30 Senate RINO Republicans joined all Senate Democrats and President Obama to ‘add’ an additional ‘$6.38 Trillion’ onto our National Debt.  Where will the ‘$6.38 Trillion’ come from?  Who will RINO Republicans and Senate Democrats blame for this additional ‘$6.38 Trillion’ onto our National Debt?

How will 30 RINO Republicans and all Senate Democrats justify their vote to ‘increase our National Debt’ for an additional $6.38 Trillion, as ticketed by the CBO, to cover their votes on S. 744 of ‘inviting’ some 11 million ‘illegal’ Latinos for USA ‘citizenship’?

30 ‘RINO’ Republicans voted to ‘invite’ ‘citizenship’ to some 11 million ‘illegal’ Latinos at a cost of an additional $6.38 Trillion on an additional National Debt; Alexander (R-TN), Ayotte (R-NH), Blunt (R-MO), Burr (R-NC), Chambliss (R-GA), Chiesa (R-NJ), Coats (R-IN), Coburn (R-OK), Collins (R-ME), Corker (R-TN), Cornyn (R-TX), Fischer (R-NE), Flake (R-AZ), Graham (R-SC), Grassley (R-IA), Hatch (R-UT), Heller (R-NV), Hoeven (R-ND), Isakson (R-GA), Johanns (R-NE), Johnson (R-WI), McConnell (R-KY), Moran (R-KS), Murkowski (R-AK), Paul (R-KY), Portman (R-OH), Rubio (R-FL), Thune (R-SD), Toomey (R-PA), and Wicker (R-MS)

Only 15 ‘Conservative’ Republicans voted to ‘deny’ ‘citizenship’ to some 11 million ‘illegal’ Latinos at a cost of an additional $6.38 Trillion onto our National Debt; Barrasso (R-WY), Boozman (R-AR), Cochran (R-MS), Crapo (R-ID), Cruz (R-TX), Enzi (R-WY), Inhofe (R-OK), Kirk (R-IL), Lee (R-UT), Risch (R-ID), Roberts (R-KS), Scott (R-SC), Sessions (R-AL), Shelby (R-AL), and Vitter (R-LA) voted to save our USA from Trillions of Dollars more National Debt.

Free parents to promote and allow their children an education; it’s their future.

Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, and Democrats continue to ‘force’ parents to continue to pay their taxes, and also send their children to ‘public schools’.  As an alternative to the ‘public schools’, the taxpayers are forced to pay additional costs for offering any alternative education for their children.

All legislators should and could release parents across America from a Socialistic ‘public education’ and allow parents to determine the ‘very best education’ for their children as may be attained.  It is merely a change of the states’ statues on ‘taxes and education’ within their respective domains.

Our “public schools”, led by our US Department of Education has, and continues to subsidize, champion, sponsor, lecture, and sustain more ‘Liberal’ social ideals; ideals contrary to our Constitutional ‘Christian’ values.

It is important for political leaders, our citizens, and the ‘main-stream’ Medias to recognize that our ‘public education’ ‘results’ continue downhill, as compared to other forms of education for our children, and other nations around the world.

It is in the best interest of the  children’s ‘parents’ and the ‘taxpayers’ for our children to be offered the ‘best education available’ for our communities, whether it be in ‘public schools’, private schools, charter schools, parochial schools, or home schools.  ‘All schools’ must meet ‘common test requirements’ in proving each child’s ‘instructional progress’ in their learning.

As Canadian-American journalist, author, and political philosopher, Isabel Paterson said, "A tax supported, compulsory educational system is the complete model of the totalitarian state."  Most states’ ‘public education’ has been a ‘compulsory educational system’ for years.  As any alternative to ‘public education’, the parents are forced to continue paying their taxes, then pay additional enormous costs for other ‘replacement’ education.

Competing to deliver the ‘very best education’ intended for (y)our children will require all ‘effective’ schools to get better and stronger.

Set our parents ‘free’ so as to promote and allow their children to ascertain a valuable, dynamic, healthy, and prosperous education; it is all about their future.

Shame on you, Boy Scouts of America's National Council as ‘you’ disgrace yourselves with your action, and in doing so to ‘improperly’ teach ‘immorally’ to our young children.

America’s ‘morality’ was just down-graded by the Boy Scouts of America's National Council as they voted to allow and/or accept ‘homosexuality is OK’ in the Boy Scouts.  This vote by the Boy Scouts of America's National Council indicates these leaders’ own personal reservation ‘honor’ teachings are expected to be decency responsibilities to our children; teachings the children have learned in their Houses of Worship and in their own homes from our Holy Bible that homosexuality is not OK.

Yes, shame on you, Boy Scouts of America's National Council.  With your acceptance of supporting homosexuality in the Boy Scouts of America, you are a disgrace to our younger generation(s).

‘RESOLULUTION’

Inasmuch as President Obama and many Capitol Hill Democrats criticize the ‘TEA Party’,  ‘Patriots’, and other conservative groups; and,

Inasmuch as several Capitol Hill Democrats, including Senators Schumer, Franken, Udall, Shaheen,  Merkley, Whitehouse, and Bennet has written letters to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and directed the IRS to investigate TEA Party events, pursuits, and activities as well as other conservative groups; and,

Inasmuch as the IRS may have followed these Democrat Senators instructions, then listened and acted; and,

Inasmuch as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) apparently attacked the TEA Party, their members and supporters, and other conservative groups; and,

Inasmuch as President George W. Bush appointed these last 2 IRS Commissioners defined for the respective relevant times of service; and,

Inasmuch as President G.W. Bush’s Former Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor, Karl Rowe criticizes the TEA Party, their members and supporters, and many of their TEA supported candidates; and

Inasmuch as George W. Bush’s Senior Advisor, Karl Rowe may have been associated with President Bush’s administration, and aware of his own political view and the appointed IRS Commissioners common dislike of the TEA Party and other conservative groups; Therefore,

Senior Advisor, Karl Rowe may be obligated to share some responsibility of, perhaps, recommending President George W. Bush anti-TEA Party appointments as IRS Commissioner(s).

