Newt Gingrich – Man With A Dream for America

He came to the White House with a dream, a dream of a more prosperous American, a dream for those not quite so fortunate who were struggling to make ends meet, a dream to take over a house majority, the first time in 40 years. A man arrived at the White House with a Contract for America and that man was Newt Gingrich.

The Republicans sat around for years peacefully enjoying the bonuses and perks from taxpayers. They were totally disengaged refusing to perform their God given duties to maintain a Government of the people, by the people and for the people. They had formed an Elite Club and were most protective of the status quo. They really didn’t aspire to be a majority in the House – why ruffle any feathers when their cushy jobs gave them special perks, bonuses and lots of time to dwell on their social life.

In fact politics was the Republicans’ hobby and they weren’t inspired to make it a real job and become a public servant. But, Newt Gingrich came along and their lives were changed forever, although many resented Newt he was able to reach across the aisle and join hands with President Clinton. Clinton and Gingrich weren’t bosom buddies, absolutely not - but they both agreed that our Nation was stumbling and in need of major repairs.

Newt was aggressive, demanding and on a mission that the Republican establishment didn’t wish to participate in, now that they were a House majority after 40 years some of the younger studs decided they’ve remove this “super star” so they could re-establish their Elite Club and live happily ever after.
Newt definitely was one of Clinton’s best resources and when it came to foreign policy Newt was definitely an ally of the White House.

This was one time in our Nations’ history that that Republicans and Democrats reached across the aisle and our Nation became strong. The budget was balanced with a surplus of approximately a quarter of a trillion dollars. 2012 our Nation is Over 15 trillion in debt, it’s hard to envision a surplus, but it can be a dream come true in the next few years.

Newt Gingrich and President Bill Clinton accomplished more in a short time than any two men in our Nation’s history. Due to the bills passed unemployment went to 4%, millions of Americans were working again. The two corrected many of the core problems that our Country is facing now.
Together they addressed and implemented regulations on financial institutions, income equality working together on poverty – in short they brought a struggling Country back to a Nation with a robust economy, a balanced budget and both Republicans and Democrats concentrated on those who were in the poverty bracket.

But, as so often seen when one person jumps to stardom literally overnight, there were those who would rather “fight than switch.” So overnight a few renegades decided to bring the star back to reality; they felt they’d lost their identity and were determined to remove Gingrich as Speaker of the House.

So Congressman Tom Delay the exterminator and majority whip devised a scheme to remove Gingrich from office. Tom surrounded himself with Republicans that he thought he could trust to undertake this mission. Tom Delay along with majority leader Dick Armey, G.O.P. conference chairman John Boehner and leadership chairman Bill Paxon--not to mention 20 or more insurgents from the rank and file started to make their move only to find they hadn’t dotted their “I’s” or crossed their “T’s.” Gingrich actually was empowered by the failed coup, but he was already making plans to step down as Speaker of the House and make a run for President of the USA.

Newt Gingrich learned many hard lessons during this time, but the positive changes and progress made during this interim will remind all Americans that it is possible to balance a budget and create a surplus. It is possible to give those living in poverty a hand up not a hand out and it is possible to bring the unemployment rate to an awesome 4%.

It is possible America to put America back to work, just think we have a pipeline that would put thousands of Americans back to work. We have some of the greatest sources of energy in the whole World – we just need to tap into our God given resources. Although Republicans and Democrats have kicked our American Dream under the bus – we can still retrieve it and bring it back to America.

It is possible for Republicans and Democrats to reach across the aisle working together to restore our struggling Nation. President Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich are the proof of the pudding – nothing more needs to be said at this time except put Newt Gingrich in our White House as President of the United States of America in 2012.

BO says the Millionaires & Billionaires should pay their FAIR SHARE

Why does BO not tell "we the people" the facts and post the actual dollar amount of Taxes paid by the Millionaires & Billionaires. There is not enough room on this post for all the zeros; so you will have to do the math. Very easy to find the amounts with a search. "Who Pays the most US Taxes". Buffet says "he pays less taxes than his secretary." OK Mr. Buffet why don't you give your empoyees a much needed RAISE? #game over!

According to the Office of Tax Analysis, the U.S. individual income tax is "highly progressive," with a small group of higher-income taxpayers paying most of the individual income taxes each year.

In 2002 the latest year of available data, the top 5 percent of taxpayers paid more than one-half (53.8 percent) of all individual income taxes, but reported roughly one-third (30.6 percent) of income.

I Would Rather Be Waterboarded Than Sit Through Another Obama Speech

One of the most challenging duties I have as an American citizen is to sit through a Barak Obama speech. But do my duty, I will, and I did so last Thursday evening. Sort of. First of all, the conventional wisdom that Obama is eloquent is false. He is not eloquent, he is not a master of communication, he is not as intelligent as we are told to believe. But he is clever, and he has a snake-pit of clever advisors behind him. Obama’s September 8 speech is simply a political set up for him to run against a “do-nothing” Congress in 2012. Clever, yes. More clever than the American people? No.

The content of Thursday’s speech was a rehash of former “stimulus” speeches. His “American Jobs Bill” is just another infusion of tax-payer dollars into the ether of his command economy. If he has his way another $400 billion will waft into the netherworld of socialist failure, just like the previous $3.27 trillion from previous stimulus packages. There is nothing in his AJB that would create a single lasting job. It is an attempt to pander to large swaths of his supporters, like teachers unions, government sector unions, the Teamsters and the AFL-CIO, who would all benefit directly or indirectly from his plan.

Obama pandered to small businesses as well with talk about a “payroll tax cut.” But it is corporate taxes, capital gains taxes, and personal income taxes on the small business owners who make over $200 K per year and declare their business income on their personal returns, that are killing jobs. Obama did not address those, but instead promised again to raise taxes on “those Americans who can afford to pay more.” In his mind that includes all of those small businesses and their owners who we know are not “millionaires and billionaires” but are ordinary Americans, struggling, cutting corners, pinching pennies, and fighting the federal government at every turn just to save the jobs they have created for their employees. As usual, Obama’s plan will kill more private sector jobs in exchange for a small rebate to households that will go to pay down debt and will have no lasting impact on the economy. He will fortify the unions, they will grow in power, and in the end, the government will be bigger, and the individual much smaller. Corporations will continue to outsource to other countries because the costs of production are impossibly large. And small businesses will continue to shutter their doors as the specter of Obamacare looms ever closer.

One of the most ironic aspects of Obama’s duplicity is his avoidance of the most obvious and immediate answers to our failing economy. As a resident of Western Colorado I know that in my region of this vast country, there lies underground enough natural gas and oil resources to fuel our nation and our economy for decades, if not centuries. Obama’s pet agencies like the EPA and DOE have essentially corked the potential for energy exploration and development in the West. If he were to ease the regulations, tell Interior Secretary Ken Salazar to take a long vacation to Fiji, and simply open the door for Americans to take advantage of the vast energy resources underneath our feet, the economy would receive the defibrillation it needs to get pumping again. Thousands of private sector jobs would be created, and dependence on foreign energy would be dramatically decreased.

The American people will not fall for the “run against a do-nothing congress” ploy. The president can’t stay disengaged and ineffective for another 15 months. The economy cannot bear the strain of further taxation, regulation, and statist manipulations of the free market. If Obama was sincere he would do the following.

Open energy-rich regions of the United States to exploration and development
Slash corporate and capital gains taxes and close loop holes for his crony corporate buddies like GE
Cut taxes on the upper 8% of income earners, most of whom are small business owners
Ask congress to immediately repeal Obamacare
Offer American corporations who are outsourcing or have moved overseas tax incentives to stay in country
Decrease the collective bargaining power of public sector unions at the federal level
Revisit the budget deal and adopt the Paul Ryan plan to address entitlement reform

But we know Obama is not serious about saving our economy or our standing of economic and military superiority. He will continue to point the finger of blame, play the race card, and toy with the free markets of the greatest country the world has ever known, until he begins the longest vacation of his life in 2013.

