It is a reproduction of a reproduction. We’ve seen this picture before, a bloodstained tangle of lies being sold to us as an artistic masterpiece. But you have to step farther back, not closer to the painting, to actually see the blood trail.

I have caught a lot of flak for my views, and have been called paranoid and a fear monger for pointing out the things I see happening to my America. But as I watched the clip I began to see something in him that changed my perspective.

Gun Control By Dictate: Abolishing the 2nd Amendment
Yesterday I wrote about government dictating how illegal aliens are going to be legalized by the “Gang of 8” scheme. It matters not to Congress or the regime what We the People or the Constitution say. They will decide how it is going to be and We the People will just have to accept it because it is “fair”. Today I write about gun control and how government intends to impose their will on We the People, disregarding the Constitution and the rights of said People. How does fairness and public safety figure into the latest dictates on firearms?
Gun control is being handled exactly the same way they have handled the illegal alien problem. A nut goes out and shoots some people, so they pass laws to stop it from happening again. Except that it happened again because they haven’t enforced the “new” laws they passed the last time this came up. Gun control has been such a raging success everywhere it has been tried hasn’t it? Gang violence with firearms is rampant in the major gun free zones in our nation. Sen. Ted Cruz recently gave out 2010 figures http://www.cruz.senate.gov/record.cfm?id=341218 that show 15,700 attempts by criminals to legally access firearms, in one year: 2010. They were caught by the background check system in effect right now. The Obama regime has prosecuted 44. I have seen the different groups in the TEA Party family all working independently, or so it seems to me, on projects that are all very important. I know that one of the draws of the TEA Party is independence but the time has come that all of you must unite to fight the common enemy, an out of control government. Both political parties are unresponsive to the citizens and only getting worse. There are good conservatives in Congress but they are being beaten down one at a time by a machine that destroys anyone who refuses to bow to the “party loyalty first” crowd and their behind-the-scenes handlers.
The Republican Party “leadership” is in league with the most radical Democrats who have ever been in power. We are on the verge of losing our freedom because we continue to support those who have turned their backs on us time and again. Republicans have lied to us so many times I have lost track of the number. They have “investigated” time and gain yet have given us nothing but hand-wringing and excuses for the evil deeds of politicians of both parties. It is time to take drastic measures.
Since Barack Obama has said he is going to send federal agents into Oklahoma and other states to enforce Obamacare, what is there to make me believe he won’t send federal agents in to enforce his gun registration/confiscation scheme? If he “dictates” an executive order that I have to turn in or register any weapons and I refuse, who is going to enforce that dictate? If Congress decrees that I cannot own particular types of weapons or magazines and I refuse to comply, who is going to enforce it?

Our Declaration of Independence and Constitution say different!!! Obama and his “Gangs of ??????” in Congress, both political parties, see themselves as rulers rather than servants of We the People.

Barack Obama has declared that the federal government will send federal agents into states to take over their insurance industry if they don’t surrender to Obamacare and set up the exchanges demanded by the regime. Obamacare was passed in 2009 using bribery and arm twisting, topped off by a complete perversion of the legislative process. It was opposed by a huge majority of We the People and reconciliation was used in a total disregard for the normal legislative process. This action led to the TEA Party uprising in 2010 that saw Republicans sweeping elections across the nation.
The Democrat leader of the Colorado State Senate, John Morse, recently stated https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEfH5bVYCLM, publicly, that he just ignores his constituents, and tells his fellow State Senators to do the same, because he doesn’t like their stand on gun control. Now isn’t this just the height of arrogance and tyranny? He is a “servant of the People” who swore to “protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”? That dismissive and disgusted tone in his voice when referring to “some people” should be an alarm to anyone, including voters registered as Democrats.
The Constitution of the United States of America, Amendment II: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
It isn’t a matter of whether the government bureaucrats and politicians understand the phrase “shall not be infringed” or not, but rather a matter of they don’t acknowledge the basic tenet of the Constitution or any of the Amendments in the Bill of Rights.
The situation in our nation today takes me back many years to the early days of a sit-com called “The Beverly Hillbillies”. I remember the Clampetts hooking up with “Honest John” Shafer, played by long time comedian Phil Silvers. “Honest John” sold them every monument in Washington, D C (De Cesspool). Those “dumb ole’ Clampetts” just kept giving Honest John” Shafer checks made out to “C.A.S.H.” If you grew up with the Clampetts, Milburn Drysdale, and Jane Hathaway you will understand. Congress and the ruling elite are “Honest John” Shafer and We the People are the Clampetts. We are being conned by experts who make it their lifelong career to scam us into giving them everything we have while thinking they are taking care of us and “looking out for our best interests”.
It seems someone in Washington is beginning to listen to We the People. Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA), Chairman of the Appropriations Committee, and Congressman Jim Gerlach (R-PA), a Ways and Means Committee member, sent a letter to Secretary of State John “Lurch” Kerry telling him they want to speak with the thirty or so “invisible” Americans present in Benghazi the night of the attack on the consulate http://freedomoutpost.com/2013/03/republican-congressmen-to-sec-kerry-give-us-benghazi-survivor/. Kerry will refuse and Republican “leadership” will sandbag this until it gets overridden by a new “crisis”, if We the People let them. It is up to us to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I wrote an article a few days ago in which I appealed to conservative leaders in many fields to come together and form a 3rd political party to represent those of us not being represented In Congress. http://www.conservativedailynews.com/2013/02/help-wanted-new-generation-of-founding-fathers/ To look at it on the surface one might think I was talking to Republicans and Independents primarily, but they are only a portion of the audience I want to reach. I am truly perplexed by people who will vote for Democrat candidates when the party stands against everything you say you believe in and value.