Unfortunately,  the Rev William Barber is, himself, a ‘racist troublemaker’ who seems to erroneously intent on opening up the election process so as he and his ‘left-wing’ followers are able to violate the laws at will by voting ‘often and many times repeatedly’ to elect whomever they choose; leaving free, open, and honest elections into ‘anarchy’.

Rev William Barber speaks for a small group of those who continue and demand total political control by using a ‘one-sided voice’ of ‘racism’ as a problem, at all costs.

Inasmuch as Rev William Barber seems to be interested only in his version of ‘racial equality’ of ‘civil rights’, should it be ‘equitable’ for NAACP President Barber to ‘demand more racial equality’ in the college as well as professional sports of basketball and football.

On this issue, NAACP President Barber apparently wants anyone and everyone to walk into any and all political ‘polls’ at any and all times and he wishes the ‘polls’ to remain open almost endlessly, and vote as often and freely as he chooses; no checks for preventing ‘Voter fraud’.

Is President Barber’s position related only to enhance African Americans?  If and when will President Barber, many others in the NAACP, and all others elsewhere, ever get over ‘racism’?  Why do ‘bigoted’ individuals continue to practice ‘racism equality’ rather than ‘true equality’?

It appears NAACP President Barber continues to lead and practice his support of ‘Socialism’; all governments to provide all wants and needs to all the people, and all the time at taxpayers’ expense.

President Barber fails to understand the ‘facts’ under a Republic system of government that as the ‘Iron Lady’, Margaret Thatcher once said, ‘The problem with Socialism you eventually run out of other people’s money.’

North Carolinians make up a state where there is very, very little of racism; a majority of my State of North Carolina’s racism being displayed by NAACP’s President, the Rev. William Barber, himself.

Rev. William Barber, ‘bury’ your own ‘racism’.  Get over it.  You are an embarrassment to civilization.  Upwards of near 80% of (y)our North Carolinians support Voter ID.

Democracy North Carolina Executive Director Bob Hall is asking for an investigation GOP contributions? 

Were Democracy North Carolina and/or Executive Director Bob Hall even alive during Gov. Beverly Perdue’s corrupt campaign and/or Gov. Mike Easley’s administration?  Both of these 2 Democrats were found guilty on several cases and came up very short of becoming residents and behind the bars in our NC Prison system.  Even with Democrat Party Speaker of the House, Rep. Jim Black and Agriculture Commissioner Meg Scott Phipps investigated and becoming inmate within our Prison system, that may have been just a start.

While there were several cases for NC Board of Election’s Chairman Larry Leake to investigate, prosecute, and, perhaps, convict of cases submitted to his attention, the Board of Elections usually voted with and for the Democrat Party majority; 3 to 2 in denying any independent investigation against  the Democrats.

Every North Carolinians should be made aware that each of these appointments are based on ‘partisan’ politics.  Executive Director, Gary Bartlett and/or his predecessor, Executive Secretary-Director Alex K. Brock did not get his initial appointment, or his continuous position re-appointments, because he was a good administrator.  They were both ‘good supporting’ Democrats.

Prior to the 1^st Republican Governor in 100 years, the Governors made the nominee choice as Executive Secretary-Director of the NC Board of Elections. 

With NC Gov. Jim Holshouser’s election win in 1972, the majority Democrat Party changed the NC General Statues, denying Gov. Holshouser this Executive Secretary-Director selection any many other appointments. 

Wow!  Then the majority Democrat Party changed the NC General Statues again in 1977 after a new Democrat Party Governor, Jim Hunt, providing Gov. Hunt and members in the NC Legislature appointments. 

Again, when GOP Gov. Jim Martin won the General Election in 1984, the majority Democrat Party changed the NC General Statues again denying Gov. Martin’s appointments.  

Again, in 1992 after Jim Hunt won another election, the majority Democrat Party changed the NC General Statues again providing appointments to newly elected Governor.

In November, 2012, and with the ‘Blessings’ of North Carolinians providing GOP victories as Governor, Lt. Governor, and a GOP super-majority in both, the NC House and NC Senate, there is no reason to worry. 

NC elections, and other State government departments, will continue on a ‘professional’ basis under new leadership.

Wake up, Democracy North Carolina and Executive Director Bob Hall.  There were many times for you and your organization to call for investigations against Democrats, while at the same time assisting North Carolinians; but, you turned you head and walked away from cleaning up NC government and its’ attendees.

Terrorism is growing as it crisscrosses across America.  President Obama, the Democrat Party, and the ‘main-stream’ Medias continue to welcome and support 2.6 million Islamic Muslims and another 11.5 million ‘illegal immigrants’ into our great nation.  Many ‘illegal immigrants’ are ‘demanding’ equal freedoms as ‘legal’ Americans have; a policy supported by President Obama and a majority of Capitol Hill Democrats.  As there are no individual ‘checks’, all ‘illegal immigration’ allows more ‘terrorism’ into our neighborhoods.

On Monday, April 22, 2013, the Democrat controlled Senate Judiciary Committee has a scheduled hearing on ‘Immigration’ and/or ‘illegal immigration’.  The Democrat controlled Senate has scheduled some 15 ‘Pro-Immigration’ witnesses as compared to 4 ‘Anti-Immigration’ witnesses; a more unfair balance in witnesses to any open debate.  ‘Illegal immigration’ and criminal activity is relevant to all ‘immigration’ wherever they come from.

