When the “Fox News Sunday” host takes the stage on Tuesday to moderate the first presidential debate of 2020, he will for 90 minutes be the most important person in the world.
His questions, his demeanor, his raised eyebrow will signal to millions of voters how they are to assess the two candidates — President Donald John Trump and former Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.
If his questions are piercing for both, if his skepticism is applied equally to both the Republican and Democrat, then all is well in this corner of the world of journalism. But if instead Wallace accuses Trump and coddles Biden, we will have one more instance of media bias, which has become so rampant that President Trump had to christen it with a pet name — Fake News.
Every day, the supposedly professional press corps cozies up to Biden with softball questions (“Why aren’t you more angry at President Trump?” has to be my favorite!) while accusing Trump of being a mass murderer, a racist and a Putin puppet. So conservatives are entirely justified in having low expectations for the debate and for Wallace, who has exhibited symptoms of Trump Derangement Syndrome more than once.

Everything should be on the table Biden has been in government for half a century and we want to know what has he done for America for the minority and most of all why he supported a KKK member of his party. Biden is the worst candidate for president ever selected
President Trump has shown himself to be more than capable of playing these media games and making the opposition look like fools. I have confidence that he will do the same on the televised debates and we can all enjoy watching the liberal Democrat heads explode, and show just how desperately clueless they really are.
Biden's corruption will definetely be off limits. Hopefully, Trump will overcome Wallace's hatred and love of Socialism.
The Art of the Deal ... should prevail
A Debate is not the accurate term to describe the event. The Chris Wallace show is what it is, and as a card carrying socialist (if not an outright communist) everyone knows he despises Trump and will aid Biden as much as he possibly can to see that Biden stays on his feet.
The object of this show is to demonstrate the qualifications of demented Joe and paint him as a Saint in comparison to the Charles Manson bully that Donald Trump will be shown as. Biden has been coached and undoubtedly had the questions revealed to him so that he will have confidence in giving his canned answers. Wallace will attempt to trip Trump, and bring him down.
The show is rigged, just as the election will be.
Agreed about Chris Wallace - make sure Bidden doesn't have an ear piece (I don't mean a hearing aid) because he can't remember answers no matter how many times he has been coached. Just bring up his son and he will explode!!!! Can't wait to watch it!!!
