read and people instead watch sitcoms and reality television . . . .
As for our “fearless leader,” it’s a great misfortune that unlike Coolidge who treated his place in history very humbly, saying  "It is a great advantage to a president, and a major source of safety to the country, for him to know that he is not a great man” -- it is obvious that Barack Obama mistakenly believes himself to be a great man.  While Coolidge lived to serve his countrymen, Barack Obama lives that his countrymen might more deeply serve him.

** In contrast, in Obama’s world today’s debt is how we enslave tomorrow’s children.  Notice how the Coolidge quotes like Coolidge himself are soft-spoken but when you think about them you see just how powerful the concepts behind them are:  for example,  the ones above a) tying the rise of civilization to the rise of profits or surplus b) putting forward a reverse angle view of the Robin Hood mentality that would pull the rich down by taxation c) and d) tying in with b) and showing collectivism, progressivism, Marxism, socialism, and etc. up for the false religions they are and e) bringing up the duty we owe to posterity and a warning against enslaving them via debt while more obviously showing us the only proper way to live.  By comparison, the more you examine Obama's words, the more empty they become . . . .

Obama’s Heinous Favor
to Union Supporters;
NLRB Complaint

When Barack Obama made his recess appointment of Craig Becker to the National Labor Relations Board in late March, 2010, many economists were shocked. Becker’s appointment,  in effect overriding a Senate Republican filibuster, was among the most appallingly partisan political IOUs ever paid and it openly signaled Obama’s opinion that all jobs are not created equal and only union jobs deserved legal protection. Becker, at the time a union lawyer with a particularly nasty resume, had repeatedly and unequivocally stated No worker should have any right to opt out of union representation.”
 
While work continues at Boeing’s new aircraft assembly site in North Charleston (in South Carolina, a “right-to-work-state”) President Obama set his dogs from the NLRB upon Boeing. The NLRB complaint is that Boeing is planning to build airplanes at a non-union plant in S.C. rather than at its home site in Seattle, Washington. In 2009, Boeing announced it would build some additional assembly lines at a new factory in North Charleston, South Carolina to aid in producing Boeing 787 airliners.  
 
The move was widely regarded as an economic measure for Boeing since Washington state laws support union-requirements that new workers must join a union to be eligible to work at a union site while South Carolina as a right-to-work-state . . . where each worker can decide individually if he wants to join a union or not . . . is less susceptible to high union pay demands. Of course, they were also naturally thinking of the crippling 2008 strike and the resulting brouhaha at Boeing’s Seattle factory by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace workers. 
 
Boeing execs have long asserted that being “knocked offline” by union demands was adversely affecting the business. Clearly, the new factory scheduled to open this summer, makes sense in light of Boeing’s concerns but the union has filed a complaint against Boeing and the NLRB has taken up the complaint claiming that Boeing used “unfair labor practices.”
 
South Carolinians are up in arms, "This is nothing more than a political favor for the unions who are supporting President Obama's re-election campaign," said S.C. Republican Senator Jim DeMint. "Unfortunately, it comes at the expense of hundreds of jobs in South Carolina and thousands of jobs nationwide." DeMint argues if the complaint goes forward, right-to-work states will struggle to attract jobs and the pace of jobs leaving the country and heading overseas will become a torrent. 
 
“It will have a chilling effect on job growth in my state and in the country,” said DeMint. Boeing and DeMint point out that the company has added 2,000 jobs in Seattle since the South Carolina construction began. That, however, is no sop to the union demands: "Boeing's decision to build a 787 assembly line in South Carolina sent a message that Boeing workers would suffer financial harm for exercising their collective bargaining rights," IAM Vice President Rich Michalski said in a statement on the union's website.
 
S.C. Senator Lindsey Graham, another Republican added, "If successful, the NLRB complaint would allow unions to hold a virtual ‘veto' over all business decisions. Left to their own devices, the NLRB would routinely punish right-to-work states that value and promote their pro-business climates." Since the jobless rate is 8.9% and this week saw the largest jump in new claims for unemployment in several years . . . the president’s contradictory claims notwithstanding, we are not seeing a true “rebound,” or “economic recovery” at all -- and his NLRB is doing everything they can to make sure that our economy never does recover.
In any case, this week has given us a “treasure trove” of other Obama contradictions and outrageous proclamations . . . .
 
ITEM: in other “outrageous news,” the United Nations is now talking about taking the United States to the World Court for “war crimes” associated with taking down Usama Bin Laden, the world’s most notorious terrorist.
 