The big deal they are making over this sequester nonsense is giving me a headache. I have made this point on several social network site discussions so I thought I would put it all together on one place. Obama, his cabinet minions, and all of the members of Congress come out and say; Social Security checks will stop, meat plants will shut down, the FBI won’t be able to track terrorists, the Border Patrol won’t be able to secure the borders, airports will shut down, pony rides in national parks will end, the sun won’t come up on March 2, and on and on and on adnauseum. And the RINO’s in Congress aren’t doing any better.

Dr. Ben Carson Scolds Obama about his failings as president
With a father in the hospital dying, the first thought on my mind walking into a high school ROTC class for the first time was not to hear the sharp commands of the cadet colonel Ben Carson. Yet, this was the tail end of the 1960’s and the nation had a new president, and the soldiers in Vietnam were welcoming new army recruits by the thousands who had to be prepared.
But in the city of Detroit at Southwestern High School, in 1969, there was another war occurring. It was a war of ideology based on anger as the city was recovering from riots still smoldering in its inner core from two years earlier. The community and the high schools had a Black Panther Party that was rising as an ideology being embraced by young black teens and older as the correct revolutionary pathway to social justice.
Yet, that morning as the young ROTC cadets looked on at this tall slender ROTC Commandant of Cadets, it was clear by his clear crisp commands there was a better way. His firm but calm demeanor had a different type of leadership that veered away from violent bellicose leftist overthrow demagoguery offered by the Black Panther Party leaders in the school and the neighborhood.
At this first cadet formation , Cadet Colonel Ben Carson spelled out a litany of expectations and goals that he insisted were not his goals but were to be our goals, if we were to ever leave school and go further and higher. His words were planted as nourishing seeds in the minds of those willing to accept and to create their own pathway toward a freedom from the street to the freedom of the ideals created and tested in the mind.
So as Dr. Ben Carson stood before the annual National Prayer Breakfast to speak to a different audience, he reminded them about the higher aspirations of America and an American Dream. This was a dream not built upon scapegoating, and blame and class division and warfare, but on the higher principles of life which are biblically based. It is easy for America to see; his words were not just his principles and beliefs but belonged to the nation as well.
Yet, there were those including Obama who were upset or outraged. Some stated how dare this doctor scold the president, who had just sat in his quiet surliness and listened to Dr. Ben Carson remind him of the fierce urgency of now and Obama’s own failings.
Dr. Carson responded to those critical of his speech by stating, “Well, when did this become a monarchy? You know, we are the people. The president works for us and, you know, we need to remember that. This is a country that is for of and by the people, not for of and by the government and that is the big battle that we are in right now.”

Gun manufacturing company, Olympic Arms, Inc. has turned down a solicitation to advertise in the FOP Journal, the publication of the National Fraternal Order of Police. The FOP very strongly supports the most extreme of gun control measures, highlighted by their jumping for joy over the Diane Feinstein proposal. Olympic Arms issued a statement http://www.guns.com/2013/02/14/olympic-arms-halts-sales-to-new-york-law-enforcement/ with “grievances” listed as their reasons for refusing to advertise with the FOP. They went even farther, saying they will not sell to, advertise with, or generally do business with any other entity supporting gun control, including the federal government. Other firearm manufacturers have also refused to sell to government entities.

