When the primary talking point of an American president is also a categorical smear of 60% of the American people, that president is playing with fire. And judging by socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden’s lame walk-back of his recent comments about the “systemic racism that plagues American life,” maybe his handlers are beginning to realize it.
Or perhaps South Carolina Senator Tim Scott simply forced socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s hand last Wednesday when, following the president’s speech to a third of Congress, he said, “Hear me clearly. America is not a racist country. It’s backwards to fight discrimination with different types of discrimination, and it’s wrong to use our painful past to dishonestly shut down debates in the present.”
“No, I don’t think the American people are racist,” said socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden in an interview after his speech, “but I think after 400 years, African Americans have been left in a position where they are so far behind the eight-ball in terms of education, health, in terms of opportunity. I think the overhang from all of the Jim Crow and before that, slavery, has had a cost, and we have to deal with it.”
There’s a lot to unpack here, but the big question is the one that columnist Liz Peek asks: “How can [the] country be racist if its people are not?”
Unfortunately, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s questioner failed to ask it.
“A nation is defined by its citizens,” Peek writes. “Its people determine whether a country is optimistic, educated, hard-working, fair-minded and … whether it is racist. Surely a country cannot be racist if its people twice elected a black president or if they back policies demanding equality.”
This is especially true if that black president was elected despite having been the least experienced candidate in our nation’s history, and despite his first term having exposed him as a race-baiting, anti-American mediocrity.
In any case, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s walk-back is missing something — namely, a directive that his federal government stop perpetuating policies that are utterly at odds with his professed beliefs. Critical Race Theory, whose fundamental purpose is to categorize white people as racist and drench them in white guilt, is infecting our government institutions, our school systems, and our corporate HR departments. How else are we to interpret socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s silence regarding these policies except as tacit approval of them?
Following the jury’s conviction of Officer Derek Chauvin on all counts for the death of George Floyd, Biden had a chance to soothe racial tensions by talking about how justice was served and how the system ultimately worked. Instead, he threw gas on the fire and his country under the bus. “It was a murder in the full light of day,” he said, “and it ripped the blinders off for the whole world to see the systemic racism … that is a stain on our nation’s soul.”
And here we thought Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s incessant apologies on the world stage were a disgrace.
Conversations about race are inherently difficult ones, primarily because the Left is so intolerant. And yet Power Line’s Paul Mirengoff purposefully wades in: “America has been ‘dealing’ for decades with the effects of slavery and Jim Crow on African-American education, health, and opportunity. Welfare checks go to blacks to a disproportionate degree. In terms of health, blacks benefit to a disproportionate extent from free care (Medicaid) and from subsidized care (the Affordable Care Act). In terms of education and opportunity, Blacks receive preferential admission to American colleges and universities — elite and otherwise.”
As Mirengoff put it, “Now that socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden is on record that Americans aren’t racist, let’s see him act as though he actually believes this.” ~The Patriot Post
India Travel Ban Exposes socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden Hypocrisy
On January 31, 2020, a novel and dangerous coronavirus from Wuhan, China, was rapidly spreading. Donald Trump acted decisively and announced a ban on travel from China. At the time, socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden blasted the decision as xenophobic, insisting, “This is no time for Donald Trump’s record of hysteria and xenophobia.”
Two days later, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden added another charge against Trump’s travel ban by claiming it was unscientific: “We are in the midst of a crisis with the coronavirus. We need to lead the way with science — not Donald Trump’s record of hysteria, xenophobia, and fearmongering. He is the worst possible person to lead our country through a global health emergency.”
A little over a month later, as the number of COVID-19 cases in the U.S. was rising exponentially and as Italy in particular was suddenly becoming overwhelmed with coronavirus patients, Trump expanded his travel ban to include Europe. Once again, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden assailed Trump’s ban as an absolutely ineffective gesture: “A wall will not stop the coronavirus. Banning all travel from Europe — or any part of the world — will not stop it. This disease could impact every nation and any person on the planet — and we need a plan to combat it.”