Why doesn’t the ‘main-stream’ Medias demand the majority Democrat Party Senate to allow a more balanced Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing request?  Law enforcement recognizes the explosive potential growth of criminality in (y)our communities.

Islam has hundreds of years of terrorism in their society.  There is one common factor to indicate Islam is not a ‘religion of peace’.  “Allah’s Apostle (Muhammad) said, ‘I have been made victorious with terror” — Bukhari V4 B52 N220.

In 1921, Sir Winston Churchill, in a speech to the House of Commons, spoke of a militant Islam sect, the Wahabis, more violent than any in history, which would kill their own sisters for wearing the wrong attire. These fierce zealots would terrorize the West with bomb-carrying Jihadists who would burn embassies and destroy buildings by their passion to sacrifice their lives for guarantee of Islam heaven.

If I may rephrase Danny Jeffrey:  Islam is coming to America.  It is touted to be a religion but it lacks any of the qualities that are part of anything that we here in the west would regard as religion. There is nothing uplifting about Islam. It is a belief based on hatred, death, domination, slavery and blind allegiance to a man who was himself a pedophile.

With all this history, ‘main-stream’ Medias continue their support of a Democrat Party agenda of ‘Islam as a Religion’ and the Democrat Party’s ‘illegal immigration’ policies as established; differently from current ‘legal immigration’ legislation.  It appears the Democrat Party, main-stream Medias, Islamic Muslims, and other ‘illegal immigrants’ are selling the same ‘direction of destruction’ political agenda; and wrongly selling their unjust message of our Constitution based on Christian values and freedoms.

On Sep 5, 2012 in Charlotte, NC at the Democrat National Committee (DNC) Convention, the Democrat Party had more ‘Islamic Muslims’ as ‘Delegates and Alternates’ than ever in their history.  On an open vote, a clear majority of all Delegates and Alternates wanted to continue the removal of “God” within the Democrat Party Platform.

If we are to use critical thought, we must have a firm foundation. All Muslims agree that:

“There is no god, but Allah and Mohammed is His messenger.”

Would you believe that as recently as on September 11, 2012, President Obama’s administration rewarded Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a Boston Marathon ‘bomber’, with American Citizenship in Boston?  Older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who never the less could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence conviction.  ‘That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat.’

Other ‘bomber’, little brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was arrested on April 19, 2013, was granted asylum in Arlington Virginia on September 27, 2002, and later was rewarded with American Citizenship on September 11, 2012 in Boston.

Why did Attorney General Eric Holder direct FBI agents ‘not to read’ alleged Boston Marathon ‘bomber’ Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the ‘Miranda Rights’?  Will the Federal Courts now deny the United States from prosecuting Dzhokhar Tsarnaev?  Will this ‘deliberate legal failure’ set this alleged killer free?  If so, what then?  What may be next?

Islamic Muslims in America, and ‘around the world’, are attacking and killing Christians.  ‘Main-stream’ Medias ignore or fail to report these Islamic attacks and/or killings, for whatever reasoning, as the ‘main-stream’ Medias judge these atrocities.

President Obama and a majority of Capitol Hill Democrats continue their support of more Islamic Muslims immigrating into our USA.  ‘Main-stream’ Medias are in support or are silent on the issue.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) Platform has many social issues agreeing with our US Constitutional ‘Christianity’ values: Support our Constitution; Support  sanctity and dignity of ‘Life’ over abortion; Secure our Borders;  Make our Military number one in the world; All members of our Military will be under US Command; Smaller government, less regulation, and lower taxes; a Balanced budget; Protect the Second Amendment; Freedom of Religion; Maintain a free and secure Israel; to name a few.

As the RNC Platform demonstrates policies equal to our Constitution based on Christian values, the Democrat Party and their DNC Platform is joined by Islamic Muslims and ‘main-stream Medias’ to disrupt our nation; as regular reports outside the ‘main stream’ Medias.

Islam and Sharia Law is conflicting to our Constitution based on Christianity and our Holy Bible.

Do not be misled!  Any new ‘immigration’ legislation in support of ‘illegal immigrants’ from around the world will ‘magnify’ the Democrat Party and ‘shrink’ the Republican Party as more Constitutional freedoms are denied.

It is most ‘dishonorable’ for the ‘main-stream’ Medias to hide behind the ‘First Amendment’ in joining a Democrat Party agenda, ‘illegal immigration’ and ‘unbelievers’ over a Republican Party with a Platform based in support of Constitutional values and freedoms.

What value is the Republican Party ‘Platform’ other than a ‘piece of paper’ when (y)our ‘GOP leadership’ is shaped and approved from the ‘grassroots’ of our Party, displayed as a roadmap for leaders to follow, but its’ precise and detailed values are ‘never applied’ or ‘required’?

Is it possible for the Republican Party ‘leadership’ to return our GOP and our nation back to include a ‘common-sense’ GOP Platform on ‘social issues’, or is the GOP going to continue downhill and into the sewer?

Will the GOP return to Christian values as our Founding Fathers established in our Constitution?  Many others are more than willing to follow the GOP as our Party will then expand.

When President Ronald Reagan said to ‘Build a big tent’, he explained the need to build the Republican Party with others who would support similar ‘social and fiscal’ issues some 80% of the time.  Support of the issues must be based on ‘differing’ issues; Liberal Democrat Party issues v. Conservative Republican Party issues.  President Reagan’s ‘win’ was to persuade others to accept his philosophy; and not for President Reagan, you and/or me to accept theirs.

