Woman Assaulted at BLM Protest For Holding “Police Lives Matter” Sign! “The violent left found their way over.”

A woman was repeatedly assaulted at a BLM protest in Austin, Texas for the sin of holding a sign that said “Police Lives Matter”.

“I’ve felt the need to stand up for the police lives, so I went and demonstrated with a “Police Lives Matter” sign and as per usual, the violent left found their way over,” tweeted Savanah Hernandez.

“Luckily, many of the people attending the nearby BLM rally protected me and my first amendment. Thank you.”

The clips shows Hernandez being confronted by a mask-wearing woman who says, “This isn’t the fucking place for that, get the fuck out of here.”

“You look like a fucking idiot, you stupid bitch,” she adds before assaulting the cameraman.

Hernandez calmly explains that she is exercising her first amendment rights before the leftist states, “Fuck police lives.”

A black woman who tried to de-escalate the situation admitted the optics were bad when she stated, “We can’t advocate for police and be attacking people.”

The woman who confronted Hernandez subsequently tries to grab her sign before assaulting her. Another clip from later on shows the woman trying to grab Hernandez by the hair.

 Recently, it seems the Deep State has been on a roll with a remarkable cluster of fearful issues.

These have been promoted such that only big and commanding government can provide solutions.

“Global Warming” had morphed into “Climate Change”, before becoming “Climate Hysteria”. And “SARS-CoV-2” has provided the magic incantation to suddenly trash the global economy—one country at a time.

This has never happened before and quite soon ordinary folk will see it as yet another scam by control freaks.

Forcing people to stay at home and not spend money.

Governement dependency is the state in which a person or household is reliant on government for their income for a prolonged period of time, and without which they would not be able to meet the expenses of daily living.

So, the government is spending taxpayers’ money for them and thus government dependance becomes the new norm.

Cambridge Promotes Academic Who Said “White Lives Don’t Matter” to Full Professorship

Institution rewards Priyamvada Gopal for publishing racist hate speech.

Cambridge University reacted to one of its academics tweeting “White Lives Don’t Matter” by ignoring the backlash and promoting her to a full professorship.

As we highlighted yesterday, the controversy began when Dr Priyamvada Gopal, English academic and Churchill fellow, tweeted, “abolish whiteness” and “I’ll say it again. White Lives Don’t Matter.”

This prompted the launch of a petition to have her fired which currently has almost 15,000 signatures.

However, both the university and media outlets responded by trying to frame a narrative that Gopal was being “abused” by a hate mob, completely pardoning her for her overtly racist comments.

Despite the fact that Twitter has now removed Gopal’s original tweet for hate speech, Cambridge University itself has rewarded the academic.

“Thanks to everyone who wrote to @Twitter: the ludicrous ban has been lifted. I am therefore delighted to share with you personally, that last night Cambridge promoted me to a full Professorship,” tweeted Gopal. “The hate mails & threats are coming in non-stop but @CambridgeCops are following up.”

She also blamed the backlash on “people who elect the likes of Trump and (Boris) Johnson.” Cambridge University has therefore literally rewarded Gopal for publishing racist hate speech. 

Their approach to another academic, Noah Carl, was somewhat different after 500 academics signed a letter challenging Carl’s research on race and intelligence. He was swiftly dismissed.

Cambridge University also previously rescinded its offer of a visiting fellowship to Jordan Peterson after a woke mob complained about his stance on political correctness and after he appeared in a photograph with a man wearing a t-shirt that said “I’m a proud Islamophobe.”

Having formerly enjoyed a reputation as one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the world, Cambridge University is now proudly proclaiming itself to be a safe space for vile racists – and they’ll be teaching your kids!

Trump Cleared to Carry Out Quick Deportations in Top Court Win!!! 

The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday enhanced the ability of President Donald Trump's administration to quickly deport illegal immigrants including asylum seekers with limited judicial review, handing him a victory in a case involving one of his signature issues in an election year.

The justices ruled in favor of the administration in its appeal of a lower court ruling that a Sri Lankan farmer named Vijayakumar Thuraissigiam had a right to have a judge review the government's handling of his asylum bid.

The ruling, written by conservative Justice Samuel Alito, found that limiting judicial scrutiny in this rapid deportation case, known as expedited removal, did not violate key safeguards of individual liberty in the U.S. Constitution.

The vote was 7-2. Although two of the four liberal justices, Stephen Breyer and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, agreed that Thuraissigiam's legal claim failed, they did not embrace Alito's broad reasoning. Liberal justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan dissented.

It has long been recognized that people who have yet to be granted legal entry to the United States do not have the full range of constitutional rights and that Congress has some authority to determine what rights they do possess, Alito wrote.

"While aliens who have established connections in this country have due process rights in deportation proceedings, the court long ago held that Congress is entitled to set the conditions for an alien's lawful entry into this country," Alito added.

The ruling will have wide implications for immigrants facing removal, Sotomayor wrote, giving the administration "unchecked" power and increasing the risk of arbitrary and illegal decisions by immigration officials in deportation proceedings.

The United States "has time and again reaffirmed its commitment to providing sanctuary to those escaping oppression and persecution," Sotomayor added.

