If what you state is true... We have EPA rules that should stop the removal of topsoil... as detrimental to the environment... enforce the law. stop the removal of topsoil.

Don't agree, China has moved into Africa and South America sucessfully . Russia has bigger atom bombs but China has millions of soldiers
