Two options:
1. If they do not wish to be sued, then they must have a policy of no censorship, leaving each invidual in a free America to say what they wish and subject only themsleves to defamation laws;
2. If they want to do censorship then they should be lible to defamation laws for whatever they 'allow' to be on their platforms.
They must make the choice when they create their platforms and go 'live;' or, if already in existence, within 30 days of passage of the law establishing this program
Their choice b/c this is a free coiuntry.
Paul, as long as one is not promoting violence against others or TREASON against America views should be allowed. facebook and twitter do just the opposite!!!!!
