Our forefathers envisioned the several States and their citizens as the arsenal of liberty... the primary agents for actioning restraint on a rogue Federal Government. The 2d Amendment was primarily meant to empower the State Militia and its citizens against a rogue state. The States were seen as the source for ORGANIZING, funding, and resourcing any resistance to an overreaching Federal Government.
However, the several States have ignored their duty... to protect and defend the US Constitution and the Republic from an overreaching federal government. The States are neglecting their responsibility and duty to reign in the Federal Government. The 9th and 10th Amendments are ignored by the Federal Government. Article 1, Sections 8, and 9 have been abused by federal authorities, as they reach for more power, breaching their station and role in government. Yet, the State's remain silent, bullied into submission by cowardice, among its governors and legislatures.
The leadership needed to resist a rogue Federal Government is the prerogative of the State Government... as viewed by our founding fathers. However, the several states are mute. They are basically the neutered servants of the Federal Government; a construct, created by their long-neglected role as the leadership for our Federal System of Government. We MUST ENERGIZE OUR STATE LEADERSHIP, TO ASSUME THEIR LEADERSHIP OF THE REPUBLIC... Too, restrain federal power and limit its overreach. The Federal Government must be the servant of the States, if we are to be the Republic our forefather's bequeathed us.
The People's hope for Constitutional government rests with their State Legislatures and Governors... However, none seem interested. It's too risky... too troubling... too expensive. No, it's none of that. Instead, they'd rather trade liberty for security (avoiding possible civil war) These merchants of abdication and cowardice need to be replaced with those who will defend our Constitutional Republic against enemies foreign and DOMESTIC, against a rogue Federal Government. The People need their champions to defend their interests. They do not expect their State Governors or Legislatures to fold up and run when faced with a direct challenge to their liberty and the Republic... by the miscreants of federal power.
Where are our state champions of liberty... the leaders we need to organize the resistance to a rogue Federal Government.

The Arsenals of Liberty appear to have opted out and are now the engines of conversion... better red than dead? What do you think? Have our States simply stepped aside and invited big central government... aka Collectivism or Communism to govern?
I guess we shall just pass on the responsibility of the States to defend liberty and the underlying principles of our Declaration of Independence? Oh, well why hold the core elements of our Republic accountable for defending it from enemies domestic.
No leadership... equals no resistance. The People must be organized and that takes leaders and FUNDING... It appears that the kleptocratic plutocracy believes they are immortal and that their wealth will insulate them from the coming STORM... think again. With a depleted and demoralized middle class, the wealthy will soon find they don't have the NUMBERS or support of a crippled middle class, needed to keep their lock on the means of production and wealth creation. The Plutocracy is about to get schools on Marxism and it will not be pretty.

We just experienced a massive fraud on our Republic... the theft of a Presidential Election and the installation of a Marxist rogue Administration... a coup by election fraud. And, the several states remain silent... even the GOP States whose legislatures and governors are both under the solid control of the GOP... Yet, not one has passed a resolution declaring their Secretary of State certification of the election as a Fraudulent certification... Why?
The evidence is overwhelming and the history of election fraud continues to expand until it is now no longer possible to trust in our Elections to produce the people's consent to be governed. Our State legislatures and governors are to blame... it is their job to ensure we have safe secure and fair elections... that reflect the outcome of the people's will... that is not happening. Revolutions start over such acts of injustice. It remains seen how the current election will turn out as revolution is definitely waiting for just the right moment and like a powder keg ... everything may change.
