Well, John Boehner took time out from his latest sob-fest to come out with promises that he is going to “do things differently now”, he “has learned his lesson”. We are hearing to same old tired rhetoric we heard before the 2010 mid-term elections. Didn’t he come into the Speaker’s chair promising to “drain the swamp”, to use Nancy Pelosi’s famous lie? Didn’t Boehner say that Republicans have “learned our lessons” and would “do things differently if given a chance”, uh, as in 3 years ago? So, in 2009/2010 they had learned their lessons and now in 2013 they have learned their lessons? Which lessons have they learned this time or is this just more of the same tired old B S coming from the royalty in Washington D.C.? To quote the late great Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf, this is just more “Bovine Scatology”.

Newly elected Rep. Markwayne Mullin (R-Ok 2) was on KFAQ radio’s Pat Campbell Show on Tuesday Jan. 8 to “explain” his vote for John Boehner as Speaker of the House of Representatives (http://www.1170kfaq.com/podcasts/patcampbell/186021332.html). His explanation of why he voted for Boehner seems to be “business as usual” in Congress. I thought we sent him there to oppose the business as usual mindset. One explanation he gives is that he was told at the freshman orientation that he could only vote for someone who was nominated, and naturally Boehner was the only one nominated. His other position is that not voting for Boehner is the same as voting for Pelosi. That is the same lame crap we heard from the Republican establishment in the 2012 general election (not voting for Romney is voting for Obama). It didn’t take him long to cabbage onto the establishment lingo did it?

Jaime Foxx calls Barack Obama ‘Lord and Savior’ and elevates
him to a deity to be worshiped and sworn allegiance to.
America should not be surprised that actor and comedian Jaime Foxx shouted on stage that President Barack Obama was ‘Lord and Savior’ at a recent Soul Train Award Show. The nation has come to expect this type of sacrilegious behavior from religiously bankrupt Hollywood performers and entertainers. The true disappointment is how this increasing display of idiocracy in motion continues to influence the young of this nation.
This should be upsetting for Americans of faith and especially for the parents and family members of those in the audience who applauded this walking spiritually disappointing comedian. For those who are Christian, the fact that Foxx repeated Barack Obama’s, name in order to receive another, and even louder shout out for the hip-hop President underscores the rudderless spiritual state being created in America.
What was the purpose for this type of behavior, except that Foxx and many in the audience are truly disconnected from who Christ is and the importance God and Christ played in the formation of America? To trivialize the very Christian underpinnings of this nation demonstrates a tragic naiveté of Foxx, as well as the audience.
If Foxx or any of his Hollywood followers of the cult of Obama had bothered to spend a minutia of time on Samuel Adams or any of the founding fathers of this nation, perhaps their spiritual bankruptcy would not be so glaring. It was Samuel Adams, the often regarded Father of the American Revolution, who stated at the signing of the Declaration of Independence:
"We have this day restored the Sovereign to whom all men ought to be obedient. He reigns in heaven and from the rising to the setting of the sun, let His kingdom come..”Samuel Adams
It was President Ronald Reagan who saw and warned against the escalation of American liberalized abandonment of God and Christ. It is this abandonment which Jaime Foxx and others were learning during the 1970’s and 80’s that he warned against.
Reagan stressed: “I believe with all my heart that standing up for America means standing up for the God who has so blessed our land. We need God's help to guide our nation through stormy seas. But we can't expect Him to protect America in a crisis if we just leave Him over on the shelf in our day-to-day living.”
Yet, it is Jaime Foxx, the jokester in chief who elevated Obama, the unaccomplished-in-chief to deity status. Jesus Christ was not given a back seat, or left on a shelf. He was actually unceremoniously shown the door, much to the apparent delight of the black people, and others in the audience who applauded.