The Republican Party Platform and its’ ‘leadership’ must subscribe to ‘Social, Fiscal, and National Security’ issues; in that order.  When the ‘Social’ issues become the forerunner, the other issue concerns follow in the ‘right’ path; not necessarily so in any other order.

If the GOP ‘leadership’ continues to degrade (y)our Republican Party based on ‘shameful’, ‘immoral’, and/or other ‘wasteful spending’ on fiscal issues, the Republican Party will die and ‘many others’ will move forward with another “Party” based on ‘moral, fiscal, and National Security’ issue values.

Our Republican Party does not need ‘Republicans In Name Only’ (RINO) or any other ‘Democrat look-alikes’ in our Party. 

‘Main-stream Medias’ and Liberal Democrats steer the ‘out-of-control’ spending while ‘RINO’ Republicans join the left-wing Democrats’ proposals in crossing the ‘political aisle’ to vote and accept more additional spending.  Secondly, these same legislators prepare and dominate lower social standards.  These ‘left-wing’ agendas are wrong.

It is this ‘left-wing’ representation that has and is leaving our ‘ever-growing’ National Debt approaching $17 Trillion.  At the same time, our Judiciary, our ‘public schools’, and our Liberal elected and appointed bureaucrats are ignoring and/or disobeying our Constitution, US Code, and our States’ General Statutes.  Active elected and appointed Democrats and ‘Democrat look-alikes’ masked as ‘RINO’ Republicans are guiding our declining communities with more unfeeling, senseless, and lawless activity.  Our nation is becoming a ‘nation of individuals’ as our freedoms slide away from a ‘system of laws’.

There is more to being a ‘sincere’ Republican Party candidate than putting an ‘R’ beside any individual’s name.  A ‘genuine’ Republican Party candidate will support at least 80% of our ‘social, fiscal, and National Security’ issues as defined in our Republican Party ‘Platform’.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) must save our Republican Party’s ‘donor dollars’ in providing support for responsible GOP candidates who will support the GOP Platform, and to save our USA.  (Y)our Republican Party ‘Platform’ is a roadmap; lead yourself, or follow others to greatness in America.  Help all ‘devoted’ true Republican Party candidates make it happen!

Do you know what Capitol Hill Democrats are doing to you?  Are you aware of Senate and House Democrats’ efforts to add more government debt on you and I as well as more taxes from your take-home pay, and/or leave more owing debt to (y)our children and their children; for them to pay?  Republicans have offered a list for cutting $2.5 Trillion spending.  Capitol Hill Democrats reject almost all spending cuts.  Why does Capitol Hill Democrats refuse to cut out-of-control spending to balance the budget?  Repeal of ObamaCare, alone, would save Hundreds of Billions of dollars for Americans’ working taxpayers.

What does Americans know about ObamaCare?  Importantly, a current Rasmussen Reports finds that 54% think the U.S. Health Care System will likely worsen over the next couple of years. 

What Americans do know, they do not like.  Regardless, Senate Democrats continue to ‘cram ObamaCare down (y)our throats’.

On March 22, 2013, the US Senate voted on a Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) Amendment for full repeal of ObamaCare.  The Amendment is totally clean: ‘To establish a deficit-neutral reserve fund to provide for the repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 and to encourage patient-centered reforms to improve health outcomes and reduce health care costs, promoting economic growth.’

With all of these and more barricades harming Americans and our US economy, on a March 22, 2013 Roll Call, the US Senate Democrats rejected ObamaCare repeal.  All 45 Republicans voted “YEA” to ‘repeal’ ObamaCare.  All 52 Democrats and 2 Independents who usually vote Democrat (Exception- Lautenberg (D-NJ)-No Vote) voted “NAY” on repealing ObamaCare.

Based on the Congressional Budget Office, ‘ObamaCare is still projected to have a gross cost of over $1.6 trillion from 2013 to 2022.’  Reports now say Americans’ consumer costs under ObamaCare will double their current insurance costs.  With a failing economy with more and more Americans losing their jobs under President Obama’s economic hardship, how will our people survive? 

Who is responsible for paying ObamaCare for ‘Illegal immigrants’?  On March 23, 2012, Senate Democrats rejected new legislation that would have prevented ‘illegal immigrants’ granted legal status and federally subsidized health care.  All 44 Republicans except Sen. Murkowski (R-AK) voted “YEA” to stop ObamaCare from insuring ‘illegal immigrants’.  All 52 Democrats and 2 Independents who usually vote Democrat (Exception- Lautenberg (D-NJ)-No Vote) voted “NAY” in allowing ObamaCare to insure ‘illegal immigrants’.

The Hill says, ‘Comprehensive immigration reform could make millions of people suddenly eligible for assistance under President Obama's healthcare law, assuming a final deal paves the way for undocumented immigrants to receive papers.’

In most states, owners/operators of most cars, trucks, and other motorized vehicles driven on our public roads and highways are required to maintain liability insurance.  The liability insurance costs are based on his/her vehicle(s), their personal and/or hazardous lifestyle, their personal history, their driving record, and/or other histories, etc.  Each individual’s liability insurance cost is reflective to the individual and their vehicle(s), and each person must pay accordingly.

Under ObamaCare, the more “good living and healthier lifestyle” individuals are “penalized” and “forced to pay” the excessive costs for the “not so good living with a more different, and, perhaps, dangerous lifestyle” individual.  Regardless of anyone’s age, sex, personal, and/or hazardous lifestyle (illegal drugs, alcohol. etc.), and/or any other reason, all individuals and their costs are treated exactly the same; just as others in Socialists and/or Communists countries.

The Wall Street Journal reports, ‘Central to ObamaCare are requirements that health insurers (1) accept everyone who applies (guaranteed issue), (2) cannot charge more based on serious medical conditions (modified community rating), and (3) include numerous coverage mandates that force insurance to pay for many often uncovered medical conditions.’

Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-Kan.) says, “Defunding Obamacare would save the government a few billion dollars."  Beyond that, Huelskamp said "it will help millions of Americans keep their current employer-sponsored health insurance, it will stop HHS (Health and Human Services Department) from continuing to implement a very unpopular law that's driving up premiums."

Repeal of ObamaCare will benefit all working Americans personal budgets while helping to create and expand more jobs leading to an American economic recovery.

In today’s society, there are folks who ‘work for a living’, and there are folks who ‘vote for a living’.  These prior listed motives include and are revealing as to how President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats are playing Santa Clause spending (y)our taxpayers’ money on countless ‘giveaways’ to others who ‘vote for a living’ as well as on issues to ascertain ‘illegal immigrants’ in voting on elections, if approved.  Are there any uncertainties?

Americans with our inherited ‘inalienable’ God-given rights and freedoms appears to be moving to a lower level.

‘Face it’!  An American electorate majority has ‘voted’ to turn the USA, our Constitution, and our earlier ‘inalienable’ ‘God-given’ freedoms ‘upside-down’; and away as passed down from our earlier generation(s).

America is living under a ‘lawless’ government of elected and appointed individuals who, themselves, decide whether to ‘obey, enforce, or ignore’ our Constitution and our laws, as they please.

America made a ‘far-left turn’ in 1963 as the SCOTUS verdict in ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP removed the Holy Bible from our ‘public schools’.  Since that judgment, several generations have failed to hear, study, and/or pass along to later generations the ‘Word of God’. As time passed, I perceived a vision for America to return our nation to the dreams of our Founding Fathers and our US Constitution based on Christian values.

During this same time frame, most regular individuals who practice ‘Christianity’ in their ‘houses of worship’, were spending their money being entertained in professional sports, amphitheaters, movies, and other forms of entertainment, while the ‘lead superstars and movie stars’ themselves, were returning their disproportionate proceeds and take-home revenues to ‘left-wing’ political candidates of election(s) and other ‘radical’ political ideals; representing opposite opinions as these same paying customers usually uphold.

‘Left-wing’ political ‘movers and shakers’ may have won on ‘Liberal’ social, fiscal, and National Security issues; perhaps, forever while many wonder…. How could it have happened?  How did it happen?  What went wrong?  Was I, or am I part of the problem, or am I a solution?

Is it ‘too late’ to return to the dreams of our Founding Fathers and our US Constitution based on Christian values?  Most probably yes; however, nothing is impossible under God’s decree.

Each of us must review our own life and evaluate as to what, how, where, and when we assisted in damaging our Constitution based on Christian values, and our ‘inalienable’ God-given rights and freedoms.  On the differing side, did any of us assist in reinforcing our Constitution based on Christian values, and our nation?

Ronald Reagan said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.”

Have we, as good ‘God-fearing’ Christians fought for, protected, and handed down our freedoms to the next generation(s)?  History will reveal the answer(s) to others.

When we watch and listen to President Obama on any day, anyone with any prior recorded speeches, memory, and/or other experience must come to a decision that as President Obama says one thing today is, perhaps, opposite of his expressions of yesterday and/or yesteryear. 

It appears President Obama’s decisions include lack of professionalism in leadership, his appointments, etc., as well as in improving our weakened economy.  President Obama’s political decisions are near most ‘opposite thinking’ of any and all successful decisions that have been fruitful in working so well for our economy in more than 200 years.  Additionally, we read, see, and hear of catastrophes within the Justice Department, National Security, tax-evasion appointees, and the $831 billion ‘Stimulus’ potential frauds; many involve approving America’s taxpayers’ money awarded to friends and donors of the White House and Capitol Hill Democrats.

After more than four years of blaming President George Bush for Obama’s failing economy, President Obama is now blaming Speaker Boehner and Congressional Republicans for his own political and fiscal failures.  When will this ‘childlike’ President accept any of his own irresponsibility? 

While President Obama’s friend and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has, in four consecutive years, failed to pass a Senate ‘budget’ as required by law, President Obama continues to praise Sen. Reid’s failures of Constitutional law.

President Obama’s record illustrates how our economy continues to slump as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics with ‘U-6 Total unemployed, plus all persons marginally attached to the labor force, plus total employed part time for economic reasons, as a percent of the civilian labor force plus all persons marginally attached to the labor force unemployment heights’ nears ‘depression’ levels of 14.4% as managed under Obama’s failed political and fiscal policies.

Additionally, President Obama’s political policy failures seem to be based on National Security. Obama’s team lacks competence exposing failures of Embassy employees, who were under a terrorist attack for seven hours that left U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other U.S. nationals to die on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya; and without the US Consulate’s requested assistances for help.

Former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration continue to focus on, not what the failures were and/or what may have prevented these lives, but to repeat that this Administration’s efforts are to make sure it doesn’t happen again.  There were serious failures as if some on the Obama team may have been unknowing, uncaring, intoxicated, and/or on drugs, rather than being knowing, caring, sober, alert, and on the job. 

News reports say President Obama, himself, never had any telephone communications during this time frame.  American servants deserve more than as was provided these four Americans as they were dying in this instance.

Lest we forget Fast and Furious!  Evidence may prove that several associates in President Obama’s administration, including the US Justice Department, and members of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) acted in the Fast and Furious plot while selling and/or approving the sale of automatic rifles, shotguns, and pistols, to a ‘Mexican drug cartel’; weapons that were used in ‘murdering’ at least 3 innocent Americans and hundreds of Mexicans. Our Justice Department and/or ATF had devised a scheme in an attempt to blame U.S. firearms manufacturers as scapegoats for this criminal violence.