ITEM: After dithering for three days before deciding NOT to reveal the photos and videos proving that Usama actually was killed because, “. . . we don’t need to spike the ball, that’s not who we are,” Barack Obama . . . GASP! went ahead and spiked the ball by making a visit to “Ground Zero” in NYC -- his first visit there since the 2008 campaign. Invitations to former presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush to join in the victory lap photo op were declined.
 
ITEM:  Along with the atrocious recent NLRB actions against South Carolina and Boeing, Obama's administration is this week trying to force businesses bidding on federal government jobs to reveal political contributions . . . obviously this could have a chilling restraint on contributions to opposition parties and a positive effect for in-parties . . . an awfully bad idea.
 
ITEM: The contradictions just continue to mount up for Barack Obama. He allowed flag-draped coffins of fallen Americans this week to be published and of course, they wound all over the internet in the Muslim World. Meanwhile he won’t publish the death photos of Bin Laden.
 
ITEM: IF the Guantanamo site had been closed, the threads that led to discovering Usama’s location would not have existed. Obama has fought to close down that site for over seven years. He has also ordered his Justice Department to prosecute CIA (and other) interrogators who helped elicit the clues that finally tied together the whereabouts of Usama Bin Laden.
 
ITEM: Without the benefits and the threads provided by water-boarding and other EITs (enhanced interrogation techniques) evoking the eventual cooperation from the big three internees in Guantanamo, Usama’s location would still not be known. Mr. Obama has banned the CIA from using not only water-boarding but any EITs at all . . . thus handcuffing the nation’s intelligence-gatherers in the War on Terror. Mr. Obama has actually used the word “terror” recently and eschewed the phrase “man-caused disaster” that he originally preferred. In fact, to his supporters’ chagrin, Mr. Obama has almost totally come to adopt and even expand the “Terror War” exigency measures such as the Patriot Act, Guantanamo, and military courts which were first employed by George W. Bush.
 
ITEM: The Bin Laden death photos “would inflame the Muslim world” according to Mr. Obama who has banned release of that information. Mr. Obama has also told us that no real Muslim can be a terrorist (remember the great to-do that occurred when Bill O’Reilly visited the TV show “The View” and said “Muslims attacked us on 9/11”) then Obama's recently turned around 180 degrees and proved that the great Bin Laden actually was a Muslim who deserved full burial respect within 24 hours, including the proper ablutions, appropriate burial clothing and sacred words spoken above him. Some might complain that since Mr. Obama in 2009 released over 2,000 photos of Abu Ghraib prison abuses, it might be logical to permit one picture of Bin Laden’s corpse.
 
ITEM: Mr. Obama reaffirmed his loan of $2 Billion for deep sea oil drilling to Brazil saying, “We look forward to being your best customer,” meanwhile, this week his Department of the Interior has thrown new obstacles in front of land drilling; shallow-sea drilling; and, of course, deep-sea drilling anywhere in and around the United States proper . . . and this country has not built one single new oil refinery in the last 37 years because of congressional restraints . . . while the average price of a gallon of gas has reached $3.99 and the price of food has risen by 36%, Mr. Obama and Treasury Secretary Geithner and Federal Reserve chief Bernanke have denied any responsibility for rising prices and indeed denied that inflation was occurring at all . . . certainly there could be no connection between the Fed’s policies, oil-drilling bans and what we consumers face at the pump and the grocery store checkout counter according to them.
 
ITEM: Ward Churchill, of Colorado University infamy (he’s the fool who called the innocent victims of the 9/11 attacks “Little Eichmanns”) who was in Tucson, Arizona, with numerous Obama supporters of “social justice” got upset and threw a fit along with the other leftists present because a class advocating that Southwestern lands of the United States must be returned to Mexico was no longer a required class, but just an elective. 
 
The riot that ensued for the next three hours prevented a school board meeting from occurring. The syllabus of the class in question includes some real gems: “Thanksgiving was the first celebration of the beginning of genocide on the Native Tribes.”   Virtually everything taught in the class is seen only through the lens of supposed White racism and undoubted Marxism. “Capitalism is the oppressive economic belief that the rights of the wealthy are more important than the rights of the poorer working class,” etc., etc. ad nauseum. You can read the full curriculum at GlenBeck.com as well as seeing Ward Churchill’s mug in the videos. 
 
The group is calling for Obama’s and Eric Holder’s Justice Department to get involved and protect the students’ rights to hear this anti-American propaganda just as Justice got involved to protect a Muslim teacher’s right to be paid (and to pay for a substitute) during the weeks while she makes a “holy pilgrimage” trip to Mecca.   The teachers’ union, of course, backed her up 100%. One might expect that she could make her pilgrimage after retirement or during summer vacation (if she wasn’t so particular about being there for the Hadj (a.k.a. Hajj) pilgrimage dates) . . . but common sense is probably not appropriate here.
 
