An idea to unite the right and stop the enemy.

OK, everyone who hates obama, and I'm convinced that's around 75% of the population, wants him out but the so-called republicans are divided, right? Some like me think a third party is the way to go, others want to stick with what I call the Titanic of politics, the GOP.

Someone tell me why this wouldn't work to bring the conservative thinking people together:

The establishment republicans run their candidate as usual. The New Tea Party, or something like it runs a truly conservative candidate, ala Col. Allen West, or Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman, or Dr. Ben Carson the neurosurgeon. 

Here's the catch. *The stated policy of the conservative party is that they will run as hard as they can to win over America. All true conservatives like me will be able to vote for someone who hasn't been selected by the likes of Boehner and Rove. The GOP can run their typical unelectable candidate, Dole, McCain, Romney. Two weeks before the election if the conservative party isn't in contention based on a mutually agreed upon polling service, they pledge to swing their votes over to the Republicans and withdraw their candidate! That way, no votes end up going to supporting the likes of this hunk of garbage we have in there now and all of us can unite behind one candidate while still voting our conscience.

Now, if that sounds too unreasonable, or if you can't get on board with that, we are truly doomed because right now the left is rolling over us and the Constitution like a bull dozer.

We need something bold. Why not this? If you agree that it's worth a try, please spread it around. I'm so sick of liberalism and it's tentacles, not to mention islam while I'm at it. Liberalism is at the heart of the vast majority of our decline!

    Good luck with that .Knowing that big money is in controll. Do you a nobody piece of crap showed up on the whitehouse steps like Obama did by his on hand.This contry has corection government has to parties workers and voters. One of these provides the tax dollars so the other has enough time to degrade constitution and mold it to fit thier needs.The whole mess in our government should be cleaned out and regular everyday people should fill these position. Not the family ran been there forever junk thats up there now.Without that a mandates on how long a term you can have you will have the same thing over and over again!

    Sounds like a liberal idea go into war to surrender? The whole idea if a 3rd party would be to make the other sides work harder, just like the free market. Lets face it until we get a 3rd party the GOP is our best solution. But I feel that if a third party candidate runs and agrees to drop out then he will never be treated as a true possibility.

    As an almost lifelong Republican I've usually said that we should try to change the GOP to a truly conservative constitutional party. Sadly, I just don't see it happening without dramatic action.

    If we conservatives keep on saying at the last minute we'll support lackluster Republicans who don't have that fire in the belly to restore this country to a democratic Republic under the rule of constitutional law then we should vote for 3rd party candidates who will. Perhaps that will put the fear of angry voters in the GOP. If it doesn't, then the GOP will have lost it's raison de'etre and the Great Experiment will be over.

    I have a better idea but it won't be ready until sometime tomorrow. I will not surrender to a karl marx rove candidate. Might as well have Obama again.

    We have to do something. If the GOP doesn't have the cajones to stand up to the left then let's go with a Tea Party candidate. It would be entertaining to see the leftwing media wet themselves over a black conservative or a strong woman. It's past time to take the gloves off.

    I'll answer you Edna but I wish you'd have started another thread. I'm trying to get a message out here.

    Obama is a muslim in spirit.  Everything he does aids them and hinders our friends in Israel and elsewhere.  His name is Barrack Hussein Obama…what's that his Irish heritage?  The writing is on the wall, he's as muslim as mohammed.