(Trump came up with a plan, and socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden plagiarized and claimed credit for it, but that’s another story.)
Trump defended his travel ban by arguing, “I always treated the Chinese Virus seriously, and have done a very good job from the beginning, including my very early decision to close the ‘borders’ from China — against the wishes of almost all. Many lives were saved. The Fake News new narrative is disgraceful & false!”
Nevertheless, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden was quick to once again dubiously assert that Trump’s ban was xenophobic: “Stop the xenophobic fear-mongering. Be honest. Take responsibility. Do your job.”
Fast-forwarding to this past weekend, the White House announced that socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden would be issuing a ban against travel from India in light of that country’s recent spike in coronavirus cases. “On the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the administration will restrict travel from India staring immediately,” White House Press Secretary liar-Jen Psaki stated. “The policy will be implemented in light of extraordinary high COVID-19 caseloads and multiple variants circulating in India. The policy will take effect on Tuesday, May 4.”
So, does this make Biden “xenophobic” and “unscientific”? Is he fomenting “hysteria” and “fearmongering”? After all, this is the same man who still insists on wearing a mask even during Zoom calls and while he’s alone outside, despite the fact that he has been fully vaccinated.
Maybe socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden actually does have a bit of xenophobia when it comes to folks from India. Recall back in 2006, he stated, “You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent.” We all thought it was an ill-conceived, off-color joke, but by socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s own standard, he’s clearly guilty.
Or maybe as Harmeet Dhillon, former vice chairwoman of the California Republican Party, wryly suggests, “Seriously though, China sent us this virus. China is an arch enemy of India. The socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden family is very close to China, as are its corporate cronies. Instead of sending HELP to our ally India, he sets up this ban with no self-awareness of how Democrats characterized travel bans before.”
Either way, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden laid this political trap for himself. He stupidly insisted that Trump’s sensible policy decision somehow exposed Trump as being xenophobic and racist. It was a baseless charge for which Biden deserves to be held to account and called out for his blatant hypocrisy. ~The Patriot Post
The Leftmedia’s Dishonest Giuliani Corrections
Fake news from the Leftmedia is a daily occurrence, but retractions are rare. Such a blue moon came over the weekend — when it was sure to get less attention — as The Washington Post, The New York Times, and NBC News retracted elements of their anonymously sourced coverage of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani after his apartment was raided by the FBI. Even the retractions, however, were backhanded and reinforced The Narrative™.
All three corrections were variations on a theme. Each media outlet had erroneously reported that Giuliani received a warning from the FBI that he and others were targets of a Russian disinformation campaign. “Mr. Giuliani did not receive such a so-called defensive briefing,” said the Times in its correction. NBC News explained that a second anonymous source informed the network that “the briefing was only prepared for Giuliani and not delivered to him, in part over concerns it might complicate the criminal investigation of Giuliani.”
In explaining its own correction, the Post said, “The story is focused on official concern that Rudolph Giuliani and One America News risked becoming part of Russian influence operations targeting the 2020 election. The incorrect detail removed from the story was the assertion that the FBI had briefed Giuliani and OAN about those concerns — it is now believed the bureau did not do so.”
In other words, the big takeaway from all three outlets is that the thrust of their stories is still true: Giuliani was unwittingly part of a Russian disinformation campaign; the FBI just didn’t tell him. Notice how NBC still made sure that even the correction mentions the “criminal investigation.”
