If all of our present day polititions were sitting in one room all of their inteligence and common sense would not come close to the equaling of one of our Founding Fathers. They knew at some point in the future the government would try and rule over the people of this Great Nation like the British did . Our schools have been dumbed down to the point that many children don't even know there is a Constitution. Many of the children that do know of 'a' Constitution have no idea what it says. All they know is what they are told it says. Even some lawyers in the US Military eiher don't know, don't care or don't like it so they make it say what they want. Other polititions try to say what the Founding Fathers really meant to say. There is a recent figure in history that said "If you lie to the people long enough and often enough and loud enough they will start Beleiving it". He went by the name of Adolf Hitler. And let's not forget about a friendly little dictator by the name of Joesph Stalin, who put to death between 20 - 35 million of his own people. Another guy by the name of Pol Pot, Idi Amin "The Butcher of Uganda. He really loved his people. Dead! Our form of Government has lasted longer than anyother because of the insite of our Founding Fathers and their fear of what people like the Democratic Liberals and Rhino would do if the people ever forgot that despots, dictators, tyrants, and other oppressive rulers of their ilk usually start out taking a little at a time but want to have total control of the people. I would hate to see it, but if the polititions keep pressing the issue of control of the people, a revolution like the original is bound to take place. Not every Soldier, Airman, Marine or Sailor will shoot thier own family members, friends and neighbors. But every citicitzen will act with extreme predjiduce to protect their families. New Hampshire resident William Kostric caused a national stir on August 11 when he appeared outside President Obama’s town hall meeting in Portsmouth with a loaded semiautomatic handgun strapped to his leg. holding a sign that read, “IT IS TIME TO WATER THE TREE OF LIBERTY!” This was a reference to the following quote by Founding Father Thomas Jefferson: “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” If a people don't read and learn from history, they are bound to repete it.

The political left in its many manifestations throughout history, currently the Democrats, in the more recent past socialist/communist and their many euphemisms, royalty with many terms denoting their exalted status, and tribal rule extending back into prehistory have all viewed rights as being privileges to be granted or denied by them.
We would not have an American republic with constitutional rights had not those opposed to the idea realized they would be shot, hung, or ostracized for their stance.
They and their political descendants have been at work ever since to erode and water down our natural rights with an avowed intention of eliminating them in the future.
The statements of many on the left clearly show their intentions.
