I'm new to this and am having trouble downloading many of the videos that are emailed to me. Some of them don't even appear to have links that you can click on, and when they do, all I get is a blank page.

Im told that some folks have trouble with videos on Firefox, i would suggest clearing your browser, if you still have trouble post here again, maybe someone with more knowledge of the situation can help.

I use to use firefox and could not post videos or see them you may want to use IE or download google they both work very well.

I think you first need to delete your photo and then you can change it.