This highlights two greater truths. First, Team Trump’s supposed “collusion” with Russia was the tired and false refrain every leftist sang from late 2016 all the way through the first impeachment sham over Donald Trump’s phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Leftists are reviving that conspiracy theory with the investigation of Giuliani because they just can’t let go of the BIG Lie or their Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Second, the real collusion is between the Leftmedia and the Democrat Party. Some of the supposed “Russian disinformation” Giuliani is allegedly guilty of peddling was about liar-Hunter Biden’s laptop. Yet the story about the laptop was not disinformation from Russia or elsewhere. Even so, Democrats used their plants in the deep state to strategically leak misinformation, while their allies in the Leftmedia and Big Tech colluded to suppress other unfavorable information just before the election, helping pave the way for socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden’s victory.
As for the Leftmedia reporting on false leaked information, the Wall Street Journal editorial board argues, “The Post, Times and NBC ought to be furious for being misled, if that’s what happened, and should expose who did the misleading.”
They ought to be furious, but they’re not because this is all part of the game they’re playing too. Indeed, these “corrections” only highlight just how very corrupt this whole cabal really is. ~The Patriot Post
Progressive Monsters Are Killing Childhood

It is time to call the majority of progressives who control America’s education system exactly what they are: Monsters.
Only monsters would rob young children of the innocence and wonder that is the essence of childhood, in a despicable effort to replace those qualities with a partisan political agenda. Only monsters would teach a child what to think, not how to think, and make them feel horrible if they don’t buy into it. And though the rank indoctrination of children has been occurring for more than half a century (if not longer), most parents and other adult Americans assumed that no matter what the children learned in school, they would ultimately “grow out of it” once they hit the “real world.”
That assumption is anachronistic. The real world has been wholly subsumed by cyberspace and all the pathologies that attend an ongoing and expanding obsession with social media. And the phones-turned-computers that make that obsession — and an equally burgeoning surveillance state — possible have all but eradicated anything resembling personal autonomy.
In short, conform or be canceled.
America’s educators are more than happy to nurture what amounts to a herd mentality, and because they are monsters more than willing to destroy a child’s innocence in service to their agenda, the entirety of American “education” can be reduced to a single concept that infects all subject matter, from math and science to art and culture, along with everything in between:
Nihilism.
How does one get a child to fully embrace radical environmentalism? Tell a seven-year-old the planet has less than a dozen years to survive unless they’re willing to march in lockstep with that agenda, no matter what sacrifices are required.
And what would “education” be today without those same monsters feeding children a steady diet of Critical Race Theory (CRT), whereby a child is told his entire frame of reference and his innate goodness or badness are determined solely by the color of his skin? Only monsters would tell young children that they are inherently “privileged” or inherently “victims.”
The monsters in the socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration and the Democrat Party are more than willing to help enshrine this abhorrent dynamic. In April, the Department of Education (DOE) posted its “Proposed Priorities” for American history and civic education, and a bill, “Educating for American Democracy” (EAD), is pending in Congress. Together, and using federal funding as a hammer, they are aimed at ensuring every child in America is taught that they live in a systemically racist nation. And in case one might take issue with that assessment, know that the DOE is including the historically flawed and propagandist 1619 Project and the resources of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History to the mix, as a means of showing the way “history and civics education can lead us out of our dim, denialist past.”
Denialist past? America was one of the first nations on earth to end the universal practice of slavery — at a cost of 360,000 union soldiers’ lives. We passed three constitutional amendments banning slavery, guaranteeing due process and equal protection to former slaves, and securing the right of black Americans to vote. We continue to embrace minority business set-asides by government, affirmative action, and a dubious disparate impact theory whereby any nondiscriminatory practice that nonetheless produces a disproportionate negative effect on a protected group can be challenged as racist.
Yet for the monsters, Martin Luther King’s hope that the content of one’s character would transcend the color of one’s skin is effectively dead.
The transgender agenda? Is there anything more monstrous than teaching a young child that biological and chromosomal reality should be wholly subservient to a political agenda that asserts everything related to being a boy or a girl is “fluid” — and that anyone who dares to question that assertion is a “bigot”? Only monsters would knowingly and willingly confuse and/or terrify the vast majority of children to serve a tiny percentage of them. Only monsters would countenance — or is that champion? — irrevocably altering the biology of a seven-year-old boy with chemical castration or the removal of healthy breasts from adolescent girls in service to that agenda.
