  • The Chinese are driving the world narrative from behind the curtain... they just met with the DOD for secret discussions this past week. We know that Taiwan and other issues were discussed... I believe we have permitted China to compromise our national security... by permitting them to build a fleet of nuclear missile submarines that can silently lay off our coasts and launch a first strike of such devastation that the US can not respond effectively.

Ever since the Clinton Administration, there have been clandestine transfers of military and dual technologies to China... China has duplicated the best of our nuclear systems (submarine and land-based), stealth technologies, conventional armor, and a whole host of electronic warfare and battlefield management systems, including satellite intel and warfare technologies...  Our politicians are aware of this and for reasons beyond the pale (profit and power)... have allowed this to happen.

Treason has been at work in the Democrat party for decades... and its fruit is now blossoming into betrayal of the highest order... Folks, it appears our national security has been compromised and we are being held hostage by the Chinese communist party.  Afghanistan is being used to destroy what little is left of America's credibility and standing as a preeminent military power. China is coming out strong and after Taiwan is unified will come for S. Korea and Japan. The Chinese have serious issues with Japan. If I were Japan and S. Kores I'd come to the aid of Taiwan in a big and immediate way... Limited tactical nuclear weapons might suddenly be discovered in Taiwan and their existence leaked to China.

  • Contingency plans are made based on a fundamental plan... too, take effect whenever the primary plan fails or needs supplementing to accomplish the objectives of the plan. Mr. President, you have to have a plan to create a contingency plan. There should be several contingency plans whenever a complex operation is engaged... contingency plans are executed to deal with ANTICIPATED problems. Such plans should already exist.

  • The United States of America considers All Laws as the Foundation for its existence as a Republic. All Laws must be weighed and considered prior to any "Legal Determination." To pick and choose what One Side considers applicable is no different in outcome than "Selecting a Jury Sworn to an Oath of Guilty."

    • There is only one Supreme Law... the US Constitution and our forefathers deliberately and consciously crafted it in the common language of the day... with words that the average man could understand.  It is the fundamental law by which all other laws must adhere.  The interpretation of the Constitution was meant to be literal, leaving very limited ground for irrational misinterpretation.  There is only one correct interpretation of the Constitution and it doesn't include implied intent or hidden meaning.

However, after 240 years of legal pettifoggery, the courts have managed to twist the simplicity of the Constitution into a maze of contorted language contextually unrecognizable from the original language.  Our lawyers and judges have destroyed the foundation upon which our law rests... making it the brunt of linguistic wizards and dishonest pettifoggers.  I stand with Shakespear... hang the pettifoggers and save the nation.

    • As a nation are practicing right now?

  • When the Rules are no longer applicable, create New Rules! It not only confounds the Enemy, but brings hope to the Peoples.

    • Hope is hardly the handmaiden of arbitrary law.. rules.  In fact, it is the capricious and arbitrary application of law that destroys one's hope... expectation of justice.

    • Our Constitution is focused on defining the limits of government authority not expanding it... The Constitution provides 18 specific powers for the federal government, limiting the federal government to those powers, and restricts the states from operating in certain areas of mutual necessity. The Constitution is primarily a restraining document.  For example, the 'Bill of Rights' defines specific liberties the government may not transgress.  Article 1, Section 8, 9, & 10 enumerate the powers and restraints on government... federal and state.

Of course, the current view of our government is to abuse the Constitution...  expanding the reach of government while denying individual liberty, in the name of national security and public interests... Yeah. right.