Colorado HB 11-1290 opens fees for installment loan

In accordance with Rep. Liston, R-Colorado Springs, the recently passed Colorado payday lending bill - HB 10-1351, in which the standard two-month payment period for pay day loans was replaced by a six-month short term installment loans term - was toxic to the state's small consumer loans industry, costing as many as 450 jobs. To help preserve the payday lending business in Colorado and keep jobs in the state, counter-legislation (HB 11-1290) has been proposed, which would require customers to pay the full origination fee for installment loans up front. Friday, Colorado House Bill 11-1290 was introduced. The Colorado Statesman explained that it might be debated soon. The installment loans origination fee of $20 per $100 loaned for the first $300 and $15 per $100 loaned for the next $200 up to a maximum of $500 loaned nets loan companies up to $75. A finance charge of 45 percent is allowed also in accordance with Colorado law. Another $7.50 maintenance fee per $100 lent per month is also allowed.

As two-week pay day loans can no longer be offered in Colorado, loan providers argue that being able to charge a full origination fee as HB 11-1290 stipulates is necessary for survival.

HB 10-1351 and HB 11-1290 sponsors argue

The legislation has 10 co-sponsors in the House, including Rep. Sue Schafer, D-Wheat Ridge, who voted “no” on HB 10-1351, also as Rep. Ed Casso, D-Commerce City, who favored HB 10-1351. U.S. Senate sponsors consist of other anti-HB-1351 legislators for instance Sen. Mary Hodge, D-Brighton, and Sen. Lois Tochtrop, D-Adams County.

Technical correction or incentive to re-borrow?

Supporters of Colorado House Bill 11-1290 maintain the origination fee change is merely a technical correction to the provisions of last year's HB 10-1351. Bell Policy Center’s Rich Jones doesn't agree. He says:

“It's an incentive for the lenders to get customers to pay off their loans early and then take out more loans,” Jones told the Statesman Friday.

Time to Institute His Economic Bill of Rights

Just as Hall of Fame Denver quarterback John Elway became famous for a 98-yard drive through a snowstorm in the waning moments of a playoff game that won the game for his Broncos and came to be known as “The Drive,” so too in late 1964, Ronald Reagan gave a speech supporting Barry Goldwater’s presidential Bid. Goldwater’s famous book was called “The Conscience of a Conservative,” Reagan’s famous speech came to be known simply as “The Speech.”

During “The Speech” Reagan told the story of a Cuban refugee who had escaped Fidel Castro and that island’s communist tyranny. The refugee later became an American businessman and much later met two of Reagan's friends. Reagan described it this way in “The Speech” and considered even more powerful than Goldwater’s entire book.

“In the midst of his story my one friend turned to the other and said `we don't know how lucky we are' and the Cuban stopped and said `how lucky you are? . . . I had some place to escape to,' and in that sentence he told us the entire story,” Reagan continued, “If we lose freedom here there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth. And this idea that government is beholden to the people that it has no source of power except the sovereign people is still the newest and most unique idea in all the long history of man's relationship to man.”

Six months ago Bill Wilson, President of Americans for Limited Government, said,

“As the federal government continues to expand beyond its constitutional boundaries here in the early part of the 21st century, Reagan's timeless warning against the grand designs of centralized planners deserves renewed attention. In his speech, the future president also suggested that a forceful response was needed to reclaim the principles of the founding period otherwise ‘history will record with the greatest astonishment that those who had the most to lose did the least to prevent its happening.’”

The TEA (Taxed Enough Already; or Taken Enough Abuse) Party movement coming one generation after Reagan’s first presidential election victory honors Reagan’s legacy and the legacy of our Founding Fathers. It’s no coincidence that TEA Party activism rose up shortly after our newest President passed his $787 BIllion stimulus program. Barack Obama’s progressivism (Marxism, actually) and the entire Obama agenda, seemingly all designed to rush the country down the path toward the abyss while spitting on the Constitution and all the principles that made this country great. The same principles that Reagan harkened to every day are the principles Barack Obama denigrates into oblivion.

In response to Obama’s nauseating socialism, Reagan nostalgia and Glenn Beck’s eye-opening revelations have created a whole new generation of Americans that Wilson said in the blog quoted above

“. . . are willing to take up Reagan's challenge and restore constitutional checks on federal power. The current administration's on-going efforts to “Europeanize” the American economy with new entitlement programs and coercive mandates has helped to focus public attention back onto the ideals of the founding period. Best seller lists are replete with references to the key figures responsible for the American Revolution.

“. . . on July 4, 1987, President Reagan delivered a radio address that discussed a series of proposed constitutional amendments aimed against deficit spending that would be folded into an “Economic Bill of Rights.” Reagan had discussed his plan at great length the day before during a ceremony held at the Jefferson Memorial. Although his comments were overlooked in the news media at that time, they are remarkably detailed and highly relevant to the fiscal challenges of 2010.

“It's about time we constitutionally mandate the Federal Government to do what every American family must do, and that is balance its budget,” Reagan said in his address. “That doesn't mean taking more out of your pocket by raising taxes. In fact, our Economic Bill of Rights suggests a balanced budget amendment should contain a provision requiring more than a mere majority vote in Congress -- which is all it takes now -- to raise your taxes.”

Voters, whether Republican, Independents, Democrats or Libertarians like Rajjpuut showed up en masse on Election Day, 2010, to express their outrage with tax and spend politicians . . . especially those with the gall to refuse to read and understand the expensive bills and entitlements they were passing. America's Economic Bill of Rights

July 3, 1987

Preamble

The Founding Fathers of our country knew that without economic freedom there can be no political freedom. Their rallying cry of "No taxation without representation" reflects that fundamental precept. They knew that the right to earn your own keep and keep what you earn is central to America's understanding of what it means to be free. This country was built by people seeking to support themselves and their families by their own labor, people who treasured the right to work and dispose of their earnings as they saw fit, people who were willing to take economic risks.

Over the past 40 (now 64) years, however, the growth of government has left our citizens with less control over their economic lives. What America needs now is an Economic Bill of Rights that guarantees four fundamental freedoms:

• The freedom to work.

• The freedom to enjoy the fruits of one's labor.

• The freedom to own and control one's property.

• The freedom to participate in a free market.

To secure these freedoms, I propose the following initiatives:

The Freedom to Work: You have the right to pursue your livelihood in your own way, free from excessive government regulation and subsidized government competition.

1. To reduce subsidized government competition with private citizens, I will establish a bipartisan Presidential Commission on Privatization to identify government programs and activities that can be accomplished more effectively in the private sector. I will also instruct the executive branch to find additional ways for contracting outside the government to perform those tasks that belong in the private sector. As to those activities that should properly remain in the government, I have asked the President's Council on Management Improvement to accelerate its productivity improvement program by one year and to adopt private sector practices where they would promote efficiency.

2. To reduce the burden of government regulation, I have reconstituted the Task Force on Regulatory Relief, chaired by the Vice President, to root out unnecessary restrictions on the individual's pursuit of a livelihood.

The Freedom to Enjoy the Fruits of Your Labor: You have the right to keep what you earn, free from excessive government taxing, spending, and borrowing.

3. To protect you from over-borrowing by the government, I will ask the Congress to adopt a balanced budget amendment, a line item veto, and legislative changes that will restore integrity to the congressional budget process.

4. To protect you from over-taxing by the Government, I will propose as part of the balanced budget amendment submitted to Congress, a requirement for a supermajority vote by Congress before your taxes can be raised. This reform will help make permanent our recent progress in lowering your tax rates, broadening the tax base to ensure fairness, and indexing rates so that inflation cannot push taxes back up.

5. To protect you from excess spending by the Federal Government, I will propose Truth in Federal Spending

Legislation that will:

A. Require that every new program established by legislation increasing Federal spending be deficit-neutral by including equal amounts of offsets.