And once again, the monsters in the socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden administration are willing accomplices. Via executive order, boys self-identifying as girls will be given access to women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports teams. Schools that don’t comply will lose federal funding.
Critically, Americans must understand that at least two generations of children have grown up in a world where privacy is virtually nonexistent. It’s a world where Big Tech monsters, under the auspices of “enhancing” the educational experience, have been compiling digital profiles of young children at a level that would make George Orwell blush. And they are doing so often without parental permission — or knowledge.
Moreover, under the auspices of increasing educational opportunities, the socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration intends to provide the nation with universal pre-K for three- and four-year-olds. Eighteenth-century German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer put that effort in perspective, asserting, “There is no absurdity so palpable but that it may be firmly planted in the human head if you only begin to inculcate it before the age of five, by constantly repeating it with an air of great solemnity.”
The pandemic? Perhaps nothing says “monster” more forcefully than the de facto extortion engendered by unionized educators who either outright refuse to return to in-school learning unless they receive odious political concessions, or are allowed to create a rigid conformity among children who remain required to wear masks at all times, even to the absurd point where a teen runner collapsed near the finish line of an 800-meter race because she couldn’t breathe properly.
How twisted are some of these unionized monsters? In Seattle, a school board decided a homeless encampment adjacent to an elementary school — replete with weapons and open drug use — should not be removed because it would be “inhumane” to do so, even as kids were only allowed to enter and exit the school from one side of the building. In Loudon County, Virginia, parents who opposed the teaching of CRT were targeted for retaliation by a group of teachers and parents whose stated purpose in part was to “infiltrate,” use “hackers” to silence parents’ communications, and “expose these people publicly.” The Loudoun County Public School (LCPS) district also distributed a graphic dividing Americans into “privileged” and “oppressed” groups.
For far too long, decent Americans have been reticent to call out those who would turn innocent children into progressive automatons. And concerned parents are made to believe they are horrible people if they refuse to embrace Marxist-based collectivism, in all its soul-crushing glory.
That time is over. Ideological zealots who would willingly drown the innocence and magic of childhood in a sea of nihilism, self-doubt, and self-loathing — and call it education, no less — are not to be abided, tolerated, or left unchallenged, any more than one would allow America’s children to be kidnapped, beaten, or sexually abused.

The Real Terrorist Threat Is From the Left
There was a moment during Merrick Garland’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearings when we knew that, if confirmed as attorney general, he’d have no interest in pursuing equal justice under the law — especially when it came to domestic terrorist threats from the Left.
That moment came after he’d called the January 6 Capitol riot “the most heinous attack on the democratic processes that I’ve ever seen,” and after he’d deemed the Justice Department’s investigation into the riot to be “extremely aggressive and perfectly appropriate.”
Shortly afterward, Missouri Republican Josh Hawley tried to get a fuller picture of Garland’s views on domestic extremism. “Let me ask you about assaults on federal property in places other than Washington, DC,” Hawley began, “Portland, for instance. Seattle. Do you regard assaults on federal courthouses or other federal property as acts of domestic extremism, domestic terrorism?”
This was Garland’s response, give or take an occasional uh or um: “An attack on a, uh, uh, uh, courthouse while in operation — uh, trying to prevent judges from actually deciding cases — that plainly is, um, domestic uh, uh, um, um extremism uh, uh, um, um, uh, um, domestic terrorism. Um, an attack simply on government property at night, or under any other kind of circumstances, is a clear crime and a serious one, and should be punished. … One is, one is, both are, uh, criminal, um, uh, but one is, uh, a core attack on our democratic institutions.”
