The Florida state seal was adopted by the 1865 Legislature, which mandated that the seal be the size of the American silver dollar and display a scene in the center "of the sun's rays over a high land in the distance, a cocoa tree, a steamboat on water, and an Indian female scattering flowers in the foreground, (all) encircled by the words Great Seal of the State of Florida: In God We Trust."
In 1970 Florida's official seal was updated. The cocoa tree became a Sabal palmetto palm (the state tree of Florida), the headdress was removed from the Native American woman (headdresses were only worn by men), and the woman was depicted as a Florida Seminole (originally she was dressed as a Native American of the western Plains).

If outside the box is what you want try this instead, run as an independent, educate people of the things our politicians have beendoing for the last 100 years that have been undermining our great country. Explain to the people how our entire economic system is based on farcical paper. Explain to the people that the US losing ability to borrow money doesnt matter because the congress reserves the right to print it's own money, though the new money would not be recognized by the world. Explain that everything we need to live and survive can be drilled, mined, grown, cut, produced right here in the USA. Explain that the free ride is over. Explain that is we must all learn to do for our selves. Explain that we can control our destiny once more. Explain that once we end the international communities grip on our finances we will be free to prosper again, without fear of default because the money would be made in America and would stay in America. Trade, if necessary, with other countries could still be done, but the basis on which we trade would change. You need food, I need diamonds, let's make a deal. You need fish, I need rice, let's make a deal. Money does not have to be an end all.
What will it take to accomplish that. Well I'll tell you, quit playing their game and attempting to maneuver your way in to change the system and just change the system by not being part of the system. Send a clear and distinct message to the FED that their money is no longer good here, withdraw all your money, sell all your investments total all your money up in cash form and burn it. If enough of us do this publicly the message will be heard, will be seen, and it will spread, it will strike fear and desperation into the hearts of the very people we have elected as they will see that they have lost their ability to control us with paper! Try that instead.

Team, we are closing in on victory and we must remain focused. Charlie Crist is spending his millions - not on telling voters why he is running - but on negative personal attacks that newspapers have condemned as “misleading” and earned a “pants on fire” rating from Politifact. Charlie is panicking, down in the polls, and desperate to talk about anything but his failed record so he’s gone on full attack. We will continue to set the record straight and need your help to get the facts out about Marco’s record and positive ideas to reclaim America.
In less than 40 days, the polls will close and together we will prove that elections will matter. Again.
Proud to stand,
Team Rubio