Is Black History Month still necessary with Barack Obama Election
Has Black History Month met its end with the re-election of Barack Obama? One could make a solid case for calling a halt to the month of February as an official celebration of the achievements of Black Americans, since many of the injustices of the past have died away along with the perpetrators. In the 21st Century should not the focus be on a unified America that celebrates and acknowledges the achievements of all Americans throughout the year?
The advent of Black History month began in 1926 as the second week in February, and was known as Negro History Week. Its creator, black historian Carter G. Woodson was clear about its purpose and eventual end. He insisted at the time that the holiday be eliminated, when “black history became fundamental to American history.”
Last year, noted international author Maya Angelou appeared to agree when she explained in an interview, "We want to reach a time when there won't be Black History Month, when black history will be so integrated into American history that we study it along with every other history," according to Fox News.
Well, it appears apparent that the jury is in and the verdict is clear, the need for Black History Month has met it original purpose. Woodson’s edict was that the need for the month to continue into perpetuity was not its purpose. Black history has been mainstreamed into what it always has been, and that is; part of America’s history. Even Academy Award winning actor Morgan Freeman strongly asserted in a Sixty Minutes interview, "Black History Month is ridiculous… Black History is American History!"
Well it seems that Barack Obama’s election has sealed the deal on that, considering that February was chosen as the official month to honor Abraham Lincoln’s birthday. Lincoln freed the black slaves and, is it not fitting that the end of this holiday has indeed run its natural course with the election and re-election of the first black president of the United States?
Americans have an opportunity to move on and stop reliving the practices and outrages of racism which once permeated every aspect of the nation’s culture. Blacks have been elected governors, and congress has growing numbers of black elected leaders. Now with a president who is black, where again is the need for Black History Month?
It is unnecessary to keep track of black achievement in areas of professionalism and other fields of achievement. These achievements are American achievements, and should not continue to be segregated or celebrated by racial designation.
The nation should be focused on celebrating the future of a united nation where racial designations have no purpose or place. If America is to truly become one nation, indivisible with justice for all, then it must do away with the categories and the special designations which continue to keep Americans separate and apart. Is this not now the spirit and practice of reverse racism?

I have heard testimony, all that I can stand to listen to anyway, on the Benghazi attack of September 11, 2012 and find it more and more disgusting as each day of “testimony” comes and goes. No one on these “investigative panels” really wants the citizens to know what happened or why it happened. If they did they wouldn’t be asking Hillary Clinton, Leon Panetta, and the rest of the regime “explainers” being “called before Congress”.

Electoral College Reform would have given America a Better Election Day Result For the Nation
Presidents Day is nearing and conservatives will have something to celebrate that day four years from now when the Electoral College is returned to the voters. Currently, there is a movement in motion in several key presidential electoral battle ground states to return constitutional selection of the president to the voters by using congressional district selection of Electoral College electors. This move would even the playing field in presidential campaigns, to be more reflective of the true will of the people of a state, instead of voters being held hostage by the large urban population centers.
Large urban centers typically out vote the majority of congressional district by stealing votes in cities like Detroit, Cleveland, Philadelphia and Chicago. This results in state winner-take all electoral votes swinging unfairly and even illegally to a candidate like Barack Obama. In 2008 and 2012, Obama’s Chicago-style thuggish election machine worked to intimidate, manipulate and otherwise steal a presidential election in dozens of precincts in urban areas with impunity.
This process has created a false narrative that America has chosen a left-leaning socialist agenda that gives permission for citizens to be stripped of their Second Amendment gun rights, or states being forced to stand down against illegal aliens taking their health care, jobs and now their rights.
The solution has been clear for many years, and states like Nevada and Maine have already set the pathway toward a more balanced true representation of a state. They have initiated congressional district selection of presidential electors. In these states citizens can select their presidential candidate of choice, without being held hostage to the will of another congressional district or districts.
Currently, there are several states that have launched efforts to create a more fair and balanced Electoral College initiative. Michigan, Virginia, Ohio and Florida are some that are entertaining the idea. Yet their governors are showing timidity in fully embracing this patriotic concept.
Michigan’s governor, Rick Snyder who is up for re-election in 2014, had previously suggested his consideration for the move for voting fairness. Now, according to TPM, he is backing away.
If Snyder and a few other Republican governors are appearing weak in the knees about restoring electoral power to the state voters, this is probably the best time to know this. It gives the conservatives, the Tea Party and other like-minded voters the opportunity to put them on notice: No support for voter rights – No re-election!
Why is this crucial? Think about how the presidential election would have been turned on its head. Obama would have been shown the White House door, if the will of the people had been truly expressed by each congressional district!

I attended a town hall meeting in Claremore on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 featuring Markwayne Mullin, the newly elected congressman from Oklahoma’s 2nd District. Some of his statements sounded strange coming from a “conservative” but one response to a question bothered me more than the rest.
A man asked Mullin about the executive orders being used by Barack Obama to by-pass Congress, and what can be done to nullify them. Mullin’s response was that the way to stop an EO was for the House to pass legislation nullifying the order, then send it to the Senate where Dingy Harry Reid would refuse to allow it to be heard. And even if it could be passed by the Senate it would have to go to Obama for his signature.