Anti Obamacare activists given new life with U.S. Supreme Court order
for new hearing on Obamacare religious school challenge
The U.S. Supreme Court has breathed new life into the anti Obamacare movement by ordering the 4th U.S. Circuit Appeals court to hear Liberty University’s challenge to the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare. The university had brought an action against having to implement the law on the grounds of equal protection and religious freedom. President Obama insisted during the presidential campaign that religious freedom would not be inhibited or an issue for religious colleges and religious organizations would have to consider.
According to Fox News, the school is challenging being forced to provide insurance which pay for birth control against the institution’s constitutional rights. Liberty University and many opponents firmly believe that religious institutions are protected from having to adhere to this constitutional violation under the free exercise of religion clause in the First Amendment.
It appeared that many had seemingly resigned themselves to being victimized by the June U.S. Supreme Court decision as well as the recent reelection of Obama which appeared to defeat overturning the bill. But, legal sanity still prevails in the form of state leaders that are now openly opposing the merits of the law with renewed determination.
A number of republican governors are not waiting for the U.S. Supreme Court to analyze the tea leaves in order to take concerted action against this draconian and oppressive federal interventionist law. The governors refuse to have their citizens burdened as Governor Kasich of Ohio warned,“States do not have any flexibility to build and manage exchanges in ways that respond to unique needs of their citizens or markets.”
Monday, November 26th, according to Fox News’ Megyn Kelly, over 16 states have already indicated that they will not be implementing Obamacare’s health insurance exchanges in their states. In fact, Ohio governor John Kasich was joined by Texas governor Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, Sean Parnell of Alaska, and John Heineman of Nebraska, among others in opposition to state-run health exchanges.
In effect, these governors are providing the lead for Obamacare battleground opponents who can slow down and eventually reduce the implementation of the most odorous and oppressive aspects of the bill.
Democrats who have been doing the happy dance over the reelection of President Obama should slow down that roll to a “wait and see” crawl. More and more states and their citizens will rally against full implementation of the law based upon being deprived of their right to equal protection under the 14th Amendment. Others will seek protection of their religious freedom under the 1st Amendment.
Well, if you thought that Benghazi was the answer that would lead to unseating Obama along with its smaller twin Fast & Furious, the gun-running operation that placed weapons into the hands of gangsters across the border with the intent of tracing crime, you have again underestimated the ability of our Government to indulge military operations with the cover of secrecy and the reason being that whatever they said, because it really doesn’t matter what they said, was said to protect national security operations and to protect and not compromise their sources.
I believe its Ill. Sen. Dick Durham that is out blocking for Susan Rice saying that the reason they didn’t publicize the Al-Qaida role in Benghazi was simply because they didn’t want to compromise their sources. Ask yourself one question: Does the President and those working under him, have the right to lie to the media and thus the public in the order of National Security?
If you’re having difficulty with that answer, then try this one. Your door is knocked on. You open it to see 3 burly men asking if they could have a moment with your 3 year old daughter alone and asking if she was home. Do YOU have a right to lie OR obscure the truth for her safety? How many children are taught to tell a knocker at the door that their parent is in the shower or bathroom when they are not home?
I know without a doubt anyone of the talk show host would say it’s a defense for their home security to re-direct incoming harm or violence. Now perhaps the guy who made the video should now be given a pardon for his parole violation, in appreciation of the Obama Administration for playing such cover for the Obama Administration that protected people in the field for a week.
It’s just foolishness that Republicans and Conservative Radio show host continue to hammer away at what Obama and his Administration knew and what he said, regardless of timing of an election. The bottom line, in your own intelligence ideals, tells you that you wouldn’t want a guy in the White House blowing cover for other people in the field and that cover stories exist to protect people.
We had a rough enough time with Obama spilling the beans by even mentioning “Seal Team 6” all over the press hours after the supposed take down of Osama bin Laden and his mysterious burial at sea? Yes, the intelligence community was very angry about being ousted a day later rather than waiting a week or so after Obama’s Mayday, Mayday, Mayday that happened on May 1st, 2012, you recall was brought to fruition based on 60% of voters listening to Donald Trump’s pull on Obama’s forged Birth Certificate which he pulled out of his hat to squash the story. Why don’t people remember that? Osama bin Laden happened May 1st as a distraction away from the long form birth certificate Donald Trump was instrumental in pulling out of the White House after 3 years of silence, and now that has been proven a forgery by Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse: a well trained and experienced law enforcement posse the report of which is now also in the United States Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 12-5276.
Of course we know these are cover stories for Osama bin Laden, Fast & Furious, and Benghazi, but we can’t deny their legal. That is why the most important case against Obama is the one happening in the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276’s ‘Petition for Rehearing” received by the United States Supreme Court Election day about 11am, and also why you should be supporting it, and telling all your conservative friends this really does have the possibility of showcasing Obama’s illegal act of portraying himself as a natural born citizen, when he is not, and also by presenting forged documents as identity records.
No matter how hard the Government yells about being more powerful then nature, they are puny in comparison and I have stood firmly on the ground that our Constitution’s demand and qualification for the Office of President in a ‘natural born citizen’ was not something Government could possibly interfere with by an ‘Act of Congress’.
Any “What if’s” are, in my book, and the Constitution’s ineligible: Born in the United States to Citizen Parents. It’s simple, and it is much the blame of the powerful and rich ‘egos’ of men entrenched in their own fame rather than the Constitution’s glory, in Washington DC who make it complicated in the order of boosting themselves up and tearing the United States down and in the process making a total muck of it.
You wonder why the United States of America is in such a bad need of a non-politician in Washington DC as a stall boy sent to clean house as President. That’s the truth! Can you handle it?
Rush, Sean, and Glenn’s panties all tied up in a knot over Benghazi, Fast & Furious yet they proclaim with loud trumps to be defenders of the Constitution. Have you ever seen a minority in the United States, with the proper media attention and public showcase, who had for its defense the Constitution lose?
How many minorities brought to the Justice of the Supreme Court Decisions have become precedent or ruling cases?
Yet Rush, Sean, and Glenn who I pick on with a great deal of respect, (smile) because I think they are capable of so much more, cannot figure out how a Republican or Conservative minority can win when they are outnumbered by Democrats?
You talk about a difficult task; it’s said Elephants never forget, but getting the information into their thick head is pretty hard and that has been the challenge of the eligibility or Birther Movement when it comes to the Republican leadership. When it comes to the Republican general populous I don’t think it’s so hard, yet they even are scanty, scarce, and scroogy to come up with any cash to actually support the movement despite the plague of Obama care coming down around their necks, higher taxes, and more loss like a yoke of bondage crippling small businesses.
You know Democrats can turn out thousands to support minorities in demonstrations over night like rabbits, but when something as pivotal as removing Obama as a disability of the Constitution comes around like Judy v. Obama 12-5276 already in the United States Supreme court that challenges at the core of the election Obama’s ability to stay in the White House, Republicans and Conservatives are turtles and seem to sit on their haunches like an ass would you can’t move.
I have deep reservations of yelling and scolding and chastising my friends, those people who I actually need help from, just as Abraham Lincoln did, so elegantly portrayed in the new movie Lincoln when at the jibber and jabber of his Cabinet seated around his desk he finally slammed his hand down and said in so many words, “By God almighty, why do have such opposition from my friends about what can’t be done when this is what I am telling you needs to be done! If you will fight for this case with your zeal, and bring it to the door with authority we will win. Of course it’s not easy, but it’s easier than losing the election to an un-constitutional brat who thinks lying and forgery are common place as a Politician. I’m sorry about Mitt Romney’s integrity towards the Constitution, but that is not my fault. I did everything I could to point out that to Mitt Romney and his supporters and a quick look at a few dozen commercials in my campaign will leave the undeniable impression a fact to you.
Romney’s integrity towards the Constitution didn’t exist in my book and he lost because I believe he went along with the cover-up of Obama’s ineligibility of the Office republicans leadership are also entrenched in. He reached to deeply into Bill Clinton’s pant pocket pulling out the long wily note that said “It’s about the economy stupid”, knowing full well Obama could divert the attack pointing to Bush and four years wasn’t long enough.
I want you to support and to show the Congress, every last one of them that you are behind this effort and you have got to do that by contributing.
While I am extremely grateful for the dozen or so contributions towards this effort, isn’t it rather telling how willingly you are to let the Constitution go down the drain by not supporting the effort of this case in the United States Supreme Court that could make a difference in the election? If I win with the U.S. Supreme Court, Congress will have been mandated to take the case also! Now last time I checked we still had a few conservatives on the Court, unless you’re just a coward for the Constitution, you have to understand, yes, there are many conservative issues that are important and are also being litigated that you feel a need to support, but does any of them hinge on very real possibility of Obama being tossed out?
No.
That then makes this case, or should make this case of paramount importance to you as a citizen, a businessman, a professional, or as a plain and simple as it gets, an American.