B. Require that every piece of legislation mandating an increase in private sector costs or imposing new regulations include a financial impact statement detailing:

—The impact on private costs;

—The impact on prices for the consumer;

—The effect on employment;

—The impact on the ability of U.S. industries to compete internationally.

C. Require that every piece of legislation forcing increased expenditures by State and local governments include an assessment of the spending impact, the likely source of funding, and the ability of these governments to fulfill the mandates of the legislation.

The Freedom to Own and Control Your Property: You have the right to keep and use your property, free from government control through coercive or confiscatory regulation.

6. To protect your right to own and use your property, my administration will pursue our successful efforts in the courts to restore your constitutional rights when the government at any level attempts to take your property through regulation or other means.

7. To protect intellectual property and to encourage creativity, I will urge that the Congress act on my proposals to provide adequate domestic and international protection to Americans who create new ideas and invent new goods and services.

Freedom to Participate in a Free Market: You have the right to contract freely for goods and services and to achieve your full potential without government limits on opportunity, economic independence, and growth.

8. To reform the present welfare system that promotes dependency and destroys families and communities, I have proposed a welfare reform initiative that will lift the least fortunate among us up from dependency by creating incentives for recipients to become independent of welfare as full participants in the American economy.

9. To prepare our youth for participation in today's economy, I will ask the Congress and the States to enact proposals that will protect the rights of parents to guide their children and select from a broad array of educational options that emphasize excellence, character, and values. I will also promote programs to assist problem students to complete their education and to encourage dropouts to return to school.

10. To arm American workers and businessmen for full participation in an increasingly complex world economy, I will press for the Congress to act on my trade, employment, and productivity proposals to:

—Increase job retraining and other initiatives which improve opportunity for the American worker.

—Encourage science and technology by increasing support for basic research and development.

—Enact antitrust, product liability, foreign corrupt practices, and other regulatory reforms that place American

enterprise on a level playing field with foreign competitors.

—Improve America's ability to secure free and fair trade without resorting to protectionist measures that destroy jobs and

harm the consumer.

Makes a lot of sense doesn’t it? Truth in spending by the Obama administration alone would be a wonderful thing but all of our presidents and far more importantly all of our congresses have been guilty of excess taxation and super-excess spending. This is where our present $14.1 TRillion National Debt and current $112 TRillion in Unfunded liabilities (not including welfare programs but only Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid) come from . . . Truth in Spending; and requiring a “¾ super-majority” before any tax can be made law; or any present tax can be raised seems like simple, solid common sense. Rajjpuut would also insist that any tax can be cancelled and any old tax decreased by a simple majority. Reagan’s words bear repeating:

“We the people deserve to know that our jobs, paychecks, homes, and pensions are safe from the taxers and regulators of big government. Jefferson warned us of this threat 200 years ago,” he said. “Our Economic Bill of Rights is designed to protect the economic freedom of all Americans and to keep our country growing and prospering.” AMEN!

The United States as a whole unfortunately missed out on the strange evolution of the radical global warming alarmist that Europe enjoyed over the last 363 days. Here’s what Europe went through that about 85% of Americans are completely in the dark about . . . .

One year ago, Europe and the United States were pretty much in the same place as far as “Global Warming” was concerned. About 60% of people were concerned and very open to further study; a large vocal minority was parading about chanting about the “end of the world as we know it” and a far larger minority was proclaiming the whole thing a hoax, for example:

includes signatures from some 31,000+ American scientists (9,000+ among them holding Ph.D.s) saying that “if there is a consensus among American scientists, it is in opposition to the hypothesis of human-caused global warming rather than in favor of it.” Europe being more socialistic than America was decidedly more in the Global Warming camp. Spain, for example, had ruined Europe’s biggest job-producing economy (1997) by instituting a green-jobs subsidizing movement. Today Spain’s unemployment is the second highest in Europe, roughly 21%. Like the United States, the environmentalists and the left side of the political spectrum in Europe were pushing hard for “Cap and Trade” laws. Then came Climategate . . . .

It started with some e-mails hacked into at the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at East Anglia University in England. Soon there was a counter measure to take the e-mails offline and then an even larger set of CRU e-mails was permanently placed online via a Russian website. CRU was the premier global warming study site on the planet and both of the Nobel Co-Peace Prize Winners (Al Gore and the United Nations International Panel of Climate Change or UNIPCC) had relied primarily on the data from CRU and from a research center in Pennsylvania, USA, for concocting the graphs and hockey-stick projections so crucial for Global Warming alarmists’ use in presenting their case. Well before the middle of November, 2009, all of Europe knew about the e-mail leaks and about the apparent fraudulent science that was being exposed. About eight days later on November 19, 2009 after a very detailed study of the evidence, the ultra-liberal London Times released this:

The Times on that date saw global warming was a hoax perpetrated by some top scientists to gain grant money; trade magazine access and political power; and by some politicians as a method of expanding their name-recognition and personal power. Instead, it seemed as if the CRU folks and other GW study groups had put double emphasis on the “Little Ice Age” that wiped out the Vikings in Greenland for good. As we’ve said, Europe knew all about this, but what about the United States?

When Climategate happened, only one major media outlet covered the story, Time magazine. It hit the web and in five hours was the #1 story on the web . . . and then it mysteriously disappeared. Rajjpuut suspects (he has only one source telling him so and has not been able to find another to verify it) that Time editor Joe Klein, a notorious left-leaning censor, had the story pulled and completely wiped off the Time archives . . . it no longer existed as news except among GW Deniers websites and from bloggers like Rajjpuut. So with two different continents getting two different versions of the GW news, what happened in Europe, where all the people were informed about Climategate by the mass media that did NOT happen here in America?

The European left was none too happy with the overnight revelation. Cap and Trade as a viable idea all but disappeared from political discussion. And a huge and angry backlash from some European environmentalists and some leftist politician raged for about two months . . . it was found mostly in the letters to editors and on left-leaning websites . . . some in the mainstream media there labeled these angry folks, “Mean Greenies” and the name was appropriate; the same name that eco-terrorists and vengeful groups like PETA (who splashed paint upon celebrities wearing furs) got in this country.

But as some of those most tied in with cap and trade kept harping away, some people noticed exactly what the agenda of these mostly ultra-socialistic and even communistic groups actually was . . . and started calling them “watermelons.” Like the terms “Uncle Tom” and “Oreo” used by Blacks, being a watermelon is being someone not worthy of respect. Specifically, where among minorities an “Oreo” is a person “Black on the outside” and supposedly “White on the inside,” as you can imagine a “watermelon” refers to folks pushing their environmentalism so hard that they still insist that Global Warming is a proven fact and therefore Cap and Trade laws are needed to save the planet. Watermelons are “green on the outside but pink to deep red on the inside,” that is, they are communist-leaning or communist to the core.

Why “green outside and red inside?” Because the nature of Cap and Trade laws is that a government basically must virtually control every single part of a nation’s economy or Cap and Trade laws can’t be meaningfully enforced so in the wake of Climategate, people inclined toward totalitarian states like ultra-socialists and communists (or old fashioned Fascists) are the only ones still enthusiastic about Cap and Trade because they have a vested interest in government controlling the means of production.

All things considered then, President Obama, one of the founders of the CCX (Chicago Climate eXchange which hoped to earn its members TRillions of dollars if Cap and Trade was passed in the United States) is definitely “a watermelon” . . . which should excite someone out there in left-leftland to call Ol’ Rajjpuut a “racist” within the next 7.67 seconds . . . but we’ve got bigger fish to fry:

Since Obama’s Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Deputy Attorney General Julie Fernandez dropped a well-documented voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers already for all intents and purposes won by the Bush administration; and since Ms. Fernandez has told a roomful of DOJ employees they won’t be prosecuting cases in which Black perpetrators commit racial crimes against Whites, who are the real victims?

