James Gencarelli

CANDIDATE FOR STATE (CONGRESS) REPRESENTATIVE

37th DISTRICT

Dear Friends, Neighbors and Fellow Citizens of the Great State of New Jersey.

*****************************************************************

It is the time for [A]LL to come together to petition vigorously our Politicians to become answerable to the people, not only to the affluent and the omnipotent [who gets them elected] but to all . [We the People] who elect them and put our trust and confidence into their capacity as our elected representatives must stand for our welfare and interests . We want Representatives with Accountability and Intelligence, responsive to the needs of the People.  Voters afford their elected officials trust and confidence by electing them to office.  In turn, they must be obligated to do their utmost and foremost best for their constituent's legitimate needs .

The State of New Jersey Faces Numerous Obstacles , TODAY !!!!

1. Education: Conforming the cost of education for the average person, permitting every student the opportunity to pursue their goals in life , coexisting with the American dream.

2. Transportation: Roads and Public Transportation that will enhance the quality of life for all the Citizens of our State. Safekeeping the cost of public transportation to coexist with the general population needs. The commuters that journey everyday to work and add Millions of tax dollars to the State coffers.

3. Air Quality: Hard-and-fast air-water quality control laws [over what the Federal Government requires], and then coming generations will not condemn us for degrading the environment.

4. Taxes: Increase Taxes and [less infrastructure betterment ] that is presently what is flowing from the Government. Our State Government must be more accountable before “raising taxes”, i.e. State, Property, and Sales Tax. Taxation with [False Representation ] seems to be the road that our government has taken.

My Campaign hopefully will provoke all those who are concerned about improving and ameliorating our State Government to better serve the people. Please join me in the struggle to passing Bills and Laws that will serve the needs of all the people.  Representing the Citizens of this District and State will be an honor and privilege , with all the fortitude, spirit and grit that one can muster to bring about affirmative change in the government . And last but not least : Immigration

Immigration: Justice to all people of the world. Believing that Migration Laws must be the same that past generations had to abide with in order to become American Citizens . No less , No more , But equal , the qualifications need to be rightful, in order to insure the quality of life in America for everyone.

Thank God for Rep Brooks protecting our technology.

First Obama agrees to reduce our ICBM force down to 1550 missiles and then the Russian were allowed to see defense missile in old silos that have been converted to defense missiles. While Rep Brooks seeks to block Obama from giving the Russians our technology Obama is still seeking to declassify information about our missiles so they can share it. Wow, Obama is doing the enemies work for them!

I guess this is one of the things Obama meant when he told the Russians he would have more flexibility after the re-election. We know Obama is letting the Chinese attend our Naval exercises and I am sure when they went to meet the Russians afterwards they did not share everything. Obama wants to cut 12 brigades and two of our active carriers, which have a sub and many other ships with them. Seems like a wish list from the Russians and Chinese are Obama's to do list.

Can not think of why anyone would want to impeach Obama and not just let him do what he does so well until his term expires.

The Washington Free Beacon  reported, "The visit by the Russians is likely to prompt concerns on Capitol Hill from Republicans opposed to the administration’s efforts to share missile defense technology with the Russians.

Rep. Mo Brooks (R., Ala.) revealed in May during congressional testimony from Vice Adm. James D. Syring, director of the Pentagon’s Missile Defense Agency, that the administration has sought to declassify sensitive missile defense technology that could be shared with Moscow.

As a result, Brooks drafted legislation that would prohibit the Pentagon from releasing classified missile defense know-how to the Russians, specifically advanced hit-to-kill missile defense interceptor technology."

The looming issue in WA D.C. has been a potential government shutdown. If Congress cannot agree on a budget proposal, the government can have to temporarily close. There are individuals that will be harm by a shutdown if it takes place, though it appears that winning approval from less than the majority of the American people is more significant that other considerations. Government employees will be deprived of their pay, and they're the ones who will be feeling the pinch. Post resource - Government employees to bear brunt of government shutdown by MoneyBlogNewz.

Basic services would continue under federal shutdown

The federal government may end up in a temporary shutdown on May 16 due to the battle over a spending bill. Even with a shutdown, not everything will shut down. Some things will continue. Since the United State USPS is self-financed for probably the most part, it will continue to operate. MSNBC reports the any services in the government "involving the safety of human life or the protection of property" won't be shutdown. There will even be Social Security benefits continuing.

No more pay for government workers

Government employees are the ones that are going to lose probably the most. It will even not impact the military or air traffic controllers. Nobody has to worry about safety. However, employees in agencies that are involved in clerical, managerial or financial roles will most likely be put on a furlough. Still, there was pay frozen for several employees already. The Obama administration put these pay freezes in place. Contractors who work for the government, several of whom are small businesses, may also lose revenue, according to the Wall Street Journal. There may not be any money reimbursed to contract workers.

Preparing for shutdown

There were plans in place already. Many were prepared for a government shutdown. The Credit Union Times reports that any members on temporary federal government shutdown layoffs will be able to get zero percent interest furlough loans from the Cabrillo Credit Union in San Diego. Check your local credit union to see if they offer a program like this. There were several offered during the 1995-1996 shutdowns that occurred. If the shutdown does occur, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner has said he would not rule out dipping to the Social Security Trust Fund and other sources to keep some government services fiscally viable until the shutdown subsides, according to Reuters, which means that some employees and services may continue to be funded.