Typically, when most liberal political kingmakers pontificate about the next Clinton to grasp the presidential mantle, it is done with an air of obvious entitlement. Hillary Clinton has positioned herself for this office ever since her days as a staff attorney for the House Judiciary Committee, which was investigating Watergate.
It was in the congressional backrooms that Hillary, began a pattern of alleged deceitful behavior that would serve her through many a state and federal prosecutorial investigation. These investigations followed her and her husband, Bill Clinton from Arkansas to the White House, and now beyond.
Yet, the most onerous of Hillary claims has been linked to a web of mangled White House storylines concerning Benghazi Consulate security, attack, murders and what the president knew and when did he know it.
The mainstream media kept this embarrassing side note out of the public eye when her husband, Bill Clinton ran for President in 1992 and in her own run for the U.S. seat from New York in 2000.
Yet, Jerry Zeifman, seemed compelled to alert the nation about Hillary Clinton, who in 2006 was making coordinated moves to run for President in 2008. In his book, “Hillary Pursuit of Power,” he stressed, while working on the Judiciary Committee, Clinton, “… engaged in a variety of self-serving unethical practices in violation of House rules."
Therefore it should be of surprise to no one that she was caught up in purported lies while First Lady of Arkansas as well as First Lady of the United States. These scandals included in Whitewater illegal activities, the Travelgate cover up and her conveniently manufactured lie about coming under attack while visiting Bosnia.

How could Ambassador Rice explain an attack that she had no personal knowledge of?
Smells like a Watergate style cover up.
So, now Ambassador Rice surfaces in what seems to be an attempt to regurgitate the exact same inconsistencies and cover up narrative as if, telling a lie often enough will suddenly become the truth. Not this time Ms. Rice. Not good enough!. Your oath of office should have more value than protecting a cover story. Just ask the White House officials who went to jail because they lied to congress about their own culpability in the Watergate cover up.
Maybe Ms Rice you need to be reminded that these were real people with real families. Their names were: Ambassador Chris Stevens, diplomat Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty.
Again, what was she thinking?
Did Susan Rice truly believe that after the Presidential election, America, the news networks and the congress would go on as business as usual? Well, Ambassador Rice, America’s business is to find out what the truth really is and why the administration would allow a series of lies to fester in a climate of White House CYA political theatrics.
Four Americans, who had families and had loved ones, only, asked that their Commander in Chief would act like one and defend their lives. The administration reneged on its solemn duty. The families that saw their loved ones return in coffins deserve more, far, far more than a circle of lies.
History has a way of repeating itself. Forty years ago, Richard Nixon was reelected president of the United States. Congress then went to work. Articles of Impeachment were voted on, and well, you know the rest of the story.
Fast forward to 2012, where Obama is doing victory laps and Ambassador Rice is apparently aiming for the Secretary of State seat now being kept warm by Hillary Clinton. Well if conventional wisdom serves, perhaps, Ambassador Rice should be setting her sights more toward a congressional investigation witness seat.

Liberals and democrats have now chosen to open their favorite boogieman door and take out the always convenient racism race card. This time, democrat leaders including the incoming Congressional Black Caucus leader, Cleveland democrat Rep. Marcia Fudge (D.-Ohio), the incoming chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus went on the attack Friday, November 16th charging racism! This time the targets were Senator John McCain (R-AZ), Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Senator Kelly Ayotte.
Out came the old tired and quite familiar race card. “How dare these white senators and especially these white men attack this black woman!” All one can say to these congressional women who sang this same familiar tune. Grow up! This is not 1962, it is 2012. Americans lives were lost and facts do matter!
Nearly 2 months ago, U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice appeared on 5 national news Sunday talk shows selling a lie which covered up the truth of the murders of four Americans at the Benghazi consulate in Libya. The administration lies have taken on their own life, and on Thursday, November 15th the republican senators demanded answers.
Yes, it does matter that Ambassador Rice covered up the lie about a You Tube video being the reason for the attack on the Benghazi Consulate. The administration it knew to be a lie. It was a fiction that President Obama knew was a lie, and avoided telling the truth about. It was a lie that Obama’s former CIA Director David Petraeus knew as a lie 24 hours after the deadly 9/11 attack. Yet, Susan Rice never offered even a scintilla of evidence about an Al Qaeda attack being the reason for the assassination of Americans.
So why go back to the same card game with Americans. Why the double racial standard?
Why do congresswomen like Cleveland, Ohio congresswoman Marcia Fudge, incoming chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus feel it is necessary to state, “ It’s a shame that whenever anything goes wrong they pick on women and minorities!”
The answer is clear.
The politics of racism practiced by liberals, by the president, and by white guilt ridden apologists is that they need America to continue to be divided. They are now the true racists in an America that has moved on. This nation now has a president who is black. Americans believe that job security, an approaching fiscal cliff and crushing debt is more important than finding imagined racist boogiemen hiding in America’s dark corners.
Susan Rice does not need to be defended on the basis of her race or on her gender. Susan Rice as any other administration official that plays footloose with the facts concerning the deaths of Americans must be held accountable. There is no two-tier level of responsibility. American does not have nor need a racial Affirmative Action type of imagined protection for minorities or for women.