Nazis? How come no one mentions that Nazi means “National SOCIALIST Workers’ Party” member and that Nazis said their economic plan was neither Capitalist, nor Communist but another way of controlling the economy . . . doesn’t all that mean that Nazis are a left-wing group? That word “workers” and the Nazis attacks upon capitalism all along, doesn’t that mean anything? Since these slanders are routinely tossed about against good people and no proof is ever offered, who are the real victims?

Fascists? Hmmm, forgive our actually looking at history, but Mussolini and the Italian movement that came to be known as fascism, didn’t that start out as workers seizing control of the corporations? Anti-woman? Since the feminist movement hijacked the up till then beautiful women’s rights movement, think of all the great things that have happened (Great things like: Hasn’t the American family suffered? Haven’t many more children been raised in poverty? Hasn’t the number of children born out of wedlock multiplied? Hasn’t the incidence of female alcoholism and drug addiction risen dramatically? Hasn’t the incidence of women getting jobs as Women’s Studies professor’s multiplied?) And since stay-at-home moms are treated by feminists as untouchables, who are the real victims?

Ditch drivers? The left has claimed that our present financial crisis was created by 1) the Bush Administration 2) conservatives 3) lack of government regulations on the economy 4) the free market, etc. who all banded together to drive the car (the economy) into the ditch (deep recession). Progressives forced major changes in mortgage laws five times between 1977 and 1998. Once the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 (CRA ’77) was passed, they also created ACORN in Arkansas immediately to willfully abuse these laws. In 1975, only 0.24% of all home loans in the country were made with 3% down payment or less. Low down payment mortgages were reserved for exceptionally well-qualified veterans only. By 1995, 14% of all home loans were completed with less than 3% down payment.

That shifty wing of the Democratic Party, ACORN, was shaking down lenders and forcing loans for people without ID; people without jobs; people without even rental histories; people with horrendous credit ratings; people whose only income was food stamps; any person on welfare; even illegal aliens. And who was the best ACORN lawyer at shaking down these lenders who really didn’t want to make loans to people who never had a prayer of repaying their mortgages? Barack Obama!

Somewhere after Bill Clinton’s third expansion of CRA ’77 (two in ’95) put the whole system on steroids in 1998, (Barack Obama was gone by now) ACORN discovered it was almost as easy under the ’98 law to get an impoverished person into a $400,000 home as it had been earlier to put him into a $120,000 one. By 2005, 34% of all home loans were completed with less than 3% down payment. That’s called a “sub-prime lending crisis.”

Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner gave George W. Bush a thumbs up about two weeks ago saying that Bush’s efforts to pass a law in July, 2007 kept the country from going really deep into recession and kept home prices from plummeting ever lower. Unmentioned is that Bush sought to pass a tougher law in January, 2005, 30 months earlier but that progressive votes derailed that effort. The 2007 law that Geithner praised was way too little, way too late . . . but it was a life-saver, nevertheless. So the truth about that ditch is . . . .

Using the same Cloward-Piven** strategy that DELIBERATELY created the bankruptcy of New York City earlier between 1967 and 1975 by overloading the welfare rolls . . . beginning especially after 1992, ACORN, OBAMA, First ACORN PRESIDENT Bill Clinton, and oodles of progressives (98% of them Democrats) DELIBERATELY were pushing the car toward a 500-foot cliff. George W. Bush jumped in and grabbed the steering wheel and hit the brakes. Bush was able to create a controlled-skid and guide the car to rest in a friendly-looking ditch!

** Richard Cloward and Frances Piven published their strategy of orchestrated crisis in 1966 based upon Saul Alinsky’s 1945 book Reveille for Radicals. Obama, only five at the time, would later teach college courses in Alinksy’s later book, Rules for Radicals over several semesters. Bill and Hillary Clinton were also big Alinsky fans. Before marriage, Hillary wrote her honors thesis on Alinsky’s “method” based upon his “guidebook for community organizers” which became Rules for Radicals shortly afterward in 1971.

Cloward and Piven and community organizer George Wiley created the National Welfare Rights Organization in 1967 in hopes of “overloading the system” and forcing the Congress to pass a “Guaranteed National Income” which they believed would abolish poverty for once and forever. After New York City was bankrupted in 1975 (requiring federal government bailout) and New York State came within inches of bankruptcy also . . . the threesome bragged publicly and in print about the great thing they’d accomplished (hardly mentioning that GNI never was even considered. Cloward and Piven told their followers that voter registration and housing were the next areas for emphasis.

Wiley sent his lieutenant Wade Rathke to Arkansas (the “A” in ACORN first stood for “Arkansas” only later for “Association”) in ’77 to help out an up and coming politician (lieutenant-governor by age 30) Bill Clinton and to establish community organizations to work on voter registration and housing. Rathke would later found SEIU. With ACORN’s help Clinton served as Arkansas governor for 12 of the 14 years between 1978 and 1992 until he became president. One of his first laws was the Motor Voter Act in 1993 and in the official photo you can see Richard Cloward and Frances Piven standing behind directly behind him as he signs the bill into law. Clinton was responsible for three of the four expansions of the original CRA ’77 mortgage-guarantee law. However, to be fair . . . the biggest mistake may have been George H. W. Bush’s . . . .

Successful in 44 out of his 45 vetoes, in 1992 G.H.W. Bush allowed a major and complicated bill to pass by not vetoing it. One of the tinier sections of the bill expanded CRA ’77 for the first time so that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the two federally-owned mortgage giants) had to comply with the CRA ’77 laws and made CRA ’77 “watertight.” This sort of thing is one reason that Rajjpuut favors the TEA Party Contract from America provision that says that all proposed bills need to quote the U.S. Constitution to show what provision of the Constitution allows the new law. One proviso, remember the July, 2007, law that Bush the younger passed which Geithner praised, that law was a stop-gap after the Democrats stopped the much stronger and better law Bush proposed in January, 2005. That means an awful lot of evil is still on the books in all the five mortgage-guarantee laws that were not rescinded. They’re still on the books and still waiting to destroy the country.

Well over a year ago the long-suspected fact that Bill^^ Ayers, the Weather Underground bomb planter, edited; and also wrote great portions of Obama’s first autobiography, “Dreams from My Father,” was made official in a book by Christopher Anderson, “Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage.” It was also revealed at that time that Bill Ayers was angry with Obama for not forwarding his share of the royalties and not acknowledging his efforts; and ultra-angry with the mainstream media (MSM) for not giving him coverage for his “well-deserved” anger.

The same Obama-praising and Obama-protecting media which has long refused to cover stories harmful to the president or his administration has, a year later, still not covered the tiff between Ayers and Obama; not reported on Ayers’ authorship of the book; barely covered the existence of the book at all; and certainly not vetted the book which strongly hints at Barak (no ‘c’) Hussein Obama, Sr.’s (his father’s) vehement communism and how it got him thrown out of Kenya’s socialistic government as a radical. Naturally they MSM has not hinted that in the matter of “Dreams from My Father,” the Dreams from our president’s father clearly included 100% taxation, confiscation of foreign businesses by Kenya, confiscation of private property, redistribution of wealth from Kenya’s White and Asian populace to their Blacks, frced governmental control of key businesses, etc., etc., ad nauseum . . . .

Anderson confirmed the fact that Ayers gave Obama “considerable help” in writing; and actually edited “Dreams from My Father.” “Michelle asked Ayers, a family friend, to help Barack with the book after first telling Barack he needed to get Ayers’ help,” according to Anderson’s best-seller. The close relationship between Ayers and Barack came up in several places in the book which also revealed a few times when Barack’s ambition seemed on the verge of destroying the marriage; how Michelle decided it must be Sotomayor nominated for the Supreme Court; Michelle’s extreme jealousy related to a female campaign worker; and that with deadline looming, Ayers received a bit of “finished writing” a huge compilation of notes and tape recorded material and taped interviews of African relatives, and several sections of partial manuscript . . . in short a mess . . . which he than rather expertly turned into the President’s first autobiography.

