  • TEA PARTY is CENSORING ?!?!?   Is there NO place for the Conservative voice anymore? SHAME on YOU!

  • The US Constitution gives State Legislature the task to appoint Electors not voters... not the Secretary of State. Constitutional powers directly delegated to a body such as the Legislatures of States CAN NOT BE DELIGATED without a Constitutional Amendment... Someone inform Pres. Trump to sue all of the States based on the simple and direct Constitutional assignment of the power to appoint Electros must remain with the several State's legislatures not a direct vote of the people OR the Secretary of State.

Certification of all electors is ultimately the duty of Congress... whenever Electors arrive to cast their votes for President the President of the Senate should reject any delegates not selected according to the US Constitution. If the People want to vote for their State's Electors.. they must first AMEND THE US CONSTITUTION to allow them to select their Electors by popular vote.

See Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 of the US Constitution:

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector."

The state’s authority to choose its own method for appointing electors is not in doubt. However, a few other issues remain unresolved:  However, when issues arise concerning the seating of Electors the question that presents itself is: Can Congress step in if there is controversy regarding an elector's right to represents a state? Congress has taken such action in the past, and it claimed authority to act in the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and subsequent measures.

However, some scholars argue that such federal laws impinge on the states’ authority, as outlined in Article II, Section 1, Clause 2. There has been no defining SCOTUS decision on this controversy. THerefore, the US Senate remains by default the agency to decide if a State Electors are legitimate and should be seated.

Pres. Trump has the right to insist that the US Senate reject Electors who are seated based on fraudulent elections ... and it would then become a matter of the SCOTUS to resolve the issue as to the character of the elections.

  • Well Tea Party isn't talking!
if there is a legitimate reason to take this woman and her testimony down, to block it from view, as a tea party member I think you have a responsibility to tell us why you're blocking view of this video⁉️⁉️⁉️
There is another video on the blaze that shows someone arriving at the same facility bringing a large amount of ballots, no guards at the facility, the man is pulling a small trailer with a box full of ballots, he walks right in the door and you can see him walking through the building. No one there to check him. No one there to stop him. It might be the exact same ballots this woman is talking about.! So I ask you again, either put the video back up or give us a reason why you blocked it!
