The states have been taking control of their own schools and rejecting the Federal mandates to provide an education for the illegal children as well as a college education paid for by us tax payers citizens of the USA. The states need to notify Holder and tell him to go to hell, we won't do it.
The Federal government can not implement a law that creates a financial hardship to the states; the states without first providing funding for all the costs to educate them including the impact it has on the very size of the schools, classrooms, teachers, transportation, maintenance costs for the facilities, etc. Obama has no authority to override a states authority over their citizens by making them second class citizens by offering a better deal to the non citizens that cross our borders. The fact is we cannot plan for the unknown masses that show up out of the blue with their hands out; the illegals shall not be accepted as students until all is in place to cover their being registered first.
Barry we'd give you the moon but out of fear you'd fall in love we won't go there. You and Holder can take a hike your "Fraudedness". We the People have no further need of your services, leave while you can.