Anderson, who’s written books on the Bush Family, the Kennedy’s and other polical notables said that Obama took his wife’s advice and got Ayers’ help “. . . they were friends and had worked on various projects together, it was no secret.”

Ayers, who helped in the first effort at bombing a statue in Chicago (for the purpose of “inflicting police casulties”) has, after a long initial silence on the matter told several media people, “Yes, I wrote “Dreams from My Father, I ghostwrote the the whole thing. I met with (Obama) three or four times and then I wrote the entire book. And now I would like the royalties.” That complaint is still heard from Ayers today and still ignored by the MSM.

Anderson in his book said, “in the end Ayers’ contribution . . . would be significant . . . so much that the book’s language, oddly specific references, literary devices and themes would bear a jarring similarity to Ayers’ own writing.” Certainly the subtle but never absent connection to Barak Obama, Sr.’s love of communism which cost him his cushy job in the Kenyan bureaucracy “because he could not keep his mouth shut” according to Barak, Jr.’s half sister . . . is a constant Ayers’ theme.

While his own communistic leanings continue today, Ayers’ who co-authored the book “Prairie Fire” in 1973 (dedicated to over 200 persons from the great Harriet Tubman; convicted Robert Kennedy assassin Sirhan Sirhan; “and all political prisoners in the United States”) with several other members of the Weather Underground and wrote and published “Fugitive Days: a Memoir,” has a distinctive style that is little changed over the three decades since his first book. However, the two books strike completely different tones: the first book defiant; the latter one more thoughtful and even apologetic when describing his days with the “Greenwich Village Bomb-makers.”

Columnist Cashill on the American Thinker website complained about the liberal mainstream media’s desire to shield Barak Obama from all suggestion of problem activities and acquaintanceships. Americans, for example, got a five-minute story on the disgrace and resignation of Obama's "Green Jobs Czar" communist Van Jones where something similar in the Bush Administration would have surely garnered two or even three weeks worth of coverage. Cashill said, "There is no more stunning example of this than the reporting on Christopher Andersen's new best seller. Every major news outlet in the English-speaking world felt compelled to review the book," Cashill wrote, "Yet not a single reviewer, as far as I could tell, dared mention the book's most newsworthy revelation, namely that Bill Ayers substantially aided Barack Obama in the writing of his 1995 memoir, 'Dreams From My Father.'"

Only one oblique media reference mentioned Ayers’ part in creating the book, noting that a conservative blog connected Ayers to Obama’s first book and their Hyde Park (Chicago) friendship contained video of Ayers’ admission, but that “Ayers was joking, of course” without explaining how they had established Ayers’ frame of mind and lack of sincerity. As far as the “conservative blog” in question by Anne Leary in the Backyard Conservative website describing her interview with Ayers the blog was mentioned and discredited (and that was that) without any evidence for doing so by all the liberal media.

So, Weatherman Underground bomber Bill Ayers wrote Barak Obama’s first book and is angry that he’s not received his royalties; and with the liberal MSM who won’t give him coverage to express his ire . . . it’s enough to make any radical furious.

Every time, it seems, Obama has sought to distance himself from someone like Jeremiah Wright, Van Jones, and Bill Ayers (on several occasions) and other unsavory types the media has obligingly dropped the matter immediately . . . apparently only patriotic conservatives need to be “followed up on” by the newshounds and extreme leftist presidents are presumed innocent forever. So much for the integrity of the American MSM and the once great "fourth estate."

“Slimy” may be the only way to put it. Who would have thought a year ago that you’d be hearing “disgraced” Illinois ex-Governor Rob Blagojevich saying, “When I’m governor again . . .” and “. . . Sam, when I’m vindicated, I’ll be back in politics again, I’ll be riding high . . . one honest person against a corrupt system . . .” Whoah! Are Rajjpuut’s ears deceiving him? Blago’s corruption trial starts next week. But Ol' Rajjpuut has a hunch that Barack Obama may soon find himself relieved to be discussing the Gulf Oil Leak rather than . . . other things like a disturbing pattern of illegal interferences and virtual bribes in the election process, you'll remember you heard that comment here first, won't you?

Pennsylvania Representative, Joe Sestak, you’ll remember, openly said he received an offer of a job-bribe to drop out of the senate primary race against a long-term senate veteran and sort-of Democratic incumbent Arlen Specter (a turncoat from the Republican Party) but refused the offer. Sestak was angry at the time, you’ll remember, but calm now. What started out as a carefully orchestrated press release by the White House dropped on the wires late in the afternoon of a Friday, before a major holiday now may well hold in it the seed of a major scandal right in the heart of the Obama administration. It appears to all be part of a network of Democratic corruption that sends chills up the spine.

Blagojevich, you’ll remember, sought to subpoena Barack Obama for his corruption trial. Blagojevich, you’ll remember, sought to have permission to use 100% of the phone taping by the FBI in his defense and implying that White House conversations are part of the package.

Obama, you’ll remember, was very clever about getting his 60^th senate

seat back in the early days of his administration, by seeking to appoint two Republicans to jobs in his administration (he was only successful getting one to take him up on it). Rahm Emanuel, you’ll remember, is Obama’s hatchet man, notorious for assaulting congressmen in the shower while swearing like a marine gunnery sargeant. Emanuel was also associated with Bill Clinton's administration, you'll remember.

The White House and Harry Reid, you’ll also remember, were infamous for bribettes associated with votes on Obamacare to various senators such as Ben Nelson’s “Corn Husker Kickback,” the mysterious case of Medicare Advantage beneficiaries in Pennsylvania, Florida and New York all winning protection for beneficiaries for a program that is being cut elsewhere nationwide, Bernie Sanders’ $10 Billion “Sweetheart Funding” for health care centers, Ben Nelson and Carl Levin’s “Non-profit Insurance Exemption” for Nebraska and Michigan, Bernie Sanders’ and Patrick Leahy’s “Special Medicaid Fundings,” and Mary Landrieu’s unconsionable “Louisiana Purchase.”

In the so-called Sestak scandal, the Obama administration, you’ll remember, talked about PLURAL “discussions” (notice so far we have only one discussion REVEALED with Bill Clinton playing a role -- which now seem to be felony discussions akin to bribes) with ex-president Bill Clinton in one of these discussions conveying a message from Rahm Emanuel trying to get Pennsylvania Representative (and ex-admiral) Joe Sestak to drop out of the senate race against Arlen Specter -- a clear felony. Howsomever, the hits keep coming, it appears that here in Colorado where Rajjpuut lives, one Jim Messina, Obama’s deputy chief of staff under, who else, Rahm Emanuel initiated conversation with Andrew Romanoff (even before the Sestak attempt) offering him a bribe-job in the administration according to the Denver Post which referenced several high-ranking Colorado Democrats who asked for “anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter.” Romanoff, like Sestak refused the request to drop-out of his senate primary race against (like Sestak) a Democratic incumbent. Unlike Sestak, Romanoff is refusing to discuss the matter with the press. The key ingredient in a whole lot of this including Blagojevich’s involvement? The U.S. senate where Barack Obama has been mighty concerned about getting or keeping or regaining his 60-vote filisbuster-proof senate majority.

Blagojevich, you’ll remember, was accused of trying to sell Barack Obama’s vacated seat . . . Blagojevich, you’ll remember, has intimated that he was pressured to give the seat to someone he didn’t want to, by the Obama administration. Blagojevich, you’ll remember has felt himself stonewalled out by the administration when seeking information and testimony from Obama and the White House, he says will help clear him. Blagojevich was even turned down by the U.S. Supreme Court this week when the White House let Justice Stevens know that they're opposed to allowing Blagojevich a delay for further evidence gathering. All this is quite problematical for Sestak and Romanoff. They’ve both run as anti-Washington type-fellows well above the cheap fray and all corruption possibilities. And now in both cases . . . Sestak with his “there was nothing wrong” comment and Romanoff by stonewalling . . . in both cases they appear to be showing themselves as “good team players.” Romanoff’s case is particularly curious as he not only refuses to answer questions about the offer, but he even refuses to refuse to answer. His aides are delegated to saying for him, “Andy doesn’t want to comment on that” ten times a day. Obama’s hardball down and dirty Chicago-Style operation is also in direct opposition to the squeaky clean transparency he promised – wow, imagine that: Obama told a lie? Don’t bet the questions will stop any time soon, you’ll lose your money.