ITEM on the Periphery: Government Motors (a.k.a. GM) has produced a monumental advertising blunder equal to the worst in their history. The same people who decided a generation ago that the perfect GM car for Spanish, and South and Central American markets was their Chevy Nova (any wonder a car called the “Doesn’t Go” <No va>)  in Spanish doesn’t sell really well in lands where Spanish is spoken) have initiated a big ad campaign for the Chevy Camaro featuring an amorphous yellow manlike form. In 90% of the shots, however, the “head” of the yellow form is all that’s seen, and it looks remarkably akin to a certain sour yellow citrus fruit. Rajjpuut can’t speak for you, but he won’t be buying any LEMONS from GM anytime soon. A prediction: if GM and Chrysler ever actually do pay off their debt to the taxpayers who bailed them out, they will face bankruptcy again within ten years (which would be the third bailout for Chrysler: 1979, 2009 were the prior two).
 
ITEM of Curiosity: Since 1957 when Atlas Shrugged was first published, the three topmost enduring best-selling books year after year in the United States and Great Britain have been:

            It seems that even with those sterling results, improvement was still possible.   Since 2008’s election of Barack Obama to president, Atlas Shrugged has sold over a million copies which is the greatest sales that book has ever known in any similar time period. In 2009, 520,000 copies were sold worldwide. And, of course, Atlas Shrugged Part I has been surprising theater goers for the last three weeks and is now about to jump from limited circulation to 2,000 theaters this week. According to Freedom Works President Matt Kibbe, "In a lot of ways, that project reflects the ethos of the TEA (“Taxed Enough Already”) Party. You had Republicans and Democrats and Independents who feel rejected by the establishment joining the TEA Party, and the same process is going to happen with Atlas Shrugged: We're going to build a constituency of people who believe in limited government, fiscal common sense and individual liberty."

Today's vote will tell us a lot about the willingness of our countrymen to radically change their course in history. But the important work of preserving freedom still remains. Our Founding Fathers broke their political ties with England because they believed the following:


"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men." (Declaration of Independence)

In other words, governments are instituted for one purpose … to secure rights. They are merely the vessel that contains and protects these God-given rights. Government is not the purpose unto itself. It is merely the carrying case for liberty, and when that carrying case becomes the object of our intent, rather than precious cargo of God-given rights being the object of our focus, we are in mired vexation. When our founders erected a new government to shelter their Creator endowed rights to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” the object was not the institution, it was freedom. They did not create an idol for us to worship and call it government. Government was the shell that contained the egg. The shell has little value but to protect the contents.

Jefferson could not have made it any clearer. America's founders desired a land in which men might live in liberty. By declaring independence from the government of England and instituting a new government on this continent, they did not erect that government for the purpose of having a government, but rather, it was built as a bulwark to house those principles that secured our freedoms. They created a mechanism designed to carry and shelter our precious freedom and liberty ... government was an armored car to protect that, which they considered to be, irreplaceably precious …liberty. Even the independence they sought was not the object ... the object was liberty. Even the formation of the constitution in 1787, while a brilliant work, was not the object ... the object was freedom.

Now, look further at these words:

"That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness."

This is that time which is now upon us. It is time to abolish what has sprung up in the place of our government and institute new government, and laying again the foundation and purpose of our government ... namely, the protection of liberty and freedom. That is the hard work that lies ahead ... instituting a new government from within the hydra which has grown up in Washington D.C., state capitals around the country, the counties and cities from the hustings, to the monolithic metropolises coast to coast. We must build again, not a government that does for us what we don't want to dirty our hands doing, but a government which meets its singular goal as described by the Founders ... housing for liberty. Government is not the goal ... the goal is liberty. And it will be only, when we rebuild the bulwark of freedom, a government placed solidly on the foundation of constitutional precept, limited in size, scope and reach, to the 17 powers granted it to protect our freedom and liberty, that we will once again breathe free as a people.

I do not know if the mettle of the American people is sufficient to this undertaking. If we can strengthen their mettle with encouragement, or raise their spiritual sights to see beyond this skirmish to a brighter tomorrow, we will have accomplished a valuable service.

I am convinced that the battle will be pitched and the fervor of those who see government as the end all and be all, or the object of their intent, will not easily succumb to those of us who see liberty, not government as the object. I am convinced that this must be a spiritual battle that results in political action … not a political movement with a religious tone. Further, if we do not relearn and impart to America the values that made this country great, we may clean up the disaster that is this government, only to find ourselves unwittingly electing the same vile wretches back to office in but a very few years.