Voting Rights is an essential element of the foundational rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution. It appears the way that is currently applied and enforced in states that voted for Obama, that this basic citizen right’s train only goes one way. Election officials in Cleveland, Ohio, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and certain Florida counties are just a few of the areas where voting irregularities and voter suppression of conservative, republicans and many white voters, have left their rights stranded at the station.
2012 is the line in the sand and this time. Voters who value the rule of law should soundly reject the false sense of unearned republican guilt, conservative guilt or white guilt that liberals and mainstream media would like to heap onto them. This is the time for republican leaders and campaign officials to demonstrate steel in their backbone and challenge this election fraud as Congressman Allen West is doing in Florida!
It is not racist to confront Election Day irregularities in urban areas, because those urban areas happen to be administrated and controlled by black officials. After all what is the worst that can possibly happen?
Legitimate elections could spring forth and, accurate legitimate vote totals could be the result. In addition, possibly dozens of Election Day and city or county officials could begin taking up residence on the business side of a jail or prison cell!
Instead of repeating the oft used phrase, “I guess we’ll get them next time!” Voters, conservatives, republicans, and Tea Party members should ditch that nonsensical notion and fight for electoral justice. Voter theft and voter suppression is not right when it is used against any voter, whether he is black, white, brown, conservative or Tea Party supporter.
Grand juries should be impaneled in every single city or county where voter theft occurred or even if there was the whiff of voter impropriety. Civil rights which is guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution must be used if it is to have any true meaning or power.
Voter justice is sacred and it must be protected as well as insured, and its application must be color blind. Forget the guilt that liberals and civil rights Obama action teams would attempt to hang around your neck. ( read more )

I've have around 4,500 Facebook friends many of whom asked to be my friend because they were interested in being able keep up with the Campaign and the SCOTUS Case Judy v. Obama 12-5276. I honored that and accepted their friendship request. I have 2 questions for those of you who are watching. How do you feel about that? How do you think .., How am I supposed to feel about that?
Feel about what you ask? How am I suppose to feel about your sitting on your hands while I save the Country? You say, “ Who the hell do you think you are Andy Jackson?” I say, “Well, I am the Constitution against Barack Obama. How powerful is that? How powerful should it be?”
I imagine myself in George Washington’s army who crossed the frozen river in the dark of night after losing 13 battles, understanding that he had to win one to get more recruits and to give hope to those who believed in the principles of the Constitution that hadn’t even been written yet, and to quell the nay-sayers who had been doubting Thomas’s and watchers of his Revolutionary efforts. Hello Mitt Romney. How’s your campaign going- Billion dollars later.. And you lost.
If you could have seen the glory of America at a time even before the Constitution had been signed, and you were a “watcher”, how could you not send, how could you withhold a little bit of money to George Washington in order to get one of his soldiers out of the worn socks and boots as you saw the red snow that marked their way?
How can I convey to you the need at this time when victims of Hurricane Sandy are so desperate also, and so many Americans are facing a rough road and are stretching every dollar? I have to, in the faith, belief, and hope that the Constitution is more of a blessing to everyone for this generation and for generations to come. Hurricanes will pass go, but the Constitution or the lack thereof will stay.
My campaign needs laptop computers because ours are limping from being sabotaged, we need really badly to sure up our traveling expense account, completely depleted now. If I was called to Washington DC I’d be walking or hitching a ride.
Could I depend on Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh to get me to Washington DC because I have a case against Barack Obama not being qualified, or is their attitude one of .. “We’ll wait and see how the ruling goes first?” How am I supposed to feel about that? How do you feel? Is it just my problem?
The legal Revisions cost money; ask any attorney if they will work for free and the answer is usually no, there will be copy fees, postage and mailing fees, Insurance needs to be paid, web site needs to be paid, electricity is two months now unpaid shall I go on? Ask yourself if you’re enjoying hearing this…ask yourself if Obama’s camp is enjoying hearing this? Whose camp are you in?
Of course I am used to cutting corners and managing the best I can with what our campaign has received, as we have the whole year and a half since the Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 U.S.C. Eligibility Campaign was founded a week before TX. Gov. Rick Perry got into the Presidential race, and truthfully I cannot believe we have had to stay in the race the entire time in order to maintain our ‘standing’.
We have had to, at any time, be ready to replace Obama against Mitt Romney’s campaign. There’s 185 or so Video’s on my YouTube Station, over 250 Blog entries detailing what we've been through, a 100 page web site, and the worst part is America is generally unaware of our campaign or the facts that we were in Iowa, went to New Hampshire clear to the State Supreme Court , in Georgia clear to the State Supreme Court there, and finally, since around July have been furiously working on the United States Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 the mainstream media has been silent about.
One thing I want to convey to you is that none of the commercials I made that had Mitt Romney in them were false, and you know it now ,for sure. Nothing I said or wrote about Mitt Romney was a falsehood.
The Republicans fight without the Constitution didn't work, and in a campaign where the oath of Office demands preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution, is that at all surprising to you? Did I not tell you unemployment would suddenly dip below 8% just before the election? Did I not tell you Obama controlled the gas reserves and Ohio had gas below $3 dollars a gallon during the election?
Obama is not a ‘natural born citizen’ and as much as all of his supporters would like to say that the qualifications have morphed and a naturalized or 14th Amendment citizen can now run for President, it simply isn't true. Obama is not a natural born citizen by his father, and he’s never proven where he was born. That’s a two prong test, fail one and you can’t be President, fail them both and you still can’t qualify to be President.
Everyone who voted for Obama did not have their vote protected and has been disenfranchised in voting for an ineligible candidate. Now while they may not appreciate my defending their rights, or yours, future generations of America will have a different outlook because hindsight is always 20/20.
I am asking for your help. Future generations will look at you and ask “Why didn’t you help?” Please make a contribution(s) today. If you can’t, please forward this to someone who you think could, or even someone you think should, make contributions today. Send this to every rich person you know. It’s got to get to someone who has 100 million dollars in the bank sooner or later.
Send this to every media outlet you know, with an expression of what you think of them because they have hidden this fight from the American Public.
They have continually swept under the carpet my campaign even though as a Presidential campaign I have Obama in the United States Supreme Court. But, they would cover Mitt Romney’s son in a town at a small campaign event, or Jon Huntsman’s daughters campaigning for their dad with a music video.
Now of course I cannot promise you anything accept that with a contribution to my campaign you will know that you have contributed to a campaign that has and continues to take a stand for the Constitution against Barack Obama’s ineligibility unlike any other campaign in history; against the fraud and forgery of Obama’s identity records investigated by professionals in law enforcement; and a campaign who has fought for you whether you see or like it or not, and is still alive.
If my campaign is successful, Obama will not be in the White House the next four years. If the Supreme Court of the United States determines to hear my case basically in the order of my campaign’s damages due to Obama running and not being qualified, and we win, how will you feel about that?