What Liberals Need to Understand about Exactly

What Progressives are Threatening to Take From All of Us

On the national scene are three classes of people proving themselves most important right now within the wide-ranging debate tearing our government and our nation apart and the “scorekeeping within this public debate as resolved at the ballot boxes. These three major classes are the Constitutionalist or Conservative; the Liberal; and the Progressive. The formerly important “Moderate” has all but disappeared. At present it appears the Conservative force is attracting a huge national following in fiscal-matters owing to the nation’s runaway spending, deficits, and national debt and the growing opposition to Progressive programs to expand government. The Progressives seemingly (having the votes in the House and Senate) are calling all or virtually all the shots in law-making and spending. The important law-making they control includes burdensome taxes; expAnsive new expEnsive programs that impinge upon individual freedom and the free markets and place the government into the dominant realm of our nation’s activities rather than in its naturally-expected realm of being subservient to the people’s wishes. The feeling of the Conservative element is that the Progressives are running roughshod over the country and the Constitution. Where formerly there was a Moderate element, now tinges of Moderation are found in the tiny proportion of liberals who vote bi-partisan opposition to the President’s sweeping programs but no real moderation is found, mainly polarity. The Democratic Party under the gross and ill-advised Progressive leadership of Pelosi, Reid and Obama and their loyal followers has unquestionably moved the nation into deep socialist waters. The underpinnings of this socialism is a powerful forcible re-distribution of wealth: that is, THEFT.

A. The most basic principle of our American government is freedom. The American experience, the American constitution and the spirit of America are tied to freedom. That means the citizen is in charge of the government and not the other way around. Liberals tend to see the citizen as the always available FUNDING Source for the federal legislators. Progressives see the citizen as an obstruction, a bump in the road to their efforts to create (their version of) a perfect world. There are only 17 specific powers allotted to the federal government by the government and there are ten amendments (the Bill of Rights) limiting the power of the federal government over both the states and the individuals. All too often lost in the nonsensical arguments raised by Progressives (those who see the Constitution as “flawed” and who say we “MUST PROGRESS BEYOND” the Constitution), is that there is a gross difference between rights and needs. We all have needs and it is our own responsibility as individuals to employ our rights and our self-will to take care of those needs. The “NANNY-STATE” advocated by Progressives sees an unending number of basic needs (they call them rights) which the Federal Government is OBLIGATED to fulfill . . . the cost of fulfilling this cradle-to-grave catalog of needs is the loss of our real rights and our real freedoms to the increasingly powerful all-controlling federal government.

B. Rights are not negotiable they come to us from God and not from the government; they belong to the individual as our basic inheritance for being human. Rights are NOT needs, however. For example, there is no natural right to health care; no natural right to have the government bail you out if your business fails; no natural right to the resources of others just because you are needy. Taking resources such as money and labor or goods by legal force from the individuals and the individual states** is theft. It is power from the barrel of a gun used to hold up some citizens for the benefit of others. The federal government has no right to deny freedoms to any group of people to advance the well-being or to benefit others. There is NO natural right to EQUALITY, except the equality of opportunity. The Federal Government has an obligation to defend the freedoms of each and every one of us and to protect us when our rights are violated but no right to force all of us into equality of means. Freedom means equality of opportuntiy to be free, it does not mean forced equality.

C. The most basic rights and freedoms protected by our Constitution against the infringement of the Federal Government are the freedoms guaranteed by the 10^th Amendment, the last Amendment within the Bill of Rights and clearly the most important. The Obama administration has willfully stomped all over the 10^th Amendment while stomping all over the American Dream on the one hand and willfully ignored their obligations under the Constitution. In other words, they have done everything that they shouldn’t do, and very little (for example, protecting our borders) that they are required to do. In fact, according to a leaked document in the news today, they are plotting to within nine months make 13 million illegal aliens into citizens because they believe that they will receive 80-85% of those new citizens’ votes and will be permanently locked-into the halls of power. This cynical attempt at permanent power, they say, is based upon the fact that our Immigration laws are “broken.” Over 220 years our immigration and naturalization laws have faithfully served the nation. They cannot be changed willy-nilly to benefit one political party over another, they must be amended in the Constitution and only in that may they be changed. The cynicism and Marxist grab for power of Barack Obama constitutes the single most damming threat to our nation in its 221 year history.

That is the most important thing that Liberals need to understand and that Progressives want to steal from all of us: our American freedom and the Constitutional American traditions that have made this the greatest most powerful and most just nation on earth by eternally defending and renewing our freedoms to pull from each of us the intrinsic strength that Americans has thrived upon for over two centuries.

I read this last night and see no reason for Obama and his henchmen to be acting as they are. I thought I would give you all easier access to the bill. It's below.

The one thing I will say is that children, when they are found out for doing something wrong, immediately pass the blame to someone else. They don't want to deal with the consequences after all. It's almost as if we should all be vehemently angry at Obama for not securing the boarder, and when he recognizes he is about to be found out, he attacks the morality of the people he is suppose to be protecting. Now, since they are obviously so evil, he doesn't look as bad for not securing the boarder. After all, no one cares about immoral people being put in danger. We all wish the second highest kidnapping rate in the world for the people in Phoenix, since they are so racist. And they deserve to be afraid to leave their homes up to 60 miles north of the southern boarder, since they are evil people that would discriminate, as you will see in the bill below, against these poor drug dealers and people smugglers.

I suggest we start prison camps for the people of Arizona that aren't moral enough to deserve life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Let them work for Obama to help build green garbage cans our of grass.

So why isn't Obama impeached yet? Oh thats right, because he has so many facebook friends.

SB 1070 makes changes to laws relating to the enforcement on immigration laws, failure to carry an alien registration document, day laborers, harboring or transporting illegal aliens and employer sanctions.

History

8 U.S.C. § 1373(c) requires Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to respond to inquiries by federal, state, or local government agencies seeking to verify or ascertain the citizenship or immigration status of any individual within the jurisdiction of the agency for any purpose authorized by law, by providing the requested verification or status information.

Laws 2007, Ch. 279 enacted the Legal Arizona Workers Act (Act). The Act: expands aggravated taking the identity of another person or entity to include the intent to obtain employment; prohibits an employer from intentionally employing an unauthorized alien or knowingly employing an unauthorized alien; requires the Attorney General (AG) or county attorney to investigate complaints and classifies filing a false and frivolous complaint as a class 3 misdemeanor; provides for license suspension for the first violation; requires license revocation on a second violation during a probationary period; and after December 31, 2007, requires every employer to utilize E-Verify to verify employment eligibility. Laws 2008, Chapter 152 further amended the Act.

Provisions

Enforcement of Immigration Law

· Prohibits law enforcement officials and law enforcement agencies of this state or counties, municipalities and political subdivisions from restricting or limiting the enforcement of the federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law.

· Requires officials and agencies to reasonably attempt to determine the immigration status of a person involved in a lawful contact where reasonable suspicion exists regarding the immigration status of the person, except if the determination may hinder or obstruct an investigation.

· Stipulates that if the person is arrested, the person’s immigration status must be determined before the person is released and must be verified with the federal government.

· Stipulates that a law enforcement official or agency cannot solely consider race, color or national origin when implementing these provisions, except as permitted by the U.S. or Arizona Constitution.