When I was young, I thought it was about winning. Now, I understand it is about fulfilling our destiny. It doesn't matter whether the perception is that we won or lost. What matters is that we are fought the fight because it was right. Then winning, losing, life or death become irrelevant; it's about the destiny of a nation, which was, by my understanding, antecedent even to the framing of the world. The question is this: Will we fulfill that great destiny - or - will we fall short?

By the grace of God you and I – we - have embraced the side of the light and truth, and perhaps this election will give us the proper lair from which we might surprise the enemies of freedom, begin to silence their lies, and roar the truth louder and longer than the world can imagine from city streets to strange lands of forests or sands around the world ... telling even foreign meddlers to beware. Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices 545 human beings out of the 300 million aredirectly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for thedomestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated itsConstitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federallychartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce asenator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-pickingthing. Idon't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash.

The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility todetermine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this commoncon regardless of party.


What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall ofa Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creatingdeficits. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force theCongress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating andapproving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House?Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party.

She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over hisveto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- ofincompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domesticproblem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When youfully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of thefederal government, then it must follow that what exists is what theywant to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red .

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want itthat way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose giftsand advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the powerto regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do notlet them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mysticalforces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent themfrom doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

The suspect Chris Powers has reportedly confessed his actions and has also been implicated in "astroturf protest" during an Obama visit to Missouri where he pretended to be a racist TEA Party member.

I'm sure the Left is thinking "firebombing the Reichstag worked for our National SOCIALIST buddy Adolf back in 1932, so it should work for us. Representative Russ Carnahan, whose office was bombed and who declared to the press (and was, of course, duly quoted) originally said "It was most likely a domestic terror crime by some right-wing racist." In the media it was printed and broadcast that "some violent TEA Party member probably did this. There's a lot of hate out there." Since the arrest,Carnahan and his staff have reportedly quieted down and purportedly, they are unwilling to proceed with charges against their former employee, think the "correction" will make the mainstream media (MSM)??? Since this is a federal crime, Rajjpuut hopes that the bomber Chris Powers is prosecuted by the FBI to the full extent of the law and that if this sick fellow needs it, he gets the treatment required. Whatever happened to the once great St. Louis Post Dispatch? Proud Missouri U. was once known as the "journalism capital of the nation" back in "better times."

Yesterday I heard it was James A. Garfield who said "The truth will set you free but first it will make you miserable.

I'm just asking; Is America uncomfortable or miserable enough to welcome the light of truth and freedom? What form of misery will strike the fire of truth in American hearts and souls? Do today's Americans believe in God? Will people of God welcome His light upon their decisions and actions while they defend and uphold our constitution and country? Will America first be uncomfortable and miserable in God's truth in order to restore it's freedom and liberty? Must Americans suffer greater misery at the hand of tyranny?

For about 110 years people have been trying to take this country apart piece by piece, little by little The Progressive Movement (Communism, Socialism, etc) deliberately, manipulated, attacked and subverted our Constitution. Four Presidents, Woodrow Wilson, FDR, Lyndon Johnson and now Barrack O'bama have executed the Progressive agenda. Each President did a lot of damage to America however Progressives and their process have now escalated to unimagined proportions.

Our parents and Grandparents fought Progressives and succeeded in 1946. After World War II the Progressives wanted to return the country to prewar conditions. Americans had experienced the "Great Depression", FDR and his destruction and they wanted no more. Our parents and Grandparents had enough and started a strong campaign of "ENOUGH". Americans fought the enemy together during the war and they stood strongly united after the war. They stopped further erosion of our constitution by electing a Republican and the Progressive Movement though not eradicated was slowed down. At the assassination of John F. Kennedy the country mourned and Lyndon Johnson took office he did more damage put the agenda had been slowed and Johnson didn't run for reelection. Progressive Republicans only proved to be more patient and slower in their reform of America. We had changed leadership but didn't dig out the roots of the Progressive Movement; they just slithered into hiding.

Average Americans just wanted to settle into living the American dream.

A Progressive education system took hold and changed the country's written history; a new generation soon forgot. Progressives in hiding created special interest groups under the disguise of working for the good of the people and continued to invade our culture, religions, values and principles. Sadly, we let them because we had worked hard, fought hard and wanted the good life without misery for our children and ourselves. We easily slipped into denial and apathy while we lived the American dream and gave our children all we could. There were many reasons; political correctness being one that supported closed eyes. We finely lost our common sense, lost sight and found ourselves blind to the "Truth". The Magnificent Giant dozed off too often and then finally fell into a deep sleep.