It’s also time to shame those who could help and haven’t because America and our Constitution have given them so much… HOLLYWOOD… hint hint ;), and to be seen as so ungrateful as to just watch is almost like applauding a massacre or a extermination of alternative lifestyles order. Without the 1st Amendment Hollywood would be behind bars right now and they know who would like to put them there, but they need to know that if the Constitution dies,…that’s where they will be.
The bottom line is also for those who said "There will NEVER be a RECONSIDERATION" by SCOTUS, you have also now been proven wrong. And for those who keep going to those people who keep telling them I will never be successful, haven't you figured out by now that they fall into two categories either "doubting Thomas's" or those whom I call " bounty hunters", those who really don't want anyone else getting any credit besides themselves about Obama's ineligibility."? We all know them, or should know them anyway and its not so much about the Constitution for them as it is about their professional career.

Do you ever feel as if standing up for your U.S. Constitutional rights has allowed the liberals and the blame game mainstream media to paint a red target on your back as a Tea Party supporter? Well, it appears that since the election the reengineering of the election results are giving GOP moderates as well as alphabet soup network pundits’ greater incentive to bury the Tea Party movement in another shallow grave.
One of those pundits is former President Reagan Speechwriter, Peggy Noonan who stated on CBS Face the Nation, Sunday November 11th that , “The tea party style of rage is not one that wins over converts and makes people lean towards them and say, ‘I want to listen to you.’ I think a friendly persuasion has to begin now from the Republican Party to people of the United States.”
Exactly what type of converts is Noonan referring to? Is she asking that Tea Party supporters moderate their positions so that U.S. Constitutional principles become warmed over mush? Does Noonan and other moderates want Tea Party supporters to sacrifice deeply held foundational values on the Obama alter of socialist expediency? This is absolutely and categorically not going to happen.
The Sunday network talk shows are beside themselves with more than usual self serving glee to bury this genuine grass roots movement of millions of Americans as quickly as they can. The problem is clear, The Tea Party has not retreated since the 2009 continuous assault from mainstream media vicious mistruths. The goal was to label the patriot citizens as extreme, rabid racists who were only interested in destroying the failed tax and spend deficit policies that cooperative republican moderates and liberal democrats have forged for several decades.
Well, guess what, one of the most important color blind leaders to come out of the 20th century probably described the Tea Party movement best. Rev. Martin Luther King taught the nation to stand up against unjust systems. Rev. King stressed: “Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. And so we must straighten our backs and work for our freedom. A man can't ride you unless your back is bent. “
The Tea Party movement did not bend its back or kneel to the constant and sometimes withering assaults from self serving civil rights leaders like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, but it stunned the nation 2010, with the results of a survey from one of its own: the New York Times. ( read more )

Do you truly believe that conservatives in Ohio, Florida, Colorado, Virginia or any other state in America were just too, too far to the right for Mitt Romney or any Republican to win? The notion is incredibly meritless on its face. The facts are quite simple. Obama saw a drop of nine million plus voters from his 2008 vote totals for president. 1.6 million less blacks voted for him than did in 2008 as well.
The true fact is that Romney received nearly 2 million less votes from conservatives than Senator John McCain did in 2008. The truth appears to be that more conservatives have to be brought to the election table and for the right reasons.
Already there are apologists in the republican establishment who are straining their neck to receive the nod of approval from mainstream media pundits and the alphabet soup networks. Their goal is to toss conservatives under the bus.
Liberal pundits like MSNBC Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow and Al Sharpton are crowing over the thug-in-chief behavior of Obama and his Chicago campaign street crew. They believe it is permissible to attack, demean and destroy republicans and Tea Party candidates because, after all those Republicans and those Tea Party people are “not decent, and are racist!”
Instead, these pathetic pundits were very desperate to showcase on as many network broadcasts as humanly possible the bowing and scraping of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. They could not wait to display for the nation Christie’s love fest adoration for Obama over a Hurricane Sandy photo-op. This is the picture that liberals want conservatives to change into.
If that were to happen in some alternative universe, the reality still will remain the same. The liberals and mainstream media will still demonize Republican and Tea Party candidates, but they will repeatedly kick their butt with a smile. Meanwhile in New Jersey, hundreds of thousands of people still are cold, without food, housing or power. Where is Obama’s promise of a15 minute phone call response for those who are suffering in worse than Hurricane Katrina conditions?
Ahhh yes. Phones must not work in the White House. Conservatives should be good little boys and girls and take a long walk off a short pier just like Governor Christie did in selling out his state for a disingenuous smile from Obama. The commander of stealth also threw in a Bruce Springsteen phone call for Christie too. 30 pieces of silver would have gotten him a lot more.
Ann Coulter today on Glenn Beck stated that she thought Republicans had run the best candidate they have had since Ronald Reagan. She said Romney was far better than John McCain and that the incumbency factor was a bigger factor than she had thought it would be.
Now, I like Ann, and have written about her beautiful hair before, and she is a crack-’n-whip that is faster than a bug zapper in a mosquito infested swamp with her tongue when she has to make a point fast, but occasionally she says something that is really dumb-founding that makes her sound like a socialist loving creature, and that brings me up to my topic today.
Coulter said something today that also was reiterated to me on Facebook yesterday by a dis-enchanted and bitter Republican. So I thought I’d shine a little light on it to focus a little attention on the issue Republicans are having with the Constitution, which ultimately was their Achilles heel in the election as I’ll explain.
You may have heard yesterday that with the votes Gary Johnson and a few other independent candidates for president got that Mitt Romney would have won the election and been pushed over the 270 electoral votes needed to win the electoral college vote. That theory has been circulated. It was in this context that Ann said she thought that unless you were a Governor or a member of Congress that you shouldn't run for President.
Is that a qualification Ann in the Constitution?
The facebook acquaintance I had a brief exchange with said that people like me and Gary Johnson made him want to puke and added heap upon his vocabulary onslaught by calling those “Independent Candidates” Egomaniacs that were insane for running in a race we could never win. He also mentioned that he thought I had about as much chance of winning President as a snow ball in hell.
I responded, “Well, .. you never know, Hell might be just around the corner.”, considering Obama’s second term.
What Ann Coulter said, ( I really feel like coming up with a nick name for her, maybe the Republican Rapunzel? That might work) ,was poignant to the elitism infesting both major parties but really was a crippling blow to Mitt Romney that Obama sold effectively. Nowhere in our Constitution has a pre-requisite of being a Major, Governor, Representative, or Senator in order to be President or run for President ever been instituted and there are good reasons for it, Ann never took the time to mention, but they certainly contributed more to a Republican loss.
Romney’s not “going to apologize for being successful”. How many times did Romney say that? A lot, but maybe that wasn't so much the issue as the elitism mentality that was exposed. What if Romney would have said to that kind of barb,“you know I respect that anyone who is 35 years old and is a natural born citizen can run for President.”?
Wow! That’s powerful! It recognizes the power of all Citizens and their rights in the context of the Constitution instead of zeroing the focus on his success as a businessmen compared to everyone else who hasn't been as successful.
What is absolutely hysterically about that is the Ruling Class of Republicans can’t even get the current demands of the Constitution for the Office of the President right. How does Ann expect them to adhere to even more qualifications, than being over 35 years of age and a natural born citizen?
Republicans ran John McCain, a foreign born naturalized citizen as their nominee in 2008 which is why they are winking and smiling out of the back of their mouths about Obama, and he received more votes than Mitt Romney. What does that tell us?

