I want to send Congressman Cummings an email expressing my concerns regarding his recent out of control rant at the Learner Hearing. I reside in MD but not in Cummings' congressional zip code district and his website will not accept my email.
'Don't we have a right to contact members of congress even if they are not our congressional representatives? Can someone please inform he how to email members of congress who are not my congressional district representatives? Cummings in particular?
Please send the answers to my "members page" or tell me where I can find the answer or response on this website, as I am a new member and do not know how to navigate the website.