I believe in America, her people are capable of doing anything when they are ready, have had enough and accept the truth. The "Magnificent Giant" is awakening, not one by one but thousands at a time. I'm just asking, have we had enough? Are Americas ready or making ready for the misery we will endure as truth's fire within grows, purifies, cleanses and changes our lives forever? "

The truth will set us free, but first it will make you miserable" The fire of truth does not consume; with truth we will find our individual redemption, restore our honor and country and we will be set free.

Voter Ignorance Makes Obama's
Big-Guv Takeover Easier

Ignornace is NOT bliss. Something which used to surprise Rajjpuut, but which no longer does, and which goes on pretty much unchanged year after year is the ignorance of the American voter about the simplest matters involving political thinking. Roughly 45% of them do not truly understand, for example, the terms “left” and “right.” At least half cannot give a reasonable explanation of the terms “liberal” or “conservative.” And, most dangerously, at least 75% do not know what the term “progressive” ^^ means. Is it any wonder we, as a people, almost always elect the government and people that give us virtually the opposite of what we need and want? For that matter, with the exception of Ronald Reagan, we’ve elected either the most youthful and photogenic or the most well-known candidate (often both) in every election since 1952 which takes a lot of political savvy, eh?
If the reader were to visit the link above he would find a website proclaiming the “World’s Smallest Political Quiz.” Rajjpuut recommends every thinking American take and understand this little test and revisit it often putting the words and actions of our elected and would-be elected officials to the test. Running the quiz, the reader would then receive a score for the politician that would be graphed automatically upon a diamond-shaped chart. Then taking the test oneself, it would be duecedly easy to decide how much the candidate truly represents your own views and desires for the country . . . .
Looking at the chart of someone everyone knows, Sarah Palin, for example, we see that she scores a 10 on social issues and a 60 on economic issues according to the same chart transmigrated to the bottom of her own website’s first page (Rajjpuut recommends you visit the site):
It is the 10 score on social issues that makes Sarah Palin so very unpopular with all Progessive Democrats and feminists. It is that 10 and especially the 60 (low in Rajjpuut’s eyes) score she gets on economic issues that would have Rajjpuut thinking, “Is Sarah Palin really what we need?” Her scores reveal her to be far more statist (she labels it “populist” . . . but that’s NOT accurate), far-far more statist than Rajjpuut likes to see . . . in his not-so-humble opinion only action along the lines of Harding and Coolidge (cutting taxes and spending both by 50% in the first years of their combined administration) can begin to save us from our economic quagmire. Now Palin has talked a great game, but typically semi-statists such as her and statists likeJohn Mc Cain do NOT cut taxes and spending 50%.
Let’s look at someone else you know . . . Rajjpuut has declared himself a Libertarian on this blogsite and elsewhere in life. When he visits the website and takes the test . . . lo’ and behold, he scores a 70 on social issues and a 90 on economic issues: not a pure Libertarian but a slightly Conservative-Libertarian. Purity of view-point like that would probably make it very difficult for Rajjpuut to be elected dogcatcher. Let’s now look at a probable ranking for Ronald Reagan. If we score Reagan by his words and deeds as Rajjpuut just did, we’d find most likely a score of 50 on social issues and 100 on economic ones. Perhaps this is why Reagan helped create 21 million jobs during his two terms. The fact that Reagan scores a “knight’s jump on the chessboard” away from Rajjpuut’s own views explains the two men’s compatibility. Reagan’s scoring@@ rates right on the line between Libertarianism and Conservativism on personal issues and makes him ultra-Conservative on economic ones. Now looking at our present president, we get a huge surprise to many, but not to Rajjpuut . . . .
If we took to scoring Mr. Obama, using his words and actions as Rajjpuut interprets them we’d see a 10 on social/personal issues and a 20 on economic issues which would rank him as an ultra-Statist. Knowing his Marxist upbringing which the liberal media never vetted, Obama is precisely what should have been expected and virtually diametrically opposed to everything that Rajjpuut sees as good and honest and necessary.
For the liberals and other Democrats who mainly voted him into office, (themselves typically scoring about 30-60 on the chart) many did NOT get what they expected. And as Mr. Obama in a certain sense campaigned in a Ronald Reaganesque manner, the conservatives who wanted anything but a Republican, especially a progressive John Mc Cain, after G.W. Bush’s big-government moves, these conservatives, (themselves scoring typically 60-30 on the chart . . . ) 100% didn’t get what they wanted either. So that accounts for about 75% of the electorate voting for exactly the worst of two evils (Rajjpuut likes to call it “choosing between Tweedle-dumb and Tweedle-dumber” and it’s mostly what happens in November every four years). Ah, humanity!
So now that we’re all pretty well versed on political thinking, what about America’s present constitutional and economic crisis, eh?
