Yet more evidence. How big is the mountain of evidence now? When will the corrupt deep state courts accept the evidence and rule accordingly? It is high time since in the USA of 2020 we cannot trust the election or the courts, not to mention the DOJ or outfits like the FBI and CIA. The courts need to apply the law and keep Trump in the White House. It is as simple as that.
Have you noticed how many courts, state executives, and legislatures all are surprisingly good to go with the election flow?
It is like an institutional inertia. It really does not want to stop the advance towards the general election outcome conclusion, even though dramatic irregularities bring serious questions. The institutions do not really want to be bothered with their resolution.
When threats like this loom, the Constitution does mention "the Priviledge of the Writ of Habeus Corpus may not be suspended, unless in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it." This statement is pregnant within the idea that the Nation may take actions to defend itself. Well we seem to have an invasion through the owned main stream and social media, a corrupted political party, political activists, and the intelligence community leaders, by a foreign power, with evidence of a national elections tampering. This means that this adverse condition should be expected to be reacted to by government. Elections tainted with outcome-determining fraud need not be followed through to conclusion in lockstep. This mandate with the Presidents oath to protect, preserve, and defend the Constitution means, if The President sincerely finds the Constitution in jeopardy by fraud, he must act to prevent the injury, and bring the culprits to account. He should also have the common sense to ignore the dilemna of conflict-of-interest self-restraint that the perpetrators are banking on. They know the President is a man of steadfast principle and virtue.
Given the information we have now, hoping the Republics existence will perservere with simple luck is suicidal to the Nation.
President Trump must act, not with a Medical State of Emergency Declaration, but with a Political State of Emergency Declaration, and subsequent legal actions, for all American citizens, not just for him.
We live in dangerous times.

No NIH, BLM, CIA, NSA or UN mandates, No Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, no FED, no Bitcoin. No life terms for SCOTUS. No protected classes of Transgender preference added ex-post facto into Title IX. No entitements. No gov.co health care. HSA's for every citizen from 1st employment, go anywhere, accumulated benefits for entire life, and done.
No licensing of air waves for traitors and seditionists. No censorship by tech tyrants. Federal class action lawsuits to take them all down permanently, or take them out and hang them.