Well I hate to tell Republicans, but there are Americans that actually agree with the Constitution and for those who don’t there is an agreement on how to change that, but rather than spot light all the legislative acts to change that which have failed, they are winking and smiling why they ultimately break the law and then many of the “Party faithful” call their representatives “good guys” rather than acknowledging the Constitutional cheats and liars that are making a mockery of our The Supreme Law of the Land.

The Natural Born Citizen clause is so fundamentally understood to mean, “Born in the United States to Citizen Parents” that it represents a Yes or No answer. Any type of citizenship that is questionable to the contrary, warrants a “No”, and that to error on the side of safety. This is a National Security major fundamental error on the Republicans part that has dis-enchanted those who have seen Republicans as strong on defense.
Now do you hear Republican talk-show host talking about their failure in this? No you don’t. You hear them talking about appeasement and yelling about how minority friendly they are with Sen. Marco Rubio ,Allen West, and Rick Santorum, and wondering if they ran the wrong Vice Presidential Candidate who couldn't even help them carry Wisconsin.
I’m telling you Republicans started this dirty little “Birther” game with McCain, and it’s come back to bite them in the behind, and it’s looking like with Rubio and Santorum they just might be on the path to McCain again , which is why I have thought and continue to think that there just isn't a Presidential game in town the Republicans are ever going to win again.
Ann said it, they ran their best and it just wasn't good enough to win. Mitt Romney considered by many to be squeaky clean on family, a detailed businessman, and experienced as a Governor who worked with Democrats. What’s missing for Republicans? Mitt Romney even had more hair than Obama.
How in the world do you come to terms with running your best and failing? Well, you never come to terms with it unless you have the ability to step back and look at a bigger picture.
Now one thing I do believe many Republicans have, and that’s the ability to do and to grasp the concepts of Jesus without being offended. The concept of loving chastisement has given way to “think tank” in the Republican Party in many respects I’m afraid, which has led to the huge factor of hypocrisy.
Hypocrisy was the biggest turn off to Jesus, and continues to be to the American public. It was the one thing over adultery and what seemed like every other sin , he’d really lose his cool over. The merchants in the temple selling merchandise might seem like good capitalistic idea with Republicans but Jesus wasn't going for it.
You know I love Jesus and that is one of the reasons I do. He is strong on forgiveness to those who are penitent, and very strict on the concepts of hypocrisy. Sweeping dirt under the carpet as the Republicans have been responsible for with Obama’s identity is a complete and utter hypocrisy to our Constitution and then to hear Republicans say they are the champion party of the Constitution is about as big of a joke as you could come up with.
Republicans can hardly exact the price for the truth from Obama in Benghazi or Mexico’s Fast & Furious because of the hypocrisy of the ineligibility represented by their own cover-up of Obama.
There is no way the Republicans are ever going to win the Presidency again. I think it’s over for them. They are unwilling to make a reckoning and want to pick and choose the lies they get Obama on, in the order of covering their own asses. It seems tentatively, that they are completely unwilling to repent of this error either.
Until they are willing to consider their hypocrisy on our national security and economy, they, Republicans represent, with the very big issue of the qualifications of the President, it is very unlikely that they will ever regain the trust of Americans again.
I believe whole heartedly that if they had taken a stand for the Constitution on the demands of the Constitution in the eligibility department of Barack Obama, and fully investigated it with hearings in Congress or the Judicial Committee of the House in 2010, that ultimately they would have represented much more of a trust with the Constitution to the American People and that might have translated into votes in the Independent Parties, Tea Parties, and Libertarians who are all very Constitutionally oriented citizens of America winning the White House.
The Republican repeatedly have ransomed the Constitution wondering in astonishment why the Democrats who have the walking talking violation of the Constitution in the White House have been allowed by God to get away with it. The answer is reflected for Republicans looking in the mirror. They have no one else to blame but themselves.
One very interesting thought is that Democrats have always gotten Republicans to play their game. That game consisted of Republicans playing the game with one arm tied behind their back. That arm is the principles of the Constitution. As long as Republicans continue to play the game with one arm tied behind their back, does anyone beside me think it’s hilarious that they expect to win?
You know if I was so anti-Republican would I even bother wasting my time? You know for me I think there are principles that Republicans represent that are very good and there are some principles that the Democrats represent that are very good but our Constitutional principles are those we can come together on.
I believe that as Americans we have the ability to decipher a good combination of these and ultimately we don’t have to choose the lesser of two evils. WE can form a more perfect Union together.
Senator McCain was born in 1936 in the Canal Zone to U.S. citizen parents. The Canal Zone was territory controlled by the United States, but it was not incorporated into the Union. As requested by Senator McCain's campaign, distinguished constitutional lawyers Laurence Tribe and Theodore Olson examined the law and issued a detailed opinion offering two reasons that Senator McCain was a natural born citizen. Neither is sound under current law. The Tribe-Olson Opinion suggests that the Canal Zone, then under exclusive U.S. jurisdiction, may have been covered by the Fourteenth Amendment's grant of citizenship to "all persons born . . . in the United States." However, in the Insular Cases, the Supreme Court held that "unincorporated territories" were not part of the United States for constitutional purposes. Accordingly, many decisions hold that persons born in unincorporated territories are not Fourteenth Amendment citizens. The Tribe-Olson Opinion also suggests that Senator McCain obtained citizenship by statute. However, the only statute in effect in 1936 did not cover the Canal Zone. Recognizing the gap, in 1937, Congress passed a citizenship law applicable only to the Canal Zone, granting Senator McCain citizenship, but eleven months too late for him to be a citizen at birth. Because Senator John McCain was not a citizen at birth, he is not a "natural born Citizen" and thus is not "eligible to the Office of President" under the Constitution.