At present it appears the Conservative force is attracting a huge national following in fiscal-matters owing to the nation’s runaway spending, deficits, monstrous UNFUNDED obligations (Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid with $109 TRillion) and national debt and the growing opposition to Progressive programs to expand government. The Progressives, of course, (having the votes in the House and Senate plus owning the Oval Office) are calling all or virtually all the shots in law-making and spending. The important law-making they control includes burdensome taxes; expAnsive new expEnsive programs that impinge upon individual freedom and the free markets and place the government into the dominant realm of our nation’s activities rather than in its naturally-expected realm of being subservient to the people’s wishes.
The feeling of the Conservative element is that the Progressives are running roughshod over the country and the Constitution. Where formerly there was a Moderate element, now tinges of Moderation are found in the tiny proportion of liberals who vote bi-partisan opposition to the President’s sweeping programs but no real moderation is found, mainly polarity. The Democratic Party under the gross and ill-advised Progressive leadership of Pelosi, Reid and Obama and their loyal followers has unquestionably moved the nation into deep socialist waters. The underpinnings of this socialism is a powerful forcible re-distribution of wealth: that is, THEFT.
The most basic principle of our American government is freedom. The American experience, the American constitution and the spirit of America are tied to freedom. That means the citizen is in charge of the government and not the other way around. Liberals and progressives tend to see the citizen as the always available FUNDING Source for the federal legislators. Pure progressives see the citizen as an obstruction, a bump in the road to their efforts to create (their version of) a perfect world. There are only 17 specific powers allotted to the federal government by the government and there are ten amendments (the Bill of Rights) limiting the power of the federal government over both the states and the individuals.
All too often lost in the nonsensical arguments raised by Progressives (those who see the Constitution as “flawed” and who say we “MUST PROGRESS BEYOND” the Constitution), is that there is a gross difference between rights and needs. We all have needs and it is our own responsibility as individuals to employ our rights and our self-will to take care of those needs. The “NANNY-STATE” advocated by Progressives sees an unending number of basic needs (they call them rights) which the Federal Government is OBLIGATED to fulfill . . . the cost of fulfilling this cradle-to-grave catalog of needs is the loss of our real rights and our real freedoms to the increasingly powerful all-controlling federal government.
Rights are not negotiable they come to us from God and not from the government; it is the responsibility of the government according to the Constitution’s Bill of Rights to protect these individual rights. They belong to the individual as an inheritance for being human. Rights are NOT needs, however. For example, there is no natural right to health care; no natural right to have the government bail you out if your business fails; no natural right to the resources of others just because you are needy. Taking resources such as money and labor or goods by legal force from the individuals and the individual states **is theft by the federal government. It is power from the barrel of a gun used to hold up some citizens for the benefit of others. The federal government has no right to deny freedoms to any group of people to advance the well-being or to benefit others. There is NO natural right to EQUALITY, except the equality of opportunity. The Federal Government has an obligation to defend the freedoms of each and every one of us and to protect us when our rights are violated but no right to force all of us into EQUALITY of means. Freedom means equality of opportuntiy to be free, it does not mean forced equality.
The most basic rights and freedoms protected by our Constitution against the infringement of the Federal Government are the freedoms guaranteed by the 10th Amendment, the last Amendment within the Bill of Rights and clearly the most important. The Obama administration has willfully stomped all over the 10th Amendment while stomping all over the American Dream on the one hand and willfully ignoring their obligations under the Constitution. In other words, they have done everything that they shouldn’t do, and very little (for example, protecting our borders) that they are required to do. In fact, according to a leaked document in the news today, they are plotting to within nine months make 13-20 million illegal aliens into citizens because they believe that they will receive 80-85% of those new citizens’ votes and will be permanently locked-into the halls of power. This cynical attempt at permanent power, they say, is based upon the fact that our Immigration laws are “broken.” Over 220 years our immigration and naturalization laws have faithfully served the nation. They cannot be changed willy-nilly to benefit one political party over another, they must be amended in the Constitution and only in that may they be changed. The cynicism and Marxist grab for power of Barack Obama constitutes the single most damming threat to our nation in its 221 year history.
That is the most important thing that voters need to understand about what Progressives want to steal from all of us: our American freedom and the Constitutional American traditions that have made this the greatest most powerful and most just nation on earth by eternally defending and renewing our freedoms to pull from each of us the intrinsic strengths that Americans has thrived upon for over two centuries.