There are even more continuing failures.  Are you confused?  From President Obama’s News Transcript on March 1, 2013, President Obama says, “Look, we've already cut $2.5 trillion in our deficit.”  How, what, where, and when has President Obama cut $2.5 Trillion?  Please, show the facts!  

The National debt has increased by more than $6 trillion since President Barack Obama took office, marking the largest increase under any president in history.

US Government and Obama’s Deficits are for: FY 2010: $1.293 Trillion; FY 2011: $1.300 Trillion; FY 2012: $1.089 Trillion; and FY 2013* $901 Billion (Note: Federal Deficit is budgeted.)  The National debt under President Obama’s ‘clock’ has now exceeded $6 Trillion.

Lastly, while President Obama continues to promise and repeatedly claims ‘transparency’, he and his administration practice the opposite.  Worse of all, he is failing America and our citizens and our children on all social, fiscal, and national security issues.

Former Sen. Chuck Hagel’s (R-NE) Liberal political philosophy fits like a warm glove within others members of the Obama administration.  Hagel may elect to do anything; cheat, fail to answer questions, and fail to expose other information as required under law, etc., in an effort to become Secretary of Defense.

All Senate Democrats, 4 Republican In Name Only (RINO) Republicans, and 2 Independents supported this left-wing Sec. of Defense nominee.

Being a Republican is more than having an “R” placed beside their name.  A “true” Republican will support Judeo-Christian values on “social” issues, support lower taxes, less government, and more freedoms on “fiscal” issues, and maintain our US Military that is and will be second to none on “National Security”.

President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats may support the State of Iran, the Brother Motherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, Jihad, and other terrorist organizations; however, American soldiers should not be forces to fight in any war that our own taxpayers are being supported with.

Some Conservatives are unhappy as how our government has swayed to the left, now suggest a new Constitutional Convention.  My response is with President Obama in the White House, and a Liberal Democrat controlled US Senate, a Constitutional Convention would likely end up with an even more left-wing Socialist-led Constitution than under our current.

The same applies to new legislation on ‘Immigration’.  ‘Legal immigration’ is not broken. Do not allow the Liberal Democrats and Republicans In Name Only (RINO) to falsely convince you otherwise.  Do not follow their ‘aggressive and hostile’ policies to change our Constitutional system.

‘Legal immigration’ is where the heart and the brain unite; all is welcomed!  ‘Illegal immigrants’ must follow our ‘immigration’ laws that have worked well for more than 200 years.  Our Capitol Hill Democrats and Republicans must stop the invasion of unidentified, unknown, and all criminal ‘illegal immigrants’ from stealing and/or purchasing a fraudulent Social Security and/or Driver’s License, etc. of Americans identities, prior to and/or after their arrival?

RINO Senators, namely, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) have been so ‘aggressive and hostile’ by allowing Democrats Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL.), Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), and others into supporting new ‘immigration’ to some 11 million “illegal immigrants” into our great nation.

Anytime Sen. Chuck Schumer, Sen. Robert Menendez, and/or Sen. Dick Durbin are leading legislation(s), it is not good for Republicans.  It is not good for law-abiding and/or tax-paying Americans.

America is in a depressed economy and we are seeing even more disappearing jobs, while President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats are demanding more taxes that destroy more jobs.  Who, how, and when is the $16.5 Trillion debt to be paid?  Americans are searching for jobs.  Americans should come first.  “Illegal immigrants” must be rejected.  Sen. Jeff Sessions, (R-AL) says this newly proposed legislation will add Trillions of dollars more to our national debt.

President Obama and every Capitol Hill legislator should be asked, “Who, how, and when is our increasing ‘National Debt’ to be paid that has now passed $16.5 trillion?  More ‘illegal immigrants’ would take more of our American jobs.  These same ‘illegal immigrants’ are increasing American taxpayers’ more cost for their education, food assistance, healthcare, housing, etc.  Are you willing to force (y)our child(ren), (y)our grandchild(ren), etc. to be further burdened with even more debt?

Each Republican who supports new legislation on ‘illegal immigration’ is a Republican In Name Only (RINO) who may unknowingly support more of the ‘Socialistic’ Democrat Party control.  New immigration legislation for ‘illegal immigrants’ will ‘magnify’ the Democrat Party.

While Karl Rowe may have been George W. Bush’s top political advisor, it is George W. Bush and Karl Rowe who have chosen to remain silent as President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats ridicule Republicans, providing an “unopposed pulpit” giving more and more inaccurate credibility to the left-wing main-stream Medias and other Americans.

On many occasions, Karl Rowe attacked TEA Party supporters like Sarah Palin.  For his big mouth and while he supports more Republicans In Name Only (RINO) Republicans, the entire GOP leadership is in retreat.

Sarah Palin was forced out of her Governship office just to work raising enormous money to defend herself against falsified charges brought on by Liberal low-level Democrats. 

As RINOs’ continue, the Republican Party is going to deteriorate to nothing.  Republican leadership needs to readjust their own policies to put SOCIAL ISSUES OVER FISCAL; with that movement; the fiscal concerns will fall in line.

Do Capitol Hill legislators and/or the main-stream Medias have any respect for over 600,000 American men and women who have given their lives in the Military and/or the millions who have served in defending our Constitution, our American Flag,  and our freedoms?  Someway, we must stop President Obama and Capitol Hill legislators from granting ‘freedoms to criminals’.

Now, President Obama, and the US Senate ‘Gang of Eight’ are attempting ‘freedoms for criminals’, including Sen. Robert Menendez who employed Luis Zavaleta in his Senate office; an ‘illegal immigrant’ and a registered sex offender.  The Miami Herald  reports “FBI agents late Tuesday night raided the West Palm Beach business of eye doctor Salomon Melgen, left, suspected of providing free trips and even underage Dominican prostitutes to U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J. — who has denied what he calls the “fallacious allegations.””  Homeland Security instructed federal agents not to arrest Zavaleta until after Election Day.