· Specifies that a person is presumed to be lawfully present if the person provides any of the following:

Ø A valid Arizona driver license.

Ø A valid Arizona nonoperating identification license.

Ø A valid tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification.

Ø A valid federal, state or local government issued identification, if the issuing entity requires proof of legal presence before issuance.

· Requires that if a person is convicted of any state or local law, on discharge from imprisonment or on the assessment of any monetary obligation imposed, ICE or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) must be immediately notified.

· Authorizes a law enforcement agency to securely transport an unlawfully present alien to a federal facility.

· Requires a law enforcement agency to obtain judicial authorization before securely transporting an unlawfully present alien to a point of transfer that is outside of Arizona.

· Prohibits, except as provided in federal law, officials and agencies of counties, cities, towns or other political subdivisions from being prevented or restricted from sending, receiving or maintaining information relating to the immigration status, of any individual or exchanging that information with another governmental entity for the following official purposes:

Ø Determination of eligibility for any public benefit, service or license.

Ø Verification of any claim of legal domicile if legal domicile is required by law or judicial order.

Ø If the person is an alien, determination of the person’s compliance with federal registration laws.

Ø Pursuant to federal laws regarding communication between government agencies and federal immigration agencies.

· Stipulates that these provisions does not implement, authorize or establish and cannot be construed to implement authorize or establish the REAL ID Act of 2005, including the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).

· Allows a person who is a legal resident of this state to bring an action in superior court to challenge officials and agencies of the state, counties, cities, towns or other political subdivisions that adopt or implement a policy that limits or restricts the enforcement of federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law.

· Requires the court to order any that a violating entity pays a civil penalty of at least $1,000 and not to exceed $5,000 for each day that the policy has remained in effect after it has been found to be violating these provisions.

· States that the court will collect the penalty and transmit the collected monies to the state Treasurer for deposit in the Gang and Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission (GIITEM) Fund.

· Authorizes the court to award court costs and reasonable attorney fees to any person or any official or agency that prevails in a case brought under these provisions.

· Indemnifies officers against actions brought under these provisions, except if the officer has been adjudged to have acted in bad faith.

· Stipulates that these provisions are to be implemented consistent with federal immigration law protecting the civil right of all persons and respecting the privileges and immunities of US citizens.

Willful Failure to Complete or Carry an Alien Registration Document

· Specifies that in addition to any violation of federal law, a person is guilty of willful failure to complete or carry an alien registration document if the person is in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1304(e) or 1306(a).

· Stipulates that the immigration status may be determined by:

Ø A law enforcement officer who is authorized by the federal government to verify or ascertain an alien’s immigration status.

Ø ICE or CBP pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1373(c).

· Prevents a person convicted of the new offense from being eligible for suspension of sentence, probation, pardon, commutation of sentence, or release from confinement on any basis except for as authorized by the Director of the Arizona Department of Correction until the sentence imposed has been served or the person is eligible for release due to early release credits.

· Requires the court to order the person to pay jail costs and an additional assessment of:

Ø At least $500 for a first offense.

Ø Twice the amount the person was ordered to pay for the first offense if this is the second or subsequent offense.

· States that the court will collect the assessments and transmit the collected monies to the Department of Public Safety for deposit in a special sub-account of the account established for GIITEM.

· Stipulates that monies in the sub-account are subject to legislative appropriation for distribution for gang and immigration enforcement and for county jail costs relating to illegal immigration.

· Stipulates that any record that relates to the immigration status of a person is admissible in any court without further foundation or testimony from a custodian of records if the record is certified as authentic by the government agency responsible for maintaining the record.

· Makes a first offense a class 1 misdemeanor.

· Increases the penalty to a class 3 felony if the person commits the offense while in possession of:

Ø A dangerous drug (A.R.S. § 13-3401).

Ø Precursor chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine (A.R.S. § 13-3404.01).

Ø A deadly weapon (A.R.S. § 13-3101).

Ø A dangerous instrument (A.R.S. § 13-105).

Ø Property used for committing an act of terrorism (A.R.S. § 13-2308.01).

· Makes violations a class 4 felony if either:

Ø It is a second or subsequent violation.

Ø Within 60 days, the person has been removed from the U.S. either under 8 U.S.C. § 1229a or 8 U.S.C. § 1229c.

Unlawfully Picking up Passengers for Work

· Specifies that it is a class 1 misdemeanor for an occupant of a motor vehicle that is stopped on a street, roadway, or highway to attempt to hire or hire and pick up passengers for work at a different location, if the motor vehicle blocks or impedes the normal movement of traffic.

· Specifies that it is a class 1 misdemeanor for a person to enter a motor vehicle that is stopped on a street, roadway or highway in order to be hired by an occupant of the motor vehicle and to be transported to work at a different location, if the motor vehicle blocks or impedes the normal movement of traffic.

· Specifies that it is a class 1 misdemeanor for a person who is unlawfully present who is an unauthorized alien to knowingly apply for work, solicit work in a public place or perform work as an employee or independent contractor.

· Defines solicit and unauthorized alien.

Unlawfully Transporting or Harboring Unlawful Aliens

· Stipulates that it is unlawful for a person who is in violation of a criminal offense to:

Ø Transport or move an alien in a means of transportation, or attempt to do so, if the person knows or recklessly disregards the fact that the alien is here unlawfully.

Ø Conceal, harbor or shield an alien, or attempt to, if the person knows or recklessly disregards the fact that the alien is here unlawfully.

Ø Encourage or induce an alien to come to this state if the person knows or recklessly disregards the fact that doing so would be a violation of law.

· Specifies that a means of transportation used in a violation of these provisions is subject to mandatory vehicle immobilization or impoundment.

· Specifies that these provisions do not apply to a Child Protective Services worker acting in the worker’s official capacity or a person who is acting in the capacity of a first responder, an ambulance attendant or an emergency medial technician and is transporting or moving an alien in relation to emergency medial services.

· Stipulates that violators are guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor and subject to a fine of at least $1,000. However, a violation involving 10 or more illegal aliens is a class 6 felony and subject to a fine of at least $1,000 for each alien involved.

· Requires a peace officer to immobilize or impound a person’s vehicle if the officer determines either that:

Ø In furtherance of the illegal presence of an alien and in violation of a criminal offense, the person is transporting or moving, or attempting to do so in a vehicle if the person knows or recklessly disregards the fact that the alien is here unlawfully.

Ø The person is concealing, harboring or shielding an alien in this state, or attempting to do so in a vehicle if the person knows or recklessly disregards the fact that the alien is here unlawfully.

Employer Sanctions

· Provides employers with the affirmative defense that they were entrapped, but they must admit the substantial elements of the violation.

· Stipulates that the employer has the burden of proof proving the following by a preponderance of the evidence:

Ø The idea of committing the violation started with the officer or their agents.

Ø The officers or their agents urged and induced the employer to commit the violation.

Ø The employer was not predisposed to commit the violation before the law enforcement officer or agents urged and induced the employer to do so.

· Stipulates that an employer is not entrapped if the employer was predisposed to violate the law and law enforcement merely provided the employer with the opportunity. Additionally, it is not entrapment for law enforcement to use a ruse or to conceal their identity.

· Requires employers to keep a record of the employment verification from E-verify for the duration of an employee’s employment, or three years, whichever is longer.

Miscellaneous

· Authorizes peace officers, in the enforcement of human smuggling laws, to lawfully stop a person if they have reasonable suspicion to believe the person is in violation of any civil traffic law.

· Authorizes a peace officer to arrest a person without a warrant if the officer has probable cause to believe that the person has committed any public offense that makes the person removable from the U.S.

· Establishes the GIITEM fund (fund) and directs monies collected from penalties resulting from policies limiting the enforcement of federal immigration law to the fund.

· Requires the Arizona Department of Public Safety to administer the fund, which is subject to legislative appropriation and is to be used for gang and immigration enforcement and for county jail reimbursement for costs relating to illegal immigration.