Liberals, as they are generally understood, advocate lots of freedom on social issues and oppose traditional restrictions there while believing that government ought to intervene early and often in economic matters and government restrictions there are exactly what’s best for the country.
Conservatives show great deference to the Constitution on economic matters but seem to like restrictions on personal behavior in line with traditional religious values. Hence the criticism that conservatives “want to be in everybody’s bedroom.”
The “left” refers to people who are liberal-oriented and score on the left side of the diamond. The “right” refers to people who are conservatively-oriented who scored on the right side of the diamond. The origin of the term is disputed some say it arose during the French Revolution and others refer to the British Parliament where, in either case, the distinctions were pretty much along class lines. In any case NOT understanding these terms puts one in the realm of politically-ultra-ignorant, not the place to be when electing presidents and congressmen.
Progressives are in favor of “progressing well beyond the constitution” (which they see as an outmoded and flawed document) toward really big ultra-controlling government. In Rajjpuut’s wide experience, ultra-progressives tend to be Marxists, but do everything imaginable to hide it. Barack Obama is a Marxist and an ultra-Progressive as are virtually all the Czars and many of the members of his cabinet and inner circle. They are seeking to progress well beyond the Constitution and create their version of a Marxist Utopia for us. The most well-known American progressive presidents and presidential candidates were Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover, Franklin Roosevelt, Thomas Dewey, Lyndon Johnson, Hubert Humphrey, George McGovern, Jimmy Carter, Walter Mondale, Michael Dukakis, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Al Gore, John Mc Cain and Barack Obama. Certainly Theodore Roosevelt and George H.W. Bush would qualify as “semi-progressives.” The only true conservatives in the oval office in the last ninety years were Warren G. Harding, Calvin Coolidge, Dwight Eisenhower and Ronald Reagan. Semi-conservatives were Harry Truman and John Kennedy. You’ll note that Rajjpuut’s monthly Truman-Reagan-Kennedy award honors the memories of two semi-conservatives and the only true conservative of the last 50 years.

Remember the Democrats largely controlled both chambers of congress during the Reagan years so a lot of the laws they passed which Reagan didn't veto were compromises including tax-decrease measures Reagan wanted but spending progams that the Dems were after. Reagan unlike Harding, was never offered a chance to both cut spending and cut taxes so he only cut taxes . . . nevertheless, his legacy is enormous: the fall of monolithic communism; 21 million new jobs and worldwide respect for the country.

Rajjpuut continues with a close look at personal and state freedoms as discussed in the all-important 10th Amendment, sometimes known as the “Federalism Amendment.”

Barack Obama is the national nightmare that some supporters of the Articles of Confederation and other anti-constitutionalists back at the nation’s founding strenuously condemned. Seemingly ignoring all seventeen of the allotted powers (enforcing our borders; standing up to our nation’s traditional enemies; obeying the uniform laws of bankrupties; and keeping treaties with our friends are all powers which Barack Obama has not chosen to exercise according to the folks in Arizona; South Korea; certified creditors of GM in Indiana; and allies in Poland to name just a few instances), Obama has made himself a picnic in abusing the constitution by advancing powers NOT granted by the Constitution. Many thought that Franklin Delano Roosevelt grossly overstepped the bounds of federalism with the 40 new agencies his administrations created. Barack Obama created almost 390 new agencies just in one law: Obamacare.

The powers of the federal government are listed in Article I, Section 8. They are available for anyone to read and simple to understand. More importantly, these powers

A. follow a simple, predictable pattern and

B. Much discussion was also made of which powers the federal government definitely did not have and should not have.

In its obvious general outline of powers for the federal government which amount to the 17 specific powers allowed, the Constitution provides for a government which protects the nation’s borders and defends against foreign invasion by maintaining an efficient army and navy; deals with custom and tariff matters; conducts foreign relations including war and treaties; settles disputes among the states and facilitates trade and intercourse among the American people and states and with the peoples and states within sovereign foreign nations.