Sen. Menendez is not being forced out or openly implied by his fellow Senate colleagues that he must resign from his US Senate office or even any Senate  Democrat Party Committee. 

The ‘Gang of Eight’ consists of Democrats Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL.), Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), and Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO).  They are joined by Republicans Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ).

Anytime Sen. Chuck Schumer, Sen. Robert Menendez, and/or Sen. Dick Durbin are leading legislation(s), it ‘ain’t’ good for Republicans.  Their voting records will sustain this accusation.  What and why are Republicans so intense in support of the Democrat Party Platform and a disgrace to all Americans who have served and/or died to defend our Constitution, our American Flag,  and our freedoms?  Instead, support the Republican Party Platform on ‘immigration’, and nothing less.

Illegal immigrants are invaders of the USA as they purchase and/or steal an American identity; Social Security number, Driver’s License, etc., and often survive off the government for subsidized housing, food, education, healthcare, etc.; all at American taxpayers’ expense.  The USA currently has some 11 million to 12 million Latino ‘illegal immigrants’.  Some suggest another 11 million ‘illegals’ from the Middle East and North Africa, a breeding ground for ‘terrorists’.

Sen. Jeff Sessions, (R-AL) says, “A large-scale amnesty is likely to add trillions of dollars to the national debt over time, accelerate Medicare’s and Social Security’s slide into insolvency, and put enormous strain on our public assistance programs.”

President Obama and every Capitol Hill legislator should be asked, “Who, when, and how is our increasing ‘National Debt’ to be paid; currently approaching $16.5 trillion of debt?  Are you willing to force (y)our child(ren), (y)our grandchild(ren), and further generations to be hopelessly burdened with your created debt?”

Without a ‘stoppage’ and ‘reduction’ of our rocketing National Debt and a newer form with higher cost on ‘immigration’, President Obama and every Capitol Hill legislators are driving our policies achieving in the direction of retaining bank robbers and employing these corrupt individuals as police officers and/or bankers.

Enforce current ‘immigration’ laws first.  Law-abiding Americans welcome ‘legal immigration’.  Criminal Americans support ‘illegal immigration’.

Do not be hoodwinked allowing Liberal Democrats and RINO Republicans to grant ‘freedoms for criminals’ or other Constitutional freedoms to repetitive offenders.  Do not believe it when main-stream Medias tell you that ‘legal immigration’ is broken.  It is not!  It has been legal, fair and equal, honorable, and successful for more than 200 years.  Many elected and/or appointed officials are, themselves, violating our Constitution, US Code, and our enclosed ‘Immigration Laws”.

If ‘illegal immigrants’ love America’s freedoms so much, they will seek to obey the laws of the USA that have been so privileged by many for more than 200 years.  Legal Americans deserve our jobs and our freedoms.

The USA is in a recession and/or a depression.  Many Americans are searching for jobs in the ‘private sector’, yet Speaker John Boehner, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and many Republicans In Name Only (RINO) are coordinating with Capitol Hill Democrats to scrap a near perfect ‘legal Immigration’ system; new legislation to open more ‘illegal immigrants’ to take more of our American jobs while these same ‘illegal immigrants’ are increasing American taxpayers’ more cost for their education, food assistance, healthcare, housing, etc.

Speaker John Boehner, Sen. Mitch McConnell, and Republicans should be focusing on requiring the lawless elected and appointed government officials to obey the Constitution, our US Code, and our ‘legal immigration’ laws; not ignoring and/or disobeying our laws.  For now, these GOP leaders are following and granting more ‘lawlessness’, rather than leading Americans under our Constitution and US Code.

Please explain to me and many others.  What is wrong in requiring ‘illegal immigrants’ to follow our ‘immigration’ laws that have worked very well for more than  200 years; and to stop ‘illegal immigrants’ from stealing and/or purchasing a fraudulent Social Security and/or Driver’s License, etc., prior to and/or after their arrival?

Furthermore, how are Boehner, McConnell, his RINO Republicans, and his Liberal Democrats going to prevent more ‘terror’ from being approved to relocate and live in our neighborhoods?

Back on the economic issue, under the Obama administration’s ‘political policies’, our economy may get even worse with increasing unemployment and more snowballing inflation; 
however, Obama can always blame it on G.W. Bush and the main-stream Medias will follow.

Speaker John Boehner, Sen. Mitch McConnell, his RINO Republicans, and his Liberal Democrats continue to spend as if America has ‘unlimited Federal funds’.  Boehner, McConnell, and his RINO Republicans continue to negotiate away more of taxpayers’ Federal money and our Constitutional freedoms.  They say one thing, only to continue to negotiate and spend (y)our taxpayers’ money on a ‘credit card’ leaving more and more debt to our children, their children, etc.

Conservative Republicans all across America are becoming more disgusted with the Senate and Congressional Party leadership.  The GOP leadership of today is joining Democrat Party’s policies by duplicating their Liberal political policies in more recent years.

It is time to say ‘NO MORE” to Liberalism.  Quit negotiating with Liberal Democrats as if you are defenseless and indecisive children.  Save our nation!  Americans are waiting!

N.C. Senate President Pro-tem Phil Berger doesn’t need me in defense of erroneous charges; however, may I offer my observation?

Sen. Phil Berger, a majority of the GOP majority NC General Assembly does support Voter ID, a process to stop and/or prevent Voter fraud.

