BEWARE THE EMBOLDENED LEFT

As the left rejoices over their monumental victory, conservatives double down on the upcoming 2010 elections and their campaign strategy. "Repeal the Bill" is a good start, but should not be the focus, as it will be a difficult road and Obama will veto any attempt.

The eye-opening shenanigans by the left such as the backroom bribes, payoffs, and threats in their eternal quest for big government; the takeover of the private sector in financial institutions, the car industry, insurance companies, and now health care; their road to a socialistic re-distribution of wealth; the doubling and tripling our deficit .... should be their focus.

The 2010 elections are only nine (9) short months away, and the Tea Party movement has momentum on their side. One of the major objectives of the movement, and why it has caught on like wildfire, is to weed out the thinned down conservatives - those conservatives you thought were on your side, but voted too many times with Obama's socialist agenda. Michael Steele is not the most popular guy in the Republican Party these days, and then again, maybe he is just that. After commenting on Fox New's Hannity that Republicans will not take control of the House in 2010, there has been a backlash by conservatives. Your U.S. House & Senate have voted themselves $4,700 and $5,300 raises.1. They voted to not give you a S.S. cost of living raise in 2010 and 2011.2. Your Medicare premiums will go up $285.60 for the 2-years and you will not get the 3% COLA or $660/yr. Your total 2-yr loss and cost is $1,600 or $3,200 for husband and wife. Plain enough??????3. Every member of Congress will get an added $10,000 which is putting them very close to $200,000 per year. Sounds like an elite class to me.4. Do you feel SCREWED? They vote themselves a raise and better benefits. They only care about WE THE PEOPLE on election day, right? You never did anything about it in the past. The time for action is near!!!!5. Get Ready for November 2010

November 21, 2009Both houses of congress are out of control. The Teaparty events are viewed by the Washington politicians as a bunch of locals gathering to have a good time.They are marching forward with legislation aimed at destroying this country. Barack Obama cannot be successful with his agenda if the Congress does not present him with legislation to sign. House bill HR3962 and Senate bill 3590 both contain sections that are unconstitutional.I recommend Teaparty.org to get the Teaparty groups in every one of the fifty states to start citizen campaigns to:1. Have members volunteer to be deputy registrars and work to sign up every citizen eligible to vote and urge them to take the time to vote. Have factual fliers about the Health Care Reform legislation, Cap and Trade legislation, Card Check legislation, etc. I really believe a large number of people do not pay attention to what is going on in Washington. They don’t get valid information from what used to be the main stream media. We who keep up with what is going on need to spread the word. FAST. Then we need to ensure to convince them to not vote for any incumbent in November 2010.2. We need to start this process right after the first of the year.3. We need to do this so the new members we elect will understand why current occupants of the two legislative houses have been fired. The warning to their replacements: IGNOR US AT YOUR POLITICAL PERIL.4. Reelecting anyone in the congress will look like we are voting party politics. And to a large degree we would be preserving the old Washington politics. The lobbyists will still have a lot of influence, earmarks will still be used to hide partisan projects, and long standing rules that should be abolished will be kept in place.PLEASE, NOVEMBER 2, 2010; Lets have the goal and achieve it to have the largest VOTER turn out in history. When you get in the voting booth, don’t get buyer’s remorse. We won’t make things any worse in Washington than they are now. In addition, the voters in each state can tell their congressperson what they want and be listened to.LETS MAKE THE AMERICAN VOTER THE RULING MAJORITY A YEAR FROM NOW.