Before looking at the powers the founding fathers refused to grant to the federal government, it’s crucial to understand that in a federal system such as ours the efforts over the entire two hundred plus years of the nation’s existence to turn the states into “departments or extensions” within the federal government . . . that is, into mere “administrative units” of the national govermnet is the greatest single threat to our nation’s survival as the founders foresaw and planned for it. Recent “States Rights” discussions (that is, up until the contemporary furor in Arizona over that state’s immigration laws and the 21 State “rebellion” against Obamacare directiives for the states that would literally bankrupt every state both calling for a new appreciation of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution) arguments were as insipid as the notion that people wishing upon stars might somehow influence the cosmos to somehow influence our fates. Lyndon Johnson’s expansion of the “Welfare State” is the prime example of this insidious trend both in Welfare itself and in Medicaid especially . . . the states were turned into administrative arms of the federal government’s policies. Nixon’s policies of “federalistically” turning over large grants of federal monies to the states has undoubted great practical value, but only confuses the issue . . . why is that money in the federal hands in the first place?

Federalism, and specifically the 10th Amendment, is the single greatest system ever devised for the protection of individual and state liberties and for providing counter-balance to over-reaching by the federal entities. Powerful centralized government is the threat to our listed freedoms and to freedom of action. That is, because we don’t have LISTED LIBERTIES for the individual or the states . . . but they are free to do whatever is not listed as criminal . . . we have true liberty. Confusion about the limits of federal government must be cleared up and must be always aligned with the intents of the founding fathers if this blessed state of liberty is to prevail. All powers NOT listed in the Constitution are specifically reserved for the states and individual citizens.

And just how far has the nation strayed from this wise path? Virtually no one today understands the breadth of discussion, consideration and debate that ensued once it was popularly agreed that the Articles of Confederation were too weak. During the argument going on over possible adoption of the Constitution, the Constitution’s advocates also enumerated powers the federal government absolutely would not have. The Bill of Rights was, one answer to critics. The most Republican document in the world still stands us in good stead 223 years after its creation. But the biggest protection, the thing that satisfied virtually all the Constitution’s detractors was the addition to the Bill of Rights of the last of the original Amendments: the 10th Amendment. The federal government would NOT be granted the potential for unlimited power but severely limited in power and abuse potential and all powers NOT specifically enumerated for the federal government would be reserved to the individual states and to individual citizens.

In addition, moreover, the Constitution’s proponents publicly told the people some of the important subjects which fell within the states’ exclusive jurisdiction - and outside the federal government’s control in a variety of speeches, newspaper articles, letters, and pamphlets. Chief among these proponents were, of course Alexander Hamilton and James Madison. Other names of note include:

James Wilson (convention delegate and chief proponent in Pennsylvania), Edmund Pendleton (chancellor of Virginia and chairman of his state’s ratifying convention), James Iredell (North Carolina judge, pro-Constitution floor leader at his state’s ratifying convention and later U.S. Supreme Court Justice), Maryland Congressman Alexander Contee Hanson, Nathaniel Peaslee Sargeant (a Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court), Alexander White (Virginia lawyer, ratifier, and later U.S. Senator), prominent businessman Tench Coxel and John Marshall (ratifier and later U.S. Chief Justice).

Here are some of the powers they solemnly promised would be outside the federal sphere:

  • governance of religion
  • training the militia and appointing militia officers
  • control over local government
  • most crimes
  • state justice systems
  • family affairs
  • real property titles and conveyances
  • wills and inheritance
  • the promotion of useful arts in ways other than granting patents and copyrights
  • control of personal property outside of commerce
  • governance of the law of torts and contracts, except in suits between citizens of different states
  • education
  • services for the poor and unfortunate
  • licensing of taverns
  • roads other than post roads
  • ferries and bridges
  • regulation of fisheries, farms, and other business enterprises.

The vast majority of these areas have been encroached upon by the federal government already. For example, the national endowment for the arts and other such organization is not a federal matter; involvement in the welfare state is forbidden; as is educational involvement; interstate highways; income taxes; inheritance taxes; family affairs; the national guard as we know it; control of personal property; and a hundred other areas where the federal government has crossed the line drawn by the 10th Amendment.

Right now our National Debt is approaching $14 TRillion; more shockingly our national obligation for Government Spending Boondoggles and Government Interference Boondoggles (GSBs and GIBs such as Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid) has reached $109 TRillion . . . all this problem debt was created in areas where the Constitution forbid the federal government to tread. The lifeblood of the nation has been poisoned by this wanton and total ignorance and denial of the 10th Amendment. Most Americans not only don’t understand the provisions of the 10th Amendment, but because of the welfare state and the gross entitlement sentiment many citizens would also feel threatened by the loss of federal government involvement. The problems are exacerbated when its realized that these programs were all created as set asides and that congress never obeyed its own laws and set the money aside for these programs. Here, then lies the root cause of our present fiscal unaccountability and the potential for danger from the Obama administration’s headlong power grab . . . .