In 1936, the Canal Zone fell into a gap in the law, covered neither by the citizenship clause nor Revised Statutes section 1993 (passed as the Act of May 24, 1934), the only statute applicable to births to U.S. citizens outside the United States. As then-Representative John Sparkman explained in 1937: "the Canal Zone is not such foreign territory as to come under the law of 1855 [Revised Statutes section 1993] and, on the other hand, it is not part of the United States which would bring it within the fourteenth amendment." The problem was well known; Richard W. Flournoy's 1934 American Bar Association Journal article, Proposed Codification of Our Chaotic Nationality Laws, explained "we have no statutory provisions defining the nationality status of persons born in the Canal Zone . . . ."
Because the Canal Zone was a "no man's land," in the words of Representative Sparkman, in 1937 Congress passed a statute, the Act of Aug. 4, 1937 (now codified at 8 U.S.C. § 1403(a)) granting citizenship to "[a]ny person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904" who had at least one U.S. citizen parent. This Act made Senator McCain a U.S. citizen before his first birthday. But again, to be a natural born citizen, one must be a citizen at the moment of birth. Since Senator McCain became a citizen in his eleventh month of life, he does not satisfy this criterion, is not a natural born citizen, and thus is not "eligible to the Office of President."

The following is how I described the explosive growth of social welfare benefits in one recent article....Back in 1960, social welfare benefits made up approximately 10 percentof all salaries and wages. In the year 2000, social welfare benefits made up approximately 21 percentof all salaries and wages. Today, social welfare benefits make up approximately 35 percentof all salaries and wages.
#17 In November 2008, 30.8 million Americans were on food stamps. Today, more than 46 million Americans are on food stamps.
#18 Right now, more than 25 percent of all American children are on food stamps.
#19 According to the U.S. Census Bureau, today 49 percent of all Americans live in a home that receives some form of benefits from the federal government.
#20 Over the next 75 years, Medicare is facing unfunded liabilities of more than 38 trillion dollars. That comes to $328,404 for each and every household in the United States.
#21 During the first quarter of 2012, U.S. public debt rose by 359.1 billion dollars. U.S. GDP only rose by 142.4 billion dollars.
#23 The U.S. national debt has risen by more than 5 trillion dollars since the day that Barack Obama first took office. In a little more than 3 years Obama has added more to the national debt than the first 41 presidents combined.
#24 The Federal Reserve bought up approximately 61 percent of all government debt issued by the U.S. Treasury Department during 2011.
#25 The Federal Reserve continues to systematically destroy the value of the U.S. dollar. Since 1970, the U.S. dollar has lost more than 83 percent of its value.
If the statistics weren't bad enough, Barack Hussein Obama is a congenital liar, cannot keep his words above "street level" without a teleprompter, and is totally protected by the press who are in the tank for him. His parents were Communist, his grandparents were Communist, he was brought up in Muslim schools, his hero was his father whose dreams of the destruction of America he has adopted.
No one could have created the statistics above if it were not so!

