Think about it, having a studio office allows them to film and edit Biden's words to fit the narrative. They can add and delete his speech and match the mouth movements so he is saying exactly what they want him to say. He probably has no idea he is even in a studio across the street. They would not be able to do that type of filming and editing in the White House. Too many people to actually see what is going on. I imagine the American people are not actually seeing Biden live every time he speaks. They are seeing an edited film version made to look as though it is live.