· Contains intent and severability, implementation and construction clauses.

· Specifies that this act may be cited as the “Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act.”

· Makes technical and conforming changes.

Why does the TEA Party exist? It exists because people who love their country were not only fed up with the string of radical actions raping our wallets and spitting upon our Constitution by the spring of 2009, but also because these patriots felt isolated and helpless in the eye of the media storm of unceasing raucous support for this totally UN-American transformation of America into the nanny-state, abject socialism and now as we see more clearly communism itself. Look at it this way, we are suffering through a crisis created by, managed by and exploited to their great advantage by the progressive (those who feel the need to “progress” FAR BEYOND the Constitution of the United States) element in this country. People are afraid to call them “Communists” because it invokes memories of the McCarthy era, but communists they are . . . .

IF, and it's a big IF, IF the Mainstream media did their jobs instead of engaging in gutless and corrupt partisanship ever-benefitting the Progressive wing of the Democratic Party . . . IF they did their jobs, by 2000 Americans would have been well-informed enough to understand the present crisis was coming and informed enough to do something to ward it off, specifically:

o Presumably, one hundred times as many people would have read “Rules for Radicals” by community organizer Saul Alinsky and understood what and how the Communist Party planned to cleverly and subtlely bring down and replace the U.S. Government. But the media failed to do its job and Americans remained unaware.

o Citizens would have understood the much publicized and discussed (by the left wing) Cloward-Piven Strategy and read their boasting and detailed description of how they deliberately created the National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO) specifically for the purpose of employing C-P Strategy and used NWRO to bankrupt New York City and almost New York State in 1975, a project that took them roughly eight years to complete. The citizenry would have understood the in-your-face radical affrontery of these radicals that made their uprising work. But the media failed to do its job and Americans remained unaware.

o Americans would have understood the original CRA ’77 (Community Reinvestment Act) was an unneeded GIB (government interference boondoggle). The United States at that time enjoyed the highest home ownership in the world at well over 60% for over thirty consecutive years when it was passed. Then they’d have seen the ’92 expansion into the Freddy Mac and Fannie Mae programs with mortgage-guarantee legislation for the danger it was; the ’95 expansion of M-G programs similarly; and understood why Clinton’s ’98 expansion was the final piece of the M-G puzzle that put the whole process on steroids. These were all both attacks on landlords and unneeded interference in the free market system which has made us the wealthiest and most just country in the world. But the media failed to do its job and Americans remained unaware.

o Americans would not have been surprised by the creation of the C-P organization ACORN and its Saul Alinsky style of operation. They would have understood what radical lawyers like Barack Obama were doing and why and how they were doing it. They would have understood how and why they were able to force banks and lending organizations to hand out hopelessly ill-advised loans, often to people without I.D., without jobs; with abysmally poor credit ratings; without home addresses or rental addresses; even to illegal aliens. But the media failed to do its job and Americans remained unaware.

o If if Americans didn’t discover all the previously items until 2007, when the crisis raised it’s ugly head, if they’d known then what was going on, our country NOW would be markedly different. But the media failed to do its job and Americans still remained unaware.

Today, the media is not only NOT doing its jobs (and much of the country still remains unaware of the truth of our situation, but the media still continues to act as a joyful advocate for the Communist Obama agenda . . .

Presently there are two righteous non-violent uprisings going on in this country, these two protests are based upon the single-most important of our Bill of Rights: the 10^th Amendment which says: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

A. On the one hand citizen-activists such as the TEA Party movement are making their outrage known. They are asking for fiscal responsibility, responsiveness by the Congress and President to real concerns; a return to honoring and obeying our Constitution and the Bill of Rights; balanced budgets and elimination of deficits and national debt; and transparency and honesty in government.

B. A second rebellion is marked by the individual states enacting laws that oppose federal legislation and a set of law suits against recently enacted unconstitutional federal programs.

C. There are only 17 specific powers which the Constitution allows our federal government, perhaps ten times that number of powers have been exercised by the federal government up till January, 2009.

D. Since that time perhaps 17,000 federal powers have been enacted by the Obama adminstration . . . pay attention here . . . the New Deal under FDR created 39 brand new federal agencies between 1933 and 1938. In just one law “Obamacare” the federal government has enacted the creation of almost 400 new federal agencies.

E. While the actions and unwise inactions of the progressive Republican President Hoover and the ultra-progressive Democratic President Franklin Roosevelt extended a recession into a twelve and a half year ordeal known as the Great Depression, revisionist history has NOT told the truth and made Roosevelt a hero. They have eliminated the fact that Roosevelt ran on promises of cutting taxes, cutting spending, bolstering the gold standard, and eliminating programs that Hoover had introduced. Why would he run his successful campaign like this?

F. Because the “Unknown Depression” begun in late 1920 under the progressive President Woodrow Wilson, was cleared up quickly by Harding cutting spending 49% and cutting taxes 40%. Harding died in office, but his vice-president Calvin Coolidge continued his policies which reversed the fiscal disaster and ushered in the Roaring Twenties the greatest shift in prosperity ever seen in the world. This is when for the first time, Americans in large numbers came to own their own automobiles, folks in cities and farms all had electricity and 85% came to have indoor plumbing. Virtually every household obtained an ice box or refrigerator, etc.

G. Because the media failed to do its job and Americans remained unaware, we have long lost our way and as we continued in the wrong direction, the media have cheered us on every misguided step of the way. We need, we demand a responsible new journalism interested in the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Meanwhile . . . .

Our brothers in Arizona have created a law that mirrors precisely the attributes of the federal anti-illegal immigration statutes while emphasizing the need for police fairness and avoidance of even the appearance of racial profiling. The state and local police may act on this new law, ONLY when a just arrest or detainment is in progress, by asking for identification when an apparent illegal alien is in their custody. Since LEGAL justified aliens are required by law to carry a green card at all times, the Arizona law is a virtually perfect instrument for the state to take back its southern border. Nationally over 60% favor the Arizona law signed by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer. Within its borders 70% of Arizona citizens believe it’s a good law. However, President Obama and the progressives seeking to add fourteen million Pro-progressive votes by enacting an Amnesty law for illegals . . . has now chosen to once again raise the “racism” card. The same media that accused peaceful TEA Party demonstrators of racism, extremism, hate-mongering and radicalism is cheering on and abetting the violent demonstrations in Arizona. The law, is our protection. Non-violence, a la Gandhi is our protection. Quiet persistence is our protection. And ultimately the wisdom of our Founding Fathers is our protection. We must wield these weapons wisely and relentlessly if we are to ever hope to bring this country back to reasonableness and prosperity.

JUDGE KITHIL wrote:

"I have reviewed selected sections ofthe bill, and find it unbelievable that our Congress, led by SpeakerNancy Pelosi, could come up with a bill loaded with so many wrong-headedelements."

"Both Republicans and Democrats areequally responsible for the financial mess of both Social Security andMedicare programs."
"I am opposed to HB 3200 for a numberof reasons.

To start with, it is estimated that a federalbureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be requiredto administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a governmentthat is already too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire150,000 new employees, let's put them to work protecting our borders,fighting the massive drug problem and putting more lawenforcement/firefighters out there."

JUDGE KITHIL continued: "Otherproblems I have with this bill include:
** Page 50/section 152: The bill willprovide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are hereillegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time accessto an individual's bank account and
will have the authority to make electronicfund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will besubsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retireesand for community organizations (such as the Association of CommunityOrganizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposedunder this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody intheir right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors willall be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will setall doctors' fees.

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancerhospital will ration care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: The governmentwill impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communitiesmay petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The governmentmandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will berequired to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every fiveyears. (Death counceling.)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The governmentwill specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goeson:

"Finally,it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members ofCongress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the SocialSecurity system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers theirretirement needs.
If they were on our Social Security plan,I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan
financially sound for their future."