What happened? What happened in America on November 6th in reelecting Barack Obama to a second term was indicative of how wrong conservative America is in standing up for principles. Instead, the result displayed how far left the mainstream media and the nation’s achievement challenged liberal president has performed.
Obama convinced the country to accept the notion that the America values was based on how much it could give away to targeted groups with welfare checks without work requirements. He increased food stamps to 47 million Americans and handed out education and housing vouchers to illegal immigrants, as well as gay marriage protection against federal laws that prohibit it.
The liberal pundits and mainstream media gotcha specialists have been pontificating about the Romney loss to the hate and revenge president. There are plenty of liberals and even some republican moderates in the media who have been wagging their fingers at conservatives and the Tea Party for not being more moderate in their views about abortion, illegal immigration and adding more crushing debt to the nation’s families.
In fact, conservatives did not lose this election, because in the end, they demonstrated to the nation that America does have a truly bona fide conservative movement in this country. This conservative movement is made up of the 57,588,360 plus voters who on November 6th did not compromise its values to meet the president’s liberal agenda. It will not support a president who engages in solutions which strip the nation of its sovereignty and diminish the founding conservative values and biblical principles.
What occurred in America on November 6th was the drawing of a true line in the sand. This line’s firmness is based upon conservatives and Tea Party supporters who categorically refuse to let themselves be swept away in a tidal wave of false security. These are patriots who will not accept deception from a president who believes that it is better to place a lie before the truth, and embrace character assassination instead of displaying presidential integrity.
What the nation and the world witnessed is quite clear. A community organizer from Chicago armed with the street tools he perfected from socialist Saul Alinsky’s teachings could manipulate the media and obscure the truth. This same president could even cover up the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya and lie with the full cooperation of CBS’s 60 Minutes. Worse yet, the media let him get away with it until Election Day.
So did Obama and the millions of Americans who believe that fictional accomplishments will somehow magically prevent the crushing debt from destroying their lives and their children’s future really not happen? Will the soul wrenching unemployment rate of 15 percent and more for black Americans and close to 50 percent among black teens suddenly disappear?
What about the Hispanic voters, who decided that a supporting more jobs and legal immigration was less important than supporting illegal aliens who are breaking the immigration laws of this nation. Did they embrace sticking their hands out for government handouts is an acceptable path to becoming an American?
The truth is simple. Liberals Americans believe that hope and change means that they hope that conservatives will change to adopt and embrace their failed presidential candidate’s principles. Liberal media pundits and reporters believe that conservatives should just morph into valueless citizens who are willing to embrace incompetence in Obama’s governance as the best Americans should expect. Just when you think that you may have seen it all, this time it is black racism which rears its ugly head to target Romney’s religion with hate literature. It has been reported that a group of African American pastors in Virginia have aligned themselves with the same politics of hate and revenge that Obama called for on Friday in a campaign stop in Ohio.
The pastors, who have formed a group called, “Greater Hampton Roads Christian Leadership Conference,” have decided to use deception and racism to scare their parishioners to vote for president Obama. They developed a brochure to compare Obama’s alleged religious practices with their lies and misconception of what Mitt Romney’s Mormon beliefs are.
The lies and innuendos are obviously false on their face, but the true point is that these pastors and their leader Rev. Lin Hill had no intention on presenting the truth. In fact, if they had done the same amount of research that a fifth grader would have been expected to do, the truth would have been easy to find.
Rev. Lin’s purpose was apparently darker, more sinister in design, because by waiting until the last minute to circulate 100,000 copies of his amateurish literature, he hoped to push black voters to the polls through hate. So this religious leader of the 2,500 member Bethany Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Va., circulated a lie, which is against his own Christian faith.
The only reasonable conclusion that can be conferred on his conduct is that he studied his theology of hate and lies from the same gospel book of Obama’s own religious mentor Rev. Jeremiah Wright who told his congregation in 2003, “God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America!”
One has to ask, is this the shepherd of God that Rev. Lin is following and wants to emulate? If so, it is indeed tragic that he and his fellow ministers would denigrate their hallowed office of the church. How can their parishioners seriously consider these fallen men of the cloth true followers of the teachings of Christ, when they find solace in spreading rumors of hate and racism against another human being? Is their commitment to hate and division so important to their politics of supporting Obama, to throw their commitment to God under the bus?
America has come to expect this type of behavior from president Obama. His campaign has been riddled with advertisements which bombarded the nation’s living rooms with character assassination attack ads against Mitt Romney. Last Friday, America witnessed Obama calling out in frustration and desperation to rally his supporters to go to the polls with revenge and hate in their hearts. Gold star from Satan for Obama.

Will you vote against Obama’s war on The Soul of America and its religious freedom Tuesday, November 6th? In President Barack Obama's first term he took advantage of the 340,000 social conservative who did not show up at the polls in 2008’s presidential election. Armed with this free pass given to him, Obama has riddled America’s landscape with executive orders and legislation that abandoned congressional law on gay marriage, abortion, religious choice and many other issues.
Now, four years later in battle ground states like Ohio, Florida, Nevada, and Virginia he wants to complete his anti-religious assault on religious freedoms which are America’s bedrock. So one has to ask, what it will take to motivate social and religious conservatives to vote to preserve and to save America’s freedoms.
Understand this, that the race for the presidency is as close as it could ever be in swing states all over the nation. Gallup just released its final pre-election survey of likely voters on Monday, November 05, 2012 and Mitt Romney is holding onto a bare one percent difference over Obama. Romney’s 49% to Obama’s 48% truly means that ever religious and social conservative voter holds the keys to religious freedom in his or her hands.
What’s at stake is more serious than one might imagine.
Do you believe that your child’s right to be protected from being assaulted with pro-abortion literature in school or gay rights seminars in elementary school against your protests will be listened to, your wrong. School systems have already begun to implement this in schools across the nation.
The Catholic universities and colleges across America are under assault daily from the Obamacare edicts that mandate they obey the Obama pro-contraception insurance mandates. They are being forced to disregard their constitutional right to their religious freedom, or risk the legal wrath of Obama’s federal government.
In fact in Ohio, in May of 2012, Catholic University, in Steubenville, Ohio, decided to fight back against the attempt by the Obama Administration to strip their institution of its religious freedom. Catholic University refused to implement the Obama administration mandates that require a school use their health care plan to provide sterilization, contraceptives or other pregnancy prevention drugs to students.
Michael Hernon, the VP of Advancement at the University, stressed to Fox News in May that Obama Care’s mandates amounted to “moral and economic injustice.” This is clearly a deliberate and intentional act of war on America’s religious freedom!
What more evidence do you need than the very dismissive conduct portrayed at the August Democratic National Convention, where God was booed and denied on the convention floor. Democrat convention organizers under supervision from White House political operatives removed God from the convention platform. When it was discovered, Obama quickly moved to cover up the exclusion with denials from convention handlers. Soon after, Obama’s convention handlers brought it to a vote and God was booed and voted down several times by convention attendees.
The rejection of God in the original Democrat Platform which is a statement of the position of the Democrat Party and its President going into the fall election should serve as a true call to arms by America’s religious community. The move to remove God from the Pledge of Allegiance, abandonment of religious prayer in public schools, at public meetings and at football and other games is just the beginning. ( read more )
