  • Lately, I've sharpened my wit a bit on Twitter, because of the needed brevity. And, you can search out for people 'worth' speaking to easily. There's a lot of genuine souls that need convincing out there, and it's okay to lend a hand in getting their heads straight! Other than that, you tend to move on to better pastures for the convo.

  • I would rather debate with a lib than trade barbs any day. It's more in my nature to reach out for discussion to further an issue, than to find out who's got the best zingers, ya know?

For my part, I'll do a sensible throw down of the intolerant left, and still try to engage 'properly.' - hehe!

  • You've got that right, Suzanne. When liberalism shows itself as the failure it always is, they clam up, get reticent to talk politics ( they all suck; they're all alike; well, what about so-and-so, et cetera ), and STILL they stick to the failed policies that doom this and ANY nation that incorporates them. A sad state of affairs, when you can't even converse with your opponent.

  • I'll take George Bush over Barack Obama anytime. However non-conservative some of his policies have been, he has been a vastly different president than the current Oval Office Occupant (I call him #OOO on Twitter!). The Obama policies, with the full-face support of his comrades in Congress, have been a disgrace to the United States of America, made a laughing stock of this country across the planet, and done NOTHING to handle what government was established to do.

That this ever-encroaching mindset of 'government is the answer' to the woes of the nation is the largest telling our of time, and the biggest fight to sustain the freedoms our forefathers have given of their lives for.

What an absolute shame we are at this point in history. The fight is still RIGHT.

  • Keep in mind the Obama supporters will never believe him to be ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief...doesn't matter what evidence will be presented, or what knowledge is so obvious, one would be a fool NOT to question. This does make it harder to engage those so deeply entrenched this way, in the notion their choices were so, so wrong, and makes the enlightenment of the 'Low Information Voter' even more challenging.

I can admit I supported GWBush on his leadership, when I should have questioned more. You. Will. Not. Get. Liberals. To. Do. That. They are lockstep and knee-jerk, and will not budge or compromise. When you have voter fraud as an issue, this will ALWAYS be something that applies more to those who desire power...at all costs. It is a shame, and our works to reverse this are yet to bear fruit, and so, we keep on keeping on - !

  • And there it is, the sheeple: apathy abounds, and the see no evil-hear no evil-speak no evil, all-are-the-same litany invades our discourse and evades the answers needed in this all-in-for-me attitude so pervasive this day. Going forward, the fight MUST address the absurdity that government is always the resolve. The cloaks over the transparency, the drown-us-out no accountability, and the never-ending non-responsibility must END!

  • I wholeheartedly agree, the shame brought upon the great nation, and the damage done - possibly irrevocably - is so prevalent day-to-day now, those not interested in the process and responsibilities of citizenry are numb now to this group of radicals. It is disheartening, and then, it's an honor to know of those in each of our lives who take upon them the accountability to address this battle, where so many of our representatives do or will not.

  • Thanks, Suzanne, same here! Keep the fight RIGHT! :)
