Well there would be 3 that would (if it went to the State Supreme Court); one that might (he ran as a Conservative, but has ruled anything but) and 3 that would never vote to convict him (Zuckerburg). I think Zuckerburg should be arrested and tried as a traitor!
This is why I dropped Fakebook! I hope the Share Holders will be able to kick Zuckerburg out of his own company?
Don't count on it; seems to me most people associated with Facebook are as corrupt as he is!