We wonder, then, what AG Garland would make of a two-minute video just released by Portland-based antifa thugs. Toward the end, there’s a chilling threat directed toward Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler. As the video’s narrator puts it: “Ted, we are asking for the last time that you resign. If you ignore this message outright, the destruction to your precious way of life is going to escalate. Blood is already on your hands, Ted. And next time it may just be your own.” See for yourself:
Our question to the attorney general: Wouldn’t this threat of bodily harm to a specific government official constitute “a core attack on our democratic institutions” of the sort you identified during your Senate hearings? And if this isn’t domestic terrorism, then what is?
The FBI’s actions and inactions haven’t given us any reason for confidence of late, but it appears that the bureau at least has taken notice. As the intrepid Andy Ngo tweeted, “The FBI has gotten involved after an antifa group in Portland released a disturbing video that ended w/a threat to kill Ted Wheeler (his address was shown).”
As we noted last week, Wheeler, since his election in 2017, has been a hard-left, antifa-appeasing milquetoast of a mayor. Finally, though, he appears to have had enough. “They want to burn. They want to bash. … Really they want to intimidate. They want to assault,” he said of antifa last week. “Our job is to unmask them, arrest them, and prosecute them.”
Welcome to the party, Ted. Better late than never.
Will justice ever be served to these leftist terrorists? Who knows. But socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden’s claim during last week’s address to Congress and the nation that “the most lethal terrorist threat to the homeland today is from white supremacist terrorism” is a BIG Lie.

The federal government will no longer withhold millions of dollars in grant money for cities and states that establish “sanctuary” polices for illegal aliens. Attorney General Merrick Garland recently released a memo stating that the Justice Department was rescinding former President Donald Trump’s order that limited federal funding to the law-flouting sanctuary states and cities. The move comes as little surprise. One of President socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden’s slew of executive orders in his first days in office was to overturn Trump’s EO against sanctuary cities.
Garland issued a further memo on Wednesday, declaring, “The Department informed grant recipients and applicants that they will continue receiving certain Department grants without making certifications. The Department will also cease giving priority consideration to grant applicants that accept conditions similar to those requirements.”
When Trump issued his executive order against so-called sanctuary cities back in 2017, he rightly observed, “We cannot faithfully execute the immigration laws of the United States if we exempt classes or categories of removable aliens from potential enforcement.” It didn’t take long for seven Democrat-run states with sanctuary cities to issue lawsuits.
In February of last year, a New York appeals court issued a ruling in Trump’s favor, which the states appealed, only to withdraw their appeal upon socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s election. They knew they could count on “Moderate” socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe.
socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s decision further underscores his commitment to a de facto open-borders immigration policy. It seems he’ll do anything to erode the distinction between legal and illegal immigrant.

Thursday, President socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden took a victory lap in Georgia after his unofficial State of the Union address to celebrate his first 100 days in office.
But going to Georgia is an odd choice for socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden. He has condemned the state for returning to the days of Jim Crow. He supported punishing Georgia with boycotts. Yet the first place he goes after his big address to the nation is Georgia?
Once again, the visual of his rally was just like the bad optics from his speech before Congress. It was as if we’re stuck in April of 2020, not April of 2021. Many at the drive-in rally stayed in their cars.
And the vaccinated socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden, with his vaccinated wife and his vaccinated Secret Service agents all seemed to panic when he couldn’t find his mask at the podium.
I don’t understand the message they are trying to send. This was an outdoor event, and he just told us that we don’t have to wear masks outside.
Ratings Bomb
While Big Media continues to act like socialist/scumbag/ liar-Biden’s address to the nation was a modern-day version of the Gettysburg Address, the American people obviously disagree. The ratings are in and socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden bombed. Only 27 million people watched Biden’s address Wednesday night.
Apparently, the only time socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden supporters show up is on Election Day. Strange.
For perspective, Donald Trump’s first address before Congress in 2017 got just under 48 million viewers. In 2018, 46 million Americans tuned in for Trump’s State of the Union address. In 2019, just under 47 million tuned in. And in 2020, 37 million watched the State of the Union address.