The San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in 2019 ruled that under the Constitution's suspension clause - relating to a person's ability to challenge confinement by the government - courts should be able to review Thuraissigiam's claims.

The administration contended the 9th Circuit ruling would defeat the purpose of quick deportation and "impose a severe burden on the immigration system." Trump's hardline policies on immigration and deportation have been a centerpiece of his presidency and bid for re-election on Nov. 3.

"This ruling fails to live up to the Constitution's bedrock principle that individuals deprived of their liberty have their day in court, and this includes asylum seekers," said American Civil Liberties Union lawyer Lee Gelernt, who represents Thuraissigiam.

In a major immigration-related ruling last week, the Supreme Court blocked Trump's attempt to rescind a government program that protects "Dreamers" - mostly immigrants from Latin America brought to the United States illegally as children - from deportation.

Thuraissigiam sought U.S. asylum, claiming that as a member of Sri Lanka's Tamil minority he was tortured over his political ties and subjected to beatings and simulated drowning. He fled Sri Lanka in 2016 and was arrested in California in 2017.

He was placed on track for expedited removal, a system dating back to 1996 that makes an exception for immigrants who can establish a "credible fear" of persecution or torture in their home country. U.S. officials rejected Thuraissigiam's claim.

“People are coming from all over the place, Sacramento, Lake County, Bakersfield,” Jeanine Nicholson, the first lesbian head of the San Francisco Fire Department, grumbled. “People are getting released from jail in other counties and being told to go to San Francisco, where you will get a tent and then you will get housing.”

Good luck evicting them! The people coming to the City by the Bay weren’t wearing flowers in their hair, they were homeless junkies who had heard that they were going to get free hotel rooms, along with pot and booze.

And it was all true. Every word of it.

San Francisco was spending $200 a night to house the homeless, or as the current politically correct euphemism insisted that they be called, the ‘unhoused’, in hotel rooms at a cost of over $100 million.

The hotel rooms were Plan B after an attempt to house the homeless (or the unhoused) in the Palace of Fine Arts. The degradation of the former imitation Roman bath built for the 1915 Exposition would have been a fitting symbol for the new San Francisco, but homeless advocates thought it wasn’t good enough.

Hotels weren’t exactly enthusiastic about having paranoid schizophrenics urinating in their lobbies. Also, under San Francisco law, staying there for 30 days might give the homeless tenancy rights.

And then good luck evicting them.

Meanwhile the homeless were willing to take the hotel rooms, but they weren’t following the rules. But now San Francisco has thousands of smoking hotel rooms. The whole reason that San Francisco taxpayers were going to be out $200 a night for months was to save each crazed homeless junkie from spreading the coronavirus. But how do you do that when they won’t stop punching each other from less than 6 feet away, and won’t wash their hands before shooting up?

“It’s been very challenging to get even some of the residents who are part of the shelter system and our hotels to comply with the orders, to even wear masks,” Mayor London Breed complained. “It’s been so much harder to really care for this population especially when they won’t comply with simple directions or the orders we’re implementing.” She described it as an, “incredible logistical challenge.”

The problem with homeless shelters has always been getting the homeless to stay in them. No matter how comfortable the facilities might be, the inhabitants go off searching for drugs and alcohol which they’re not allowed to have in the shelters, and there goes your whole shelter in place strategy.

But San Francisco is a uniquely creative place and the Health Department decided to convince the homeless to stay in their hotel rooms by delivering booze, pot, and cigarettes as part of room service.

Along with three meals a day.

In San Francisco, you can’t smoke in restaurants or bars (back when they were open), in public parks (when you could visit them), or near open doorways (back when people still left them open), and smoking in hotels was almost impossible, but now San Francisco has thousands of smoking hotel rooms.

I guess I'm disqualified because I have a place to live! ....but if I moved out I'll get all this free stuff! 

If I can remember right several T. Party groups were funded by Freedom Works which could mean they owe the 'Big Dogs" a few favors.  Will Newt and Dick call in their seed capital in the form of endorsements?

Will we see the 'end game' of the investment into certain Tea Party groups for their supply of donors, supporters and Republican minions?

If we are going to endorse Newt, it should be because either we agree with him or because we MUST defeat Obama, NOT because we MUST return the favor.

I know this. This group TeaParty.org is beholden to no one and is completely self-funded. Furthermore, there are a few other groups out there that are self funded.

But who has been funded by Newt Gingrich & Dick Army's Freedom Works?  Those are the ones we must carefully watch.

Obama wants to control and tax the internet, but what most people don't know is over 50% of the traffic on the internet now comes from cell phones!    Most of them are called 'Smart Phones'.  This means by controlling and taxing the internet Obama will control and tax your cell phone calls!

Obama's plan is to  tax internet servers, which now means he must tax your cell phone provider because of the new internet from your cell phone applicants!

Not only that, but he want to control content of the interent. At this point content includes your conversation, not just a visual content like a website but an audio, blog and forum content as well if they in any way touch the internet.

Do you want your cell phone tapped by Obama and screened by the government for content? 

How about a T.S.A. style digital "Pat-Down" on your cell phone call?

How about a governement tax on top of your monthly bill from your cell phone provider?
