It's a mistake to think that only progressives and leftists communicate ideas and policies with buzz words, meaning, simplified and commonly understood phrases passed around for the purpose of uniting tribal culture. People don't often associate conservatives with buzzwords, but, we do have them. Today, when conservatives talk about such things as fake news; that is, biased research and reporting, and, any number of pet liberal "causes" that flood the media, the classroom, and the public square, we are more and more hearing conservatives refer to progressive causes as "ideologically-driven." Coming to mind as four of the most abused categories of "ideologically driven" left-wing issue are (1) Education Reform, (2) Monetary Policy, (3) Multiculturalism, and (4) Climate Change.
