50 Billion in emergency aid to state and local goverments. If the states and local goverments can not pay it back, then the National Goverment will take over the State and Local Goverments ! No more State Reps.
It is time to remove the Union membership in the Federal,
( signed in to law by J.F.K.) State and Local School District's. They are acting like fiscal terrorists, by not giving back some worker benefices. So other workers would not be layed off. ( Not even one day a week ) To keep the State and Local Goverments from going BANKRUPT !