So, Donald Trump’s worst ratings were still significantly better than socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden’s showing Wednesday night.
In addition, a new Rasmussen poll asked voters to rank socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s first 100 days. Only 36% said they were a “success,” while 44% said they were a “failure.”
Asked if socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden has been a “better” or “worse” president than expected, only 26% said socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden has been “better than expected,” while 39% said he has been “worse than expected.”
socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s radical agenda is clearly failing to unite the country.
Arizona Audit Continues
Last week, we reported that the Arizona Democrat Party had gone to court furiously attempting to prevent the state of Arizona from auditing the election results in Maricopa County, Arizona’s largest county.
That seemed really bizarre since Democrats and their media allies have assured us for months now that there were zero irregularities in the election. So, why fight an audit that could prove them right?
Well, the left has a problem. In spite of their insistence that the election was squeaky clean, a lot of Americans just aren’t buying it.
For example, Rasmussen also asked voters whether they believed socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden won the election fairly. Only 48% of voters said yes, 39% said no and 13% aren’t sure. Amazingly, even 13% of Democrats don’t think socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden won the election fairly, but they are glad he won anyway.
I am pleased to report that Arizona Democrats lost their appeal to stop the audit, and hand recounts of more than two million ballots have been underway for several days now.
In response, Arizona’s left-wing secretary of state dispatched observers. Now left-wing groups are calling on the socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden Justice Department to send federal monitors to Arizona.
I have no idea how this will come out. But if major fraud is discovered it would delegitimize the idea that socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden has a mandate for his far-left agenda.
And for those who suggest that continuing to question the results amounts to undermining democracy, I would argue that this audit is much less of a threat than packing the Supreme Court.
Or creating more states to pack the Senate.
Or nationalizing all election laws.
Or flooding the country with illegal aliens.
Or waging war on law enforcement.
Or abusing our intelligence agencies to create false narratives about Russian collusion.
Pence In The Palmetto State
Former Vice President Mike Pence made his first public address Thursday since leaving office. Speaking before South Carolina’s Palmetto Family Council, Pence praised the historic accomplishments of the Trump Administration, and blasted the socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden/lowlife/liar-Harris Administration for, among other things, “unleashing the worst border crisis in our history.”
Pence vowed to fight for election integrity, stand with law enforcement and resist critical race theory. The vice president reminded his audience of what it was like the last time socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden was in the White House and how Republicans won a historic victory of 63 seats in the 2010 elections.
Pence said confidently, “God isn’t done with America yet,” and he relayed a very poignant story about how he came to faith in 1978 at a youth festival that was almost canceled.

Will We Listen?
Years ago, a woman waited patiently in line to speak with me after I had finished delivering a speech. When her turn came, she started crying. She said she had escaped communism in eastern Europe. But she was starting to see everything she ran away from happening here in America. That was startling to hear.
Today, more and more refugees from communism are speaking up with the same warning. One of them is Maximo Alvarez.
Alvarez is a refugee from Castro’s Cuba. Communism and socialism are not theoretical systems of government to him. They are a harsh, brutal reality. But Alvarez has said that when he looks around America today, he sees shadows he thought he had outrun.
Every communist revolution has followed the same pattern. It begins with people yearning for power telling their fellow citizens that they know a way to give them everything for free.
The totalitarian left inevitably declares war on a nation’s police and military. Sound familiar? That is, of course, until they can gain power and the police and military are used to oppress the people. The totalitarian left doesn’t want the people to be able to protect themselves, so only the government has guns.
A totalitarian revolution always mocks God and tells you to follow the science. The totalitarian left thrives on division and envy. And it relies on censorship and media propaganda to survive.
All these things are the shadows that Alverez thought he had outrun. His father once told him to do everything possible to stop this from happening in America because there’s nowhere else to run.