Voter fraud is a problem as each counterfeit vote actually diminishes every voter’s rights, and voter fraud does not characterize the skin color of the fraudulent voter(s).     Free and open voting elections are one of the most precious freedoms under our Constitution.  Voter fraud is a Constitutional violation of one of our freedoms; an open election by qualified voters to have their votes entirely counted.  Based on political polls in NC, upwards of 70% to 80% of our citizens support Voter ID legislation.

All education in NC is one of the most important activities, be it be public, private, church, charter, home, or otherwise.  Collecting National Education Association’s (NEA) Labor Unions dues is not and should not be any responsibility of NC Government.

Public Education results have been declining for years all across the USA.  For many years, the USA ruled the world in education our children.  Not so any more.  Labor Unions in education are and have continued to downgrade our public education in our children.  With 56 nations tested, the USA finished number 30.  Based on the National Center for Education Statistics, and with 8th graders with MA having the highest score of 299, DC having the lowest score of 260, NC finished in 22^nd place scoring 286.

Sen. Berger and almost all others believe teachers’ pay must be associated on evaluations  with educational results; not just on tenure.

NC is blessed with Right-to Work laws which allow workers to join a Labor Union if they choose, but does not require Labor Union membership to any.  Labor Unions have demanded more wages, salaries, and benefits in the private sector that have required many businesses to relocate or close.

In NC, everyone in need of healthcare is allowed to receive help as necessary in the private sector or the public sector.  As a patient with failing health, NC and the USA have the best healthcare system in the entire world.

Based on our Second Amendment freedoms, it should be ‘unconstitutional’ for law-abiding citizen(s) be required in any state to complete any government form(s), other than a ‘legally valid’ Photo Identification (ID), prior to purchasing any hunting rifle, shotgun, or pistol.

An ‘instant’ National Instant Criminal Background Check System investigation should and would immediately ‘qualify or deny’ each individual’s right to purchase a hunting rifle, shotgun, or pistol. 

Use of a hunting rifle, shotgun, a pistol, etc., was addressed by our Founding Fathers only as “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”.  

Many left-wing elected and appointed officials, and other activists who yearn in abolishing the Second Amendment often refer to these armaments only as hunting guns; rifles, shotguns, and/or pistols, but their characteristic descriptions are not metaphors from our Founding Fathers.

The ‘right of the people to keep and bear Arms’ discussions were referenced by our Founding Fathers only as a form of protection for individuals, their families, and a protection ‘from’ a lawless and mutinous government.

Any and all ‘elected and/or appointed’ government officials, who require, create, and/or command a recorded public record of purchasing, owning, and/or possession of a weapon, as defined, are themselves the ‘lawless’ in creating and recording additional illegal and unconstitutional freedoms, legislations, and/or regulations.

America has become a nation absent of law-abiding Constitutional and US Code leadership with elected and appointed individuals as they choose to obey or disobey our Constitution and/or our US Code.  It appears only a few to none in government authorities have the knowledge, ability, and courage to protect our law-abiding citizens from so many of these lawless criminal representatives and bureaucrats.  These elected officials, and selected bureaucrats’ criminality must be stopped NOW; investigated, arrested, and prosecuted, and if found guilty, sentenced to prison.  Otherwise, our nation will continue to fall even deeper.

What makes better to greater leaders, legislators, citizens, and/or legislation(s)?  The most important subjects must refer to ‘Social, Fiscal, and National Security’ issues; in that order.  When the ‘Social’ issues become the forerunner, the other issue concerns follow in the ‘right’ path; not necessarily so in any other order.

Godlike loving Constitutionalists would seek our President and other lawmakers to request SCOTUS to readdress the 1963 decision ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP, 374 U.S. 203 (1963); a ruling removing the Bible and its’ readings from (y)our public schools.  As our Bible teachings were removed, more knives, guns, illegal drugs, and other criminality entered; all lowering our ‘public education’ results in the USA as compared around the world.

Based on newer proposed laws, regulations, and other rules of the last generation or so, it is becoming apparent  that many of our elected officials and/or appointed bureaucrats are forgetting, never knew, reject, and/or do not care that our nation and our US Constitution was founded on Christian values by an overwhelming majority of Christians.

It would be ‘wise’ for Capitol Hill Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and others to proceed in being legally prepared to stop President Obama’s Executive Orders illegal and/or unconstitutional actions; be its unlawful overruling of the Second Amendment, exceeding the Fourteenth Amendment’s lawful national debt without Congressional authority or any other anarchy.

President Obama now seems to be declaring that he will not obey the Budget Control act of 2011.  That is a law.  At the same time, President Obama fails to mention that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and his majority Democrat Party have failed to pass a US Government budget since April 29, 2009; nearly four years ago, and again, against the law.

Additionally, States, Municipalities, other local governments’, and housing communities are creating unlawful local law(s), by-laws, and/or other rules that supersede their Constitutional ‘rights and privileges’, etc.

Law-abiding Republicans, Democrats, Independents, other individuals, and additional groups must become uncompromising in a battle(s) against all unlawful based felonious lawbreakers; President Obama and all others.  We must exercise all effort(s) to protect our American flag, our US Constitution, our freedoms, and our nation.

When others ask, ‘Who should anyone want to own a weapon with a magazine that holds 40 cartridges?’ The answer is simple.  Anyone who wishes to protect himself/herself, his/her family, our Constitutional freedoms, and wishes to maintain whatever is necessary for these protection(s), and/or when any of us foresee the potential(s) who may decide to overrule our Constitutional freedoms and when these powerful, lawless, and mutinous government official(s) have weapons with a magazine that holds 40 cartridges; then you and I must demand that we, too, be allowed to positively compete in this battle with weapons for the protection of our lives, our family, and our Constitutional freedoms.
